Egglicious in Etobicoke

Wow, so good! Service was fantastic, it was very busy but the staff was so friendly and efficient! The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, fluffy eggs and potatoes. And the portions are really generous, prices very reasonable. I will absolutely go again, this place is a gem!

Excellent Breakfast menu, love the special. Scrambled eggs are perfectly made. Awesome place to eat. Burgers and smoke salmon breakfast too. But the Dang Bell guys fill up the Parking lot. Parking: Dont go when Bell guys fill the lot lol.

Food isn t bad at all but I saw the people in the kitchen using there hand to pick up the bacon instead of using a tong and I also saw him wipe his hand on a rag that was so dirty and looked like it was being used over and over without even washing the rag or his hands. Please start taking proper health and safety measures. Edit - I went again to this restaurant because I actually like their food. I saw the same thing happening again. No point leaving review. I have worked in a restaurant and a fast food place before so I know things that might be acceptable behind the counter but this is something I ve never seen before. This time I tired the fresh orange juice. It was not fresh at all tasted completely like something coming out of a supermarket shelf. I feel like the owner should focus more

Update after going here 4-5 times...this place never disappoints. Probably the best eggs benedict around. Potatoes are always done perfectly. So many places fail with the breakfast potatoes but this place does them just right, with the right amount of fried crunch, softness and seasoning. Today I had the special...Crab cake benny with kale pesto hollandaise...oh my... probably one of the best tasting breakfasts Ive had in a restaurant in a very very long time. I was just about to give up going out for breakfasts as at most places it has become the same old...this place has reinstated my passion for breakfast. Oh, and great professional service as well.

Our go to for breakfast, always a little busy kitchen and servers are on the ball, never a bad sit down.

Does not allow dogs outdoors on their patio. While every other establishment in Toronto even high end has no issue with dogs on patios this place thinks its special. Its not. This place used to be amazing but not Indians own it and surprise they have ruined it. Sadly.

Wasnt expecting much when we first walked in but that quickly changed! The service was great , the food was great and portions were large. We each had a second meal the next day with the leftovers. We have already returned once and will keep going back!

I dont usually write reviews but I went to this place for a family members birthday brunch and my experience was so perfect, I had to write about it. We went about 45 mins before closing so there wasnt many people there. We walked in and were met with a cute, clean environment. The waitress we had (give that woman a raise ) was so kind and greeted us almost instantly after we sat down. The menu had a wide selection and service was very fast. I ordered the hazelnut chocolate banana berry crepe with a fruit salad as my side. The fruit was very fresh and the crepe was mouth-watering. That might have been the best crepe I have ever had. I got a Nested for my drink. Overall my experience was a 10/10. This place needs to be more popular. Possibly one of my new favourite restaurants.

I m visiting from New Brunswick- I got the steak and eggs and my partner got the waffle with chicken. The staff were friendly and very accommodating even when the food had originally came out cold; they re made it with no questions asked- even apologized! The waffles are hallow, the steak has no taste, the potatoes were oily and soggy, my soft eggs and the chicken were okay though. I honestly believe you pay for what you get! I gave 1 stars for the staff (and because it s the lowest rating) but unfortunately will not be returning due to the quality of the food. I pray it improves. Absolutely the best breakfast place in Etobicoke. Tasty and generous bennies, trad breakfasts with 3 eggs standard, and although I have not had lunch or dinner at this place, I drive by often and they are usually busy. The Home fries are REAL and to die for. Want a salad with your benny? They are HUGE and always FRESH. Owners are amiable and efficient. Wait staff friendly and fast. Prices are not crazy but I would not say it is a bargain. But this place serves up real value. Park in the lot, in the adjacent gas station, or on weekends at the plant across the street.

I got the breakfast sandwich with fried home fries. The proportion was perfect. The quality was decent; I like how they seasoned the home fries. The service was excellent; the staff were polite and frequently checked up on us. My only complaint is that it was a bit warm and stuffy inside. I will definitely come back when in the area.

Come in with an empty stomach. Orders are all full plates. Leave with a full stomach. The place is all locals. As soon as you walk in the staff are chatting and very friendly. Everything comes out hot and fresh. Coffee flowing and the people are merry. Great experience Everytime we come. Kid-friendliness: They love my kid. They made space for the stroller. They paid attention to his needs and even brought out extra cups for him. They didnt get mad or anything when he made a mess. And they have a kids menu which is delicious.

Egglicious is simply excellent! We recently ordered via SKIP for our family get together. Our omlettes were exceptional in taste and flavourful combination. Everything arrived as specified and the food was hot, truly a rarity these days. Truly a pleasant and satisfying brunch experience. Vegetarian options: Delicious, any vegetarian omlette.

Love going early in thé AM when it is quiet. It is popular and quite busy. Great crepes! Delcious! But, I often get my food lukewarm. Feb 2024 - the mango smoothie isnt what it used to be - the others seemed to like their meals.

First time going here and it definitely did not disappoint. We tried the Lumberjack and Tex-Mex Breakfast Chili. Both dishes were great! Everything arrived to the table quickly, hot, fresh, and the portions were quite large. The price(very reasonable) for what you get is amazing and the staff and service were fantastic!

DEE-licious. Ive passed this spot for years on the Kipling bus and finally went in for breakfast. What a great menu! They cover just about anything you might want. I had the keto breakfast, which was fantastic, tasty, and generous. I had enough left over for lunch. Definitely wont be my last visit

We went for brunch with my husband few days ago and 100% we will go back...we ordered the bbq avocado chicken sandwich and the keto meal with scrambled eggs! The portions were pretty good and the food was delicious! But the best thing from our experience was our server...Silva was so helpful and even though I am a picky eater she made the right recommendations and helped me find exactly what I wanted.

Brunch on NY day! Great way to start the new year with friends at our favourite place for brunch/breakfast. Not only is the food great but the host and wait staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful and always smiling. Yes it can be a wait as it is not a huge place but that is a testament as to why it s busy, great food. A fantastic greasy-spoon spot for a hearty, filling and GREAT tasting breakfast. Busy place but didnt take too long to get a great seat. Service was great. The BIG boss was working as well, great to see they are invested in making sure things are running smoothly. Will certainly return on our next trip to town. We had the classic breakfast and waffles...try the waffles, they are GREAT.

Great for breakfast at any time. We were served by Mary, and Siva on this day who made sure everyone was happily served. You must start off with their fresh Orange Juice which is a great starter. They even have great Smoothies. Food is simply wholesome, tasty and made to fill your belly. We had the Eggs Benedict and home potatoes are delicious including the salad that is accompanied with your meal. This is a great find with no pressure. What a gem! The food is as good as it gets and I would say it is on par with most of the great food that I have experienced in Europe! The staff are very personable and adjust their approach to each customer making it a welcoming environment. This is an authentic dinner in a somewhat industrial area with diverse clientele but has a really positive vibe. The menu has something for everyone, including keto. I would drive back to eat here anytime.

I ve been to this location a few times, and the five star reasons I keep coming back are; the swiftness of service, sumptuous food, and quantity. The prices too are decent compared to other restaurants I ve dined at. Only thing I noticed this morning, is one of their cooks, a fat, middle age, South Asian man, was using bare hands to handle food. He was talking loudly and endlessly without a mask on whilst plating toasts with bare hands. I couldn t help imagining his droplets all over our food. Dear management; gloves, masks, and head covers, are basic hygiene practices in restaurants

The food has always been FANtastic, during the multiple times Ive been there. Be prepared at the quantity of the food on a plate. It actually surprised me, but now realize it is normal for all the variety of dishes Ive ordered. Ive recommended Egglicious to multiple friends and they are now regulars. The menu is clear in describing the many items of food and drinks available The Staff, Im leaving to the last since they take the time -- even though the restaurant can be busy -- to get the order as you would like. They are all warm, friendly, kind and welcoming. The Only issue is the parking. Small number of spots, so once there, be patient and the wait is worth it.

This spot has been running in this location for at least 15 years that I am aware of. It is not just as good as I remember it from when I lived in Etobicoke but even better. The breakfast chimmichanga I ordered was a unique invention and absolutely perfect. The hash browns were crispy and well seasoned and it came with a size-able spinach salad. The drip coffee was above average quality for a diner and lastly the place was clean and the service was great. I was starting to worry that a sit down breakfast in Toronto was on its way out but this institution will be one of the places that saves it.

Options Galore! is what Id like to yell on top of Etobicoke mountain when considering the contents of Egglicious absolute textbook-sized menu. One may suspect such a phrase would suggest a quantity over quality debate, which is just simply not the case for this establishment. I first visited this breakfast joint severely hungover with a business partner years ago, after pulling an all-nighter closing some serious deals. We were young and clueless. Our business, much like what seemed to be a modest GTA diner, had us with a lot on our plate. We sat down. I right-hooked a lumberjack breakfast order with purpose; we were out of time to mill about, or lollygag if thats easier to swallow. Speaking of easy to swallow, the pancakes! Oh sweet buttermilk. The bacon and eggs had my mind scrambled. Ha... toast n home fries took me back to the farm in Idaho, before I started crunching numbers. Miss the alpacas, but this is the life I chose. Listen, this place has whatever the appetite seeks. Omlettes, eggs benjamin, wraps, clubs, shakes, self respect, smoothies, classic breaky and burgers. I think Ill maybe drop by for my birthday.

What a nice surprise! This place is more than just the run of the mill diner. I had the eggs benny with bacon and avocado. The taters were really tasty, and the meal came with a side of greens, making it not your typical heavy bacon n egg breakfast. Great service, great food. Ill be back.

Went here on a Saturday at around 11am. Packed house. We had to wait around 20 minutes for our party of 7. Its a pretty small place and I think they should expand because the food and service were amazing. Spent around 25 dollars for an ultimate omelette breakfast with orange juice and tip. Pricey for sure but what isnt these days. Well worth it imo. Could only finish half the omelette lol. If youre hungry for a great breakfast and dont mind a packed house this is the place for you.

I saw all those positive reviews and went to experience the restaurant. However, I won t recommend this place. No parking, food delivery is super late (waited for food for almost half an hour ). And when food was finally on table, it wasn t that great as expected.
