I have been to this branch a few times over the past year and always have had a pleasant experience. The owner of the restaurant has even chatted with me and they seem to remember their regulars. Today, I was served by Saffna and Anisha (unsure if that is the correct way to spell their names, I apologize if I spelt their names wrong), with them both doing an excellent job preparing my order and food. They were very friendly and accommodating, made the food fast but also were tidy. The workers here are kind and positive. It makes me want to keep coming back. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options and employees have an awareness of gluten-sensitivity.

Honestly not going back, not the same as other locations. Quality seems to be worse, and have tried to reduce spice levels every time from xxx hot, to last time putting no jalapenos, and 1 little dab and couldnt finish, and seems to be the highest spice level for other locations. Im done, not going to pay for something I wont want to finish. Shout out to the Kennedy location, my standards set high from there.

Every week at least once a week, we visit this location for our dinner for years now we love the service attitude smiles and atmosphere of this location its well taken care of and the employees are by far the best you can find out there. Especially Nivedita and kunal they have fulfilled my order many times and gone above and beyond I hope to catch them on as many visits as possible to leave as happy as I entered

I ve ordered from this location several times usually not bad although on more than a few occasions they miss order notes and or just send you whatever they have left. For example I order the Haddock naked burrito bowl with optionally extra piece of haddock. On several occasions they charge me for the extra piece and send me either the regular amount or they try to play games by breaking the pieces in half! I m sick of the consistent downward spiral in food quality, customer service and integrity with respect to being an honest broker. Tonight I order the same thing with all the extras ordered extra drinks etc could you believe that they missed all notes, missed my combo upgrade and drinks??? Guess what they didn t forget though? To charge me for said items!!! Oversight??? I think not it s been consistently getting worse with the quality and honesty of the people sending food out to the public! I m sick of businesses charging up the price and dropping the quality, quantity and overall business etiquette in the process! I use to rate you guys but now I must contend that this location in particular is a definite BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!! Upon calling the store to see why they missed so many details the guy tries to pretend that I got the amount I was supposed to get even though everything else was missing as well smh really? All you had to do was admit your mistake and make it right with the customer. Don t assume that your customers are misinformed or lack the wherewithal to escalate the matter to a satisfactory outcome. Note to owner(s) If it is your staff -get rid of them! If it s under your watch and you have been engaging in dishonest business practices then you ll deserve whatever lies ahead. How s that song go? YOU JUST LOST ONE!

I had a fantastic experience at Burrito Boyz today. I ordered a naked burrito with calamari and extra chicken, and the service was top-notch. Nivedita, who was at the front, was incredibly helpful. She guided me through the toppings and explained the differences between the sauces with such patience and friendliness, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Another standout was Happy, who took the time to walk me through the menu and explain my options thoroughly. The guys on the grill, Kiran and Jesis, were equally impressive friendly, polite, and clearly dedicated to getting my meal just right. The entire team went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant. The food was delicious, and the service made the experience even better. I ll definitely be coming back for more.

I ordered a burrito bowl deal from uber eats and went to pick it up then when they were making it I asked for a little more sauce and few extra corns the lady who was working there felt the need to let us know that they cannot add more as they are already giving me a free bowl so I should not be asking more . I was speechless she was so rude. I am paying for it lol not asking for free I saw the deal of BOGO free and I took it if you dont want to honour that properly then why the hell you are giving it out. Now I am someone who eats a lot of burritos, especially at Burrito Boyz, so when I say that this is the best location, I mean it is the best! First the food is really good and definitely worth the bank for its buck. I personally like their burritos and extreme fries, so if you get a chance, check it out. Secondly, and most importantly, if you can, try to go to this location. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and really fill up your meal. Highly recommend!

It s was 12:02am and they closed at 12am (unaware at the time) i got in quickly to ask what if they open as the lights were still on. Unfortunately they had already shut down business. I was on my way out the door and Kunal asked what it is that i would like i mentioned to him fries and asked if they had steak said no just chicken, he was the one that gave the go ahead to make the food (he deserves a raise , lol. I work in the food industry so great customer service). I took the chicken of course. They were all very patient with me. Happy working cashier to ring me in. Nikhil making the fries and Alisha helped me with the toppings. Very lovely team ! They were all so happy & willing to help. Big thanks to all 4 of you ! :)

I tried chicken burrito from this location was tasty, I think a food can be good but the service makes it more enjoyable and i like the service from all guys mostly by tanvir.

One of the best burritos in Weston/Rexdale area. Edges out all the nearby barBURRITOs in terms of consistency for their steak. Ingredients always fresh and wonderful and the service is great. Additionally, they offer many inclusive options for their customers and the staff appear to be well supported in their jobs which indicates to me that the owners are more focused on providing good service at a good price than they are making a quick buck. Had a naked Fish burrito, plenty full amount amazing staff. They offered me a bag of chips with salsa too.

10/10 would recommend going there. The large burrito tasted amazing as I expected (since Ive been to a different Burrito Boyz, so its really nice to know that the quality carries over) and it was very filling, I bought two so I had another one for another day. Also, the Jarittos drink they sell taste good as well. The people there were nice, they make sure that the food youll be getting is of high quality for a very reasonable price. Overall if you want a good filling burrito, Burrito Boyz is your place.

Bhargav and Tanvir are the most friendly and customer service oriented people I ve come across in a quick service restaurant. I used to like this place a lot but my recent experience was not good. I ordered a large burrito halibut, taste was bland and also there not enough toppings, it was looking more like a small burrito.
