If I could give this restaurant location -10 stars, I would me and my sister came here to dine in. I ordered the chicken breast with a side of fries. She ordered the chicken strips kids meal with a side of mashed potatoes. They came to our table mind I tell you, we waited 45 minutes for our food they came to our table with a small little piece of chicken the size of a chicken nuggets And I thought it was a sample so I refused and he s like no this is your order. I m like what order because I ordered chicken breast with chicken strips and he said this is the chicken strips they tried to Say that this was a chicken strip and I said excuse me the menu says chicken strips meaning more than one and it wasn t even the size of a chicken strip. It was like a chicken nugget and it did not have a side of mashed potatoes and I said why would you deliver this to my My table, everybody out here received their meal. I m sitting here with my sister for you to bring me a piece of chicken with no side and not only that where is my dinner? I had to get a refund and they excuse the manager gave me. Was that it s a Busy Saturday night Like excuse me What kind of sad excuse is that to Bring my sister a little piece of chicken. They try to say that it s one chicken strip with mashed potatoes when the menu clearly says chicken strips so that means more than one I could ve went And got a 10 piece nuggets with fries and a drink for the same amount of money they charge me for a little piece of chicken nugget with mashed potatoes and no drink which was $14 Do not eat at this location we were the manager. I don t even think he knows what the hell he s doing. We waited 45 minutes for that come on. I don t even know how these people are running this Restaurant I would not ever eat at this location. ( I even uploaded a picture of the kids menu that they offer online that it says chicken strips not one chicken strip the size of a chicken nuggets)

The portions have gotten ridiculously small. My chicken bowl was all arugula and rice, with minimal chicken and only a teaspoon of hummus.

I m so thankful for their delicious veggie burger! I customize it by skipping the perinaise to make it vegan then add lemon & herb sauce, sweet chili jam, and avocado such a perfect combo! Their fries are the best and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It s a great spot!

Food is great, the employees are helpful and welcoming. The seating area though needs some care in terms of cleaning tables after the customers leave. The floor and most of the seats are dirty. Tables are sticky. I ve watched several waiters clean but seemed like they don t know how to wipe a table or they just don t care. Restaurant with a great potential if taken care of properly. Will come back one more time.

Celebrated my wifes birthday dinner by ordering a good sampling off of Nandos menu and couldnt have been happier. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service upon pickup was perfection. The food was packed very well and ready to pick up within a minute of my arrival. Very highly recommended and will visit Nandos again and again. Thank you Nandos for the amazing service and excellent food! Not one single complaint.

Extremely expensive for the food you get. Not worth it.

Took 30 mins to get the simple bowl and wrap order. And their reason was that they are out of chicken. Lol

Another Nandos location, another disappointing experience. We walk into the place, and the place is strewn with litter. The wash basin is very close to tables and its bin is overflowing with litter. We finally select a table away from the mess and order food. Cut to 25 minutes later, and we still dont have our food. This is even after my husband and I each have gone to the server asking for our food. The food arrive after a 30 minute wait and server tells us that the delay is because they were out of chicken. For a place that serves only chicken, being out of chicken seemed like a ridiculous excuse. Now, we finally get to eating the food, and it was cold.. this clearly indicated that the food was sitting on the counter for a while and the server forgot about it. Also, the portion sizes were too small. This place is a ripoff!

Food good. But value is terrible. Ordered the family sharing platter for 6 people. Advertised as having 4 large sides. Even shows on the receipt The sides were a small box with a serving portion for one person each maybe. Felt embarrassed when order arrived and not enough food for guests. For the price paid unacceptable. Will not order again from here.

Wouldnt know how my salad was because despite asking the server if my takeout bag included cutlery and being told yes, no napkins or utensils were provided. Restaurant was mostly empty, but server still rushed me.

This is my go to spot for a work lunch. The salad is my absolutely favourite. So tasty and satisfying! It s perfect and I can t get enough of it!! Parking: Large complex with large parking lot.

I ordered the wing 10 they were so under cooked that I couldnt even take the bones off the skin was so white that I thought it was boiled instead of BBQ will not order the wings again there is no consistency in their cooking I have to say well done I go there every Fri but I think I will go elsewhere shouldnt have to eat raw chicken

As a devoted Nando s aficionado, my journey from California to their Toronto spot was nothing short of a mission worthy of legend. Yes, I made the trek across the globe, driven by a relentless craving for peri-peri chicken, and let me tell you, it was well worth the long haul. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a lekker atmosphere buzzing with the kind of energy you d expect when everyone s discovered the secret to life peri-peri sauce. With only an hour until closing time, the place was hopping. I placed my order and, while I had to wait a solid 25 minutes (totally understandable with the dinner rush), I was more than happy to hang tight. When my food finally arrived, it was a feast to behold: a perfectly charred half chicken, served with fries, rice, and halloumi cheese. The halloumi was grilled to perfection just the right amount of squeak and flavor. The chicken, as always, was juicy, spicy, and absolutely mouth-watering. Now, let s chat about the grilled pineapple. While it was nice, it was just one slice of canned pineapple, not the juicy, caramelized delight I was dreaming of. It was a bit of a letdown, but hey, you can t win them all. The vibe at this Nando s was fresh and modern, suggesting it s a newer spot. The alcohol on tap was a great surprise, and the soda fountain was perfect for quenching my thirst. I did wish for a bit more variety in the drink selection, but it didn t spoil the experience. In summary, despite the pineapple hiccup and the wait, this Nando s was totally worth the trip. I returned to California with my peri-peri cravings satisfied and a new appreciation for halloumi cheese. If you find yourself in Toronto and craving that Nando s magic, this location won t disappoint. The journey may be long, but the experience is undeniably rewarding.

Overall not bad, the chicken tasted like the gas stove it was cooked on thats why its not 5 stars besides that everything else was decent. Price point is amazing for the amount of food so you cant go wrong.

Group order salad was not fresh at all. The dressing tastes extreme sour. Mashed potato has too much salt in it.

I visited Toronto from Pittsburgh PA and had Nandos before but outside the US and Canada. I wanted to check it out, and I am 100% satisfied. The veggie burger was really good, especially the patty, and I also really enjoyed the peri-peri sauce with seasoned fries Highly suggest bringing Nandos-peri peri to Pittsburgh PA USA The only complaint I have is that the seating we were assigned the seats werent good. There was tape all along. Otherwise, everything was really good

the staffs were courteous and accommodating and showed us and explained clearly the menus to choose from. food is delicious and tasty as well as fairly priced. Im going to definitely recommend Nandos to friends and relatives to try.

Ive been to a few Nandos in my time, toronto and uk, but this was the worst one in terms of the size of the chicken. There wasnt much meat on the chicken, mostly bone. Also had the veg burger, which was nothing special. Fries and peri mac was good. Table was sticky, other than that, the staff was great, the service was great. Just the chicken was a letdown. Terrible place and service! Horrible atmosphere. No workers speaking English, shouting in strange tongues to each other while we try to have dinner. So annoying. This is Canada people! Should be speaking in English and not shouting and horsing around at work.

I used to LOVE this place, was a go to for when we didnt know what to get but recently the quality has been on a steep decline. The coke machine that was once there with all the cool different flavours has been scrapped and replaced with a standard fountain machine. The chicken remains pretty good but the fries were cold, the coleslaw was properly dressed but lacked any sort of flavour. Its a shame to say because I used to frequent Nandos often but itll be a while before I come back and I hope they put back the old coke machine they had.

Nando s is my favorite restaurant, known for its delicious chicken dishes. The chicken sandwich is always perfectly cooked and flavorful, especially when paired with their crispy fries and creamy garlic mashed potatoes. The restaurant is also very clean, making it a pleasant place to dine. Highly recommended!

If I could give a lower rating, I would! The most horrible restaurant and service ever. Never had such experience anywhere in all the places I have travelled. The workers are careless, no one to welcome their guests, we were about to sit down in more than one tables, the server said that those tables were taken, they didn t even make an effort to direct us to an available table. No management, no organization. Do yourself a favour, find another local restaurant with great service, it s not even worth your time or gas to come here!

Every time I call to place an order the food is never ready. They always tell you to wait another 15 minutes to prepare. Whats The whole point of calling ahead of time to place an order over the phone if you still have to make us wait there for another 30 minutes. DONT WASTE MY TIME.

This was my first time dining at a Nandos and overall enjoyed it. The restaurant was getting busy when I arrived (probably due to Eid) so there was a tiny wait before anyone greeted me. Their new rainbow chicken bowl came in a very good portion, and had a bit of citrusy and spicy kick as it was drizzled with their Lemon & Herb PERi-PERi sauce. The chicken breast in it was also cooked perfectly and wasnt dry. The bowl was overall quite flavourful, however, the rice was cold. Im not sure if that was intentional, but I would have preferred warm rice. The strawberry lemonade had a good level of sourness and sweetness, but tasted a little artificial. Finally, the tart was crispy and flaky without being overly sweet. The staff here were friendly, and the restaurant itself was spacious, and had plenty of seats. The interior was nicely decorated with what I assume to be south African inspired decor. Since the restaurant is located within a shopping plaza, theres also plenty of free parking out front.

Nandos was one of my favorite take out places with good food. However, with their cutback on their portions, especially their side orders. If youre going to cutback, dont up your cost.

Delicious food and appropriate portions, about $25/person and we left with a full belly. First time being in this location on a Monday, we went to the counter to order food and self serve pop, up front paying, then food is delivered to table. I wish the app is working to order online for convenience, rather than going back to counter and order in the middle of the meal. Overall experience is decent enough, might come back once in a while

The to-go bag they handed us didnt come with any cutlery or napkins. For dine-ins do you provide cutlery to customers? Do they have to ask?

I was originally going to another place to eat. When I saw Nando s, I decided to change my reservations because I haven t had Nando s in so long. When I went to in the restaurant look really nice clean. That was a mistake because I judge too soon. I ordered all their new items, the chicken wrap, honey sweet potato fries and Nando s mac. I sat down at the tables but once I sat down, the table had crumbs and it felt sticky. I went to go seat at another spot and the seat was sticky and it had left over crumbs as well. I wanted to cancel my order but I felt like it was too late as they were preparing my food. I finally found a spot to sit. When she gave me the glass cup first my drink it looked dirty. It had a frothy ring around the cup. As it looked it hadn t been washed. I showed her the cup and mentioned that it looked pretty dirty. I told her if she can bring me a new clean cup. When the food came out,all the food wasn t that bad it tasted pretty good. I just had a weird gut feeling cause I was thinking I hope the food is prepped properly and that they have good hygiene. Because is they can t clean their tables and chairs. They must not prepare their food well as well. I tried to push that thought away, I took a first bite as I was hungry and it tasted pretty good. I just wish the wrap didn t have soo much of the white end of the lettuce. As well it said that it had roasted veggies. The one end of the wrap had once red pepper and what looked like one zucchini. That was a total fail and the sweet potato s were a big soggy.

This is the second time I am ordering the chicken wrap and its burnt. Even the wrap is burnt. It used to be really good but it doesnt taste the same as before.

Table was sticky and we needed to get our own cloth to clean it. Kids eat free Wednesday has ended, at the end of the February. Pop machine was being difficult. Food is always good .
