Indian-style Hakka Chinese cuisine with halal meats in a simple strip-mall setting.
This used to be our goto spot for Hakka for many years but it seems something has changed of late. The food does not taste the same anymore. Some of the issues we had with the food are: 1. We ordered chicken pakoras and they tasted like fish. They must be using the same oil to fry fish dishes as well. The after taste was very unpleasent. 2. All their "special" dishes were not any spceial in terms of flavours. It all tasted bland. Most of their dishes were under seasoned. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of food.
I have to change my 5 star review to 2 stars. I've been coming to Faleys for over 10 years, I'm not sure if the ownership has changed but the chili chicken is just not the same. The chicken was fatty and chewy, the sauce was a weird colour and no flavor. It's one of my favorite dishes there but it seems they've ruined the original recipe. I won't be back
Haven't been to Faley since back in 2009. When I went back, most of my favorite places are gone, so figured I'd make a pilgrimage to my once favorite Faley out in Etobicoke. My first shocker was when I saw the staff and had a bit of a shock and it harkened me back to my experience at Frederick's in Markham after it sold. The staff was Desi instead of Asian. As with Frederick's, I figured the place had been sold and the food was destroyed and was ready to walk out. On asking the staff, it turned out, the owner was still the same, and so I sat down. (I don't have anything against Desi's, but the ones who bought Frederick's...suffice it to say, I stopped going there. And still wake up in the middle of the night having nightmares about putting a spoonful of Manchurian Chicken Fried Rice in my mouth and ending up with whatever it has become. Cold sweats man, I'm still recovering) Aneeeway! The food at Faley is amazing and on point. Exactly what Hakka should be. It took me back to the happy days when all I had to worry about was a smack from my mother or a really bad yelling from my dad. The pictures are attached to this review, and to be honest, they tasted soooooooo much better than what the picture shows. My only complaint is that the place looks a little antiseptic, but I was there for the food, so between the aaaahs and the uuuuuuuums, and the yessssss', I forgot all about it until now as I write this. Highly recommend! PS: After the dine in, I also ordered a bunch to take out with me. This has become my must stop for all my future trips to Toronto. I'd recommend you make it yours as well.
How is it you raise the price for the chilli chicken fried rice and reduce the amount rice and meat? They literally gave me half of the meat they usually serve with the chilli chicken. You guys gave shrinkflation another name. Definitely my last time eating here.
A Taste of East Asian Cuisine at Faley If you’re a fan of East Asian cuisine and enjoy spicy and flavorful dishes, Faley is a great choice. The menu offers a variety of delicious, spicy dishes that truly capture the essence of Asian flavors. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, making it a good value for the quality of food you receive. However, the restaurant’s ambiance isn’t particularly impressive or well-designed, which might be a downside for some. Additionally, during the hot summer days, the restaurant’s ventilation and cooling systems don’t perform very well, which could affect your overall experience. Overall, if you’re looking for tasty and affordable food and can overlook the simple environment, Faley is worth a visit.
10/10 fresh food for the price you pay for is amazing, hard to beat. Recommend daily special like chilli chicken or Faley special chicken on steamed rice. 9.25 plus tax can’t beat it.
Great food, fast Service, and good customer service. The Chili chicken is amazing and the mabo tofu is the bomb 1 of my favourite Hakka Places to go.
Went to Faley last week Thursday for lunch and the place was busy. We ordered the Chili Chicken, Crispy Beef and Chicken Cashew. Service was good and the food was quick! All dishes were delicious, portion size is generous and for amazing prices! The owner is funny and friendly on our first encounter. The atmosphere was okay - a place where you just sit, eat and go - not really for hanging out and relaxing. Definitely will be back for the food!
The food quality is no longer the same. I ve been ordering the same thing for over 10 years and unfortunately the fried rice isn t as flavourful anymore just rice tossed in the pan with the chilli chicken on top. I might as well pay less and get white rice
Pathetic food. They add too much food colouring ! Flavourless food !
Love their hot and sour soup. My favourite in the city. Dietary restrictions: Halal food Food : 4/5 |
Proper tasty food cant complain at all!!
They add automatic tip/gradituity without saying anything. At most places its either for a table of 6 or 8. I tipped them without realizing the automatic gradituity and when I question it the guy says its for parties of 5 or more. Soup was ok. Chili chicken was crap. Crispy beef was crap, A chicken dish my sister ordered was decent. Beer came at almost room temp and the atmosphere was ghetto. I saw a guy on IG promoting them and looked decent so I checked it out. The guy obviously had bad taste. It was probably paid promo. Garbage. Straight trash. No stars is not an option is the only reason they get a star. DONT GO THERE
Parking is usually the problem on Fridays as lots of people park in that Plaza and walk to a nearby mosque for prayers.
Been going here for last 20 years. Food is always the best and owner is very friendly.
A hidden gem in Rexdale. Tasty food with really good portions and very fair pricing. Food
The restaurant has been in the community forever and has remained consistent with their delicious food. Their soups and main dishes are absolutely delicious and always great to enjoy with the family.
Very very tasteless food . All the dishes are pathetic . We had ordered chicken garlic which has no salt . In general Tao shrimp , has too much salt and didn t clean the shrimp properly has a bad smell . Cantonese noodle has a very strong burning smell. The worst thing is this no one there is ready to listen the complaint. A big big ZERO to hear his restaurant
Sometimes, a good place falls behind because of the look. Food is not bad, but people also eat with their eyes Food
Been coming here for so many years! Prices have gone up, but the quality is still amazing!
Very bad customer service. The cook was very rude. He started yelling from the kitchen insulting the customer even though it was his employee mistake. Very bad experience. Worst customer service.
Good Hakka food , very authentic Indian Hakka style . Highly recommended
For you that Didnt realize it in the taste of the food the restaurant has been bought and owned by a new owner now. The original owner was here more then 20years, him and his wife sold the establishment to this new owners whos been operating for about 5months now.
Best food
Delicious hakka chicken noodles Kind people Atmosphere can be improved, but it s fine It s big enough to host a family dinner, which is a plus They re doing a great job!
We were there yesterday and was very disappointed. The food is not as good as it used to be. We ve been visiting faley s restaurant for more than 15 years! We ordered Manchurian , crispy beef , chicken chowmein and faley a fried rice. The Manchurian and beef was ok though the portion is less now than it used to be. The chowmein and fried rice was disgusting, it tasted like old chicken that has been reheated. Faley s is now off my list for Hakka food. I don t know if the Owner has changed as I didn t see any of them there. Looks like this restaurant is now taken by Indians!!! Would not recommend this place!!
Great quality and generous quantity. Keep it up.
Love the crispy chilling on fried rice. Amazing especially if done by Malcolm
Man, so far the food Ive had from there has been excellent and flavorful! Very good place for authentic hakka!
Always busy! But they do have good food. If you plan on taking out always call ahead. They usually have seats available to eat at the restaurant. Its a must try.
Dont bother, service and food quality have gotten really really down over the years. Food had zero taste to it, veggies mix in the soup and rice felt like they were dropped in last minute, no flavour. Find a different place for your hakka craving
Faley has lost its quality, no taste or whatsoever... chilly chicken was specialty but lost that one too
Customer service and food are good.
Dirty and shabby place. Hot day, too cheap to put on air conditioning, so the dining area is unpleasantly warm. I ordered a chili chicken with hakka noodles to go. Very bland and too greasy (container full of oil), and was sick 2 hours later. The food gave me bad indigestion and was unwell for about 18 hours with stomach distress. My guess is the chicken wasnt fresh, or undercooked/cross-contaminated. Im never returning to Faleys again.
Good food and great service. Friendly staff. The turban guy is very friendly
Excellent ambience and amazing food
The food made me sick for the second time. I don t know why I even went there for lunch, smh! I ordered chili chicken and fried rice, and it was terrible. I will never go there again. I ve learned my lesson this time. I threw up all the food.
I came across a reel on instagram from a so called influencer hyping about this restaurant. I was excited and wanted to give it a shot! Honestly, the food for the price was decent. I ordered a Chilli Chicken (gravy) with rice and it was okay! Definitely lacked the rich flavor which I was expecting from a Hakka Indo-Chinese cuisine. I cant comment on the other foods from their menu as I did not try them. Overall, good for the price and okay for the taste :)
Going there for almost 20 years. Still affordable and tasty hakka Chinese within the GTA. Service has always been good.
First time there food was great
By 4, I mean it was quite good. Chicken with cashews and vegetables was very nice, generous portion, good value.
Tasty food with good portion for cheap price.
THE best
Delicious Food, Chilli chicken is recommended
Amazing customer service and food!
The owner really needs to learn about customer service really disappointed with his attitude!
Ok so let me give it to you straight. The food was great, I got the Chilli Chicken Dry on Fried Rice which was recommended by one of the workers and it was nice it was about $14 and some change, which was. A proper deal because the food fills you to the bone, like literally. The customer care and/or service was great too, this was my first time coming here and it won t be my last that I m sure of. Parking: The parking is somewhat okay but somewhat not because the plaza is cramped up together with people living in the building and with other comers from other stores venturing over here so.. but I found parking quickly but the plaza I can tell gets busy, mostly because I went on a Saturday that s probably why, but I don t think it would be too hard to find parking
Amazing customer service
Like the food Great customer service Love the atmosphere Food : 5/5
Best hakka noodles in town suggest eveyone to try
I tried chill chicken it was very tasty and customer service was commendable. At last the customer service of that nepali guy having tattoo on his right hand side is great awesome love it Food
One of the best restaurants in town with reasonable price.
Delicious food with reasonable price
Quality of food is not good and ingredients used are cheap. The ambiance is poor and service was ok. I normally don t give low rating, but the food did not sit well with me. I would highly recommend Chilli Chicken house, you can thank me later.
Food is very good & good quantity !!!!
One of the worst experience. They served non veg food to vegetarian order and when we complained the owner is start shouting. When we bring non veg item for refund he refuse and screaming. Shouting. Beware of this place. Food : 1/5
There service is really bad I order food and they give me wrong order but when I call them then owner talk to me very rudely he disrespect me. I never recommend faley.
I bought here and the customer service is just awful. When I called back the owner used vulgar language even though they messed up our food. Disrespectful and ignorant.
Manchurian chicken and chilli chicken was amazing. I wish they give free vinegar chili as they used to before.
horrible quality of meat, fat and dry meat or other not appetizing parts of the meat. very rude owner. Surprised that you have 4 stars
The quality of food they are serving now is not edible. The chicken dishes are filled with fat & cartilage. Don t eat here, it used to be good but now it s not worth your money.
Came here last night and got the Chilli chicken and Gan-Ben Crispy Beef. They were in large portions that was more than enough for the two of us. It was fresh, delicious, spicy and very enjoyable. The staff was kind and the environment was very homey. Would strongly recommend if you are in the area and craving a creative blend of Hakka Chinese Indian cuisine.
Totally unprofessional
Havent been here and ages so I decide to stop in. I ordered white rice and Chilli chicken Saucey. I opened my box in the store to add hot sauce. As soon as I oped my box there was a long hair sticking out. Never again
I have been to Faleys a restaurant many times over
Showed up at 9:10 to dine in when they close at 10:30 and was told dine in is closed not accommodating at all owner is nice but staff are inconsiderate. What difference is 10 mins going to make. Fix your house on google or accommodate your customers
We drove a long way and arrived at 9:10 only for them to tell us they close dine-in at 9. Their google says they close at 10:30 they should put that on their page so I wouldn t waste my time and gas. The food was good the first time I had it but because of this instance, won t be coming again. Very upsetting- just poor service and management altogether.
Worst customer service showed up literally a few minutes past 9 and they close at 10:30 and was told dine in was closed staff was rude about it when I said that it s only a few minutes past 9 and they close at 10:30. Used to be a solid place but new management sucks. Train your staff, fix your hours and do better.
I Can taste the new management in the food, and it isnt anything like it use to be. The rice lacks flavour, chili chicken sauce use to be darker, tastier now its just like hot sauce on it. im disapointed however prices are very good but i wish we could get the old cook back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best Hakka restaurant in Toronto hands down!!! Staff is very welcoming and food is delicious!!
Faleys is a certified hood classic, I love the customer service, the portions, the prices, the food itself. Excellent, place might not have the appearance of a 5 star restaurant but theres more to life than just appearances, its home to me Vegetarian options: The only place Ive ever been to where the veg options taste as good or better than the meat options, and trust me the meat options are excellent
Cash or Debit only was a negative
Great restaurant! Delicious food! Best Hakka Chinese restaurant in Toronto!!
Food isnt good anymore as it was years back.. also prices hiked so badly..
Horrible customer service!!! I work in the same industry and this was just horrible!! I ordered food at 4:21 and called at 4:22 too canceled one item. they told me it was already made and that they can t cancel the one item and that I have to pay for it. So your telling me Within 1 min you made chili chicken ? That s ridiculous that s clearly not fresh. so they started to force me to pay for it so no I m not coming to get any food from here anymore and then they have the audacity to call me back and say that they won t be able to take orders from me lol no problem !!! I ve been coming here for a very long time lost a loyal customer for stupidness I will no longer support this restaurant.
The food was no good
It s addictive .. That s all I have to say. Food
We been going to Faley last 25 years. Today I order 2 chicken with vegetables to go . We experienced chicken was so old and smell was terribly bad. We called the restaurant and explained, He said can t take it back. We end up with throughout in garbage.
Review (4.1 rating): Honestly, I do not understand how they achieved this rating. The food was third-class. I ordered the Fish Manchurian rice combo, and the fish was hard, chewy, and unidentifiable in taste. It was a waste of both money and time. Please do not visit this place; the quality is very poor.
Very disappointed on my orders today Chilli Chicken with Fried Rice chicken overcooked rice is very hard cookless no flavors taste in the food so disappointed when you are paying for a meal you expect to have a nice meal to enjoy your Food will never order again
Wow I used to love this place. Been going for 10 years or more. But the last few times man, the quality has gone completely down. It tastes like nothing. Very sad to write this review for one of my favorite spots growing up
Went to this establishment on Friday night for the first time and the food was amazing.
Great place. A visit with Malcolm is always fun
Faleys restaurant is a true gem in the west end, offering great quality, delicious food, and lightning-fast service. As one of the best hakka spots in the area, it never fails to impress. From the first bite to the last, every dish is a testament to their dedication to flavor and freshness. The menu boasts a delightful array of options, each more tempting than the last.
I believe they are, Under new management and staff. Not friendly at all. Food taste is suffering. Faley s used to be one of the top tear Chinese restaurants. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case.
It was Eid and none of the biryani places were open so an Indo Chinese restaurant was my next best option and to tell you the truth, it didnt disappoint. I ordered Spicy Calamari and Singapore fried rice and they were both delicious. The service was quick, patient and very respectful. Definitely recommended to those who crave for a bit of home every time.
price is reasonable..
Most amazing Hakka food in the city. I was 12 when I first came here now I m 28 and I ll never stop coming. I ll come forever thanks to faley amazing food and customer service.
Chicken quality was so poor, I don t recommend this.
Best HALAAL Hakka Food in Canada Dietary restrictions: Food is HALAAL. Food : 5/5 |
Faleys is the best Hakka food in the GTA. I have been coming here for 20 years and the food is always excellent.
Please consider using different plastic containers for your food. The plastic lid on my lo mein broke off, leaving me to find small pieces in my food. A clear safety hazard.
Excellent Haka style Chinese food this restaurant is very popular the restaurant is very clean and cosy the staff and owner are great and their is plenty of parking
Website price is different from in store price Quality is ok For take out or dine in - price is atleast 30% expensive.
Beware: The male owner is a rude and racist obnoxious person. Try Hot n Sour soup. Their Chili Chicken is very tough to chew.
Foods taste was not bad. Environment is in plaza, the restaurant is not big. Many indian people dine there, since it is hakka indian style foods. Vegetarian options: No Dietary restrictions: No Parking: Parking is free, but quite busy. Kid-friendliness: No. Wheelchair accessibility: No
The food is good as always.
Portion size was great, we had to take it with us. The space between tables was a bit tight whereby the server or customers bumped those seated. Customer service was good. Vegetarian options: I ordered the manchurian vegetables option and it was ok.
Heard about this place for years, never went until now though. Heard good things about it, but that must have been way back in the day with different cooks. The plaza the restaurant is located in is a bit shady so watch yourself. Ordered Chilli Chicken w/ gravy and rice...hardly any gravy. Chicken didnt taste that great either...spicing was ok. My usual Hakka spot was closed and this was open...live and learn I guess.
I have been getting food from here for many years. From chicken wings to shrimp to chili chicken. I have not had a dish that I dislike. You have the option when ordering to say if you want extra or less spicy; dry or wet (gravy level). My go-to is the chili chicken combo with an extra bit of spiciness and less gravy!!
Use to be the spot to get some hakka... now its not. Chilli chicken lacks any taste Fried rice is mushy
Exactly what you want from a Hakka spot- quick service, amazing chilli chicken. Cash / debit payments only! Food
Had the best meal
Best Hakka- I make sure to pick up hubbys favourites every time I go back to the hood. We love the chicken pakoras, Faleys special chicken and the Hot and sour soup. Service is always super quick with a smile.
Food was great! Cooked fresh and properly. This is not an upscale restaurant so ambiance is almost non existent
Nice place
We been coming here since 2008 but the quality of food has gone down the hill. It s not the same anymore. Will not be coming back
I ordered bombay chicken today It feels like rubber Finally ended up giving my dogs this chicken and even they refused
Quality food and good portions. Always busy so choose your time before you go.
Ive called to place my order for pick up a few times and still had a long wait time after getting there. But great food. Try their fried rice (dry). Food
our family s go to always. Love their lunch special
Once our family favorite restaurant... but it went downhill taste is not same anymore...really disappointed
Couple days before i came in to pick my food and I saw the owner was shouting in the kitchen at his employees, Doesnt make a good impression for owner
Their Portion size for takeouts is small as compared to golden asian cuisine restaurant. Taste wise quite similar. Ordered chilli chicken gravy on rice ... Hard to find any gravy and chilly just onions on top of chicken. Not impressed at all. One star for the hardwork of cook who made it.
Yesterday we have bought multiple items from them and it was a take out order. Usually they provide decent food but we have noticed the service was lacking from the beginning, but yesterday the food was also very disappointing. The paneer chilly was totally gross because theyve added extensive amount of salt so we had to throw that out completely, and also when we called them to let them know regarding this theyre not accepting their fault, they specifically said That is not possible. Since they dont give quality food and service, now its time to think about some better options. Please try to value your customers!
I bought a bunch of stuff from this place. For the Paneer chili, there was NO SALT and it was SWEET. I leave in London and was in the are for a meeting so picked up stuff from them. The next day i Called them and told regarding the Salt missing from Panner chili and it was sweet, to which the Crazy Owner say Pannner chili is never sweet. I said thats why i am calling i have never eaten Sweet Paneer Chili. They asked me to send the pictures which i did and i will share it here as well cos we did not consume that. The Owner out right said he is not going to fix the order and wont give refund for this. He said that its a cost to prepare food which is not UP TO STANDARDS and SELL to customers and he does not care if there was no salt and if it was sweet. Mr Owner keep that money which you made by cheating others and it will help your family. What a looser. and Horrible people and this is the second time this has happened
Great food
Terrible food. Owner didn t care .
Service seems to go downhill over past few times I have gone.. They have hours per website and Google at 10 pm closing but somehow dinning closes at 9pm which makes no sense.. how would a customer know this magically.. Went in and there were other people sitting who were ordering food yet they wouldnt let me dine in.. even though it was only 920 pm. Its just sad that their service is becoming worse and rude over the past year..
verry good for food Vegetarian options: lots of Dietary restrictions: nice Parking: lots of parking spots Kid-friendliness: yes Wheelchair accessibility: should be need their
Chicken is not fresh. Smelly.
GOOD SERVICE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY Food

IF YOU ENJOY TASTELESS FOOD THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. The service was atrocious, the food was bland but somehow it ll manage to leave your stomach upset to top it off the ambiance was unpleasant. I strongly advise against dining at this place. Spare yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a satisfying meal.
This place gone downhill in the last 2 years , the portion used to be enough for a hungry person now you get a fraction of the food at a higher price, and the taste and aroma is lost , maybe the changed their chefs or cutting back on taste even though they are still using the harmful ingredient Aji nomoto knows as MSG. i am done with this place even the corn soup that used to be the best tasting soup here is very bland. Vegetarian options: wish they had better variety
The chill panner And Veg Chowmein were the best like back in the hometown india i used to have and also for chicken and seafood lovers its a heaven Great staff too
My favorite place for Hakka the quality and taste of the food has always been consistent. The staff has always been exceptional and very professional as well very friendly. I would strongly recommend the chili chicken and definitely the crispy beef but overall everything on the menu is extremely tasteful.
Amazing experience and delicious food
A rare find! Delicious food and lovely service. A must try
I go here everyday Best hakka food i ever tasted in my life workers are nice, food comes out fast in big portions
We came bit late, But employees gave best service to eat there, and always best food there 5 stars for employees also
Good food
Been coming here for over 15 years. Same great food as always !
Manchurian chicken on fried rice is my all-time fav because best ever
Dal is too delicious over there
The food is AMAZING!
Good food, reasonable prices, and enough parking space.
Worst food. Order paneer chilli with gravy and they gave me dry Panner is bed quality and very hard to bite Food
Overall rankings: Taste - 4/5, Portion - 4/5, Presentation - 3/5 The go-to spot for my family for the last 15 years. We have been ordering non-stop and tried so many different options from the menu. The portions are a really good size for dine-in and take-out, the meals are always fresh and look delicious from the different ingredients used, sauce and the overall presentation. Finally taste is great as they stick to real Hakka flavours and all the meals are seasoned and spiced accordingly and always spicy when it needs to be, sweet when it needs to be, etc. Service has also been great over the years and price accordingly
I called and ordered chilli fish with steamed rice and asked not spicy and NO BLACK PEPPER. But, still they added that. Also, i see no onions in the order this time. Hope it will fixed..
Amazing food and same with the portion sizes.
Came here after dropping my Grandma at the airport! It was amazing the Chilli Fish Fried Rice is my most favorite!
Do not come here if you like Fredericks, Eddies, Hakka no.1 or any other authentic Hakka place. Very possible new owners/chef. This is some Indian version with ketchup it seems in everything. We spent $100 and all three of us are in agreement, it is the absolute worst hakka Ive eaten last 25yrs in GTA. Whatever batter on the chicken is like funnel cake batter. No green chillies rather seranos with ketchup or something. Bombay spice chicken tastes same as pakora and very similar to ketchup chilli chicken. Special Faley beef should be called faulty beef. Manchurian paneer was hard as rock, seemed like a week old. Only think edible was steamed rice. $97 in the garbage
Amazing teast food
The food I ordered was smelling and bad. Never going to order here again.
First time and last time. Food tasted very watered down. Had the Szechuan chicken and hot and sour soup. Managed to reluctantly finish the Szechuan chicken but I threw out the hot and sour soup. It wasnt hot or sour.. Worst Hakka food I ever tasted. Maybe it was good for diabetic, high cholesterol people because it had no taste. Waste of $20 Service was fast and greeted nicely. Atmosphere was the average Hakka dine in takeout spot. Nothing special.
Dietary restrictions: The meat is Halal. Food
They fell off...
The food quality has become really bad. I have been going to this place for over 15 years and it used to be one of best Hakka s but recent experience was horrible. I ordered chili chicken and it looked and tasted disgusting. The chicken was old and has small pieces of bones and fat on them. . Last time was my last meal in this place.
Five stars for a fantastic food and dining experience!
Food was good but not sure why they charge 10% service charge. On asking they said since they served 5 people so they charge 10%. I find that weird. You cannot force me to pay service charge.
The best Hakka food Ive ever had..dry Chilli chicken and dry beef are amazing!!
Website says open at 1300 but the store was closed and the sign said 1500
Good place for Hakka food . Visit often for their lunch specials ..consistent .
Chicken fried rice is must try
Worst food quality restaurant I have ever been too
I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE IN MY LIFE. I was ordering in this restaurant for past 8 months. I have a very bad experience recently with the BOSS of the restaurant. He changed my seat 3 times for his convenience and told me to take food home if i cant sit where he decide. Also showed a very RACIST discrimination. He told me its 35 years he is here and he dont care if i felt bad or not i had to leave the restaurant. Very very bad experience.
Dear Faley Restaurant I hope this message finds you well. I visited your establishment today at approximately 4:30 pm and ordered two chili fish lunch specials to go. I appreciate the prompt service; however, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Upon requesting hot sauce, I was generously provided with an ample amount. Subsequently, when I asked for green chili vinegar, I noticed a charge of 50 cents for the first one. While I understand the need for certain charges, I believe a nominal fee for the second green chili would have been more reasonable. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the interaction with the 2 waitresses and 1 waiter at the front. Unfortunately, their demeanor was perceived as rude, and it appeared there was a lack of customer service skills. I understand the challenges that restaurants face in todays environment, and I empathize with the need to navigate financial constraints. However, I believe maintaining a positive customer experience is crucial for the long-term success of any establishment. I share this feedback with the intention of contributing to the improvement of your restaurant. I value the quality of your offerings and hope that my experience today can be considered constructively. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Best regards,
Food taste so good. Good quantity. Not sure about quality. I ordered Faley s special fried rice, not satisfied with the over food coloring. It was blood red. Please make it less artificial colored and keep the good taste.
i absolutely cant stand the staff at the front. how was she rude to my whole family even my grandmother WHO DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH BTW !!! ACCUSED HER OF STEALING A DRINK AND SNATCHED IT OUT OF HER HAND WHEN HER GRANDSON HAD ALREADY PAID ! horrible place to take a family throw away everyone that doesnt work in the kitchen
Hakka Indochinese at its best. Always excellent chow and big portions.
