I visited your establishment on December 10, 2024 at 12:20pm. I bought a nutella cookie and a chocolate chunk cookie. when I received my nutella cookie, I didn’t think anything of it. However, when I got back to school, I realized my cookie looked very oily. When I checked my cookie it looked RAW. it was very raw and oily. This is not the first time this happened, but the second. The first time it happened, I told the workers and they told me the cookie was fresh and that’s how it was supposed to be. They did not refund me and I had to end up throwing it in the garbage. The workers are always rude and do not know what good service looks like.
First time here, first of all Tim Hortons app is not working in their system, so can not honour any deal on the app, called manager. She said no deal at this Tim Hortons. I just bought a coffee but that’s also not good as well, Good luck guys!!
I always order Chicken Noodle Soup at Tim Hortons, but for some reason only HERE they won't give it to you a butter and a knife here. You always have to ask for them. Even though I paid for everything in the set.
Without fail, every time I add an extra instruction, they somehow mess it up. On multiple occasions. I would ask for “milk on the side” at the counter just to ask again at pick up because someone didn’t relay it to them. Same goes for a double toasted bagel with butter, only single toasted which barely toasts the bagel. On occasion, I’d have to wait egregiously long just to get a single iced coffee. Once I had to ask them to remake it since they forgot to add something, then they proceeded to argue with me saying I got my coffee after I handed it to them for a remake! For the cost it’s serviceable, but aside from that, I try to avoid this location unless I really need something in a pinch.
The girls serving was very rude and not pleasant. Girl saw me at the counter and was cleaning instead of serving the customer. When she finally took my order I told her to stir my coffee with a shot of espresso and she handed it to me rudely only to walk out the store to realize my coffee was not stirred. Tasted nasty
i ordered a chicken noodle soup they gave me soup with no chicken in the packet no tissue paper no butter no salt no pepper nothing its just they wanted to give me soup thats it. staff not good they even don’t know what to give with the order they don’t fulfilled my order as if someone spending 6$ on your time uh should give as best service as you can. not recommended. I came because earlier girl name alivia chattrath was working here she is best employee of this tim she was best at this tim highly recommend to get alivia back please
a warm environment. There is a fireplace. It's nice even if it's an artificial fireplace. The 4 female employees were patient and nice. A place to sit and spend time.
Feels sketchy... to crowded Unable to follow simple instructions like when I asked for double toasted, I did not get that. No onus on quality assurance or checking if the outer is right

Listen these people need to be spoken to like 5x in order for you to get what you need correctly. I dunno if they re smoking the grass on break, or before going in, but they seem clueless. Went in there 3x in one week, and each time it was a different mistake from wrong coffee, wrong food, to missing items. Then they wanna try and tell you what you said vs what you actually said. Very argumentative, and wrong at that. Poor customer service.
Dirty and slow service. Tables covered with trash. The coffee was hot and the food was fresh, but we had too take it to go. Maybe thats why they dont clear the tables??
Old hard burned doughnuts, drinks not even fill up to the top and very bad service. Not worth the money anymore.

Great place and atmosphere, can get quite busy here especially on school days. Wish there was a drive thru option. Parking: Plenty of places to park for free! Kid-friendliness: Place can get super packed so be careful if you have kids.
We went in ordered at 8:30 AM and received our correct order right away! Friendly and capable staff.
Was there today. Went through the kiosk. Havent been there in ages and remembered why I stopped going there after todays experience. Ordered a coffee with 2 cream and 1 sweetener as well as a bagel with triple butter (as we all know when asking for double butter, you are lucky if you get any butter, also requested it to be double toasted. The coffee was missing the sweetener, the bagel was very lightly toasted with next to no butter. The attitude was atrocious. I never heard my name being called. So I walked over to the far side asking if my order was ready. The response from one woman was, I have been calling your name. Look up, kiosk orders are on this side. Use your eyes. The last time I was in there the kiosk orders were picked up on the bathroom side. Perhaps putting a sign at the kiosks stating what side to pick up the orders on would be much better than being so rude to customers. I have a bad neck. They need to think about their behavior and how they speak to customers and I wish they would learn how to prepare an order properly for their customers.
Fix your self Serve machine or put a sign. Have some consideration. I left and went to different location

After 2 years of spending average $250-280 per month at this location I said enough ,service poor,not a good job for the moneys Im spending there ,I bought a toaster and a coffee machine at my work and voila Im happy again .

I made an order on the app, minus the 2 plant-based sausage I wanted on 2 English muffins because it wasnt optional to order on the app. I called and asked if they can make it for me ahead of time. They said yes. I came in and ordered two plant-based sausages each on an English muffin. They said you mean simply sausage? I replied with is the simply sausage plant-based? They said yes. I got into my car and checked and it was NOT plant-based (I could tell). I went back in to check. She said it wasnt. I said thats a huge mistake to make for people who dont eat meat - we would get sick!!! Food sensitivities and allergies are serious!! They didnt seem yo care! She confirmed that I wanted plant-based. I said I called ahead. They didnt make it beforehand and had me standing there for 20mins, waiting for then to make that sausage. It also made me pressed for time!!! I was there a total of 25mins. When I got there, there were no customers and then it got busy. Im not going yo this location again!!!

Just came back from Timmys to discover that they gave me the wring donuts and they all melted to the bag, just end up wasting my money, so upset. I ordered 2 honey glaze donuts and thus guy gave me 2 maple donuts which in turn just ended up in the garbage, so annoyed
The mobil order completely useless !! Had to wait 8 min more after my pick up time since they started to prepare my order when i arrived . They excuse was the store was busy but its not ! No apology but i received an attitude !!

Ive been to two Tim Hortons today so Im not sure which one this review is for. And one the service was excellent and in the other it was just okay. In any case, the coffee was great in both instances! Im happy to say that Tim Hortons has your gained the top spot in my coffee preference which they had lost for a couple of years to McDonalds. Recently, I have found that the McDonalds coffee has not been as flavorful and that I once again prefer that Tim Hortons taste. I only wish that Tim Hortons would give a senior discount in all their Outlets just like McDonalds does.

This store used to be a great location however now they talk to much to other staff and don t do their jobs . I sent my son down to Tim hortons he placed the order with my debit card they were too busy talking and deleted the order and told him they didn t have any order for him however the cash was taken out of my bank for the order . This location should fire all their staff and start all over again none of them including the managers in there know what they re doing .

I usually order a combo. And they never have potato wedges. If i mobile order potato wedges, they put hash browns instead. They don t even have the tendency to ask if the customers want something else.
I pre-ordered two dozen donuts for my childs school birthday party. When I arrived, not only were they not ready, I was told that half my order still had to be baked but that it would only take 5 minutes I waited 20 minutes and barley got to my sons school in time for the celebration. What is the point of having a pre-order service if no one is managing them? Do not recommend this Tims location.

Would of instantly give no stars it that was an option. This location is all Indians and they don t even greet customers. They are rude and don t give a dam about customers, they take orders after orders and you have to wait at least 10 minutes just for a cup of coffee.

They always try to have it decorated according to the occasion, normal service, nothing special, usual food, reasonable prices. The bad thing is that every time I have gone to this one, I have seen it very dirty. The worst Tim Hortons I have seen then is this one. Unprofessional staff who are selling hot water. Omg I was a loyal customer who used to buy coffee unfortunately the standard dont match with the branch name bcz the current staff are selling cold water and hot water which is free in other Tim Hortons. When I asked why they were selling since it dont apply to the policy of all Tim Hortons a lady replied to me its the policy of the owner. So what ? The owner is making his own policy! extra money which is not the policy of the branch. I think the concerned parties should investigate this matter and if they caught doing that, they should be taxed for those charges.

They never answer their calls. They workers are not good with customer care. Better still they should remove their phone number online, its useless to have it there when you dont make use of it. And yes $2 $3 dollars get add onto your bills for no reason and no explanation, so watch out!
Not a bad little chain of stores. Great place to get a quick cup of coffee, doughnut, Danish, or even a breakfast sandwich. Very similar to Wawa or Sheetz in the States but on a smaller level without the fueling station aspect. Look forward to visiting them when I am up here across the line.

This might be the only time Hortons in the whole of GTA that provides clean, accurate and 5 star service. It is very different from all other locations. Only thing is there s no drive thro. Oh well maybe that s why they focus so much on counter orders. This place is well kept.

All I wanted was a black iced coffee (so I could put an alternative milk in it), and they gave me a regular iced coffee. I then told her so sorry, its supposed to be black. She gave me my iced coffee and when I get home I taste an extremely large amount of sugar syrup in it. I think everyone working there needs to understand what a black coffee is, because some people dont seem to understand it also means no sugar in addition to milk or cream. Waste of my time and money.

I can give 0 star if it is possible. I went there for first time on 10 oct 2020 at 4:00 pm. The lady named as KALPANA served me. I think she need some classes of customer service .
With the survey code, which offers any iced coffee for $1 once a week, I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee and gave them the code I had written on the receipt but the staff totally refused to accept my order, one of the staff members said this is the same code, we cant enter it, its not working today which really exhausted me because I did the survey today (so wasnt an old one I was using), and also waited in a long line patiently and the staff member couldnt even tell me a good reason why they cant process my order.........this is the same code, and its not working today are totally seperate reasons. They totally got me frustrated and definitely wouldnt want to go here again. The staff thats usually there, majority (not saying all - just majority) is not friendly or cooperative at all!
OMG I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE. The manger Garima is so fricking amazing. One time this drunk guy just would not LEAVE ME ALONE. He kept coming too close interfering with my conversation, etc. And she just understood how uncomfortable I was becoming and helped a girl out. luv her

No line up still had to wait. did not get my coffee on a timely basic. The lady left the coffee where i could not reach. extremely black dark roast coffee did not have a sleeve on it. the lid was not on properly.
