Good thing I've never bought any donuts from this Tim's Express. The Circle K/Esso dude this morning was using his bare hands to transfer all the 'fresh' donuts, muffins and croissants to the Tim Horton's Express baskets. No tongs, no gloves... then proceeded to serve customers on the Esso cash register. Disgusting if you ask me... I won't even get any coffee from here anymore.
Probably would've given a better star rating if the two ladies making the coffees and serving donuts weren't always touching their masks then handling your food .....LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!?=(
Service sucks. I aked for a yoghurt, but answered by an unfriendly, the yoghurt is there🙄. And the other lady passed me the spoon on touch of it. How can you treat people like this in the morning?
It's a very busy restaurant, but the food is fresh, the service is friendly and professional and most importantly the service is fast. If the line up is very long, someone comes out with little treats for people to tie them over until turn comes, which isn't very long nevertheless

The washroom was disgusting! The garbage can was full, there was empty paper coffee cups on the floor and at least 15 pieces of toilet paper on the floor. The floor around the toilet was wet of water? Or something else? I told the employee.
