Shout out to the most beautiful manager I know! Most mornings- I d come down here and order a coffee often made by the queen of India and we d have a nice conversation and that s enough to energize me for the day! Sometimes the other baristas would mistake me for the king of India but the queen and I know that s not true (or is it?). Usually when the queen sees me shed bump me during quarantine and I came here everyday for breakfast and it tasted better every time also the service staff is always really nice (one time, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and couldnt pick it up in time so they made me a fresh one instead)! Despite the other reviews this place gets, I d never read them cause this place is the best in terms of; convenience, service, lighting, speed, barista, everything! stay away people this is the most disgusting place , extremely dirty got sick from the coffee there , extremely rude staff and the supervisor girl fight and call people names ,another south Asian guy got my coffee with poison be aware i hope the owner of Tim can see that , they must close this place or change all the old staff , if there was - star i would ad it

They never add straws with iced caps when ordered through delivery, i mean its common sense that how do people consume them without it? Totally annoying experience every time i get order from this location by uber eats.

Great service, food cook to perfection

I came in with my niece to grab some Timbits, when she had to go to the washroom. The washroom smelled awful. The floors was wet, there were zero toilet papers or paper towels in the washroom. Disgusting experience, when I tried to inform the worker about the state of the washroom she didn t seem that concerned, and that someone would get to it. Kid-friendliness: Difficult experience taking a toddler to the washroom facilities as they were unclean and smelled terrible.

The Employees are, very well organized, Criminally. I WITNESSED, food, drink,..poisoning to one Customer by Employees. The place is, settled up, to do INTELLIGENCE SERVICES, than businesses. Although, Employees are working undertable (Cash), who do not pay Taxes, still now, Canada need them, as long as, they are not involved with Criminal activities. Just, go to them and find out. Vegetarian options: Not bad.

We stopped by hoping to get a quick bite.however, when we checked in the first thing we noticed was the smell.. I went to use the washroom while my family lined up to get food.. I could not bare the smell of the washroom!! I immediately went out and throw up!! The smell was awful and worst than a dumpster I immediately told my family to leave and not to order food there..

Had to use a toilet last night on our way home from holiday. The washrooms were dreadful!! Would not choose to buy any food from here.

Great experience a good quality service

To drink coffee, I prefer Tim Hortans coffee, which is located near my home. and the employee named Charmaine communicated with me very rudely and shouting. I couldnt find it suitable for such an institution.

Most worst coffee I ever had. It was for sure coffee brewed hours ago and they served exactly the same. I had to throw it away immediately after I had tasted it. I don t think those serving people in evening shift are in a mood to serve customers freshly brewed coffee.

I had a very bad experience here because the staff here is not friendly at all. One girl tooks my order by showing really bad attitude I mean why this behaviour. We get things by paying not free. So its better to behave properly with your customers otherwise no one is gonna come here again. Manager kindly train your staff some points of customer service. Thank you

Diam, not good. Bought chicken noodle soup. No butter, no pepper Asked for butter and pepper, got 1 pepper and butter. Asked again, I got second butter and pepper. I had to ask again, got knife. Staff are nice, but busy, need more than two staffs for evenings

Looks like Tim Hortons also started shrinkflation. Got a loaded bowl yesterday as take away but when I opened it later the bowl was only half loaded. A year or so back when I bought this first time I could not finish the whole bowl but yesterday I had to eat something else as well to fill my stomach. Not sure if this is only for this branch or in general this is the trend now but very disappointed with Tim Hortons now.

Cold wrap and tasted like ingredients used were not fresh. They just reheated it when I informed them. Coffee was terrible and had small hair in it. So I guess hygiene is really compromised here.

No proper take out bags for clients. I had to request a bag, and I was given a tiny bag that could not fit the food I purchased.

Must visit this tim hortons if you wanna spoil your day . You are going through be treated like you are begging for a coffee . It has such a rude staff

this by far was the WORST tim horton experience in my life, I am not over-exaggerating. My family got bunch of ice capps and iced coffees. The coffee taste BURNT and smoky, leaving a disgusting aftertaste. The portion size for my large iced coffee was off too. The iced capp had the same problem. We all couldnt finish the drinks, it was disappointing and a waste of money.

So unprofessional...Indian girl mixed my vegan order with my friends order(he ordered chicken)..she didnt apologize either. So annoying service at all..

Bought breakfast combo.i saw them prepare my food and it was sloppy. The hashbrown was not even put in a sleeve, they just dumped it in the paperbag without anything.

I had been to this place many times but they everything dose the same thing takes the order and when you are just picking it up they will say we dont have this and dont even ask and make something else and then let you. This Tim Hortons location is Dirty with a Capitol D . It appears it never ever cleaned by the staff . Really how difficult is it sweep a floor and wipe down the tables. It 2:30pm in the afternoon currently, so its not like it busy or anything. Oh and when it came the got stuff we didnt even order. Not complaining about the free Ice cappuccino. But this Tims is unorganized and dirty. The staff needs to be better trained. To add theres bugs on the wall. Service here leave alot to be desired. This the one and only time ,Ill come to this Tims. All the tables are dirty, so we asked a request to sanitize or clean our table. The manager on duty asked her co worker who is taking out all the garbage s in their cafe and about to go out to throw the garbage, she did paused to throw the garbage out and deep her hands without changing her gloves and wipes our table down. I don t think so they are aware of cross contamination. Specially with all the viruses that s going on, proper cleanliness is very important at this moment.

I had worst customer service here, today 18 August on Thursday near 8pm, the girl At the front was very rude and start arguing with me as I got wrong order and complain about it to her, she start yelling on me, I m not gonna go this location ever, such a bad experience. No words for the attitude they have while they treat their customers, specially the MANAGER working there. It s all about the day when I got wrong coffee for three times and then I went back to get another coffee but all the times I was getting the wrong coffee. At the same day, my friend got mad on me and he took me with him to the Tim Horton and he talked to the manager to refund the money instead of coffee. After giving money back to us the manager didn t even apologize for a single time. I think anyone can go mad if he or she will get the wrong coffee or food three times from the same restaurant. Now, today I was there in the morning to get my coffee but I got my coffee without sugar. After getting the coffee without sugar, I just call at their telephone and manager was talking to me and we talk to each other about a minute. Then again she call me back after 10 minutes to let me know that I ve talk to my top manager about you and that the top manager said that If you are getting the wrong coffee, you can choose any other Tim Horton to get your coffee. One more thing as a proof that all the times I got the wrong coffee when MANAGER was working there. I think all the things happened intentionally. Now, It s my question to all the readers of this review specially the top manager or the Owner of this 245 DIXON ROAD that Is it fair as a manger of any restaurant if we stop someone to get the food from the restaurant to JUST SATISFY THE EGO . I just wanna say that I didn t see this much arrogant people in my entire life. Oh come on guys, If you have attitude just keep it in your pocket and just don t work at the restaurant. I just wanna say that manager ruined my whole day by saying these things to me. I m working in the restaurant too but I didn t do this stupidity with anyone and I won t even do in my life cause I know how we feel as a customer when somebody from any restaurant treats like we don t want you to come here anymore. It s ok, for the first time in my life I ve faced this problem in which manager of the restaurant has problem with one customer from hundreds of customers. I have visited this place twice since I moved myself nearby. Its a good store with good staff. Just wondering about cleanliness, as you can see the mop in photo so how they can put in front while customers can see it. Apart from it, good customer service.

Tim Hortons service just seems to be going down,down, and down hill! Just came for a cup of coffee and the service was horrific to say the least. From the initial hello, you can sense the attitude and some sort of entitlement in the air. Very arrogant service and people that work there. Tim Hortons should really consider if selling their franchises to everyone is a good decision long term!!! Service of TimHortons around most bigger citys has become a third world country service. Where when you come to get your coffee they tell you to beg for it even tho your paying with your hard earned money!!! No surprised McDonalds is selling coffee now days like never before. Sad.

Slow service. No smiles. No greetings. Unclean. Messy. This Tim is at a great busy spot in the middle of the market. It has such great business potential. But I avoid this place even though I live across the buildings. When you enter this place you feel that place was never cleaned. I believe even the machines are not well maintained and cleaned regularly. Bistro and cafes do not only serve coffees. They server smiles and happiness to your day. This particular Tim would make you frown.

They were very kind to give free Tim bits on a stick to my son. He was very happy. It is a usually crowded place. Some people are just there to kill time. Its hard to find a place to sit because of them.

I always drink late from timhortons but this branch doesnt make the best late. I drive to farther away timhortons store to get my late.

Its a decent tim hortons but the only annoying thing is the bathroom is not available unless you get a key so basically you have to order your food and get the bathroom key. Plus sometimes the cashier is only one person managing the register.

Even though its a franchise this Tim Hortons really stands out. And thats because they have the best staff. Especially their staff member Kajal - what a polite and sweet girl! While most Tim Hortons just dismiss you when they are out of an item, Kajal actually made me a fresh batch even though it was closing time for them! 5 stars for her!

Extremely understaffed. Every time I walk in here there is a huge line. Its always busy. I usually leave but today I decided to wait. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order of a farmers wrap combo. When i finally got it, they forgot to put the tomatoes I asked for and I had to go back in. I dont blame the lady making it, she was making food alone. THEY HAVE ONLY ONE PERSON MAKING FOOD HERE!!! Poor lady. If you think Im exaggerating, there was a disgruntled construction worker behind me. When he got his food he said get me out of this f***ing place. This place makes people angry, try to avoid it if you can. I live across the street and I usually go to the one on kipling and rexdale. :(

Tim Horton in general has great ambiance and services. But that depends on each ones location though. I dont like it when people just stay inside and doing nothing while some other customers want to sit at a table but cannot because even some people dont eat anything or drink something they just dont vacate the chairs and tables.
