There’s a Gujarati lady who works in the morning, and I’ve found her behavior to be quite rude. I'm not sure why she acts the way she does, but her attitude can be very frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly believe it’s necessary to address this issue immediately. She needs to be let go as soon as possible to ensure a more respectful and productive workplace
I purchased a drink from Tim Hortons, the vanilla iced cap, that was far too sweet for my taste, states like pure sugar. When I asked to exchange it for a coffee, an item that costs less than the original drink. I was informed that exchanges are not allowed, this has not been my experience at all at Starbucks. I found this policy disappointing, as I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a simple swap for a more suitable item. It felt like a reasonable request, and I hope Tim Hortons will reconsider their approach to customer satisfaction in situations like this. Makes me not want to go to Tim Hortons, not much competitive advantage verse other coffee shops anyways...

Date: 6th October, 2024 and time 02:30am there was a lady maybe in her 50s. She was very rude and disrespectful. We ordered a medium iced capped online and were waiting on drive thru. We mentioned on the machine that the order is already placed online, she denied saying she was cleaning the machine and order cannot be prepared AFTER ACCEPTING OUR ORDER ONLINE. Then when we asked for the refund, SHE RUDELY SAID ITS NOT HER PROBLEM and we have to figure it out ourselves. After argument she made the iced capp and while giving it her exact words were "WHEN YOU GUYS WERE COMING WHY DID YOU ORDER IT ONLINE?" I mean firstly it was a proper placed order with payment and it was accepted and we were somewhere far that is the reason we preferred to order it online saving our time and making it more convenient for everyone. But the lady was very rude, not at all good with her tone, nor was ordering and were scolding us. Despite of respecting her because of her age, she was too rude and was shouting so we had to answer her back atleast. I have heard this is one of the busiest Tims around, but this experience made me feel that I would never stop here neither for online order pickup nor for drive thru...
We were having drinks at this location and ordered drive thru. The lady who’s taking order wasn’t in a pleasant mood while taking orders. When we get through the window, she was not really happy that she is working there. I always pay with my scan&pay and never had a problems until i get to this location. This lady got mad that it wasn’t working twice. Since my scan&pay never had a problems i was confused too. She was so freaking rude like rude to the highest level. I just ordered a Small French Vanilla and Medium Iced Coffee at around 01:40 AM. When I lifted the cup of French vanilla, it felt light. Checked the cup, it is only half cup. Attaching a picture. Very poor service. No availability of required drinks.

If you do not have the required utilities to sell a product, please do not sell the food. I just received a rice bowl with no lid! It s incredibly frustrating to get takeout that s not packaged properly. How are we supposed to transport it without a lid? Basic essentials like this should be a priority. Disappointed and hoping this will be fixed for future customers.

My apologies but I think I wrote the wrong address last night. I was just so pissed that I wanted to vent off so I could go to sleep. Is this the Tim Hortons near Sunny Supermarket? Well anyway, heres what happened: I went to your store today (Oct. 10, 2024) at 6620 Albion Road and I was treated so rudely by a particular Filipino man there. Hes short and got a big tummy(sorry I didnt get his name). I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a medium pumpkin spice iced cappuccino. He looked at me as if I was talking an alien language (like from space) and asked me, What crispy chicken? , in a very condescending way. So I told him there is only one crispy chicken on your menu on the screen so why do you ask what crispy chicken? Its among the craveables, I added. So, you should have said, the craveables!!!, he responded in a smugly and angry tone and turned away. So I turned to another lady and asked her if there is another crispy chicken in the menu, and she confirmed there was only one. Then, this very rude Filipino guy left his post at the till and came towards us to tell me that I have to be specific because there are several crispy chicken on the menu. I am sure I gave a very specific order of CRISPY CHICKEN which I was literally reading from the menu on the screen. Yet, he insisted there were several crispy chicken on the menu. He said I could have wanted crispy chicken in a wrap. But I didnt ask for a crispy chicken in a wrap!! I ordered only CRISPY CHICKEN AS WRITTEN ON THE SCREEN. He acted as if I do not know what Im talking about, when the fact is, HE IS THE ONE WHO DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS SELLING!!!! I always come to this Tim Hortons Cafe each time I do my marketing at Sunny(a neighboring supermarket) and each time, I was treated with courtesy and kindness until today, WHEN THIS OBNOXIOUS MAN SERVED ME!!! He kept blubbering about crispy chicken and I told him he was wrong, yet he kept insisting he was right and doing his job correctly. So I told him that I can go on arguing with him the whole day if he keeps insisting he was right and to my horror, he asked me,What do you want me to do? Do you want me to scream at you?! I think he needs more training in treating your customers right and remembering and understanding your entire menu. AND PLEASE KINDLY ADVICE HIM NOT TO GO TO WORK ANGRY!!! I AM REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE KIND OF SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY FROM TIM HORTONS AT 6620 ALBION ROAD. When I got home, I told my family the experience I had at your store and to my surprise, all of my nephews, nieces, and cousins described exactly this rude Filipino man to me!!! Worst experience I ever had in tim hortons. After paying the girl told me to come back in line to get my food. When i went back she said the chicken is not ready. I told her I ordered 3 veggie wraps. She said she charged me for chicken wraps. While i ask for refund she said get something else. Finally after waiting 30 mins of paying i got my food.

I tried to order french vanilla around 1:15am and she just denied to prepare and said that it is cleaning time so that she cannot make it like what is this behaviour. Then, why are you guys opened 24 hrs if you cannot fulfill the customer satisfaction.
We went through a drive-thru and encountered a Punjabi lady who was extremely rude. My brother was ordering food and drinks clearly, but she kept shouting and asking us to repeat the order, possibly due to language issues. When we tried to order more, she rudely asked, What else do you want, more? At the payment window, my brother attempted to scan a code, but she snapped at him to hold it closer. When the machine didn t work, she blamed us, shouting that the code wasn t working and yelling for us to come closer, saying she couldn t reach us. If Tim Hortons doesn t address this, I m considering going to the police.
I went there in the morning at 11am to get my coffee done. Today not busy in the morning, i dont need to line up but the employee they have so much freetime, they just talking and they dont care customer wait them or not. I did called them 2 times but they just focus talk talk talk and talk . 1 stars for them. Employess is Indian and one more one the kitchen. They so rude. They cant not talk to much when they working. They dont care about this bussiness. I dont know why this owner how they can hiring them just talk talk talk and not focus to them jobs.

Tuesday July 30th at 12:30am I went to the drive thru on my feet and the lady at the window refused to serve me because I wasn t driving a car. This is RIDICULOUS just because I didn t have a car at the drive thru doesn t mean I m less of a person or a customer. The lady at the window should have been grateful that she had a customer because when I got there there was no one there at all. Dietary restrictions: You need to let them know if you want anything taken off the menu. I had bad experience for take out mobile order today. I ordered 5 minutes before I went to pick up my order and nobody have attended my order and then I need to show them through my mobile what I ordered. Yashvi who was attending was very rude and asking to order from another store. Next time attend customer properly or you will loose your customer base. This same happened to me second time. This is here a second visit. At first i came on a weekend , the service was terrible . Today is Monday, even now the service is still really bad , I ordered habanero veggies bowl because I am a pure vegetarian. THEY PUT CHICKEN ON THE RICE AND AFTERWARDS THEY REALISED AND REMOVED NON VEG part RATHER THAN MAKING A NEW ONE THEY TOPPED THAT UP AND GAVE TO US . Had to throw it away. Dissapointed .
Employees are so rude. On internet, it s showing that this tim is open 24 hours but no, when I asked them till what time its open. They replied until 10 o clock. So yesterday, I went there around 9:40 but they already closed it. It did waste a lot of time. And so many times, the employees don t speak nicely. I did hear a lot that cashier do add some extra money for no reason and that s how they scam people . 300-400 people a day , charging 50 cents to half of them. when i asked her she said owner made this change. 3-4 days ago i got the same order for 2.93 and today 50 cent extra. then she said its so expensive for you next time dont order it. charging 50 cent extra for no reason and trying to scam people and asking e not to order it because it s expensive for me. I recently visited Tim Hortons and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the supervisors. Not only was the service slow and inefficient, but the supervisors attitude was downright rude. Its disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior from someone in a leadership position. I will definitely think twice before returning to this location.

The lack of attentiveness and efficiency at this branch was alarming, and it was evident that many other customers shared a similar sentiment as I observed several vehicles opting to leave without placing their orders. The drive-thru experience is intended to provide convenience and efficiency, yet my encounters at this particular Tim Hortons branch fell significantly short of these expectations. The apparent disorganization and neglect of customer service are concerning, and it is evident that improvements are urgently needed to enhance the overall customer experience. Literal clowns work here. Ordered for delivery bread twists (everything) and got cheese. I am allergic to Dairy, what if I ate it without realizing? They didnt even call or notify. Please hire competent staff who understand English!!

Very busy location. Food is great! Staff is fine and very clean hygienicaly the atmosphere is renovated clean and can get very busy. Say your order clearly when ordering through the drive-thru and if in doubt ask them to repeat the order to you and like any other take-out check your order before you leave. If its not what you ordered dont have a tantrum because chances are your not perfect either so move on or have them give you a new one. FACT IS Tim Horton wasnt perfect in his life either. November 18 at 4:08 PM, I placed a mobile order for pick-up. When I got to the store at 4:13 PM, the staff has not started making my order and it took Staff Member A awhile to find my order. At 4:21 PM, Staff Member B told me that the buns for the Chicken Craveables will be ready in 4-5 minutes so I waited. At 4:28, I asked Staff Member C on how long for my order because its been taking awhile. She went to ask Staff Member B, and she completely forgot about my order. At this point, the staff that I have spoken with have been avoiding eye contact with me and have been running circle around the kitchen. When Staff Member C took the buns out of the oven, she realized that there were no chicken ready to make my order so she told Staff Member D about this. Staff Member D, who was speaking to me for the first time about my order, told me that I would have to wait for another 10 minutes because the chicken was still cooking. I declined to wait for another 10 minutes so Staff Member D canceled the order. TL;DR Why did it take 4 staff members to handle my order? Why couldnt they just communicate with me that they cant make the order? Why did they not check the ingredients beforehand instead of making me wait for more than 20 minutes? I am visibly upset because this is the third time I have done a mobile pick-up for this store and there is always an issue with them making it.

This Tim Hortons is horrible. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I had ordered 2 breakfast combos my wife combo was correct but when it came to mine, I had ordered a steak breakfast sandwich on a four cheese bagel, what I got was a CHEESE CROSSAINT. How do you get such an order wrong. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!
All of people working still the Service is really poor and slow as compared to other branches. Moreover they charge and not even add sauces inside.

Very poor service. They just serve for the sake I order mocha iced capp topped with whipped cream and they served me with coffee cream even for the croissant, we ordered with butter and cheese they served us whatever the hell. When we told them they didnt serve us the way we order they gave us money back without even answering. Worst experience ever....
Tim Hortons has lost its way. Might as well go to McDonalds if you want coffee or anything else.

I came yesterday around 9 am and show her and read my Uber eats order number to her yesterday and the lady at the counter was so rude and yelling at me telling me that it s not that right order when specifically told her that it was the right order number that s on the receipt and wasted my time to go do my delivery.
my breakfast sandwiches are cold and hashbrown fyi i live 3 mins away from ths location, gave them instructions n repeat myslf multiple tmes as to how i want my english muffin be toasted on both side and still didn t do it at all!!! Very Upset to start your morning with something that will make it bad!!!!
