Dirty did not dare to sit

I was just ordering through drive thru and was enquiring about one of the item from the manu. The lady who I was talking to got irritated when I asked for an item that is not yet on the manu. I didnt know. As I asked for another option she raised her voice on me. When I pulled over to the window, I respectfully asked her to change her tone of voice when she speaks with customers but again she got irritated and raised her voice on me. Very sad to see that happen. I hear a lot of bad things about TH recently but when something like this happens to me personally I only can walk away...

You always know what you are getting, but late at night their selection drops.

Did not receive multiple items from order. Phone is always busy when you try to call. Waste.

Horrible. They have more than 10 workers, and yet they still cant make my food in a reasonable amount of time. Their lines are too long because theyre so slow, and even when theyre done making the food, its not even appealing! Even when the line is short, they still take way too long to make food and drinks. Get new workers who actually get the job done!!!

They should put more manpower during early mornings even on sundays, people do go to work and have to stay on the long waiting lines and get late for work. If you are giving service, atleast do some lil more effort to work on quality too. So disappointed.

This has to be one of the most chaotic Tim Hortons locations Ive been to and Ive been to many across the country. So many employees walking around looking busy but it manages to be almost incomprehensibly slow. The store needs some management advice.

As a resident of the area I am disappointed and disguisted by this Tim Hortons. I no longer stop by on my walks as I used to. The windows alone are FILTHY, the front door looks like it never gets wiped, the work area behind the counter is a mess, disorganized and dirty. The owner of this location MUST do better, it starts from the top. Absolutely appalling.

Terrible coffee shop. Equipment and machines constantly beep. It s non-stop for 24 hours. This noise pollution creates a very inconvenient and unpleasant client experience. The other more serious issue is 3 times out of 5 they burn something and the whole coffee shop fills with smoke. They don t even bother opening the doors. This has potential health implications. I have had to have my coffee outside on a few occasions because of this. This place should be inspected by food inspection and health authorities.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION I ve been grabbing my breakfast from here for nearly a decade now, but this last year has to be the worst. I got into an argument with an employee about a custom order I always get, but this employee lied to my face and said we cant do this specific custom order, which really upset me and I asked for a manager the manager almost said the same thing but told the employee to make it anyway. Since the one argument the employees seemed to remember who I am, I know this because when I pull up to the window in the drive thru they would always use this phrase Chutiya for describe me the their colleagues which is an insult. I didnt care for it much but I noticed more often they would have my food ready and say they made me the wrong food and would make another from scratch this happened at-least 7 consecutive times and one time i could of sworn the food tasted like its been on the floor, every since than I always go inside and watch them make my food. This is what happens when you have one l race who dont have good customer service skills working all in the same place and especially their manager being the same race and not holding them accountable for their actions

Zero accountability when it comes to customer service. Ordered through DoorDash and when I opened the bag the item I ordered was missing. The bag was completely stapled and sealed so it couldn t have been the driver. Drove to the location and they argued with me and said they put it in the bag and then proceeded to charge me for the missing item. Appalling, embarrassing and disappointing

Packed with screaming teens all in yellow t shirts. Slow service. Bagel hardly had cream cheese on it. Not worth it. Again. Done with Tims. Staff hard to understand.

Terrible customer service at this place. The staff forgot to make the order for me and another customer who was waiting there. After waiting for sometime, I had to remind them and show the receipt. It was after that they started the order.

How is this location and the one down on Eglinton THE WORST Tim Hortons Ive ever been too? Why are you putting a rookie on cashier during the busiest time in the morning? Why am I getting my 2 coffees after two people behind me? Am I asking for too much here? The level of organization is pathetic. The management needs to get replaced. Its time.

I live close to this Tim Hortons and 80% of the time, the coffee tastes horrendous and very burnt. I don t understand how a Tim Hortons can t get the coffee right? I blame myself for continuing to go back, out of convenience. Figure it out! The location on eglington is much better and worth the 5 minute extra drive.

Zero for service 7 people were there and making fun on each other I ask them for coffee and they keep saying for wait for almost 20 min. I didn t see that type of behaviour at any place. Ridiculous

The dirtiest Tim Hortons Ive ever been! The place is like a dumpster! I ordered a coffee and when it was ready the associate handed me a wet, drops of water all over the cup and the coffee lid with dirt mark! I asked for a replacement and she gave me a second cup to double cup the coffee??? I guess to hide all the dirt by doubling the cup And I was like no! She ended up giving me a new cup which she should have done from the beginning! Over all the place is a mess!

I ve come here too much. I don t know why I continue. & it s easily the slowest most indifferent service from any Tim s in Etobicoke. Prepare to wait for up to 5 minutes, even when there is no line. Drive through customers are their priority because staff don t need to make eye contact. Avoid giving them your $ better than me.

I ve been regularly coming to this Timmies since June 2023. The staff is always very friendly and competent however, the management of the restaurant when the kids from the school across the street goes on lunch from 11:30-1PM needs to improve. Staff seem consistently overwhelmed and unable to handle the extra orders flooding in. There have been about 5 occasions when I ve ordered during the aforementioned peak hours where I ve gotten the wrong order. While it s not a big deal as the staff was always willing to correct the order, I do have to make 2 trips to the restaurant as opposed to the 1. During non-peak hours, there also seems to be an issue where the staff does not pay attention to mobile orders coming in until I am waiting in person at the pick-up counter, at which point they would need to ask me what I ordered in order to then make the food, defeating the purpose of having placed a mobile order in the first place. Food quality is inconsistent, perhaps also due to the above factors. I always order a latte and a breakfast item, sometimes the latte would be too strong and other times too weak. I d assume that the amount of espresso put in a drink at a chain establishment should be standardized. I m writing this review because I genuinely wish to provide some feedback to the owner in hopes that operation may improve as a result. I would like to continue visiting this Timmies, however I may start going to the Burnhamthorpe location if I do not see an improvement in the next little while.

The workers are always annoyed and not very welcoming. I have to wait forever to get my order just for it to be wrong. Go here if you want, but probably not during school hours or youll have to wait for half an hour just for a bagel

Food quality is down from the past, coffee taste is becoming unpredictable just like McDonalds coffee. This location stopped giving napkins, bags, they dont cut your bagel, nothing. Just hoping and waiting for a better and new franchise to take over the coffee business. Clearly Tims is complacent due to their monopolization of this business.

Well . what can say . One of the worst locations in the Etobicoke. This location has high traffic yet .. poor quality poor service unprofessional- always pulling a fast one. First verify your order at the first drive thru kiosks, when you get to the window, ask them to repeat your order, then repeat total, DO NOT JUST TAP YOUR DEBIT /CREDIT CARD , Check your order before you drive and ask for your receipt because I have been overcharged and given the wrong order multiple times. Don t even get me started with the cleanness of the restaurant.

Customer service is lacking here, wouldnt hurt to take a class learn some communication skills when dealing with customers all day, in building and at drive thru. Hello, your total, thanks you drive thru. Goes a long way for nothing Years later, went in for a coffee, weather was nice, 3 servers dealing with drive-thru, line up out door, 1 server taking orders and making drinks, 1 order at a time, maybe run tandem, one person takes orders, one makes the orders, you dont need 3 people at drive thru when one is standing around chatting. Noone wants to wait 15 mins for service while staff is doing nothing. But if they havent changed yet they never will

This place sucks. Asked for a toasted bagel with butter. They forgot to put butter. I mean come on! One extra ingredient and you don t put it? Disappointing, to say the least. Not coming back to this location again.

Worse service I have ever got, was there just now, the girl was there to serve, I don t know her name. I clearly mentored about creamy cheese in my sandwich and they have not put , instead of that I got potato veggie inside the sandwich which I didn t even order. In whole this process I had to drive to them for 15 min because there was no other timhortons beside. I hope next time they have a proper staff to take care of it

Met up with some friends from out of town, had some tea & chatted for a few hours. Had a blast, this location is usually very busy so we were glad to get a spot to sit & chat!

There is no other Tims like this one. All the staff are always pleasant and friendly. I also would like to add that while I went through the drive-through I was surprised to learn the pretty lady driving a Volvo in front of me, paid for my coffees. Just wish I could have met her to say thanks.

I took medium French Vanilla and large steep tea double double from this location at 00:40 on 16th Jan 2024. The FV is not even hot and upto the mark where it should be and tastes bad. Had to throw it away.

I understand this place is busy in school days but the manager need to hire more employees at this location its one busy spot but I guess the young stars who are coming there are very rowdy lol

There were 14 employees inside. Two of them, girls, they were taking orders handling money with latex gloves, and with the same gloves, they were handling food and making coffee. Complete disorder, while other boys were pretending they were working, bumping into each other. Service is terrible, not to mention that some tables were dirty to the point I had to ask the supervisor to have someone clean them.

Its a disaster, I dont recommend it, its terribly dirty, all the glass in the doors are so dirty that you can hardly see anything through them, its as if no one had ever washed them, the glass in the doors is full of fingerprints. The toilet is dirty and stinks. Just entering there makes me want to vomit. I will never come there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

They didn t serve what we asked for and instead offered a limited choice. It was late at night so we just took what was available.

the app showed the halloween timbit bucket in stock it wasn t. no one was working on my pick-up order until i showed up. what s the point of being able to order online? also was given the wrong donut and had to ask for it to be swapped out. plus, had to ask for my halloween bucket refund no one proactively did this.
