This is the worst Tim Hortons location I go to and does not deserve a single star. Today I walked out without my order. No staff was at the front, when I asked why it wasn't prepared, the staff just gave me a look and without saying a single word to me just walked to the back so I left without my order. Definitely my last day to order at this location. I always have an issue for every order I make at this location. The whole purpose of a mobile order is to order in advance and your food/drinks should be ready by the time you get there specially for someone who are always on the go and don't have time to wait. 99 percent of the time, I have to make a complaint to get refunded which I find ridiculous and waste of my time. It's either they don't have what I ordered, most of the time, it's never ready, staff have no customer service skills, very slow and very rude.

It was a nice Thursday morning when a decided to try the new ice cap Carmel. Custom service was bad they didn’t care at all, they made my ice cap like I was begging for it, Pls I do Not recommend this Tims their all mean there. #FireThemAll
I used to come here every morning for a coffee, until one day the lady that always works there starts giving me a hard time for not ordering cookies. I said I don’t want any. She then replied “I eat cookies. Do you think you’re better than me?” I should have complete control on what I want entering my body, doesn’t make me better than you and I definitely don’t need to argue that in the morning. Never coming back here again.

This is a small coffee shop inside the Esso gas station. Less choices and same quality as on other Tim Hortons coffee shops

I stopped going to this location over 2 years ago because of how slow the service is here. That is odd because during peak times, like noon, theres more employees here than what I have seen in other Tims/ESSO locations... or so it seems. Last week my coffee maker at home broke as I was about to make one for the drive to work. I stopped at this location, hoping to get a coffee. Well, the line up went through the ESSO and out the door. Reminding me why I stopped going here. Some of the staff are lovely, always nice and friendly, and still working here years later. But something isnt working right at this location.

So many of the things on the menu are not available. And They Never get your order right. Been here many times and there is always something missing. Asked for 2 combos. At the end of my order I added a croissant and they decided to make part of one of my combos. I have Never heard of this. Was expecting wedges with my sons combo of tiny chicken strips . The lady yelled and then went to the back room. This is the worst Tims in town .

I went in there and asked if they had almond or soy milk because I had heard Tim Hortons was finally getting it. I was very rudely told we are NEVER getting that stuff here, EVER! So I went to another chain that understands dietary restrictions:/

Worse customer service ever. I live in the building close by so I go there a lot. The old lady with glasses rolled her eyes at me and was not professional. I asked her not to grab the lid with her gloves that she just used to take cash from the previous customer. I honestly don t know why those people get hired if they don t have basic customer service skills.
The lady at the counter couldnt understand the order and behaved rudely. we (my friend and one of her colleagues) tried to make her understand what we ordered, still she delivered a wrong order. When I called up the shop to let them know about it- she rudely answered you can complaint whoever you want and cut the call. Wow! ! Well we pay you for the coffee , you are not giving it away for free. And for your cheap bad attitude- we really dont need that.

When you are young, confused, and cannot listen, a coffee chain is not a place to work by yourself. Often this location is short staffed, get orders wrong, and the only time I have ever gotten an order correct is late at night. Please train young people better (under 20) and when it is sunny and mild outside like it is today, inform staff that they may not get a full break or higher another body for the day. I had ordered a half vanilla and half coffee and received a cafe mocha (chocolate). I have worked fast food, and if you or your mind is not fast, as a first job (or survival job) this is not the location for you. If the management will read this, schedule more staff on nice Saturday afternoons. Stop being cheap and invest in your business.

For some reason this particular Tim Hortons location has the best tasting coffee out of any that I have been to so far, and its catching on, the line up is getting longer and longer lol!

Staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. This place is out of my way but will be returning as the order was correct, well done and asked my if I would like to use my Time Hortons card and other cards that they accept. I walked out with half my order and she had it waiting for me saying I knew you would return . She made my day. I wish ALL TIM HORTONS WERE THE SAME!!!!! 10 out of 10 great service and food well done!
