Read a lot of good reviews. Food was good. Service was poor. If you didnt have a table of more than 2 you were ignored and then rushed out. Relieved grilled calamari and not given any app plates so had to ask. One of is ordered a steak and had to ask for a steak knife as you def couldnt cut it with a butter knife. Not sure Id go back.

Fantastic Nada was great!

Nada gave our group for our Christmas luncheon perfect service. Friendly bubbly personality. Will be back and hope to have Nada for service again.

DONT TRUST THEM. They at taking money out of your pocket. Terrible. First of all it took 2 hours to get our food. Second of all they charged HST on the bill. When I asked them about it to the server, he said they are not doing it there. When I spoke with the manager, apparently his name is Larry. (I think he gave me a fake name). He embarrassed and belittled me and said it doesn t qualify hun. I told him it does and he then points to the server and said he used to work for the government and knows. He said he doesn t care and doesn t qualify. Will never go back.

About 30 of us celebrated my sister-in-law s 65th in the large, elegant, open room which had a very high ceiling and was most spacious and gorgeous! The food was amazing as was the service! We all had the calamari, pizza, salad, antipasta, chicken, steak and (I had the mouth watering fish!! Everyone loved the food! Spectacular!!

Amazing experience every time. The quality of the meal goes hand in hand with the great atmosphere. Always a full house but getting a table reserved ahead of time for convenience is super easy. The service staff are very friendly and accommodating, constantly check in to see if everything is okay and get back to you just as quick.

Disappointed this time. Food is okay but we were expecting more tasty food as before the pandemic. Menu is overpriced compared with other Italian places around with similar atmosphere. In general it was okay except for a few little pebbles in the shoe: The server wanted to pour bottled water without asking (obviously with an extra cost), we prefered tap water. We ordered two apps to share and they charge us for three. The server said it was a platter instead. Platter option is not on the menu. One of us asked if they can substitute 2 toppings for another two on a pizza, the server said yes but he charged for two extra ingredients. Finally, when paying the bill, the server stands right beside me looking steadily to the screen to see how much %tip you are going to give. Thats intimidating so I gave a bit less than 15.

I had the bolognese, and then sampled the steak. Both were unbelievably flavorful! I could not believe how good they tasted.

I come here every year for a company dinner. Our group is often 20 or more people and yet the staff are always able to accommodate us without appearing the least bit challenged by the size of our group. They make each person feel pampered and spoiled. The food is very good. My co-workers raved over the veal and steaks. I personally am a bit of a simple eater and very much enjoy their pizzas. They have very good wine and they keep it flowing. I ordered an espresso martini at the urging of another co-worker and they were right, it was delicious. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Please come here and spend lots of money so it will stay in business for many years to come.

It was my first time at FiAMMA I will definitely be returning to try more of the delicious menu and enjoy the atmosphere. Every option on the menu sounded delicious, and though I went with my comfort meal of Chicken Parm, it did not disappoint! Portion was huge, and the flavours were great. Even better than the food was the service. We had the pleasure of having Tony service us. He was so friendly and attentive, and an absolute professional. He explained that he was a veteran at the restaurant working there for many many years - and boy did it show! We also had the pleasure of interacting with Robert, who we endearingly called our Parmesan Cheese Guy, as he was also very attentive and eager to sprinkle our experience with as much of his delicious cheese as he could! Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend dining at FiAMMA for a special occasion - or if youre just hungry for a great, reasonably priced meal in an accessible, upscale-feeling atmosphere.

Was unimpressed and they ruined our night. I called before to confirm time of closing, and the gentleman on the phone let me know as long we are there before 8pm we are welcome to stay as long as we like. Arriving around 7:30pm we were greeted with, we close at 8! We explained to the lady at the front the conversation we had on the phone she said ok no problem and seated us. My husband let her know we dont want to feel rushed and she assured us we wouldnt. However, we barely sat down when our waiter came over and asked what wed like to drink, walked away and came back letting us know we needed to order soon as the kitchen has to leave. Food was mediocre, service was rushed. Had we of known we would have chosen another place for dinner. We asked for water and were chared for an $8 bottle of water, we asked for 2 glasses of the house wine and were given and charged for 9oz. We didnt know until the bill came that we saw $32 for 2 glasses of wine. Our bill came out to around $150, we had the water, 2 glasses of wine, a salad to share, 2 plates, one salmon, and the other chicken, both with mash and veggies. He then ask if we wanted the bill as soon as we finished. I understand people finish at a certain time and of course they want to go home. But it was the person on the phone who didnt communicate properly, therefore other unexpected issues came about. Wont return unfortunately. Too much miscommunication and felt uncomfortable, I wanted to leave once we recieved our wine but we decided to just enjoy what we could and leave. We were out of there by 8:30pm.

I have been eating here for years and the service from Tony and Nada is always immaculate. The food at FiAmma always delivers above expectations. For big groups, I recommend asking Tony or Nada for their suggestions as they will accommodate a series of taster-style dishes for everyone to experience the flavors the restaurant has to offer.

We just came from your restaurant ...14 people to celebrate a milestone birthday..from the start the server rushed us...for a 92 year old mother they would not accommodate her her on her meal...wanted smaller portions .A cake was brought out by the waiter when only 5 out of 14 people where at the table...so for a 70th birthday celebration it missed the mark.. Then to top it off...they would not give us separate cheques...so we all had to calculate what we had in order to pay our bill...and because the service was wasnt good we decided not to tip...but guess what the 18% tip went on the bill automatically..which to me is my prerogative to tip what I see fit...not only did we have to figure out our own bill but we got charged 18% to do it.... This was the worst restaurant Ive ever been to ..the food was just ok...the servers not great..and for a special occasion they spoiled it for the person celebrating No thanks to your restaurant this was a birthday we want to forget..dont waste your money here

Went here for Xmas party with colleagues. Decent food, I ordered the salmon. I liked the white wine sauce. We also had calamari shrimp platter. I liked it but a few did not. Those who ordered the Cheese cake sait was nice too.

We had a wedding reception at Fiamma in December and everything went great. The set up was amazing, the food was delicious and plentiful, the staff was very accommodating, and the Manager, Blerim, was a blessing to work with. Our guests enjoyed their time and had only great feedback for the entire event. The entire booking process was flawless. This restaurant is very cozy, yet elegant for any occasion. The table set up was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for any private events and casual dining.

I have been to Fiamma multiple times for both business and personal functions and have never been disappointed. The staff are always so accommodating, kind and easy to work with. The food is fantastic. Service is amazing. Highly highly recommend for both private functions or just for dinner.

Overall very nice restaurant and good for business functions to the more romantic. Food was fantastic, yet had to wait and remind waiter a few times for the espresso ordered with dessert. A little on the pricey side but worth it.

What a fantastic experience! I had a real authentic Carbonara and a fantastic Margherita pizza, my wife had the carpaccio and bolognaise. The food was top notch, the wine suggestion was great on its own and even better with the food, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable but did not helicopter. We had a get together with some high school friends (35+ yrs) tonight at FiAMMA. Tony was our server and he was attentive but not intrusive. We all loved the food and ambiance despite being the noisy group for many hours since we lost track of time. Hope to be back soon.

Avoid if you are going with a group and looking to do separate bills. We visited Fiamma a few weekends ago for a friend s birthday dinner. The overall ambiance and food were good however the dishonesty and poor service of the staff left most of us unhappy at the end of the night. When we arrived our waiter Tony, came over to fill our water glasses. He went to fill the water glass sitting in front of my three month old daughter, so I told him there as no need as she can t drink it, he replied with it s ok and filled it anyways. At the end of the night we got the bill only to see that we were charged a ridiculous price for bottled water which no one on the table agreed to. I also noticed that water glasses were being topped up for those who had ordered other other drinks after they received their drinks, almost as a way to just keep increasing the number of bottles charged for. We ended up being charged for 14 bottles of water, when the table would have been happy with tap water which was never given as an option. Tony then walked around telling the table that he was going to bring out some appetizer for the table, the way he said it made it seem as though they were comped items or that someone had agreed to them. In speaking with the hosts of the event we learnt that they were basically bamboozled into agreeing to ordering appetizers and did not get asked how many items to order or what they wanted. At the end of the night approx $500 was charged for the collection of appetizers that were brought to the table. More disappointing and disturbing, leftover appetizers were removed from the table before the bill was issued without asking if anyone wanted a box to take them home. Our reservation was for 7pm, but our main orders were not taken until about 8:30pm at which point we kept being told that the kitchen closed at 9pm. I placed my order and asked for a substitution on my plate which I was told would be no problem. My husband asked for further information between 2 items, as he has dietary allergies, and was told to just get the special which was the more expensive item. When my food arrived I was in the restroom and when I got to the table I noticed that the substitution I asked for was not made; I was unable to bring this to Tony s attention because the next time I saw him was maybe 10 minutes later when he came out and just started handing people boxes for their main dishes. When it came time to ask for everyone s bills we were told that the bill could not be split according to who ordered what, which was contrary to the conversation that was had with Tony at the beginning of the night. When asked at the beginning of the night about having separate bills, as well as possibly a second wait staff for the table of 25; his response was that he had 17 years of experience and would have no problem managing the table and keeping track of everybody s bill. Get to the end of the night and the options we are given is that one person pays the whole bill and we can figure it out ourselves or he will evenly divide the total amongst all the individuals on the table. A waiter of 17 years should have been much better organized and been able to at least keep track of the overpriced alcohol that was ordered rather than having a minor, a pregnant women and others who did not consume any alcohol paying for it. Also beware of ordering off menu cocktails, you may find yourself paying $25 for one drink. Overall, the restaurant atmosphere and potential is great if you are visiting as a couple or small group but if you are planning to attend with a large group who would like to pay separately I would suggest a different restaurant until Fiamma can establish a better system to keep track of individual orders for a group.

I had a lovely experience! It was my first time visiting the restaurant and I will be going back again. The food was fresh and the service was great. Nada was my waitress and she was wonderful! I came here to celebrate a milestone birthday last week with a big group of ladies and we cannot all stop raving about the food, service and atmosphere at Fiamma. The food was top tier - rich, fresh, and made to perfection. There was only rave reviews at our table for all the dishes. Our server Robert was an amazing addition to our night - he was attentive, kind, funny, and always nearby to grab more drinks, napkins, and food. In addition to Robert, the bartender and manager were so welcoming and kind, even coming by to personally check on us and ensure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasions you may be celebrating if you want to celebrate in a positive, uplifting and loving environment that feels like home but has the food of a Michelin star restaurant. I will definitely be coming back a lot! Thank you so much for making my birthday so special!

Many Thanks to the team at Fiamme for welcoming our large group of young adults last Friday night. The food and service were exceptional. Tony went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests.

Great Italian dishes and service. I went twice during my recent business trip to Toronto. Back 6 months later, got a warm welcome. Certainly will. be back on my next trip to Toronto. Great Italian food. Love the antipasti and bruschetta. Lots of pasta. Service was struggling due to too many Christmas parties. Also, atmosphere was nice but volume was too high. Cant hear anyone with a full house!

Nada was amazing! She was so kind and attentive. Nada was extremely efficient and Made our visit so enjoyable. The food was perfect! No complaints! Definitely coming back.

Dined at Fiamma last night with a group of friends. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for Christmas creating a wonderful ambiance. The staff (especially Nada) were super friendly and efficient, catering to our every need. The grilled calamari, the linguine pescatore and strip loin steak special were superb! Tiramisu and gelato were the perfect end to a fantastic evening. Already looking forward to our next dinner at Fiamma!

Nice spot with good food and great service. For the price charged the high end dishes should be fabulous not just good. The basics are done very well. Very nice environment and parking is excellent.
