Ordered alla vodka rigatoni and Caesar salad, got tomato sauce rigatoni and my salad came with no dressing. Would not recommend ordering from here

Customer service was excellent: helpful, cheerful and kind. And the food was fabulous. I had gnocchi with rosé sauce, vodka sauce add with onions. It was Delizioso! Will definitely be returning.

Pastuccis is a must on any day youre craving a quick pasta. The custom options are amazing and the ingredients are always fresh. Plus the staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a quick fix of pasta.

Loved it! Ordered two medium vegan penne pastas, and they were perfectly al dente. The quantity was generous, and the sauce was delicious. I would have liked a bit more toppings, but overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely order again!

Overrated,, not worth the price

I placed a wild order on uber eats with customizations on EVERYTHING (Yes, sorry, Im that person). And Pastuccis staff went ABOVE and BEYOND trying to make it happen. They sent a note in the order and it made my entire month that they cared enough to do that. The food was also deliciously delicious (as always). Where can I input 10 stars!?!??

When Uber app was messing up they made sure my food was right! Always hot!

Very good pasta, my family and I loved it.

Before reading my review, my experience was based on an ubereats order, and I was unable the judge on the atmosphere. Honestly, such a disappointment. While I understand i shouldnt expect the best out of express pasta, the sauce and lack of parmasan on the pasta really brings down the experience. Instead of parm? Dried cheddar cheese ontop of pasta bringing a salty and dry taste to the experience. I ordered a carbonara, yet was there any taste of my beloved egg yolks?? The sauce ended up tasting closer to a meat sauce than any carbonara possible. The sauce had no flavour what so ever, and overall just a disappointment at the price. The pasta ended up being so bland I ended up having to grate my own manchego ontop to get any sense of flavour in the sauce. Maybe im spoiled and loved a traditional italian pasta, and I will comment the pasta itself ended up decent; i would rather go to eastside marios for a much better sauce and salad experience even as bad as eastside is. Amazing business idea but man, the sauce really sucks. Reminds me of pasta in America.

The food is delicious! I would have rated them at 5, however today I had an experience with Uber where I used a promo where if you ordered $40 you got 40% off, and I and asked if the garlic bread was not vegan to not fill it; the garlic bread was the few dollars that took me over the $40. Previously, the garlic bread (under the name Texas Toast) was vegan or at least I was told I was when asked in Uber comments. I m not angry about that, just that this order was suddenly overpriced due to the few dollars being removed, and I couldn t do anything about it. I called, and a lovely woman said she would check with someone if I could add a salad (I meant to pay), but I was hung up on and when I called back multiple times, they did not answer. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. I was not questioning your restaurant regarding the ingredients; I was upset that my order suddenly increased by $15. I understand restaurants hate Uber, but do you hate customers, too? ***Updating my review based on the response below, and Uber confirmed there was a back end error and credited me.*** Vegan pasta is excellent, I love the Arrabiatta so much that I haven t tried anything else. I don t get pasta anywhere else. It d be great if you continued to expand on your vegan offerings!

The pasta I ordered was very delicious but I was very disappointed with the fact that there was no utensils given. I had to drive to Tim hortons to get utensils. At that point I might have just not ordered on uber eats, and spend extra money. And the pasta wasn t filled in the box as much it should have been. There was a lot of space.

Pasta was meh it was all a big ball of pasta, maybe more on the dry side so I guess you need to ask for extra sauce? I added grilled Chichen for $3.99 but it was nowhere to find, probably 1 or 2 very small pieces. Also added basil as one of the toppings and it was dark old basil, not freshly green as I was expecting. I would go only if there is nothing else available where to spend my money.

I just went here for the first time tonight. The staff was so nice and patient. Anna was so sweet! The food is a great price and so delicious! I will definitely be back soon.

Long wait at pickup

I absolutely love this place! My partner is allergic to gluten so I cant have pasta at home even though I love it, and I dont have the patience for long dinners - this is the perfect solution. Fast, delicious, lots of great topping choices. I eat here at least once a week now. If you are a pasta lover, or just want nutritious food served up fast, check it out for sure!!!

I liked the idea of a to-go express pasta restaurant, however their pasta is so bland and it felt like the kind of university cafeteria pasta where they just pour the sauce on top while everything s cooked separately. The portion is small and not worth the price. Not quite an express experience either considering the wait time.

Meatballs very yummy, but either the vodka sauce or pasta itself is far too salty, i didnt want to finish it because I was feeling the salt too much. Price is also too expensive, for the same price as a large i can eat at scaddsbush in person, take out should be cheaper...

Ordered through Uber Eats while we were quarantined inside our house. Being a bit of a pasta noob I misunderstood what I had ordered, but when I called in thinking that the problem was on their end they offered not only to make it for me again but to drive it over to me. Outstanding service, especially after I realized it really was my fault and I was owed nothing. You guys have won over a household of customers, we really appreciated that. Thank you!

One of the best quick serve pasta places in the city. Ive had their Alfredo and Rosé sauces. The pasta was cooked perfectly and their sauce had a lot of flavor. I found those sauces worked better for this type of restaurant over the mac and cheese.

First trying this. They werent joking when they advertised the spaghetti as al dente. Perfect cook and delicious flavors on my pasta. I never leave review but this dish was exceptional

Ceaser salad was lettuce with a packet of ceaser dressing and packaged croutons lol. The Lara tasted worse than Kraft dinner, was dry and had major stomach pains after eating the grilled chicken!

There have potential but missing out on a few things that can make them 5 stars worthy, sauce needs more flavor, maybe more garlic and basil and herbs . The garlic bread was not toasted fresh.. How hard is that!! Missing a few ingredients to add to the make your own pasta like the parmesan cheese, as they were sold out I think. pasta is edible but really only with 3 starts.

The best place for genuine Italian pasta. Just line home made. This is my go to place for authentic high quality pastas and sauces. Bolognese is my favorite and although there are plenty of topping choices I keep it simple and just add Parm cheese. And it s the good stuff, Grano !!

Omg such a delicious place! Right at the corner of queeensway, and Dayton, and parking is right on the side, very easy to stop by and make your own pasta! Gave Pastucci a try for the first time, nice to have another alternative to the usual burgers/pizza routine, very tasty sauces, tons of fresh topping options; will definitely have again.

Needed some comfort food to eat in the car. Walked in ordered and 8 mins later it was time to chow down. Really good service and food was made right in front of us. Chicken Alfredo and Carbonara. This is easily one of the most underrated spots around.

Ive been ordering off and on from this establishment via UE for about 18 months. Always enjoyed the food. Today was no exception. The Fettuccine Alfredo and Potato Gnocchi hit the spot. My only advice to the owner/chef is to please continue to focus on quality over quantity. Any detractors can go to a buffet.

Ordered two slices of pie on Uber Eats, which, on that app this place is referred to as Sean s Sweet Shack which is confusing. Not sure what I was expecting, but they weren t great. The coconut cream pie was fine, tasted like one you d get at the grocery store. The banana cream pie was extremely artificial tasting. Like banana flavoured candy. Fairly ok sized slices but yeah, definitely won t order dessert from this place again.

Pretty good especially for delivery pasta. I am vegetarian and there were a lot of options. My only complaint/concern is that the mushroom topping is not fresh mushrooms, as someone who s bought canned mushrooms many times I can tell they were canned right away based off the texture and flavour. For the price I paid I would prefer to have fresh mushrooms. Other than that good pasta and I will continue to order them

Delicious but a little on the pricier side! We ordered a small Ravioli and a medium Mac n Cheese. Our total came up just shy of $30. We were quite surprised by how good the pasta tasted, considering its more of a quick service/fast food type of restaurant-- definitely worth the money! The staff is also VERY patient and offer recommendations on what will go well with certain ingredients. Super helpful, as the menu can be a little overwhelming if its your first time. I have just one regret-- ordering myself a small size instead of a medium! Well be back Pastuccis! Concept is great but the gluten free pasta option is nauseating. The strawberry gluten free cheese cake was fine. But consuming the gluten free pasta was not worth the stomach ache. Additionally there was a piece of unknown plastic in my food delivery order, complained on Uber with no response. Disappointing experience, wont be returning. EDIT: In reply to your message it is insulting to state that all celiacs / or those with gluten sensitivity should be contacting the restaurant PRIOR to consumption. If it is advertised on the Uber APP as gluten free, then it should be in regulations for those who have an issue with gluten. If that isnt the case maybe you should not post that in BOLD on the App.

First (and last) time going to this place. I paid 17 $ for a medium raviolli that filled about 40% of the container. The container was about half the size of a fork when closed. The ravioli wasnt amazing; it tasted old and dry. Im a HUGE pasta lover as was deeply dissapointed. I called the restaurant and was told that this is a common problem; they try to explain to their customers that it goes by the pound, where you get less filled pasta because it weighs more. If you want to spend 20$ for a mediocre pasta SNACK then go to this restaurant. But if you want to spend 20$ for a good MEAL then go somewhere else. I am never going to this restaurant again and recommend you save your money and go somewhere else!

I just ordered a cake slice for my boss for her birthday via UberEats. Not only did they read the note I left saying it was for her birthday. They added a balloon and hand drew her a card with a candle attached! It was incredible presentation and thoughtfulness! And further to that, she devoured the cake and said it was delicious!! Before trying a new restaurant I always check out the Google reviews. Most reviews raved about the staff and food. As expected there were a couple negative reviews so I read several of each. One complaint I read from several customers was about the portion size so, being a bigger guy I decided to order the large. Well, I can say I finished but only because it was so delicious! I was stuffed by the time I ate the last piece of penne. The young lady that served us was very helpful and friendly and explained there is extra space at the top of the box for add ons which I took advantage of by adding the grilled chicken. She talked me down from double sauce to extra sauce as it would be too soupy. She was bang on. I like a little extra sauce and the amount was perfect. In todays world with Covid and everyone trying to avoid using cash, these guys are set up with contactless payment which is awesome, I used my phone to pay with minimal contact. I just wish I could have added a tip as she was so helpful and I like to recognize that. Hopefully they are well compensated. Happy employees make a successful business and that, along with the awesome food is what brings customers back. Thank you for the delicious meal and the friendly experience. I will be back, there are so many items on your menu I cant wait to try.

I was very excited to try this spot because I enjoy pasta, and I had read an article about the great concept. I read some of the reviews 1st, and was quite shocked at the responses of the owner. He seemed to be able to send lengthily replies to people exaplaining how their opinion of the dining experience was not correct and giving excuses. I decided to try anyways, because the pictures online looked just fantastic, huge overflowing portions in the boxes, fresh looking toppings but this is totally decieving. Even the boxes in the store are displayd with the flaps open making them look huge. Just like everyone else I found the box half full, and very unappealing looking as the toppings are mixed-up not on top as displayed on the website. And for the excuse they dont fill the box because they want to leave room for the protein, we didnt ad any and you know this before making it, so why not give a few extra pieces of pasta so the box at least looks 3/4 full. A mix up of my order had them put hot peppers in oil instead of jalapeños. I could taste nothing and had tears running down my face. The pasta was ok, could barely find any toppings but I know better not to call to complain, due to the blatant lack of respect for patrons as shown in these review responses. Truly a disappointing experience, and not worth the cost. I feel my response is truthful, balanced and fair! Take a look at your customer photos compared to your website and you can visually see!

Really cool concept were you get to completely customize your dish. All pasta but there lots of optional add ons. They also have a partnership with the cheesecake factory so dessert is great.

Ive gone to Pastuccis numerous times, and each and every time it has been amazing! Usually I get rigatoni in an Alfredo sauce and it is honestly superb. The staff has always been nice, and I thoroughly enjoy the vibe of the whole restaurant. I always look forward to coming here, and hope to do so again soon.

Im glad Ive ended up on a Google review with an active responding owner and I have realized my problem by reading previous reviews. I asked for Ravioli with Rose sauce. Simple as that. And I am now realizing I got served Rose Blush which I did not like. As an Italian, I gotta wonder is rose blush actually more popular than Rose? You wouldnt know the answer because even if rose blush was popular, Rose is not even on the menu. Nobody would know to just ask for more alfredo and make it 50/50... After reading reviews this is clearly a flaw in the menu which should have been addressed a while ago. Especially with an owner responding to multiple issues about this by just telling customers customize it next time to make real rose.. Not realizing that first impressions are everything and for many there wont be that next time. Me personally, I might be back but I have learned to ask for Rose 50/50 next time instead of just saying Rose... (I didnt even use the word Blush, it was just assumed).. Seems like many other customers have moved on because of being disappointed by receiving this blush sauce which is just a cheap way of cutting cost instead of making actual Rose. And Im only basing that on what I can see from Google Reviews, not even counting the customers that dont do these reviews. P.S. Is this a fake review because I gave you 3 stars?

Because I like ravioli a lot, my friend decided to take me to Pastucci where they had heart shaped ravioli for the Valentines festivities. Bonus point for him. I truly stepped into a world of pasta at Pastucci, not just ravioli land. You can choose from spaghetti to penne to rigatoni to fettuccine, to say the least, and also some of their own specialty made as well like the ravioli hearts and gemelli. You choose what pasta you want and whatever sauce and veggies/meat to go with it. I ordered a small portion of rigatoni with sausages and mushroom sauce which was pretty yummy. The pasta was not bad either though I personally like it to be on the more cooked side, but thats my own personal preference. I also ordered the heart shaped ravioli to go. I paired that with a meat sauce, and I liked it lots. The service was friendly and efficient. And they were happy to make suggestions when I asked them. I would go back again. Especially for mothers day when they make another special shaped pasta just for the occasion.

When you walk in and look at the menu, it can be quite overwhelming as there a tons of things on the menu! Its DIY Gourmet Pasta and it can done in a few easy steps! 1. Choose your type of pasta! 2. Select your sauce! (Red or White Sauce) 3. Add your favorite toppings! 4. Enjoy some fresh Al Dente Pasta! The pasta here is nicely cooked and prepared! Staff here are super friendly! I had the opportunity of trying a few of their pasta and I must say they are delicious! I tried the Gemeli with Alfredo Sauce and the Butternut Squash with Pesto Sauce. Both excellent choices. The pasta was cooked nicely and quite chewy! The sauces were spot on for both sauces bursting with nice seasoning and spices- simply delicious and fell in love with their pasta! SOOOOO GOOD. WORTH IT

Tasty but if you don t eat egg, as far as I know, there s just one pricier option. We went here for the first time and had super helpful staff walk us through the ordering process. Pick your pasta, size, sauce and toppings. I see more listed on the website, but when I was there, they only suggested the butternut squash ravioli as the vegan choice. While simple pastas start at $7, the vegan choice starts at over $11. Since as a vegan, you can t order half the sauces because they re cream and cheese (and same goes for toppings) the price doesn t feel like it reflects the limitations. The flavours were nice and the size was decent (still a tad hungry after only 6 big pieces). Overall, this is a place to go (as a vegan) for a pricey carb-loaded treat, not an everyday ordeal. My fiancé and I have something called Pastucci Fridays where we order Pastuccis every Friday because we love this place so much:) Delicious!! I love the fact that you can customize your pasta. My only complaint is that it can get pricey (for two people when you order with uber eats it ends up being nearly $50 for two medium pastas, one salad and two garlic bread sticks).

Gluten friendly is not gluten free. They use the same water for their regular pasta. FYI for all celiacs. This is such a great concept of a business... Too bad. They should clarify this on the menu.

My partner and I love pasta and would pay slightly more for good pasta. Pastucci just fell short of hitting the nail on the head for us, while the pasta may be fresh, it lacked in chewiness (maybe because it more like egg pasta?) and the chicken was a resemblance of something you would get from Subway or Tim Hortons. 3 stars for their sauce, but wed probably only return if we were desperate enough. Definitely over priced for what it is as we couldve had a dine in meal elsewhere not eating out of a box.

First time visiting this restaurant. Manager and staffs was very friendly and helpful with the recommendations. Great sit and go pasta joint will return soon :)

Even though this is fast food, it s some of the best pasta I ve had! It s cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauces and toppings are top notch. So glad to have this in the neighbourhood!

We ordered Pastuccis for the office and everyone was very impressed. The food was really good and the nice little boxes they come in is very convenient. The garlic stick with cheese was delicious too. Cant speak to the service because we used a third party delivery. Would highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

My friends and I go to this place at least once a week because our high school is a few blocks a away. The service is always pretty fast and the concept is amazing how I can get great quality pasta for the same price as a meal at McDonalds. It really gives you a better option than pizza pizza everyday. The management and customer service is amazing as well. On many occasions the manager has given my group of friends a free dessert for us all to share which is just a great feeling and he also asks people if theyre enjoying themselves especially if its their first time. They also usually remember our faces which shows how great of an environment the whole place has. The proportions are great because I always feel full but not stuffed or sick. The choices are also great. I highly recommend getting the fettuccine Alfredo. THE BEST fettuccine alredo Ive ever had. Its a great price and also not too rich that you get tired of it right away. Another recommendation is getting any choice of pasta with spicy tomato sauce, the five cheese sauce, and the basil pesto. An amazing combination and dont worry if you have a problem with spice the spicy tomato sauce isnt spicy at all it just has more flavour. Overall this is my favourite lunch place and Im so happy that they are franchising and cant wait to go to their new location when it opens!

The pasta is very good, and they offer a wide variety of cuts, toppings and sauces. You build your own dish. Downside is its very expensive, and I frequently find myself still unless I spend nearly $20 for a large.

I found out about this place through a friend and I love pasta, so I figured id give it a try. I loved it! the beef ravioli is amazing! How did I not know about this place? Theres still so much I need to try!

Ive only been here once, but definitely plan to return. Fast food pasta. And that doesnt necessarily mean its fast food junk. Theyve made a kitchen/set up that allows customization of your pasta dish & madd quick. Limited parking at peak hours tho.

Aside from the fact that the pasta tastes great, what really sold me was the hospitality of one of the owners there (granted I only met one of them). He greets customers like family, as well as treats employees like family. The variety of pasta, sauce, and topping choices are plentiful. Hence, theres endless possibilities for you to choose from. I had the mac and cheese classic medium, and it was creamy, but not overpowering. It was also filling. For dessert, I had a Spanish Sangria cake, and I usually am just a chocolate person, but I would recommend this cake.

Great tasting food, but waaaay too expensive. Pasta is suppose to be inexpensive. I paid $15 for a large penne... something I can make at home for less than a dollar (seriously). A bag of penne at the grocery store equals to $0.22 cents per 100g. Even at other Italian bakeries they are charging around $8 or $9 for a large portion of ravioli/tortellini, something that would cost you $20.49 at Pastuccis... I work a block away and would frequent this spot if the prices were reasonable, because it actually taste good, but no way I would spend $15 - $25 to eat pasta for lunch. And the smaller portions just arent filling enough.

Good selection, awesome customization options. Compared to pasta dishes at other restaurants (think East Side Mario s, Boston Pizza, etc) prices are really affordable. I saw a review on here from someone who was upset about paying $12+Tax for a large pasta, but I only got a medium (with no added meat or toppings) and found it was a great portion for the price. Love the selection, the short time it takes to get your food, and the friendly staff! 100% will be back here.

Ordered a large meat ravioli, the box was barely 3/4 full to start. Pasta undercooked, skimpy toppings, ravioli barely had meat in it... Slightly bland although I did like the vodka sauce. Large size is like $20 bucks with no drink and honestly I could eat 2 of them back to back since the portions are stingy and Im not a big guy. They should make some adjustments to serve better pasta and portions. Lets be real here. Pasta is dirt cheap... I could make gourmet pasta for under 10 and have several adult sized portions. I can even go to a restaurant and pay something like 18 for a full plate with shrimp or chicken... Otherwise staff is friendly. EDIT: Al dente is a healthy way of cooking so its technically not undercooked, higher price for more premium ingredients I get that. I do like the customization and variety of options you provide. I still feel like something is missing... I mean, paying $20 for a large ravioli should come with garlic bread? Take it as constructive criticism, I would try again and add more toppings or slightly increase the volume. I really did like the sauce, just felt there was something missing to fill me up.

We catered from them for a company lunch event. The food was incredibly delicious and was a hit with everyone! The quality of the pasta and the sauces were amazing. Everyone loved it! Their customer service was exceptional, they got back to emails and phone calls immediately, and kept us informed through out the process. Highly recommended!

I ordered this through Uber Eats today. I was disappointed. I was looking forward to a nice, fresh pasta dish. Instead, I received pasta (which was itself cooked nicely) with canned mushrooms, not fresh, and it certainly did not have the rose sauce I ordered. It was plain tomato. For the price of their meals, I expected fresh toppings and , at minimum, the sauce I ordered. Not sure I will order from them again.

I would give It a 5 star if when you ordered large you would get a slightly larger portion than orginally given, it can be hard to tell the difference between medium and large. Apart from that tho I like the food and the service very much
