Derived our name from the Japanese interpretation of Hope (希望 kibō), Kibo Sushi House was born simply because we believe greatly in hope. Hope - in the sense that if you work hard, you will always be rewarded one way or another. Had a great experience, food was amazing! I would recommend!!
We were craving sushi, and found this little place. We ordered Takoyaki, dynamite roll sushi, and chicken karaage. The takoyaki is a bit salty, maybe because it has too much sauce, but the Chicken Karaage and dynamite sushi was really good! Overall, I would highly recommend this place! We'll be back here again for sure.

Grabbed the maki platter for a quick lunch, sushi was good. The sashimi however was still frozen ?? Paid $55 so i’ve figured that they would atleast defrost the fish properly..
Always get an excellent meal from here and the service is spectacular 👌 5 stars all the way!!! Can never go wrong with the daily special for less than $20
Tried sushi for the first time and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and service was really fast. Small place for dine in but nothing to complain. There are so many options for food that I would have to visit again and again to try eveything.
Good sushi at a good price. Lots of selection and good deals on takeout specials and platters. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking: Located in a small plaza, but plenty of spots available.

My family has been coming to Kibo sushi for a while now and it seems they get even better every time we visit!!! Crazy cali! Weston roll!! The variety of amazing drinks are phenomenal. Very clean and refreshing environment with beautiful background music as you dine in. Kibo sushi is where to go. Compliments to the hard working chef and the beautiful Irene who treated us like family. Love it here !!!

The manager was very kind from the start to the end. The place seemed to be busy for a pick up place, and yet the manager really cared for all the customers that were there. I was looking at few different menus, and the manager told me this would be a better deal for me if i am looking at certain sushi. The sashimi was pretty thick, which was very nice. Many other sushi places i have been to had a thin layer of sashimi which you dont really feel any texture. It tasted really nice with an amazing texture. I would 100 percent go back and recommend this place to my friends!

The Salmon Sashimi was not fresh. It had a high fishy smell and slimy to the touch. Our server was excellent despite the disappointment.

Great small sushi place. We stopped on the way from the airport to have a quick lunch and so satisfied as sushi was delicious. Very fresh and tasty. The miss soup was so good. Highly recommend.
