Burrito was all sub cooked rice, very little amounts of the protein or other topping. Not worth the price.

I was served today by a young lady named khushi. She was very lovely and nice to deal with.

Slow service almost every time. I ve seen people leave the store due to long wait times, several times. I only wait because I like the food. They always have like 1 employee working.

Horrible service first and last time Employees need to learn some form of customer service!! It seems like this place got a lot of bad reviews.

I walked into my local Barburrito on Oct 9th around 9pm and was greeted with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Before I went to place my order I was headed to the washroom and the cashier called out loudly (and rudely) You could ask for permission before you use my washroom . I was shocked at his condescending tone and felt humiliated as there were customers in the establishment. I did not address him and left without placing an order as that was clear indication of the kind of service that was provided at this establishment.

This is my first time trying Bar Burrito and I was very disappointed because of the portions they gave us and the quality of the food. The were basically a paste and the guacamole that was extra, they put so little than I couldn t even feel it on the burrito. Basically the container of cilantro was empty and the girl that was serving us was serving invisible cilantro to the burritos instead of looking for more or say that they didn t have. The cheese portion was so poor that my partner asked for more and she said it would be extra when it was definitely not an amount that was extra, she just put a pinch of cheese. The salsa was old and you tell for the taste so overall a really bad experience. For the price I paid I was definitely expecting to be served more of everything.

The service was good but one of your employee was making an order and she received a call on HER phone and started answering. Ive never posted a bad review before, but this is too much. Ive been going to this location ever since they opened in the plaza because I live nearby. I ALWAYS order their taco salad bowl, sometimes beef, sometimes fish. I ALWAYS ask for extra lettuce because Im allergic to Gluten, so I cant have rice or beans, otherwise I get really sick. Ive never had a problem until today. As a matter of fact, I was there just yesterday, and the girl who served me was very sweet, but the gentleman there (who appeared to be the owner) was not understanding at all! He refused to give me a little more lettuce and made it sound like I was lying when I said I buy from them all the time, (which I did not appreciate). I pointed at the girl in the kitchen and told him she served me YESTERDAY. He had nothing to say. He then proceeded to put a VERY thin layer of lettuce at bottom (that I can still see the bottom of the bowl) and then the meat on top. I had more meat than anything else. You cant expect customers to just eat meat alone! I wanted to just walk out of the store, but he already put the meat in the bowl and I didnt want to waste food, as I knew he probably would have thrown it out. My bowl and a drink costed me $18 dollars and as a result, I had to go to Walmart to spend MORE money on buy a bag of lettuce to add to it. I dont usually complain about the little things, but this time was too much - especially when I just asked for a little more lettuce because I was allergic to the other choices. Its not like I asked for a lot - just a little. It was a VERY SMALL request! Its sad to say that I will NOT be returning anymore. Ive NEVER had a problem before or at ANY other location. Its a shame that as a food/restaurant owner, you cant accommodate a small request because of peoples health restrictions! You can always charge people extra (like you already do for guacamole) if its a cost inflation issue, but dont down right make it seem like the customer is lying. Very sad and disappointing. Dietary restrictions: Owner was refusing to add a little more lettuce (when its included) because I was allergic to the other options. Very Disappointing. See above review for details.
