817 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8Z 5G8, Canada
The food here is quite good, the tortillas are made in-house and are really fresh. The main reason I come here is as a grocer for hard to find ingredients like dried chilis and Mexican oregano. Very friendly staff every time I come in, too.
Ordered the vegetarian tacos. Delicious. Needs some diced tomatoes though. The crema was nice. Chips on the side with your order should be complimentary as there isn't enough to dip with the crema. Park across the street or on Norseman. It's parallel parking and the alley is a bit narrow.
Food portions are really small. Very little meat, and even less cilantro and onions. Very disappointing. Also took over 20mins to make 6tacos.
Great food and friendly staff! This is more than just an eatery. They have all sorts of fresh products and ingredients to make your own Mexican food at home. Tortillas, chips, tons of sauces and dips. Check it out when you’re in the neighbourhood. You’ll find something you like. I tried their Los De Soy-Rizo Tacos (with their vegetarian chorizo). They were really good and came with salsa and salsa verde, which complemented them beautifully. Tortilla chips were on the side. I will be back to try their Tekzadilla!
Food was delicious and the staff is super friendly. We had the chicken tinga and the original taco plate. That was enough for my two young kids and myself. I think a hungry adult would be good with a single order of tacos. Worth checking out.
The best burrito I've ever had. La Tortilleria uses really great, fresh ingredients that that is immediately apparent when you take your first bite. Super friendly staff made it a pleasure to visit. They even have some ingredients for sale so you can up your own taco-game.
Food is delicious but a bit inconsistent. However, their corn tortillas ate the best, and they hand-make them in-house. They have the absolute best customer service and are extremely knowledgeable about the spices and items they sell. Great place for taco Tuesday or anytime 😊
Great underrated spot for tacos in the Etobicoke area. Delicious tacos especially the fish tacos with their green salsa sauce! Love that it comes with salsa chips as a side. The location is a bit of a random spot on Kipling but is worth the visit. It’s a very casual spot with a chill seating area even though I didn’t dine in, there’s a decent amount of seating. Overall, would come back again!
Wish I could put 6 stars, food was amazing
Very delicious and all but I ordered a fish taco with salad and I received a salad taco with fish
Kid-friendliness: Relax atmosphere. Food
Terrible service from one of the employees, the tacos had very bad taste and quality of products. First and last time.
Food was fantastic would recommend this place to anyone who likes food !
It s a nice place of tacos, they are great. But the service is super slow, I waited for 25 minutes only to get a taco order and that is kind of crazy considering that some places have the same order in less than 10 minutes.
Cozy Mexican tortilleria and restaurant, on Sundays they have chilaquiles red or green, nopales in a jar, tortillas chips, jarritos different flavors, Japanese peanuts, and tacos of chicken, shrimp, beef, the server was very attentive, is parking at the back.
The truth is that this was my first and last time buying tacos. I ordered through Uber. I dont know what the service is like at the place. My food arrived hot but the cooks didnt share the portions. Anyway, one of my tacos comes with half a piece of meat. Pay attention and try everything before serving it. I also ordered some shrimp tacos and their guacamole was not in good condition and the lemons were cut from yesterday and the seasoning was bad. The only good thing were the nachos and the salsa. Amazing place to dine and great staff to serve. Will definately come back
The tortilla quality is very similar to a Mexican tortilleria. Parking: Behind the shop there are plenty parking spots Recommended dishes Los Campechana Parking space
Excelente service very friendly and helpful staff
Too bad they didnt give me sauce, everything is very industrial, they dont make the roast scrambled with bacon right away and the campechano looks like pure chorizo, it wasnt well cooked and expensive
Excellent menu with lots of variety - the nacho plate is awesome!
It lacks seasoning, the burritos do not have meat, the price is very expensive for the product they offer, bad service, I will not return to this location, I will not give it 0 stars, I wont return to this place
Excellent tacos, had the Los Del Pueblo for lunch and found them to be very fresh and tasty... The spicy salsa and salsa verde complement the tacos very well! Cant wait to try some other items on the menu
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WOULD THINK A STORE LIKE THIS THAT IS STRUGGLING FOR BUSINESS WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. WILL NEVER RETURN
The store/restaurant was really cute. The employees were super nice and greeted us with the warmest welcome. The food was also very delicious. I had the Pueblo tacos with beans and it was to die for, which came with chips and 2 dips. Will definitely be coming back for more! Vegetarian options: Delicious Los Del Pueblo tacos that come with beans and cheese
I wanted to try this place on Kipling for a while. I order 3 fish tacos. They were not fresh at all! The tacos were very soggy and the minced tomatoes and onion gave a terrible texture. And pricy! 18.00! Was a waste of money. The only good thing was the young lady behind the counter was very pleasant.
Cutest taco spot! Great service, the ladies were so friendly and the tacos were so fresh and delicious!:)
I would always buy jalapeno chips and the spicy smoked salsa. Recently, the spicy smoked salsa is very watery and no taste when dipped in with the jalapeno chips. The salsa used to be so good but their inconsistency is REAL!! it used to be much more tasty but no its just spicy water. The chips are also harder than usual, not sure why. Just wasting my money!! I hope the owner does something about this, specially when the people at the back making the salsa and chips is very inconsistent. Although, the ladies ringing me up is the perfect example of customer service, they are probably the reason why the store is still up because customers like me keep coming back. but whoever makes the products needs to STEP IT UP cause i guarantee they lose customers because of it, no wonder why the store is always empty. Their soup of the day is TRASH, whoever came up with the recipe for this soup needs to rethink their choices, there is no taste in the soup! its just water and spicy AGAIN. The crema and cheese helps with it but its the the type of soup where I wouldnt finish it down to the bottom, its nasty! Tacos are good though, its the only thing i would eat, the soup is left untouched. The Company needs to think about other strategies to keep their company up and running or else theyll just fail.
Tried the chilaquiles rojo and they were great, spicy and filling as they should be. Also the only place in the west end Im aware of you can get wrestlers paletas, which I could eat 10 of in one sitting. Inside was clean and service was great, they also have a well-stocked commissary that I need to check out again. If I could Id knock off 0.5 stars for the price (a bit high for the amount of food you get) and the parking (they did their best, but its claustrophobic even in my little sedan), but to be fair both of these issues are pretty standard for anywhere in Etobicoke. Worth checking out if youre in the area! Parking: Theres parking in the back but its tiny and hard to maneuver around, could still park both times I visited though
amazing food!!! recommend to anyone who is a taco lover :))))
I like music, love, and so much help from the team. Thanks a lot. I like to buy some Mexican ingredients for cooking at home. Vegetarian options: Some mole Dietary restrictions: Something gluten free Kid-friendliness: For big kids Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step. Not easy, Please, ask for sweet help.
Excellent service very good food and atmosphere 10 out of 10
The staff was friendly and welcoming. They make you want to keep going back. The food was great and they sell tons of food products for parties and get-togethers. Parking: About 5 spots in rear
The food and the service were equally amazing. Very authentic Mexican cuisine. Vegetarian options: The Napoles was excellent Food : 5/5 |
Good food and friendly staff. I personally appreciated how neatly everything was packaged in boxes.
Very warm and welcoming spot. They have some tasty tacos, I stayed for 2 servings. I had the friend shrimp and los campechanas. Even topped it off with a delicious vanilla pan dulce/concha. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, will be going back again!
Food and guacamole is great here Parking: Behind building, easily accessible Food : 5/5 |
I bought some traditional Mexican goodies to gift my wife for her birthday, and she loved everything! Shes notoriously picky when it comes to food claiming to be authentic, so La Tortilleria got the official Mexican seal of approval!
Loved the homemade guacamole and tortillas!!!
Went with my daughter and my Dad ladt week and we loved it.
It May be that their in house food is super Deliscious, however, my experience with their products has been very disappointing. 1. Salsa verde expensive with no cilantro, onion or any flavour, cooked tomatillo and nothing else. 2. The Tostádas have holes every where. I suppouse it makes it easy to fry. You put some Salsa on it and it all drips through. 3. The Jamaica package (Hibiscus dry) is an offense with price $12.00 each bag when I pay $3.49 at chinese market. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! RUN FAR AWAY!!!!!
Best tortillas in the GTA.
Very small Burrito and it was mostly Lettuce! Not worth the price! Barely any meat!
A tad expensive, but very delicious. Everything I bought was amazing.
Excellent in Mexican products
Hidden gem. We ve had many dishes here but I m most impressed with the Nachos, which surprisingly most places screw up. Not La Tortilleria, well done.
Delicious fish tacos, really nice services but like eating out all the time its a bit expensive.
Love this place!! I have been looking for a great-tasting and authentic Mexican food place and now my search has ended!! Thank you
Great food!!!
We love date lunch
Amazing service!! Amazing server young girl with charming expression!!! Food was good too
I bought tortillas for the nth time and I cooked all my ingredients, only to find these big green dots on the tortillas. I keep looking and seeing more dots in the bag of tortillas. I call the store and ask is this normal and they said no it shouldn t be green. I ask are you sure and they said yes it shouldn t be green, I m sorry and bring it back to get a new one. So right away I m mad because getting a new one leaves me worse off than when I started, now I have to take another 20 minutes to drive back and spend gas. I get there and the lady says oh, this is green because we have green tortillas too and they must not have cleaned the machine. Which is exactly why I asked is this normal!!! So I didn t have to drive after all!! And then only to still get just a new bag of tortillas? What a waste of time and I m not going back.
Best fish tacos I ever had!
Nice authentic Mexican tacos. I prefer this place over the place down the street. They interior is much nicer with a place to actually sit and eat
We had tacos and they were okay. They did not have any hot sauce and the salsa was made fairly mild. They didnt really have any drinks available. Food
It was Cinco de Mayo. I went looking for authentic tacos. I was excited. When I went in, it was a cozy little restaurant with a seating eating area and a few authentic Latin grocery items. I waited about 5 mins before being served...they were busy. The service was very friendly. I ordered 3 combos, totalling 9 tacos for about $50. I thought she said the wait time was 15 mins, but she had actually said 50 mins! I waited. The tacos were good, the filling was rich and moist and they only used one tortilla, so it broke into a yummy mess. The side corn chips did not taste fresh. I ordered a side of guac, it was just ok.
The staff is extremely friendly and kind. We werent sure what to order so the counter staff helped us by sharing their recommendations. Each order comes with 3 tacos and a side of chips and dip. The chips and dip were a nice addition that I havent experienced much otherwise. They also had some interesting bottled drinks that I have never tried before. I got the lemon flavour and it was delicious! For our tacos, I had the Shrimp tacos which I would highly recommend. It came with guac, rice, tomatoes and onions. We also had the Chicken tacos which was like a shredded chicken and tomato mix topped with chopped onions. The place also had plenty of seating so we were able to dine in comfortably.
La Tortilleria is THE place for fresh tortillas. They ve been through a lot of iterations, but what has ALWAYS been true: the tortillas are high quality and delicious. These days you can also get a selection of other yummy Mexican delicacies. I particularly recommend the queso panela (soft, slightly salty fresh cheese) and my daughter s favourite is their rice pudding.
Had a good experience having good food in this cold and rainy weather was just wonderful. Vegetarian options: Available choice of veggies which can be eaten by vegetarians.
This place never disappoints. My son loves the burritos. I live in scarborough so we dont get to visit as much as we would like.
The food is good but this place is NOT accessible like google says. I went her about a week ago in a wheel chair and there was a step to get into the building and I had to stand up and hop while my partner got my wheelchair in. I suggested a google edit but I didn t want others to be left with disappointment like I was while it is in the process of being approved.
Amazing spot to get some tacos and nachos! Would highly recommend
Nicole is the most friendly and efficient worker i have ever seen, she deserves a raise
This place is awesome very authentic. It s a weekly/biweekly lunch spot. Way better then Rancho Relaxo down the street z
Too expensive for what they give you. Greasy tacos. Menu very limited...
Authentic tacos
Best food and their service is AMAZING! Definitely recommend visiting this restaurant if you are craving for Mexican Food!!!
Loved the food I visited this restaurant today with my class and it was an amazing experience .I recommend trying the veggie and fish tacos they were my favourite especially if you prefer the halal options like me ,customer service was great employees were so nice and fast good job guys !!
The atmosphere was good but the food was a little dry, I am more used to Tex Mex rather then original Mexican food
Not pico de gallo, the portions are small. However, the Lady was too kind and respectful.
Staff was wonderful, but food has no taste, if it s Mexican it should have lots of taste. small portions for the price. Would never recommend place.
Little parking space
Dont know if it is good or not. Drove 25mins to come early to pick some tortilla to try due to recommendations. Came at 10:20, waited until 10:40, there is also another couple waiting. Store not open and no answer to calls. The other location is open, but not this Kipling one. Lost 2 sets of customer in 10 mins. Its not a holiday and no special notes on door to indicate if the store is close for certain reason.
Delicious fish Tacos, and friendly service !
Amazing food and great spot for DIY stuff
Neat to have delicious Mex fast food available in Canada. Authentic.
Friendly face at the door, and delicious, fresh and homemade food. You can tell nothing is frozen. One person was making food, taking orders and serving tables and they did a fantastic job. The food is pricey however but you can taste why Just be aware there is not really anywhere to park if the restaurant is slightly busy. (About 3 spots)
Great tacos, Fernando provided great customer service 5 stars for that, a lil bit pricey though!
The tortillas at this place are literally seven times better than anything you ll get at a grocery store. They go stale fast, because they are fresh and made with fresh ingredients! But, they freeze well, so you can t go wrong.
Prices are a little higher
Great mexican grocery store.
Came here last summer and the food was completely delicious, the burritos were amazing and the tacos the best around the gta, I was so exited and I came back today, ordered 3 burritos and what I got was a tortilla completely full of cheese and just a bit of chicken and rice, I didn t like it at all, I hope it was a mistake and they don t change the recipe. Until I come back I ll leave 2 stars.
Really good tacos and nachos. The take out containers really nice to keep everything ready to eat.
They don t double up on the tortillas so the tacos break apart right away. Chicken was seasoned but the description said pineapples, didn t get any. The salsa wasn t spicy, didn t see any other options to order anything hotter. A couple bites felt too salty for me personally. The chips felt a little undercooked. Well packed and presented. A mix and match taco option would be good.
Great place to grab a quick bite. Prices are reasonable.
I was looking for Mexican speciality foods (cheese, chorizo, fresh tortillas, dried chilis). Very happy with everything I got.
Great corn tortilla shells with a wide range of flavours from regular yellow, blue to cactus. Love their sauces, especially the Chipotle one. Highly recommended.
Best little kept secret taco house. Highly recommended
The tortillas are good but i will not recommend the nachos. The cheese solidifies even before the dish reaches the table. And its a mess to eat it.
Parking is behind the building. Its a small quaint place. Perfect for a quick lunch. I tried the burrito. It was fresh and filling. The tortilla chips were crispy and also freshly made. Their salsa verde is delicious. I purchased some of the salsa from their store area.
Oh ya, this was great, delicious, great portion, and super tasty. See you soon!!!
I had their famous steak and chorizo tacos and I was very excited, but they were so dry, cold, and boring. I smothered them in the salsa they provided (which was good at least) but it barely helped the dry gritty meat. So disappointed, I was hoping for a dope taco spot I can walk to.
Excellent if you want fresh tortillas.
It was just okay.
Great place for taco supplies or a great taco.
Had a naked burrito, maybe had about 20 bites, couldn t believe how little you get for 16 dollars. Flavour was bland and get this, hot sauce is 3 dollars extra! Very disappointed especially because a few years ago they were amazing sad
I love to buy my corn tortillas here. I make tacos at home and they are the best, thanks so much.
TLDR; tasty food as long as you don t mind some inconsistency with the ingredients Delicious tacos and burritos, especially the chorizo. They make the sausages themselves and you can buy them separately as well. However, despite ordering the same thing every week, there can be major variabilities. For example: - the guacamole side I got yesterday was spicy (did they accidentally put in jalapeños?) - sometimes the chips taste like someone put way too much black pepper on - the salsa sides for the combos are never the same, but at least you know it s fresh because it depends on the ingredients they had available for that week - quantity of fillings and chip side varies, sometimes more, sometimes less We don t mind these changes too much but I could see how other people might not enjoy the inconsistency.
Absolutely lovely, knoweldgeable, friendly staff. Food was quite spicy, but the flavour was excellent. Scratches my itch for Chipotle, and I get to support local.
It was okay for its price point !
I was visiting my old hood in Etobicoke from Nova Scotia and dropped by to pick up my yearly supply of various dried peppers and Mexican spices and sauces. No disappointment there. They had everything my wife wanted and the staff helped my choosing them while talking to her on my cell phone. Real gem on Kipling. A must stop when Im in Toronto!
Authentic tortillas! Really good
La Tortilleria menu looks great, but the execution is lacking as the tacos are very, dry and bland unless drenched in the salsa. I think that they would be great if they were cooked fresh to order, but from how dry they are its likely that the meat filling is prepared ahead of time and reheated for each order. The shop itself is very cute and sells alot of ingredients that you might need to prepare your own tacos at home like chilies, corn tortillas, corn husks and salsa. Parking lot is very awkward to get in and out of and its not clear which side is customer parking. Will likely not be returning and will have to look for a different go to taco place.
Vegan and gluen free options. Love this place.
Big poritions priced accordingly. On the bland side though. Which too bad because the staff was lovely.
Tortilla chips are wonderful
They lack flavor in the chorizo, no desire to return.
Not happy with the food. Ordered Los Campechanos - tacos lack flavour; felt like eating cardboard. Disappointing. Had much better and tasty mexican food elsewhere. Thought to give this place a try. Wont be back.
Pretty good taco place. Fast and tasty! Would come back when in area to try something else
Ordered tacos for take out yesterday, one of the worst tacos places I ve been too in the city!! Both orders of tacos were gross. I had chicken which were drowning in a tomato based sauce, Taco Tuesday will never be the same
Superb Mexican food. Great staff. Really enjoy this hidden gem.
A little pricey for tortillas but it is so good! Both the white and yellow corn tortilla and tostada are really good! I just buy the tortilla here didnt actually eat there.
Clean, great food, also an excellent selection of take-home items like pico de gallo, guacamole and hot sauces and chips. The real taste of Mexico right in Toronto!
I think they deserve better than 3.8
Ive been there twice, every time Ive been there it has been nothing less than EXCELLENT. The service was A class, above and beyond. This Tortilleria is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Got some tacos for lunch, they were really good. Definitely deserves a high rating than it currently has
According to the schedule, on Sundays they close at 6:00. I arrived 5:20 and it was already closed. I asked the girl to help me and she didnt want to open the door. With signs he told me that it was already closed.
Great selection of dried chillies and the burrito with nachos was very tasty
Best authentic tortillas that weve found in all the GTA
I found everything I needed for Mexican food
Great high quality Mexican food
The quality and freshness is so good, the Tortillas are delicious and authentic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good, authentic mexican food.
Pretty good tacos, but the service is usually slow even though it s always been quiet when I stop in. I pre-ordered today in an attempt to avoid the unnecessary wait and arrived to find a sign on their door that the person would be back about 15 min later. I had to wait 18 additional minutes because there was only one person there and no cook. No apology, nada. I really tried to support this business for the last number of years, but I ve given up. They really need to get some staff who have some motivation to do their jobs.
Having eaten SoCal Mexican frequently, they make good Mexican food... Did find some of it tame for what were used too, but its the closest weve found to authentic in the GTA so far.
It s a BIG FRAUD Don t purchase any product here. The weight on their products is not right. Tortillas (on the package) says weight 750 grams and the real weight Is 550 grams. They are 200 grams less which means 27% less product. THAT S a lot. I called the store and she said she couldn t do anything. Be aware
Very tasty tacos! The salsa was outstanding!
Really good, really fresh, a nice change to the typical mush pile at the competitors...
Great Mexican products and the Tacos are delicious.
Really tasty food! Had their spicy grilled shrimp burrito bowl and was pleasantly surprised at how many shrimp they put in (for no additional cost of their base burrito bowl price). The vegetables were crisp and fresh. Staff were super friendly. Will definitely be back!
We were 5 people waiting and only one lady working, waiting too long, the food is really good, the girl s service was excellent but too slow. She was by Herself
Just ok at best.
Badly it was not to my liking
Really great selection of groceries and great food!
Great offering, service was a bit slow as there was only one person, but sometimes good things take time to make ;)
Sorry! The worst burrito I have ever eaten.
The tortillas have been very bad lately
Authentic Mexican food and sauces. You can buy the sauces to go, too. An excellent source of very tasty Pico de Gallo.
Extremely fresh tacos!!! The chips/nachos were really great, I would come back again.
Great food
Ordered take out of tacos and nachos really big miss on the flavour, everything was bland. The price is decent and so is the size but not sure we ll go back.
Ive bought fresh tortillas from here. They also sell other Mexican products like corn husk, corn flour, mole, guacamole, and hot meals like tacos, nachos. Looks good but I havent tried it yet.
Great food and take away items to make your own at home.
GREAT Burritos. I have visited LaTortilleria on Kipling. The menu is fresh and had an excellent variety of fillings. The price is good and food is great! I enjoyed the Los De Pollo Adobado Grilled Chicken Burrito. My Burrito looked big when it was served, but the taste was so delicious I finished it all, I cant believe I ate the whole thing!. My sister enjoyed the La Campechanos Steak Burrito just as much. I look forward to taking my Vegetarian brother there soon.
Great quality products and fair pricing.
Parking was very confusing as there is nothing posted to indicate where it is permitted to park (Parking at the side and back of the restaurant). Careful with the door at the main entrance as it can swing open quickly and stay open. Warmly greeted as I walked in. A very nicely stocked little market with all kinds of spices and food available for purchase and cook at home. Clean and spacious place. I tried the Tacos and Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus juice). The food was prepared and brought to my table in what felt like 5 minutes.Talk about customer service! Everything was so delicious, did not leave one crumb. Pricing was fair, will definitely come back again. Thank you very much!
Friendly staff, quality service and great tasting food. Limited parking.
The chorizo tacos are very delicious. The staff very friendly.
This place has the best tacos I have ever had, highly recommend
Love it. Simple place and awesome food. the only 1 problem is the parking. Its very limited and well hidden, but its there behind the resturant.
Went to buy Mexican supplies
What an amazing hidden gem. If Mexican food is your jam and you re looking for all things Mexican to help with your dinner, look no further. From nacho chips to cotija cheese, fresh pico de Gallo, spicy snacks, salsas, corn tortillas, dried peppers, and so much more, they ve got you totally covered. And if you don t want to cook at all.. we ll yea, they re all over that too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Soo delicious, had a chorizo & a pulled pork quesadilla (2 for $10). Tacos are also a great deal @ 3 for $10. Deep fried ice cream and churros (you get 5!) are to die for!
Love this place. Food quality is top notch. Always excited go for lunch or after work. Wholesale stuff is great.
Very authentic Mexican, their home made salsas are delicious, I ordered the chorizo burrito, very tasty, kinda skimpy on the meat, also, I can never get the churros with the dulce de Leche
Definitely coming back here!!!
Awesome fresh corn tortillas and salsa. So much better than what you can get at the grocery store. Will definitely come back.
Stale old food, but the female cashier lied about it being fresh. Tortillas rip and popsicle paletas are fishy smelling.
Good products, lately their tortillas come bent and broken, the staff is not always the same and there are some friendly and others not so much. Sauces are increasingly diluted with water. I hope they take the comments into account and make improvements because it is a good place!
Amazing tacos
Nobody there
Opens too late post says they open at 11 and workers open at 11:15. and closes to early,
Amazing customer service, and the food!! hands down the best burrito I ve ever had
Great service.
I spent almost $30 for just a small meal, the first time visiting this place the guy who works there loaded the tacos up and it was delicious. After second visit a girl working there put nothing but just little meat, barely any cilantro nor onions, waste of money never coming back!! Also waiting time took forever and just to wait for some food that will not fill me up.
It was food. I was hungry, it didnt take very long.
I brought my daughter here we ordered, chicken tinga burrito and steakpork taco. And we left satisfied and full! Good serving and flavor
Great taste. Friendly staff. Nice patio. Highly recommended. Food tastes authentic and not americanized. Would go back again. Mew location is smaller but most people take out anyways. They got these local Mexican amazing snacks too and even paletas
Selected menu but great price for big portion
We picked up Tostadas and Guacamole from the store. The Tostadas are fresh and crispy and worked perfectly for us but the big hit was the Guacamole. Maybe the best we have ever had and worth every penny.
Mediocre, not fresh, overpriced. Tortillas are better from FreshCo and half the price.
love the mexican food
Its hard finding good, authentic tacos in Toronto, but the ones I had here were great! Juicy, well seasoned and fresh tasting. Would go again if I happen to be in the neighbourhood.
8 months ago I stopped buying tortillas because when I got home and opened the packages, I realized they were spoiled. Today I decided to buy again to give it another chance, the tortillas are stuck together and it is difficult to separate them, they do not seem fresh, some are broken or folded and others have black spots.
VEGAN/VEGETARIAN OPTIONS!!!!!! Went here for the first time as I was on the way to Purolator. Stopped in to this place and ordered 3 Soy-Rizo Tacos and my partner ordered the burrito Soy-Rizo bow. It was fantastic! The food was flavourful, mildly spicy and smoky flavoured, and honestly, being a newer Vegan myself, I could not tell the difference that this was not meat. It was delicious! The staff were super nice and helpful as well! It really shows in some of the other reviews here that some people are just petty and entitled, get off your high horse. 5**** to this place!
Great product offering including tons of hard to find dried chillies, cheeses and house made tortillas. Awesome place to buy some truly special ingredients.
Excellent fresh tortillas and mexican food. Easy online ordering and pickup along with delivery options.
