I have had better shawarma, i am not saying it wasn t good it was ok. Lots of parking space and very convenient location nearby my house. Staff were very friendly and nice.

I happened to find myself here because its close to mechanic, and to my surprise, I enjoyed a delicious meal. The falafels were cripsy on the outside, fresh and fluffy on the inside. The hummus was perfect. I was also given a sample of the lentil soup, it was divine! Definitely will return.

Awesome and delicious food. We dined in with my family and had a delicious soup along with delicious lamb, chicken shawarma and falafel. We really appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The servers were very friendly. A very nice place that I recommend.

The most horrible shawarma I have ever eaten in my lifetime!!! Disgusting meat quality which proves that it was reheated several times. I ordered chicken shawarma and the meat was a mix of both beef and chicken that was half burned and half melted due to several overcooking process. Horrible!

Great Middle Eastern food in this area. Flavourful and really not too bad price wise. Not a whole lot of atmosphere, but a solid go to place for me when I am not able to go to the Lawrence E. strip.

We have a special place for Alibaba in our mind as this was the first food i ate right after Toronto Airport checkout in 2018(was an international student).The employee told us that this location had a bad reputation from old management and people are hesitant to come now even after the change of the management. I would 100% recommend this place for everyone and for sure you won t be disappointed.

The place is always neat and tidy...Sultan working here is a lovely guy, always smiling and i always have a good conversation with him. Food 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Staff and ambience 10/10 Will definitely come again

Nice place, the cook is super friendly and nice. Offers u great meals if u ask for extras. Quiet place but worth a quick and good meal. Vegetarian options: They have falafels and even veggie specials on special days too.

Came in for the Chicken special. They cut off fresh meat and put it on the grill. They gave me the old dried out chicken beside the fresh chicken they just cut. It was so dry that it was inedible. I wont be back again. Im worried the chicken had been out overnight, it was so bad.

Unfortunately, they don t have zero reason I am giving them zero This is specially for people who are vegetarian yesterday I went there shop I bought some lamb rice with potatoes, so this guy use the same spoon for the lamb meat, rice, and potatoes so when I asked the guy, what about pupil vegetarian s now you are using that same spoon for meat and veggies And the guy go thank you for letting me know you watch the spoon and put back on the thing so when I ask him what about the rice because you touch the rice with the meat spoon and he said that s with his attitude that s not your problem. That s my problem I can deal with it so just letting you guys know specially Bhaji people don t go to that place. I am never going there again the attitude the guy gave me yesterday who want to go there thank you guys and specially thanks for the attendance who give me that attitude you lose your one customer and I hope you re gonna lose more

Pathetic customer service. The guy working there was so rude and Ill mannered. Made me the wrong order and then was misbehaving. Never getting food from here. More reviews from my friends who experienced the same to follow.

Deplorable service. The man in charge of this place spoke to me like I was the dirt under his shoe all bc I was ordering for 3 separate ppl and wanted to make sure i got each order correct. There was no other customer in the store besides one, whom he served himself while the other employee served me. First, he started rushing his employee who was serving me.... Not sure why bc there was nobody else in there. Then when I was about to order the 3rd meal he got up in my face saying that I was wasting his time. Wasting him time by choosing 3 different platters on his menu, which I was paying for with my own money? After I cancelled the 3rd meal he continued to chastise me so I walked out, leaving the other two meals right there. You cant speak to ppl like dogs and expect them to give you their hard earned money. Not only rude but also foolish to lose income all bc you dont know how to treat customers. Went to another spot and got great food and service with a smile.

Alibabas isn t mind blowing, but it s a decent cheap shawarma and you know what you re getting, at least it used to be. Now the takeout containers are much smaller, the deals aren t deals, and the flavour is watered down. Still decent, but now that s there s other options, it s a far cry of its former glory.

Guy serving the food was in a bad mood and a bit rude. The food was a bit cold and didnt taste fresh. Overall not a good experience

Sometimes, they will charge you more than what the board says - be careful to check what you are being charged and challenge it !! 3. she comes across as rude - though she smiles at times, overall, she is not welcoming Hope they improve

Shady and disappointing!!! They ripped me off. I came in tonight and ordered a beef shawarma plate, and asked if I could have just salad and no rice or potatoes. She just said sure and said nothing about a change in price. All I got was some ice berg lettuce and onions as nothing else looked fresh. She then told the other employee to charge me for a chicken shawarma plate (which is $1.00 more), PLUS charged me an extra $1.00 with no explanation on the register. A literal spoonful of shredded iceberg lettuce does not justify an extra charge regardless. And if salad only is $1.00, why not charge me for the BEEF plate that I ordered? I wouldnt be surprised if they are pulling scams on customers. I came here for years when it was Sams Shawarma. These owners took over and the quality and variety went down and the prices are high. I regret spending my money here and will not be returning. There are pleanty better shawarma options in the area!

Very small portion size Not enough meat in shawarma - no standard of measurement one day you will get shawarma the other day U will get taco sized shawarma. .. no portion control Better to drive and go to the other Ali babas The owner lady - Sharoken is rude as well .don t believe me try complaining to her or even a constructive feedback .

Been there for first time. They give very less meat and they asked me do I want everything? However there was not much option available for vegetables, I said everything but the guy didn t put all the vegetables than what s the meaning of asking everything man? Before this place changed name it used to be the best. The shawarma I got tonight had barely any chicken in it. It lacked seasoning and flavour, like eating salad in a tortilla.
