Great pizza. I had the Muskoka and it was fabulous!

Order delivery recently wow portions are 1/3 the size now! Ordered 2 pastas both were half filled in the to go containers and over cooked. Been going to 850 for years not sure what is going on? $$$ not worth it.

My partner and i ordered this via uber eats on a whim and were so pleasently surprised at how great the food was. Equally the pizza and the pasta. Kudos to the chef and cooks I will definately come in person, so impressed.10/10

I tried the pappardelle di funghi, likely one of the most memorable pasta dishes Ive ever had. Going to be thinking about that one for a while, until I come back! Most of my colleagues ordered pizza and they all looked fabulous. We had a group of 10, service was speedy and the food came out relatively quickly. Strongly recommend this restaurant if youre in the area

Just the front of this pizzeria makes you want to go inside.. 850° the right temperature for a pizza oven.. Mmmh what a delight!! The dough is crispy and soft as it should be. Well filled. All this while eating in a good atmosphere.. There is the music that makes us want to hum and waddle.. The attentive waitresses.. And the regulars (a sure bet) Go for it !!!

Fresh food using local ingredients. Their beers are local also and complement their food. The servers are friendly and helpful. A MUST try. We drive 45 minutes to eat here.

Visited for my brothers birthday, was treated awfully on his special day by the server. She was extremely ignorant and had to ask her multiple times for the same thing but she still chose to serve people coming in after us before. Kind of felt judged by her as a college student. All I have to say is my brothers special day really got ruined. Not recommended at all as it has happened to multiple students aswell.

Visited this restaurant for the 2nd time today that too for my birthday and have always loved the food here. However, for some reason the service staff here always seems unwilling to help and rude at times. I have felt this more so towards us as compared to other tables. This might be due to us being students or the only brown people in the entire restaurant. The owners need to take notice as i talked about this with my friends who have visited as well and they all agreed that the service staff is not courteous in anyway. Hope they improve on this and this doesn t occur with other people especially on their once a year birthday dinner!!

Great place to go and great food. The staff here are excellent. This is my go to when I want a great sit down pizza. Weather permitting they have a nice outdoor patio. I recommend the M IKMAQ or the Grand River. Enjoy.

The pizza at this restaurant is not bad, but the service towards people of colour is disappointing and concerning. My wife and I visited this restaurant a few times and have consistently noticed a difference in how were treated. Each time, weve experienced delays and a lack of acknowledgment when waiting to be seated. On our most recent visit, despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we stood by the entrance for several minutes without any recognition from the staff. At one point, a server near us was asked to take a picture for a nearby table. Instead of acknowledging us or assuring us that she d attend to us shortly, she actually asked us to move aside so she could take a photo. That was the last straw for us, and we won t be returning. Even during past visits, weve observed other people of colour receiving similar treatment. Having travelled to well over 26 countries, I dont bring up issues of racism lightly. However, this experience has made it clear that theres a pattern, not only from our own experiences but also from the others who have left a similar review here. I can t support an establishment that appears to treat its patrons differently based on race, no matter how good the food is. There are plenty of other places in the city with good food that are not seemingly racist.

We absolutely love 850, been coming here for years. Service is always top notch, menu has your forever favourites and new features each season are always tasty. I love how friendly and welcoming the staff is, I never feel rushed or unnoticed. Will be back again and again!

Very good pizza and normal prices

Stopped by for first time last Sunday for a takeout order. I ordered two Calzones and for $20 each I was only able to substitute one ingredient from their four set ingredients in the Calzone. With all the ingredient options on their menu I found this a bit surprising. I did not substitute anything and found my choice to be very bland and all outer sides of Calzone lacked ingredients - pure dough for many bites. I, also, should have requested they make it well done. Long story short we took our Calzones home, added salami, sliced red onions, a little hot sauce and some more cheese and reheated them. They turned out well then and we enjoyed them.

This restaurant does not have large pozzas but everyone needs to order their own pozza. Staff that was serving us was replying to our inquires And suggestions very much in a style we are right- And you are wrong. What happened with the customer is always right? Pizza dough was a bit soft in the middle. Tomato sauce was not so fresh. Sosages were meanced And pre- cooked And then put on pizza, which created a bit of a dry flavor. Ham was cut in very small and thin pieces and it came out burnt on the edges autocorrection.cancel not cooked in the middle, because pieces of ham need specific thickness And size, And the one they had was not adequate; prahuto was not baked with pizza but put fresh on pizza. Fresh Mozzarela cheese was put only a little bit 2 or 3 circles on the pizza, And it was seperating from dough. I think some other type of cheese would work better for meat lovers pizza. They don t Make drinks, everything is in cans. I had wildelderberry coctail in a can, it had a very much artificial flavor. Over all, meat lovers pizza looked like salad And dough like a plate. No music on the patio, And I was not able to see the street. I personally, like patios so I can look at the street And people.

Ive only ordered delivery but the food is fantastic. Hope to go in sometime. Called a few times to clarify something or ask a question and theyre always (busy but) very helpful. I have to eat gluten free and their pizza is probably the best around for it. Pro tip get extra sauce! My wife will usually order a regular crust pizza and is always happy with it. The Caesar dressing is also fantastic. Even if Im not ordering the salad I get it on the side with pizza. Worth it everytime. Keep doing what youre doing! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust

The pizza was so good. Tastes delicious. The only backdrop is I felt like the servers are not interested in helping us. It might be because of the lengthy day they have and we were the last customers. They told us that the table service is closed for now. And yeah we were not complaining about it but later on the service which they provided is not up to the mark. It may be because of this skin color or something else. We felt ike embarrassed standing there. Hope they review this feedback and do much better. Thank you.

A group of 10 of us went here on the 20 th of September in the afternoon. We were on the Patio. The food was excellent. Best pizza ever. I had the Long Branch with added onions. I was extremely impressed by our server. She was organized , cheerful and all in all a credit to this restaurant. We were also served in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Myself, and two friends came here last night. We are not from Etobicoke and we stumbled upon this restaurant and we absolutely loved it! Everything I ordered was gluten free and absolute perfection, the cannolis were the highlight for me and that was a hard choice. Everyone loved their food and will definitely be coming to Etobicoke just for this spot. We ended up staying a bit past closing and the staff were so lovely and did not rush us at all, offering us dessert and coffee. Thank you!

We ve been going there since they opened. They are consistently amazing each and every time we go. Their pizza is the closest to the real Italian thing in Toronto. Also their gluten free dough is the closest to the regular dough that you ll find in Toronto.

The pizza here is amazing. Thinner crust/dough done in the more Italian way. The ingredients are all high quality and you can tell. The salads are also done really well, very tasty and the perfect amount of dressing. Prices for pizza are good for the quality. The service was also great, and the food was ready pretty quick. The pizza was also more than enough to fill me as a 63 220lbs guy. They have vegcheese for vegans and the entire place is nut free, even the dessert. The only thing that disappointed me was the zucchini bites. Not much taste, and you only get 5 small things for $14. Vegetarian options: Many pizza options and salads etc Dietary restrictions: Has vegcheese for vegans. Entire facility is also nut free Parking: Street parking only free on Sundays. Also right on Lakeshore so can be hard to back out when leaving Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome but nothing specifically there to cater to them, as should be expected.

I m a very proud resident of this neighborhood, and I usually have a great experience at this restaurant - but today s experience makes me never want to visit again, considering the service and hospitality shown to me and my guests today. The table given to us had many pieces of food and meat spilled underneath the chairs. One of the other guests were actually so polite they pointed it out to us to watch out. When we raised this issue with our waitress Alannah T - she literally responded without a single apology saying Is this bothering you in any way? . This was honestly baffling and extremely rude. When we said yes, she still didn t apologize and instead just asked us to move to another table - but didn t help us move the cutlery / napkins. Overall her body language was very cold and rude with every interaction - even when ordering our food. she took great offense with one of our guests not ordering food since they were on a diet. It s sad because the food is usually great here and we re regulars, but after this experience and terrible hospitality - I d never recommend this to anyone else just disappointed.

I booked a big group of 15 and there were no hassles. Two of us required major dietary restrictions (one non diary and one celiac) and there were so many options. I would absolutely recommend for the food, which is awesome, but the customer service was just as good. Thanks so much.

I ve only ever ordered 850 pizza to my home, and it s always been great. It s my absolute go to and has never disappointed. I d post a photo for review but I ve already eaten the pizza, salad and focaccia before i get the chance. The crust, amazing. Great toppings, great sauce. Great salad toppings and dressing, only problem is I wish there was more of it. 10/10 every time.

Awesome food and lovely patio. Perfect Friday evening. WOW! The M iqmak pizza was so special with marinated smoked salmon and arugula added after it came out of the oven. With chilli oil it was perfection. The rapini with polenta and boar sausage was truly excellent. The special pizza with mushrooms, truffle oil and prosciutto was fabulous. The tent out front seemed temporary but worked just fine and the patio vibe was nice and service was good. Delicious raddler beer with unusual flavors. Vegetarian options: The vegan pizza featured on the menu sounded fantastic and tempting for meat eaters! Kid-friendliness: Early dinner had several kids on the patio and the placemats were good for colouring.

Although it s been a neighborhood favorite, the quality of food at this restaurant is competitive if not better than top Italian resultants in downtown and GTA

This is a very cozy restaurant that makes the best homemade tomato sauce and homemade mozzarella I have ever had. I had the meatballs with pizza bread and it was excellent. My friend had the Lakeshore pizza and she just loved it. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to all.

My 64th birthday with family was ruined. I m battling breast cancer so it was a special and emotional one. I wanted to make a special lasting memory but instead was served hard and dry meatballs with undercooked pasta, my pasta was a small portion and dry and overcooked, very little sauce on some pasta dishes. $13.50 for a splash of Pinot Grigio, no bread served with meal, and automatic 18% tip. We hadn t eaten all day and it was late afternoon. In the end they refunded the pasta with meatball dishes but still charged tip. Extremely disappointed to say the least. I travelled there by TTC from Thornhill. Took 2-1/2 hours, as did my son. Never had such a bad experience at an Italian pizzeria/restaurant anywhere and I ve worked in Italian restaurants. I can t work due to illness and will use birthday gift money to pay the charge on my credit card. Server corrected me when I said my family is from Abruzzi, Italy. She said Abruzzo . Both are correct. She was rude to my 15 year old granddaughter when she complained about her pasta and meatballs. You have to walk through the kitchen to use the washroom. We made the best of it anyway but I m sorry we went there. Won t return.

We were wandering around the neighbourhood looking for a place that appealed to us. We strolled by quite a few restaurants but none of them called out to us. As we walked by this store front, somehow the decision was made for us after taking a look at the brightly lit interior, the decor and the patrons enjoying the food there. We were not disappointed. The pizzas were well crafted using quality ingredients. The salad was excellent. The rapini and polenta is to die for, but I am highly biased as I love both rapini and polenta in almost any format. The service was warm, friendly and efficient. And they also featured a number of products from local micro breweries. It is always a pleasure to stumble upon great owner-operated eateries like this!

The food is top tier. The group of 7 pizza was a burst of flavours and the goat cheese was cherry on top of the pizza. The star of the night was the truffle Alfredo fettuccine.

I work just down the street from them and I have become a regular customer. I love this place! The servers are the absolute sweetest and the food..divine. Our favourite neighbourhood pizzeria! We end up here unplanned so many times. We love their delicious Neapolitan style pizza. The pizza oven with the open fire gives a nice ambiance and the service is very personable and great. Tip: dine in, Neapolitan pizza doesn t taste great when cold.

We had a small family gathering at 850 Degrees Pizzeria. The waitress had excellent skills. Very accommodating to our babies need in providing space and extra chair to put baby stuff. The food is outstanding.

Popular spot in the area. Great selection of pizza to choose from both for meat lovers and vegetarian options. The margherita pizza was good. The pasta was delicious too. Pretty busy spot so highly recommend a reservation if you do plan on coming. The place is a bit small but still good for both small and large groups.

I just a late lunch at 850 Degrees Pizza, and it was excellent. The pesto chicken pizza on a thin crust, generously filled with creamy ricotta, is the best pizza ever! Its the best pizza in the neighborhood! If you like pizza, this place is an absolute must-visit. Parking: free street parking on Sundays!

I had a great experience at 850 Pizzeria last night, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, they have live music on Mondays every other week. We started with a bottle of wine and a caprese salad, a refreshing and delicious starter. We opted for the Pizza of the Month, the toppings were a harmonious blend of flavors and the crust was perfectly crisp. The service throughout the evening was impeccable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and ensured that our needs were met. Considering the high quality of the ingredients and the overall dining experience, the bill was surprisingly affordable. Its great to find a place that offers such value for the money. Highly recommended!

Overpriced and overrated!!!!!!!!! the hype didnt match the reality of a mediocre pizza joint. The waiters rude response to a minor mistake, bursting into laughter, was both unprofessional and offensive. The pizza itself was disappointingly dry, lacking in ingredients. Frankly, there are far better places to enjoy a meal than that overhyped spot.

Always wanted to try this spot, drive by many times over the years. Finally dined in for a late lunch. Pizza is excellent, tasty. Staff is very nice and friendly. We liked the casual dining atmosphere.

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday, and we must confess that it was an excellent experience. This restaurant has a wonderful combination of good food with excellent service. The waiter Gabriel who served us has 10 stars out of 5 for the quality of customer service. We will visit this restaurant again soon.

Pizza was probably the only redeeming part of this experience. Ordered the gnocchi but it was over cooked, so the server replaced it with rigatoni with meatballs. The sauce was good but the meatballs were too hard, maybe overcooked again. Having gone to many Italian restaurants, the meatballs were not juicy and was very hard to chew. My friend actually thought it was vegan, because of the texture. I will say, just order the pizza and skip the pasta dishes. However, the worst part of the whole experience, that is why this is a 1-star review, is how we found the server to be very rude who kicked us out after we settled the bill early. She mistook the gesture as if we were ready to leave even though three of the people are still trying to finish their almost full glasses of wine. I totally felt it was rude and inconsiderate to force them to chug the glasses of wine instead of savouring it, just because a family was waiting outside for a table. I think this is probably the reason why we would avoid coming back to this place. It was too insensitive for the staff to ask us to leave after ordering two bottles of wine and not to meantion that we also had a bill of more than 400 bucks for a party of 5.

The pizza is my fav thin crusted cooked well with fresh ingredients from simple to a variety!! Chili oil available!! We sat outside which was our mistake many bees right now but patio was cute. It wasnt my first time here but each time I have been has had me wanting more. The main reason you go here is for the selection of ingredients. The vegetarian options were great but the meat options are outstanding and the quantity is just ideal. The crust is wood-fired and as someone who hardly eats the crust, I couldnt help but finish every last bite. A good selection of craft beers and many wine options. We sat on the patio and felt very protected from the Sun by all the patio umbrellas on each table. Our server was very attentive, and even provided us some good recommendations to help us decide which we acted on. We tried the Long Branch vegetarian and the Grand River meat option. Will definitely be going back.

Its probably the best pizza near Long Branch Lakeshore. Certainly, theyre using fresh ingredients for salads and pizza, I would say (thats what I ordered). For a large group, reservation is recommended during weekends.

850 Degree Pizza is a personal favourite of mine, it s a small & nice restaurant in a prime location of long branch, although there is limited parking it s very accessible by TTC, anytime someone comes to town I always take them here, never busy and staff/manager/owner are always so lovely! The St Johns is a personal favourite, not a huge fan of the buratta salad or garlic bread but the rest is fantastic

We ve come here multiple times and ordered take away as well. My girlfriend and I are definitely regulars and for good reason too. The pizza is amazing. Flat and oven cooked. Their spicy oil is such a nice addition. Great appetizers and pasta too. Highly recommend you try!

Recently enjoyed lunch there, with a friend. I chose this restaurant as my friend is on a strict gluten-free diet & my research showed that they offered this as an alternative on their menu. We ordered the large rapini & polenta appetizer for us to share. My friend ordered the Group of Seven pizza...which is vegetarian. There was a bit of confusion as to whether the server was asked for the gluten free version or not. When it was brought to the table I questioned if it was gluten free...it wasnt. No matter, the server quickly offered to changed it out with a gluten free version without argument. I ordered the Grand River...which is their version of a meat lovers pizza. We were also offered hot olive oil to drizzle over the pizza. My friend ordered a Pinot Noir & I an imported German lager. The food was delicious. The pizza size was considerable for a personal size (you might get away with one pizza between two people for a light lunch). The service was prompt, understanding & knowledgable. If there was an area where we both felt it could stand some improvement was the decor...it looked like something out of an early 1970s rec room. The chairs were uncomfortable...the seat was very hard & unyielding. Maybe its so the patrons dont loiter too long. It also looked like they could use some art work on the walls....to make it a little cozier. Overall, I would go there again for the food & the service...not so much for the atmosphere, Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pizza as an option. My friend enjoyed her gluten-free version of The Group of Seven pizza. According to the menu they also offer gluten free Gnocchi & a gluten-free version of Rigatoni...make sure you make it clear that you want these options at the time of ordering. Parking: Angled, metered street parking was readily available when we arrived at about 1pm for lunch...right in front of the restaurant. I cannot speak if it is the same at higher peak hours like noon or dinner time.

Food was just about perfect. Pizzas came out quick, fresh and hot. Busy for a mid to late Saturday afternoon.

Bad first experience. We heard good things about this restaurant so we decided to try it. We went in and ordered 3 pizzas for takeout. We waited 40 minutes before we got our order and the boxes weren t even warm. I was right, our pizzas were ALL COLD! I had to put them in the oven when we got home. They were good once they were hot but I didn t pay that much money to reheat COLD pizza! I was very disappointed because the pizza would have been good if the service hadn t been so bad.

It is very rare to find a good quality restaurant these days which is also easy on your pocket. Have been to this restaurant a couple of times now and have left with a happy tummy and very content every single time. Very thoughtful menu (the appetizers specifically), great selection of pizza, yummy dessert, what else could one ask for? Superb price to quality to quantity ratio, very good service and best pizza in the hood. Highly recommended

I have heard particularly good things about this spot and finally decided to check it out. Nice selection of classic Italian menu items, with a North American spin. Lots of pasta, pizzas, salads, and starters to choose from. They also had plenty of vegetarian options (Marked with a V on the menu). I tried the Garlic Bread with Cheese as a starter, following up with the Bloor by the Park and the Oh Canada pizzas as a main. I was impressed with all the dishes. Very fresh, light, crispy, and incredibly tasty, the pizzas are baked in a stone-fired oven which gives them a unique flavour and texture. It is difficult to compare this style of pizza to traditional fast food pizzas as they are in a category of their own. If you want to try a proper pizza, look no further. Pricing is fair, as it is a place that cares about the quality of food its putting out. The portion sizes were great. The location has a nice atmosphere. However, I would suggest setting up a reservation before coming. When I went on a Sunday it was filled due to the relatively small interior and its popularity. Employees were friendly and very quick with the orders as well. Overall, great experience. I highly suggest trying this spot out.

First time here we had the Canuck pizza (amazing) and we also had the Pappardelle di Funghi which is a pasta in truffle cream sauce (SOOOOO GOOOOD) ! Highly recommend . Our server was really nice and super accommodating as well! Will be back. Thank you .

Solid neopolitan pizza. Great prices and cheery service. If you live in the area (which I don t) it s absolutely worth a visit. Street parking on a Saturday afternoon was a bit tricky.

Meatballs for starters are the best... We ordered the Toonie pizza .. it was average for me coz it was more like plant based pizza .. staff is friendly... Should try more next time

Great value and taste. Came on a Saturday and snagged a spot for 2. Ordered the Canuck pizza & truffle pasta, was not disappointed, although I think my pizza was a little bit undercooked. Will definitely be back to try other dishes, had better service and tastes than other Italian venues that are twice the price! Give it a shot!

Had a fantastic lunch here. Muskoka pizza and Chianti. Food was great and so was the service.

Weve been customers at 850 since they opened and have never been disappointed. Out of the 150 or so times weve eaten there I had bad service ONCE and that server didnt last long. Its not too large a restaurant, good selection of local wines and beer, and they have a lovely monthly special (the carbonara was a personal fav). Im not a fan of sitting at the bar but Im grateful its there as weve been able to eat there on booked days. Servers are lovely, friendly, and always happy to be there. I love that we can see them making the pizza too! And the chefs also seem genuinely cheerful. Cant recommend them enough. Good place to bring the family. I recommend the David Bolland pizza (a bit spicy) and the Warm Chicken Salad (my absolute fav).

As far as vegan pizza goes, top notch. The sauce was fire. Price is much tho Dietary restrictions: Got the lactose free, gluten free pizza. No stomach troubles to report
