Hidden GEM! This was one of the best pizza & sandwich experiences weve had. The food was fresh, hot, full of flavor, and totally on point. Recommend to get there early as the popularity is growing, and for good reason, they do it right!

Great pizza and sandwiches using same dough that is light and fluffy, so good.

I enjoyed my meal, I went on a Thursday night and was hoping for a meatball sandwich but they were sold out. I had a pizza instead and the dough was fantastic, really light and airy, probably one of the best doughs in the city. All in all a decent experience.

My friend and I went for lunch today We had to pursue the sandwich and the Morada sandwich and we ordered two margarita peaches to go this place is amazing. Highly recommended second time there from St Catharines.

The Panuozzo is to die for!!!! Im a construction guy that drives around the GTA from site to site. And to find a place like this is a gift. The wait isnt bad if you pick the right time/day to go by. But the sandwiches are next to none. Ive had deli/panini/panzo all around and this is on another level. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I went there covering a great distance like a hungry wolf. Never imagine the sandwich and pizza will be so good. I dont have a great appetite, but it was too good to deny my stomach the lovely items. Outstanding! We came across this place quite by accident when going to the bakery at front of the building. There was no parking in the front so we had to go to the back. Something smelled delicious and we knew it was the pizzeria. Small but very nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. We had the Crudo Prosciutto Panuozzo Sandwich and it was great. The pizzas also looked fantastic.This place is a hidden gem.

0My friend and I try a new pizza spot every month, and this time we chose Crudo Pizza after seeing a viral Instagram video. The packed restaurant raised our hopes, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The man at the front desk barely acknowledged us, and the service was cold and unhelpful. We ordered a Margherita and a pepperoni pizza but weren t even asked if we were dining in or taking out. After waiting an hour, we returned, only to be dismissively redirected to another counter. When we finally tried the pizza, it was a major letdown. Both pizzas were bland, with tasteless sauce and undercooked dough. For the first time, I couldn t finish a slice. I d rate it a 1/10. Thankfully, Lucas Pizza saved the night with better service and delicious pizza. Crudo won t get a revisit from us, but the search for great pizza continues!

Food is really delicious, although this isn t the first time i ve had a bad experience with the child behind the counter. The girl working there gave HORRIBLE attitude when dealing with customers. (young girl with long brown hair to be exact). I was told my food would be ready within 45 minutes and after waiting over an hour hour, politely asking when my food would come out, the young girl rudely came out and yelled at me and my family. It s quite funny because 10 people who ordered after us had their food ready before ours went in the oven . how does this even work? No amount of great food can make up for this poor poor customer service. When dealing with customer service, this is the last thing you would expect. Normally the customer is always right, speaking from someone who has worked in customer service for many years. I refuse to let this interaction off the hook because i m not sure how the owners can let this slide! When we confronted the owner to let him know, we didn t even get a reaction, it s probably because he s so used to her attitude anyways. We will NOT be coming back here. And will definitely be telling others that i recommend, NEVER to go back. The young girls working there need to be thought manners, my parents would NEVER let me speak to any individual this way. I hope she is able to get the proper training she deserves otherwise, she should not be behind the counter, or working there at all for that matter.

Took forever to get my pick up order as I placed a request for it to be picked up at 7pm and I placed the order at 5pm. Worst bruschetta I had in my life, and arancini was okay.

You want Fresh, this is the place! The bread is literally made to order!! The procisciuto, mortadella all cut to order! the cheese is literally so fresh it melts in your mouth! The best and I mean THE BEST panini place in Canada... Yes, the wait may be long, but its well worth it!

As a new spot, Crudo is still smoothing out a few things, hope they add more seating and space or improve the ordering process, and keeping a steady inventory. But these little hiccups are easy to overlook because the food totally shines. Every dish is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and is packed with flavor, despite the simple, no-fuss approach. If youre craving a fresh, authentic taste, this place should be high on your list. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I found this place! Easily one of the best Panuozzos that we have had so far. We tried the Mortadella and Veggie Panuozzo and they were delicious. Everything is so fresh and tasty made right in front of you. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. Service was top notch, we got the order in no time despite how busy it was. Overall a great experience! Parking: Parking is available both at the front and back of the building.

Absolutely delicious sandwich. Fresh baked bread sliced meat and fresh toppings. It was definitely worth the wait in line.

The food was palatable. But you guys really got to get an HVAC tech in your place for your cooking area ventilation. The lingering smoke inside the eating area was ridiculous. I literally watched a lady step outside multiple times with watery eyes to get a breather all while my own eyes were stinging, breathing in your pizza smoke in agony. It made it impossible to sit there and enjoy. Never mind the hour wait. For this reason alone I would never step foot inside again.

The place can get a bit smoky from the oven. If you dont want to smell like food, do takeout. The sandwich & pizza were great. Not sure if itd be as good if you did takeout though. The seating area was not the biggest so if you do dine-in, Id recommend you come during off-peak hours. Parking: The entrance is at the back but there is an entrance at the front too but you have to walk down the hallway to get to the place in the back.

I got a few sandwiches for a family get together last night. Right away we noticed a plastic smell and taste. This was our first time coming here because we heard all the reviews. It was actually embarrassing to serve this to our out of town guests. You need to find out what is causing this as upon arrival into the house everyone started complaining.

Came in yesterday hoping to dine in but the place was absolutely packed so we decided to get food to go - waited a bit for the order (we happened to be last one to be served) but it was all worth it (we also got offered two complimentary tiramisu to compensate for the wait) We got our pizzas and went to the car to eat it (as the local was already past their opening hours when our order was ready). When staff noticed us in the parking lot - called us in so we can enjoy the food inside even tho the local was closed at this point. Food was exceptional, delicious and fresh. Can t express our gratitude for the hospitality and how greatly we got treated there! If there s a living example of an exceptional service - it s those hard working lovely folks thank you again!

The food is fresh and tastes amazing, but the customer service could definitely be improved. Most of the staff are not friendly and a couple of them are even borderline rude. I would probably still go back to try the rest of the sandwiches though.

I saw a review on TikTok for this place and it did not disappoint. There was small line when we arrived but since we planned to stay we sat and waited to order. My husband and I ordered 2 sandwiches and a pizza for the kids. Since the bread is made to order we expected there would be a wait, which was absolutely worth it. My kids said it was the best pizza they ever had and now we can never go anywhere else. Definitely going again!

It is a bustling place for lunch, so get their early. I had a 30-minute wait, worth the wait. My sandwich was burnt on the bottom, It was a great overall experience.

I placed my order ahead of time because I was picking up the food around noon. When I got there the place was packed so be prepared. But the food was delicious and the sandwich was massive..Definitely enough for 2 people. Ill have to return to try the other sandwiches.

Found them on Google Maps as we were in the neighbourhood and needed a lunch place. It had great reviews and so we went. It s off Royal York, down a driveway BEHIND the plaza but there is plenty of parking! Everyone loved their pizzas or Panuozzi. We were a large group and they had us out in time. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered the Crudo sandwich but no cheese was on it, I was so sad :( Would ve been delicious but definitely needed the cheese.

Once again Instagram influencers have lead me astray. This place kinda sucked if I m being honest. Margherita Pizza was a 4/10 for me. Sauce lacking any sort of real flavor. Nothing remarkable about the cheese either. I added some expensive olive oil to the top after a few unimpressed bites which was honestly a waste of olive oil. To top it off my pizza was stone cold by the time I got it home and I m a 5 minute drive from the place. My wife even commented did they take this out of the fridge. I laughed and threw my slice in the trash. In the words of Kamala Harris: We re not going back.

Ordered a pizza and specifically told the cashier not to add olives. Even checked with the server that there were no olives on the pizza and was told there werent. Came home and found out it was full of black olives. If you dont want to entertain any modifications to the dishes then just tell the customers upfront so that we can order something else. Ended up paying for food that we couldnt eat.

An absolute 5-star experience! I stopped in for a porchetta sandwich, and it was phenomenal. The juicy, flavorful porchetta paired perfectly with the tangy, pickled eggplant, creating a delightful contrast. The hot peppers added just the right amount of heat, elevating the flavors even further. And when you combine these ingredients with the freshly baked, made-to-order bread, it s a winning combination. Simply put, this sandwich is a must-try. Highly recommend!

You should modify your hours if you re not going to stay open until 8pm on Fridays. I drove a long way to try your place and I leave bitterly disappointed.

My husband and I stopped at Crudo Pizza and Panuozzo for dinner after seeing a video on tik tok. Although it is a small place it was VERY VERY BUSY, and after trying their food i completely understand why. The smell in the restaurant is so pleasent. The food quality is like no other in Ontario. We ordered bruschetta as an antre and 1 margarita pizza and a diavola pizza. The bread of the bruschetta was so tasty and you could tellnit was freshly baked, the pizza s were amazing, after living in italy for 10 yrs and now in canada for 8, i can confirm 100% that this is the closest to a proper italian, napoletan pizza as uou can find in canada. I really hope more people find this hidden gem.

My wife and I stopped for lunch. We went on Friday as thats the only day they have porchetta sandwiches. I ordered 2 and sat down and waited. I couldnt believe it when the sandwiches arrived, they were big, I mean huge. They were delicious. Will certainly be back to try a Margherita pizza or one of those other sandwiches I saw going to other tables.

Literally the best pizza in the 6!!!!! The dough is so light and tasty. Not to mention their famous panuozzo, the prosciutto, the stracciatella, bufalo cheese ....mmmmmmmmm Btw Dont forget their tiramisu WOW!!!

This place is so good. The sandwiches are on the level of what we ve had in Rome. They make their own bread from what I saw. Pizzas are amazing too with the perfect crust and delicious sauce. So happy to have a place like this in the neighbourhood.

I was there a few days ago for the first time and at some point I felt like being back in Italy. I really had that feeling for the first time after 8 years that I live in Canada. The profumo of pizzas coming out from the oven, the sapore of it with good prosciutto and the nice musica brought me back good memories. I also can add that not all pizzerias in Italy are so good! A place to feel Italia!

Crudo is an amazing pizza and sandwich shop tucked away in Etobicoke. Tremendous service, incredible pizza and the sandwiches looked amazing (next time). Anyone complaining of the prices my wife and I shared a prosciutto pizza ($20) and we were both full, you can t even eat at McDonald s for $10 per person. The pizza was full of fresh sliced prosciutto and arugula and the dough and tomato sauce were second to none best pizza I ever had in a long time. My son had a pepperoni (Americana) so it s kid friendly too! A wonderful experience for the whole family and we will definitely be back

Tried calling several times and ordering in advance to no avail - no pickup. Cool. Showed up to try and order a few things, only to be met with, were sold out of everything at 2 pm. And not even in an apologetic tone either. I dont really care how good your food is at this point. Its probably half as good as your customer service. Wait til the influencer hype dies down. Is very disappointed. I drove two hours to get there and come to find out that they ran out of dough. They closed their shop at 5 p.m when their website says 8 p.m. They should put this information on their website.Stating that once food runs out , they will close instead of giving a hard time of 8 p.m. While we were there, many people walked in and walked out disappointed. If youre gonna advertise and market the way you did online then be prepared for extra food for extra people. Many people said they wouldnt come back for this reason. I sort of agree.

Went there yesterday at 3PM and never had a chance to check out the food because I was rudely told that they were sold out! The question stands, how can a restaurant run out of food? Perhaps the owners are new to the industry and have no idea what they are doing? Never the less, I was never offered an excuse or apology! As I told the person I encountered, I m never coming back! Incredibly delicious!!!!!! A must try!!!!! Heard about this place from Instagram. It was very busy as theyve recently blown up on social media and have been selling out early. Keep an eye on their instagram page for updates. Between the line to order and waiting for the order it was just under 90 minutes. I cant express how worth the wait this place is. Just the smell while waiting will make you hungry enough to eat their big portions. Hands down the best sandwich I have ever had. My bf cant wait to go back. The pizza also looked incredible, and cant wait to try it next. Vegetarian options: I saw vegetarian options, also sandwiches can be customized. Parking: Depending on how busy it is parking could be a problem.

Sooo, how I didnt know about this place until yesterday in my own backyard is just blowing my mind. Went immediately to try the food (had the Crudo and Margherita) and the place did not disappoint! The staff was great, the owner was fantastic and added that personal touch. The food was simply fantastic, great clean and fresh flavors and I will certainly be back to try the rest of the menu and support this amazing local establishment!

They have amazing panuozzos. Everything was delicious. I can t eat meat so chef prepare a perfect sandwich for me which is so tasty and fully and he prepared mortedella for my husband again that is so yummy and fully. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I am not living close by but I will come again for sure.

Finally had a chance to take the husband over. We are usually free Sundays as we both work Saturdays. We ordered bruschetta and pizzas. Good quality ingredients, absolutely delicious. Definitely on the pricier side, but as mentioned : good quality ingredients. We look forward to our next visit where we will try a sandwich! Great service!

This place is a hidden gem. Strip mall in Etobicoke, family run restaurant with super fresh ingredients you can see them take out and slice in front of you. They make pizzas and sandwiches with a selection of fresh deli cheeses, veggies and meats. We had a great date night with two pizzas. Would definitely recommend!

Finally tried this place and getting to it was interesting as we parked in the plaza and then went through the bakery to a hallway to find it. The place is small, cozy and popular with locals. We ordered the Crudo panouzzo which is very good, and the mortadella pizza which was bland but the crust was good. I also ordered tiramisu, which was not good. I ordered, paid and provided a tip upfront. After that, I found the service was lacking. As it got busier, it was unorganized. The place was also very smokey and I left smelling like fried food. Not what I envisioned for my long awaited trial.

Great personalities, every time we come once a month, it always feels like we are in Italy again. Their whole pizzas covers the plates, and their pannuozzos are HUGE. We always have food to take home. Huge generous quality servings. Definitely, A must try. Ample seating/tables available. Clean, spacious, and Italian decor. Plenty of free parking. First time I went there it was amazing I got the mortadella sandwich and the crudo sandwich they were big full of meat bread was soft and crunchy and the guys were really nice I just went yesterday and not the same Got the same sandwiches they were smaller less meat and the bread was different it wasn t a bun like the first time it look like they got the pizza bread and folded in half and made it into a sandwich Also my brother went there last week and got the crudo sandwich and they forgot to put the prosciutto de Parma The service was still great but not for me again

Take the lightest, crispiest pizza crust & turn it into a panino. Fill it with the most delicious porchetta & top it with marinated eggplants. Absolutely divine. I couldn t believe my tastebuds. Found Crudo during work and was amazed by the food and atmosphere. It was such wholesome experience that I revisited the next day with my family. A great place to go for your local Italian food. Great food, Italian at its best. Hidden Gem

Second times a charm. Happen to be in this area yesterday and couldn t wait to get my hands on one of their delicious looking sandwiches. Unfortunately, they were sold out completely - of everything! They were resupplying in another hour, but I had to go. Do you rate a restaurant on that experience alone? Never! as luck would have it, I had to drop someone off in the area today, so I got another chance. It was quite busy and for good reason. Very much worth the wait for your custom made sandwiches and pizzas. For the best experience, I strongly recommend you eat in the restaurant. The crispness of the beautiful bread and pizzas add to the experience. Take home things get a little soft steaming in the box. They were out of the Porchetta sandwiches, so I got the highly recommended Crudo sandwich. So glad I did. The pistachio sauce is something I ve never had before, the crispness of the bread and mouthfeel was incredible. And for the first time ever, there was separation between my mouth and my brain. After the first bite, my brain immediately wanted more but it was as if the mouth was not sharing the information with the brain so it could have the experience all to itself. Honestly, this went through my head after my first three bites. Brought pizzas home for the family to try and they are top shelf thin crust Italian pizzas. Just as good as woodfired oven, thin crust, Italian pizzas. An absolute five star. Italian owned and operated and sitting in the restaurant you feel like you could be in Italy and not Toronto with the Italian banter between the staff. Do yourself a favour and check this place out.

Finally and thank goodness! We found a place in the neighborhood where you can eat well. Thanks to Rocco, Paolo and all the staff. We were there yesterday afternoon and we are happy that your place is full of people because, as I said before, yes eat really well here! Congrats!! Absolutely awesome. I had a few panuzzos, salami was my favourite. The pizza is fantastic too. These guys are great, I went in there and the owner is making pies. Pretty cool.

Food was great. People seem friendly. However, we called ahead asked for no mushrooms as I am allergic to them. First bite into the Calzone and there was mushrooms. What is the point of me even asking? Pretty disappointed as I was unable to eat it. Waste if my money and my time.

We drove all the way from Stouffville to try the Mortadella sandwich and it did not disappoint. We also had a pizza and the Il Crudo sandwich and all were 10/10. We will be back!

A real Italian pizza .

It was my first time having panuozzo bread and it was outstanding. It was fresh and warm. A few friends shared a few sandwiches. We had the porcetta sandwich and mortadella sandwich. The porcetta was tasty and fresh . The mortadella sandwich was amazing and served with stracciatella cheese and pistachio spread. We will definitely be going back, a lot.

WOW! Delizioso! Seriously amazing sandwich and pizza ! . Went by with some friends while in the area. Fantastic food, great service. Definitely go back for a quick lunch or dinner. Check it out, you wont be disappointed. Parking: Typical street parking as its Royal York area.

Great casual dining for simple and very fresh pizza/sandwiches. Pizza and sandwich bread are baked fresh upon order. All coldcuts are sliced to order. You will not find a fresher sandwich anywhere else.

Crudo Pizza Resto is a hidden gem in Etobicoke! Exceptional in every manner. Service, food & ambience were all 5 STAR! Wife/I shared the Caprese salad & Calzone. Both were delicious & great portion size too! TheCalzone was melt in your mouth delicious. The Restaurant itself is very quaint, clean & comfortable. The chairs are upscale & very comfortable. Owner Paulo was very professional & personable with his service. He was very inviting & warm. Chef Giuseppe was also great & the maker of the homemade Tiramisu which was simply mouth watering & divine. & If you think you re too full from your meal you must save room for their Tiramisu dessert. It s simply outstanding! My wife is still talking about it! Crudo Resto is excellent in every way possible. I assure you that you will not be disappointed in the least! Grazie Paulo & Giuseppe. Had nothing but an incredible experience at Crudo! Pizza was authentic and super tasty. Staff were very warm and welcoming and always went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of in every aspect. Cant wait to go back again soon. Grazie!

My family and I just dined at Crudo Pizza & Panuozzo. Our pizzas were so delicious - just like the pizzas they make in Naples. Their sandwich made with home made bread and fresh cold cuts and cheese was also amazing. The service was fantastic and the restaurant was cozy and intimate. It was our first time but we will be back again and again - definitely in the very near future. Thank you!

Excellent place with superb Italian pizza and service. The personnel is very attentive. We will be back with kids and without to enjoy their espresso with tiramisu.

Lovely independent restaurant LOCATED AT THE BACK of the building, with a very comfortable atmosphere and fantastic food. Tried two types of pizza - each one very tasty and filling. The table beside us ordered sandwiches which were huge. Staff are very attentive. A great new addition to the neighbourhood, will go again.

The nicest guys and the most delicious food! Youll feel like youre in Italy. Very fresh ingredients and a love of what theyre doing really makes the difference. We tried both the Mortadella and the (Linferno Porchetta sandwich served only Fri & Sat) and both were absolutely delicious! We also tried the Capricciosa pizza which we also really enjoyed. We cant wait to go back! **The restaurant is at the back of the plaza where youll find ample parking. **

The owners are very friendly. The Inferno panuozzo is amazing and totally worth waiting until the weekend for! We especially loved the Italian music while we waited for our order. Espressos are fantastic, too.

Finally a nice place which reminds small restaurants like backhome. Cozy and warm place with a great space. Totally impressed from the menu with so much taste on each pizza and amazing panuozzo. Staff was very friendly and accommodate every request that we had with our newborn baby. I recommend this place if you really want to try authentic italian pizza. I called to put in an order, no answer I thought forget this place, sure enough Paolo called me back to apologize for missing call....never expected that...had a good convo about the pizza, he made it very easy for me, my wife and my new born son to come grab two pizzas to go... great pizza authentic napoleatano style pizza.. capriciossa and diavola were amazing... good prices ,fresh ingredients and great napkins .. Def come back to this local gem..keep up the good work.

Very Very Good new Spot in Etobicoke. The bread was baked upon arrival and the sandwich was fantastic. Service was fast and friendly. Felt authentically Italian. True hidden Gem. A bit hard to find since its at the back of the building. Will come again!
