Walked in for the first time and we weren't greeted by any staff. We had to call out to them multiple times but the one lady working there took her sweet time. The place looked like it was closing even though their hours say that they close at 1am. We tried to order but the staff member didn't look like she wanted to serve us. My girlfriend asked for a coffee and the staff member claimed that they didn't have any coffee left even though there were coffee beans visible in their machines. Seemed like the staff member was just lazy. We ended up going to Eden nextdoor and had a much better time there.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to give -5 stars. VERY terrible service. Friends and neighbors told me not to go there because the service is terrible. But one day I wanted pizza and I live in the same building where this establishment is located, so I decided to go anyway. It was a horror! Maybe the people who work there recently came to the country and still have the mentality of the caste society in their country and for some reason decided that service is a higher caste, and customers are a lower caste. The pizza was also not of the best quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, stay away from this establishment. Such establishments should be closed, and the employees are never allowed to communicate with people.
Rating: 2 out of 5 stars I have always enjoyed visiting Gravity Pizza Cafe for their delicious, crispy cheese pizza. However, my recent experience was quite different. The pizza I had this time was greasy, soft, and lacked the crispness I loved. Although the cashier provided friendly and welcoming service, I observed some hygiene practices that concerned me. The person preparing the pizza used the same pair of gloves for handling ingredients, wiping counters, and even mopping the floor. This made me question the cleanliness of the food preparation process. It’s disappointing to see these changes because this used to be one of my favourite places. I hope they can improve these aspects and return to the quality that originally made me a loyal customer.
We ordered two 14 inches pizzas one veg and another non veg.. both the pizzas were so average in taste and dry. I also had bad stomach the next day after I had only one slice of veggie lover pizza. The veggies on top of it were all burnt and eventually we had to throw it away. The service was okay but looking at the price, the quality of the pizzas was definitely not good.
Overall: 4.5 /10 I expect way more for the price, as both quality and quantity are not sufficient value. $6 for a paper thin slice dripping grease and burnt isn't appealing. The crust has potential and a few changes would make this a far better pie. Awkard vibe with the service, as the female server was reluctantly polite, as she seemed to hate being there. There was no one else inside and there was only 2 old slices ready, despite the sign advertising slices. Avoid. Order: Pepperoni and Cheese Crust: 4.5 / 10 Extremely thin but nice and chewy. Like an extra thin New York style. However, the ends are burnt and inedible (see photo). The crust is too thin for the cheap greasy cheese (see photo) and ends up being too soggy. Sauce: 4.5 / 10 It honestly is probably the weakest part. Tastes very generic and cheap, while lacking flavour and seasoning. Cheese: 5 / 10 Also tasted rather cheap, but there was a good amount of mozzarella. The crust is so thin that it can only hold up to so much cheese, and even with a normal amount this will get greasy and soggy very quickly. Toppings: 6 / 10 Nice cup char pepperoni, but average quality. Good quantity, however.
Delicious pizza place right by the lake. They do freshly prepared thin crust pizza The menu is pretty extensive and they also have ‘ build your own’ option. I love their Veggie lovers and chicken pesto pizza. I liked the indoor vibe as well as enjoy the patio but the best is to have a takeout and enjoy the pizza by the lake. The customer service is outstanding and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend to try pizza from this place.
Great pizza by the lake offered in a take-out setting with seating (order at the counter but you can eat in store/on the patio). The pizza offered here is think crust, akin to a cross between NY and Neapolitan pizza. Flavour and quality is on point, but pizzas could have been cooked a bit longer as they were a little gummy in the center. They were quite busy so not sure.if that's why, but I'd probably order well done next time. They have a wide range of different pizzas with various topping combinations - from what we tried some definitely worked better than others but that all comes down to preference. The real standout for us was actually their cookies which were like think and crispy peanut butter stuff peanut brittle - absolutely incredible. Overall this is a great spot if you're in the are and would like to grab some pizza to eat by the lake. We'll definitely be back to try out some other pizzas and get them well done.
I believe this is the best place I’ve been for a pizza. The pizza was so delicious I just loved it. The prices were perfect, interior amazing and customer service was the best. I definitely recommend everyone to go and try this place. I can eat the pizza’s of this place literally everyday. Fresh dough and perfectly cooked thin crust pizza. Also there cannolis are so delicious. I absolutely loved the place.

I would give 0 stars for service if I could. The girl at the front desk today told me to get out of the restaurant because they delayed my order pick up by more than 30 min and I politely asked her if it was possible for her to cancel the order because it was not possible for me to wait for an additional 15-20 min. She yelled at the top of her voice, I asked her to calm down and that I was only asking if it s possible to do that or give me an exact time, she yelled go check with DoorDash get out of my place and kept yelling. I left there extremely embarrassed and on the verge of crying, I have never faced this kind of customer service from anywhere. The least we could expect is for a human to talk to another human politely. I will never return to this place again. If the owners or managers are reading this, please train your staff to talk with respect no matter the color of the person.

The pizzas we ordered made us sick the next morning. We got in touch with the restaurant staff but it was difficult to make them understand the situation, since they were reluctant, said it has never happened before and made fun of it. Very poor customer service. Not recommended. You have better Italian places to eat in the area.
Lived in the area for years and Ive been wanting to try Gravity. Got a 10 inch meat lovers pizza. Place was empty so we thought we would get a nice pizza and wouldnt have to wait long. After about 10 minutes, we got the pizza and it was raw. Underneath was completely white and doughy and the pizza was very greasy. There was so much grease that the dough underneath absorbed all the oil. Since the dough was raw, it was even more noticeable. Never again.

I took Veggie Lover thin crust Pizza- it was so delicious. And the customer service as well was exceptional - His name is ravi i guess, he single handedly managed a lot of customers politely. I recommend trying their thin crust pizza - so yummmm!!!

The flavour is decent but the pizza is ultra, ultra thin. If you split one with someone youll be looking for more. Id rather go to one of the three Italian restaurants nearby and get a better quality pizza for around the same price. Since a Gravity pizza is basically the size of a personal pizza due to the ultra thinness youll end up spending around the same amount of money anyway.
One of the best pizzas i have ever eaten in Toronto!
No good pizza. Undercooked, with no tomato sauce, too much cheese and overall cheap ingredients. Had high hopes for this place but was unfortunately let down. Look at this slice I can roll it like a wrap.

The customer service is bad. The Indian lady that was working there on May 1st at 2pm she didn t us go to the washroom she kept telling don t go and yelled at us. She was holding a knife and we felt threatened and scared afraid to get injured. What is this madness check who you re hiring and not psychopaths. Never coming back again.

Solid pizzeria, though they only sell 14 size pizzas, which is a bit much for one person.
They didn t have gelato so I ordered a Starbucks drink. It took 30 mins to get, was made with tap water and wasn t filled all the way

We walked into this establishment by chance. The interior is quite interesting and this brightens up the waiting time for the order. The pizza was very tasty, I would say it was real Italian pizza! Unfortunately, the coffee machine was not working that day, so the coffee was ordinary. However, the mood remained high as we managed to communicate with a cute little dog, who also happened to be next to us!!!

Terrible customer service at the Starbucks counter. Came around noon during the week for a coffee with a friend. The lady serving us had AirPods in her ear, and phone on the counter, clearly on a phone call. I understand there weren t many customers, but have some decency to take out your AirPods when you see customers coming in and greet them. The whole time she s on a call in a different language, inattentive of the customers. Also, my friend asked about the menu on the screen and the lady pointed to a printed menu on the counter. Coffee was terrible and then they prompt the Interac machine for a tip. Definitely won t be coming back for overpriced coffee out of a machine and terrible service.

Ordered large pizza. Ask for Supersauta Black olives and Mushrooms. Instead I received onions instead of mushrooms. Therefore I trashed the pizza as I am allergic to onions. Feb 9th at 6:39. Therefore I used to be a good customer. And it s apparent new ownership does not do custom pizza. Or does not care about what your request may be.
I have been to Gravity Pizza multiple times, both individually and with friends, and I am acquainted with the owners. I can attest to how well they manage the business and how courteous and friendly they are. Today, we placed a dine-in order around 9:30 pm, and the person taking our order said it would be ready in 15 minutes, without mentioning it was only for takeout. Thinking we could dine in, we got comfortable. Before the pizza arrived, the girls turned off the light above us, which we later realized was a signal. At 9:53, the server quickly placed the box on our table, stating no dine-in after 10 pm, and suggested we read it outside. When asked why this wasnt communicated earlier, he had no answer, repeating that they close at 10. When I questioned his rudeness, he finally agreed to let us finish the pizza there. By that point, we had decided to take it home, 25 kms away. After he returned to the counter, the girls started talking loudly enough so we could hear in Hindi about us not leaving, asking to dine in, and why the guy didnt mention the closing time and it was 9:55 pm. I would like to request the owners to ensure courteous staff who understand the hospitality industry and understand the customera point of view. Additionally, they asked us to takeout the pizza but they didnt had seasoning sachets.
Went there so many times with my mom as she loves their pizzas. They give me lunch special deal every time even though I go for dinner. I know the whole staff by name since now and they are super friendly which is the another reason of going there. I always recommend this place if you are a pizza lover.

This is my second time here first time my experience was good but this time it was unbelievable. I ordered over the phone and when I went there after 20 mins girl started making my order then. Upon asking that you are taking too long she just said I am sorry . I asked her to call manager she called a guy named shiaz and he said its her second day at work wowww like how come she is working alone on her second day. Again the guy was pretending nothing happened I think he was one of her random friends she called to protect herself. She didn t even know how to make coffee and they have such a big brand Starbucks there. At last my order came up with wrong ingredients on it. I asked her can I talk someone who knows about it well. Then she gave me another phone number of second manager her name was neha if I m not wrong. When I told her the whole story she said ok. I was so surprised that manager was saying ok. What kind of management it is. I dont think so they want to run the business. Please dont waste customers time if you dont really care about customer service. Oh and while she was making pizzaz she was using phone at the same time, sooo unhygienic.
An excellent place with a great ambiance. The mouth watering pizza is made in front of your eyes and is excellently priced. Well worth the money at a terrific location. Must visit.
I got Pizza from this place 3 times in a row. It was very deliciois, very well cooked and amazing. But after a few days, they severely lost their accountability. When you call them, they say to be open all nights but when you go there, they are closed! My last attempt was terrible! We purchased pizza online to pick up. We called them and the answering machine said that they are over busy. When I went there to pick up, the restaurant was closed while the electric OPEN sign shinining!
This place is always closed no matter what time of day you walk in even though sign says open until 12am. How are you able to afford to run this place by driving away customers? Please close down so this place can be replaced with another great restaurant and not waste peoples time...

I happened to visit the location with my friends, we checked the timing online and it showed open till 2:30 am, we drove 35 mins to the location, the guy there was totally high! We tried placing the order for 8-12 mins but he could not understand anything, and we left! He was totally drunk / high what ever! Avoid this place!
We stopped in for lunch when we were walking along the waterfront trail. Were glad we did! The pizza is excellent. Love the thin crust and they were generous with toppings. The lady serving us was very friendly and provided great service.

We placed an order based on the website menu prices. Came to pick up and found that the prices were vastly increased! (I happen to glance at their printed menu and saw the change hand-written in.) When I asked if they d honour the website prices, they said no. Wack. All that and the pizza was meh at best. Go to FBI Pizza. It s near the area and their pizza and wings are *kisses fingers* delicious!

yesterday we went for late night pizza around 12pm and were excited about the place since we read great reviews and it was open for so late. Place was clean but even after waiting for 20 mins with no customers, no one was ready to take our order. There were 2 staff members but they kept saying they are busy and not ready to take order. One was preparing pizza but the other guy was just arranging the cakes on the counter and running in and out of the store. When I said we are ready for order, they answered rudely and said I am busy preparing an order and you have to wait. What a pathetic way to run the business, they could have easily taken our order and then we would have waited another 20 mins. But since they didnt bother, we just left. I know this place is at a good location, but the owner should be worried about the kind of service their staff provides and how they deal with customers.

Dont even want to give a star lol first time here and waited for the washroom & was planning on getting a drink. The guy was so rude and assumed that we were only using the washroom and telling my bf that its only for customers. We already see a sign at the front that says washrooms are for customers only.. dont know why they are so protective over their washroom. Yup, never coming back. Can t believe starbucks works with these guys. Absolutely a disgrace.
Pizza is not bad, but it is not good at all. Omg, the lady who works there was so rude, and the guy wasn t so nice either. not welcoming at all. We went there for lunch, and my husband went back inside to pick up our order, and she was super rude to him with a stank face on. Don t even bother to open her mouth and help him find the straw; she just showed us with her eyes where it is. Guys, if you want to have a good business in our neighbourhood, please at least be polite with customers. If you don t like your job, just quit, and don t throw your negative energy and attitude everywhere. the worst experience in the neighbourhood. We tried every restaurant around and never encountered this kind of behaviour. Don t recommend it at all.

If youre looking for something fast and tasty, no need to call my ex wife! Instead, give Gravity Pizza a try! We made our own customized pizza, including mushrooms, roasted red peppers and olives (both black and green), and it was delicious. Terrible experience. Ordered thorough Uber and the order was wrong with items missing. The restaurant was not apologetic, and the man was rude with terrible service. The man is ghetto claimed he kept making orders for Uber drivers that s not our problem that they were giving out wrong orders to Uber drivers. He sounded like he want to fight my husband over the phone so ridiculous. I have a voice recording of some of how he spoke to us and will be making a video to post to tik tok and maybe I ll get a half decent response..
Vegetarian options: Such a shame that we went to this place tonight for dinner and we had to face the bad behaviour as well as we were served bad food. We ordered Greek pizza along with couple of creamy garlic dips which had an odd smell and when we let the guy know, he passed some bad comments. We left without eating and this should be the reminder for everyone eating here, try and avoid this one, not worth spending your money.

*EDIT* The review below was based on dealing with one of the owners. The service this evening was something I thought I d only see on viral videos. We are exceptionally polite but everything we said was somehow interpreted as offensive. We were patient, tipped 20% yet not even a smile or a thank you, and when we asked for forks the gentleman behind the counter barked directly at us saying You re not the only customers, you know?! And then he starts chewing the heck out of a customer whose first language isn t English. Insulting them over and over while we are nearby. I doubt we will ever go back to Gravity. The owners are better off staying closed rather than having staff who seem to be on the verge of physical violence with polite customers. I figured it was time for another review, since Gravity has been here for a little while and might have changed owners. Happy to say that the pizza is still based on that wonderfully light thin crust that lets the ingredients shine better than a thicker crust would. We eat in a variety of places, and we love pizza. Gravity Pizza is our go-to dine-in place we go to when we want to share a yummy pizza without feeling bloated or overstuffed. Pro tip; finish off with the macadamia/chocolate cookies.
Ordered takeout via ubereats. It was about $20 for a cheese pizza and two dips. The pizza is very very thin so you can easily eat a whole pie yourself. The sauce and cheese is really good, one of my favourite pizzas in the GTA area. The crust is chewy and soft not too crispy. The creamy garlic dip is also really delicious. Whenever I m in Etobicoke I get this pizza. To be honest you could easily eat 2 pizzas - it s that thin and delicious!

Literal incompetency at this spot. Came in yesterday, ordered a pepperoni pizza and BUFFALO chicken wings. We specified Buffalo minimum 5 times. We wait 30 mins for the wings, they came as BBQ. We decided to just not say anything because we didn t want to wait even longer and have to explain Buffalo over 5 times. We noticed we didn t get the pizza yet and it s been a long time (we were the only ones there). They forgot to make the pizza. So they argue back and forth with each other about who forgot the pizza (the chef and cashier) instead of just making it... So we watch as they lazily throw it together and continue to make the pizza. When it comes out of the oven, it s clearly not cooked as it s sticking to the spatula. And the guys looked high. They end up realizing the pizza is inedible so they throw it out. At this point we ve been waiting so long and it looked so unappetizing we just decided to leave. Didn t even want to ask for a refund because we were so tired of the incompetency. Never coming here again- would give negative reviews if I could. Waste of money.

Yummy pizzas to have by the waterfront at Humber Bay park. We had the vegetarian pizza with mushrooms which was quite yummy. They even have outdoor patio which can be full during summers. Their pizzas are thin crust and light. Worth visiting this place to have pizzas and coffee from Starbucks when youre in the area.

I m ashamed to say I ve been neighbours to Gravity for over two years and I ve just had it, I ve been missing out!!! I m blown away by the service, decor and the food was upside down, shimmy good!! I ll definitely be back!! Thanks guys!!! Food
This is definitely a gem in that are. Pizza tastes amazing and it s light. Grab a pie, and then walk it off by the lake. Better yet, coming back from the club around 2am? Grab a pie, some Starbucks coffee, and cheesecake to help all that alcohol settle. Got late night munchies? Grab a pie and a cookie to enjoy by the lake. Can t go wrong with any slice you get. My only con I could point out is that when choosing to dine it, the only option is to eat from the box. For the type of joint that this is, eating out of a box doesn t really fit. Besides that, it s some fire pizza.
Literally one of the best places I ve ever been to in Toronto. Absolute bomb pizzas.
Tried phoning 3 times with no answer, then when I got there it was completely empty.. The pizza was paper thin, undercooked in the middle and had minimal toppings. The server at the front was rude to the point that I didn t want to stay and enjoy my food. Overall taste was pretty good, but the customer service is severely lacking.

This tiny pizzeria probably offers the best pizza in town! Its so scrumptious and delicious...crispy and thin crust with great toppings and flavors. Prices are reasonable, service is friendly and quick! The pizza only takes 7 mins to get prepared! The garlic sauce is yummy to use as a dip. I highly recommend trying it out if youre a pizza lover!

The food is decent here usually but the staff are always quite rude and unprofessional. They ve also got a sign out front that says from Thursday-Sunday select signature pizzas are 2 for 30 dollars. After going in to inquire and placing my order another staff member came to tell me that it s a special only from 2-4pm (the sign which this special is advertised on doesn t say this anywhere). I asked them if they d still honour it and the worker rudely said no. Again, food is decent but the entire staff need to be re-orientated on what it means to give good customer service.
Food was decent not great. Worst customer service. After placing my order and paying they told me that they are not going to honour the advertisement they put outside the restaurant which was buy one get one 50% off. The girl at the front was rude and mean. I won t recommend this place to anyone.

Decent pizza. Super thin crust. High quality toppings. Reasonable price. I wouldnt travel to go here. They also advertise pizzas ready in 2 minutes, but always take 20 mins. The signs out front also advertise a large 2 topping pizza for $15. This doesnt exist, they charge you $18 for 1 topping. And they say they are open until 2am on weekends, but are usually closed by 10pm. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLY RUN.
Whenever I call or walk by this place they re closed. As a pizza place in a dense neighbourhood how can you not be open on a Saturday night at 11pm. There s been times I ve walked by at 3pm on a weekend in the summer and they weren t open. Tons of people walking around or passing by on the trail would love some pizza at that time EDIT: I finally got to try the pizza and it s actually very good. ask for it well done and it will be nice and crispy. Although they re STILL never open. They should really consider changing their hours on google. It s a shame that they have such a great location and good pizza yet horrible service and floppy shifts.

Amazing customer service and food quality
I ordered two pizzas to pick up. I was told 15 minutes. I arrived to find my pizza was cooking in the over. The second pizza was not even assembled when my first pizza was done. As a result my pizza was cold and the second one was warm. They have 3 ovens!!! I asked why he was making one at a time. He said he was busy with other orders. There was NO ONE in the place and no other orders visible. The pizzas were bland and had almost no sauce. I will go to Eden Trattoria from now on.

Pizza was delicious, love the thin crust & perfect amount of toppings so its not soggy, also the right amount of salt, as most restaurants tend to be more on the saltier side.

Nice, clean, and cozy spot right next to Humber Bay Arch Bridge. Pizzas are served fresh and hot, I didnt had to wait at all for my order. They serve Starbucks too. Perfect place to grab a bite with a wholesome view right across the street.

So happy I finally got to try this place! Thin crust pizzas done in 2 minutes. They have unique ovens and its always done to perfection. The dining is updated, full of architecture artwork and theres a nice outdoor patio too beside the Humber Bay shores! Will be back. Also has morning coffee, Espresso, lattes etc from Starbucks

Thought to have a snack or drink from starbucks. But the employee seems to be least interested in doing his job. No drink product availability and zero encouragement to offer an alternate product. Just spent this beautiful Sunday with my family enjoying Gravitys amazing Pizza. Between the 5 of us we could not stop ordering Pizzas like the Soprasatta, cheese and the family favorite meat lovers. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very curtious, which is very hard to find nowadays. We came down from Caledon and cant wait to do it all over again, thanks again...
Delicious thin pizza with an unmatchable crust. We ordered the Meat Lovers and Cappriciossa (with added fresh pineapple, YUM!). Loads of options and dipping sauces too. Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather and enjoying the gorgeous views of Humber Bay by the water from their patio.
The two men that work here are amazing and nice . The younger girl ( late 30s) is always rude to me doesn t say hello and always has a stank face on . I don t recommend this place . The food is great but she is always rude .

Pizza done to perfection. I ve ordered many boxes for large parties, and my guests couldn t get enough. I always end up ordering an extra box or two! The pizzas are all perfectly made: thin and extra cheesy!

I can t speak to a fresh Gravity pizza, BUT I did just have two leftover pepperoni slices from yesterday and let me tell you, this pizza is seriously a game changer. Full of flavour, super crispy and incredibly thin, but yet satisfying. I cannot imagine it fresh. I wish I had more but two slices was all I was left :(

So disappointed!!! I was very excited to try this place because of all the solid reviews, but unfortunately I never got to try it. Their hours posted on their front door say they open at 2pm. Well we arrived just before opening and decided to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait! Finally at 2:30 we looked inside and the place was dark and not a soul to be seen. It was obvious that they were not opening soon and if they did open soon, there is no way they would be ready to prepare any pizza soon. So we left very disappointed!!!! It makes me wonder about how much effort they put into their food if there is absolutely no effort put into opening on time?

If youre looking for a nice thin crust pizza, this is the place. You also get to see the person making it through the glass. The gentleman I saw there was super sweet and personable.

Definitely worth grabbing a pizza during your lunch hour if you live in the area or even after work! Great value, amazing flavour and really well made pizza. They also do great drinks! The staff and owners are really lovely and are always very welcoming. If you live locally definitely support this business.

Lets start off with the warm welcome. As I entered I was greeted by the woman in the front. I have never seen a pizza place this elegant and this rich. But most importantly the food was better than expected. I went in with high expectations after seeing the reviews and the upper scale vibe and the place exceeded my expectations. The pizza was different than anywhere else I have been and the wings were good as well. Got a mix of bbq and hot wings. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and if you are in Toronto make sure you check this place out. You will be grateful to find this hidden gem.
