I had an amazing experience at Pizza Depot! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, perfectly baked crust, and just the right amount of toppings. The standout, though, was the service. Kartik went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the visit even more special. Definitely coming back for more!
As a kid it was my go to cause no other option. Now ordering here is a disaster. I placed an order 3 sesperate times on uber eats, but all were cancelled cause they were out or pepperoni, then out of sausage, etc. One pizza was undercooked out of the 2 as well.
As a vegetarian, Pizza Depot in Etobicoke has become my favorite spot for delicious, veggie-friendly pizza. The crust is perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft inside. Do not go here. For one, boneless chicken wings are literally just chicken nuggets of the cheapest quality possible. Not only that but they don’t know how to separate flavours when specifically told to separate the flavours from one another (seems like only common sense to me). Also, we preordered for a 7pm pickup time 2 hours ahead and our food was definitely made when we made the order because everything was cold and dry by the time we picked it up at 6:57pm. Cashier seemed confused and tried to tell me that I didn’t know my own phone number after specifying 3 times in a row, and honestly he just seemed lost and not quite sure what I was doing there to begin with. I would give this place 0/100 across the board if I could.
Absolutely 0/10. They don’t use gloves. I had fine in to order a box of pizza and they told me that it would be at least a 30 minute wait, and he said it’ll be better if I order it on Uber eats. I proceeded to do so and the app I would wait about 30 mins. It then changed to 40 mins then to an hour. I had not left the establishment to where I was parked right infront where I could see and I seen 2 other people of his race come in and order and then came out at least 20-30 minutes apart. He pushed back the time in Uber eats I asked him about it and he said it was the app I tried to make a complaint on the app and they said they had no control it was the establishment.
The worst pizza i have ever had from this particular pizza depot location. The pizza had just one piece of chicken on every slice i mean whats wrong with the toppings if you guys charge then should make sure the toppings are equally distributed

I ordered the food. It took an hour and 10 minutes for it to arrive for delivery when it got here it was cold and it tasted terrible. The pizza was burned never again while I order

Employees are really helpful, but owner should know that there is no exhaust in restaurant. No air conditioning. Respect your employees first, then serve to customer. Food is good.
What kind of pizza they make? I ordered one paneer pizza with coke from Uber eats, which charged me $33 and pizza was full cold , seems like pizza was made hours ago, in paneer pizza- you can hardly find 3-4 small pieces of paneer, worst pizza location, avoid spending money here.

Horrible store!!! Called them today at 12pm and they said we will have sauce back in stock in an hour. Called them in an hour and they hung up on me saying its not here. Wasted 2 hours and now they re hanging up on me. Worst experience for just food.
Pizza is good and very tasty but atmosphere inside the store is so warm it feels like you are eating pizza inside the oven. I don t know how the workers are working there?

This place use to be a regular for my family, when the father and son use to work there. They get the order wrong and then say driver will come back and you get a free pizza. When you follow up manager is not here The chicken wings are so dry and old that a dog wouldn t even eat it! Garbage! Luckily there are other pizza spots opening up near by!

Everytime i step into the store, it s like entering a sauna bath. Have complained about it multiple times but I think the owner doesn t care about customers and more importantly the employees.
Its sooo hot inside the storee. Soo hard to even wait for the pizza , its not only poor customer service but a health hazard for the workers.
I went there 3 times for eat veggie paneer pizza. Pizza is looks like garbage, no taste and that was very bad smell in paneer. The employees at Pizza Depot in Albion and Finch Plazza are treating their customers with disrespect. They were rude to me. The customer service was terrible. Here is the thing, I put a pickup order on the Phone and I was told to pick it after 20 minutes. I just arrived in 20 minutes asked them for my order. They shamelessly told me they didn t receive any of my order. I don t recommend this place at all.

Says its open till 2 AM morning. I understand if you don t take orders 15-20 mins before closing but why 1 hour before closing? Is this something new? No call pickup you physically ho there no one is there to take order. Please adjust your time so people waste their time late at night or at least pickup the call and tell customer we are not taking orders at moment

Best Pizza I ever had..The guy in front took my order so nicely and prepared my order within 5-10 minutes. He advised me about the toppings as well which I liked the most. I spent almost $25 but it was worth spending. Store was maintained properly.
