Attention Management of this location Im going to say great service. I went in April 27 2023 after 10 pm - coming from an event. The young man who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful. I had my young two year old daughter with me. He warmed the pizza slice throughly and then offered to cut in squares for her. Then told me to wait a few mins before giving it to her cause its hot. Will definitely come back especially if that guy is working. ( forgot to ask for his name ) Great job!!!

I have been here many times. Even though its a franchise its great. Its busy and for good reason much better than other pizza joints around.

Took the pizza 2 hours to arrive. When it did arrive the driver didnt even wait just left it on my front door. The seal was broken so we didnt even touch it. I was an avid Pizza Nova fan but after this experience Im never ordering from Pizza Nova again.

I dunno about the staff, delivery, etc, but when I think of pizza I think of taste. You know how they say you are what you eat well that methodology transfers directly into this: The ingredients that make a great pizza matter a lot! From delicious dough to the amazing tomato sauce, not to mention one of the best pepperoni! But hey, thats just my take on it. Much <3 Pizza Nova (dont ever change)! Happy customer :)

we ve ordered their walk-in medium size pizza with one topping. they made a mistake about topping and when we were home we found out. it s an average pizza, I like their crust it s not too crunchy.

The lady there was not even wearing the gloves while making pizza. It was pathetic to see it. And the pizza was too thin and it tasted stale. Worst experience

The pizza is a hot or miss. Sometimes they put very little sauce and sometimes they get it right.

Great tasting pizza! Can t go wrong with pizza nova. Never had a bad experience in the past 3 years. They have slices readily available, and the pizza seasonings are great! Even offering olive oil. Definitely recommend this location.

While I understand that I came 8 minutes before close, as I drove by I saw nearly an entire pizza s worth of slices in the display. By the time I parked, which took me 2 minutes, the person at the front put all the pizza away and didn t help me out. If a business closes at 12, I assume that means it closes at 12. I completely understand not being able to make me a fresh pizza, or maybe if he was out of pizza, but he was just trying to shut down early. I know it s my fault for coming so late, but maybe I would ve tried another pizza place in the area that was also closing at 12 (FBI Pizza, namely). I guess in the future I know what to do, which is avoid this location. I literally saw that he had at least 8 slices, but he couldn t let me pay for one. Super disappointed, was looking forward to good pizza, now im stuck with pizza pizza (practically cardboard).

The employees and pizza are great. Enjoyed a quickly made thin crust custom pizza and sat on high top chairs in the window.

Queensway location is exceptional. Pain in the butt to park, but I ll do it to support this owner/operator in particular. They always remember me, very friendly, and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. The lady there even puts extra toppings on the 1 slice of the whole pizza that will be mine, even though my wife hates it! Who does that?

Love pizza nova service and food

Was better, recently not the same. Pizza lacks sauce. Ordered two well done pizzas looked like we got one well done and someone else s old order. Pizza was cold and we picked it up, didn t realize until we were home.

Really disappointed with this location. I normally order Pizza Nova through work, different location, and it s great. We ordered tonight for pick up - pretty much $50. And for that, we got two terrible pizzas, meh wedges, pizzelle and 6 pop. Both pizzas were beyond well done, one having an entire half burned to the point of being pretty much inedible. So that s half a pizza in the garbage. Both were so dry, they were hard to eat. The veggie pizza was also burned on half to the point of it being unpleasant tasting but not inedible. It also had so little sauce it was hard to even tell if there was sauce on it. Also, it had one single paper thin (see photo) slice of tomato per slice, so instead of a pleasant mix of all the toppings, it was only the last two or so bites that had any tomato. Two of the 6 pops we ordered were also not available, though that doesn t really matter. Honestly, if this is what this location has to offer, we will not be ordering again. Save your $$ and go somewhere else. Photos are failing to upload! Will try again later!

This is my go to Pizza Nova in Toronto. Consistently good pizza. Always cooked perfectly and the service is great. Certain pizzas have a reheat value (pizzas that can be reheated a day after). Pizza Nova is one of the best amongst big pizza franchises. This place is top notch.

Pizza arrived with something spilled on the box. Opened to box to eat and the pizza looked like it was thrown around and slices were on top of each other. I preferred it well done and it was soggy and wet feeling. Not impressed and tasted horrible. I called customer service and all they could offer me was a 5$ store credit. Not the kind of customer service you d expect from a seemingly good pizza company. I told them I don t want a 5$ store credit they can keep it. I used to enjoy pizza Nova but I ll never eat there again after this customer service experience

Ordered a pizza last night was extremely disappointed. The pizza came cold and delivery driver took 10 minutes to find where my lobby is.

Some of the best delivery pizza in Toronto. Still dont understand why anyone would order pizza pizza if they can have pizza nova. The specials are great deals. Pro note: always get well done pizza (you have to specify this), it makes everything tasty more delicious.

Tried it out after hearing good stories. Placed a order to royal york and queensway and somehow it was made to go to royal york and lawrence ? Anyways they made the situation right and it was some of the best pizza Ive ever had will be back. Also the homemade marinara sauce in a jar is some of the best out there.

I had a terrible experience when I ordered pizzas for a birthday party last week. In total the pizzas took 2 hours to reach my address. I called the store multiple times and they lied to me saying it was on the way but in fact I know that it was not even picked up by the driver. Not only were they lying, but they were extremely rude and hung up on me saying they are busy. When the pizzas arrived 1 of them did not even have a safety seal and had me wondering if they had been tampered with. This does not comply with food safety standards especially during a pandemic. Had a terrible experience for the guests that were hungry at my house waiting to be fed and my wife whose birthday it was.

Ordered pizza for a change. It was delivery service. No complaint with the pizza but the delivery was horrifying. The delivery man wears no mask, no distancing, and the way he handels the payment machine I find it Scarry. Such carlesnes specially in this service area should not be tolerated.

Good pizza. Made well. And always consistent.

Their base is probably the best! Its light and has the perfect toasted crispy base. Their signature pizza selection is a lot more than most pizza places.

I ve heard they are under new ownership and it really shows. The old owners were so incredibly kind, they would always give me a free soda and ask me how I was and chat like friends, if ever there was a mistake they more than made up for it which is why I have been such a loyal customer for so many years. I received an incorrect order when I called back I was told that they would not replace the pizza and instead would offer me a 3$ credit on a 30$ pizza, I insisted on a replacement and they told me they would not replace it after 20 minutes of arguing they told me and I could bring the pizza back for a refund but they would not replace it, it made absolutely no sense to bring a pizza back to a restaurant during a pandemic, the fact that they wouldn t make a new one after they messed up was absolutely bizarre, I have never ever experienced something like this from a pizza place! The customer service workers were incredibly rude especially the supervisor Chantel, very sad that this place has gone down hill as I was previously a big fan of pizza Nova. For such an expensive pizza the quality of service should match the price tag, the profit margin on pizza is high and pizza places are one of the few businesses not struggling due to the pandemic, it makes me very sad knowing that a location that I ve loved since I was 4 years old has gone so far downhill. I had been a customer at this location for over 20 years but after this experience I won t be back. Try Revolver pizza down the road, better pizza and incredible customer service.

This Pizza Nova offers great customer service. Never had a single issue here & my family orders pizza a lot. Pizza Nova makes great pizza so the staff here cant mess that up. This location has Great Business Hours but bad parking. I cant knock their rating for that, the staff had nothing to do with the location/parking. Walk-In specials are the best deal. Check it out when you get a chance.

I absolutely love this Pizza Nova location. The old owners treated me like family and the transition to the new owners was seamless. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy they are. They greet me by name whether I call or walk in and know my order without question...all of this contributes to making this the best pizza in town

I order here often as i find the thin crust well done very good. I have had issues with it being cold and tonight found the toppings were not spread around properly. Some slices missing topping. Tonights was not up to there standard.Nov 18 2019 again cold pizza I put my oven on to put it in as soon as it arrives. But tonight i ordered a med with a jar of italian hot peppers cost $ 3.49 driver said they ran out but they still charged me ?? Driver said call head office to get rebate ?? really i wanted it with the pizza. They said they called me ? ?So again tonight Pizza Nova promise is worth Zero. I really think its the Queensway store. Can i order from a different location ?? Not getting satisfied from this franchise location and i order often.
