I have ordered several times and always liked that but today it seems like I have receive old backed pizza. Less topping seems like just eating dough with extra roast. One of the worst pizza from pizza nova till a day.

The garlic bread was burned to a crisp, but my meat supreme slice was good. Also enjoyed the bottle of water.

It's no wonder you're a 3 star location.Service quality is horrible here.I live in Peel and was in Etobicoke over the weekend and decided to stop in for some pizza and bites..I was told a 20 min wait for the bites and left and came back 15 mins later was told 10 to 15 mins more..the girl (Ash)who served me had a serious attitude and a dirty apron,no hairnet,the taller guy that was there was harmless just a passive body to fill the store..everyone is on their phones and annoyed when you come to place an order.As a fellow business owner all of my operations are 5 stars,if you want to know how to achieve this through proper customer service just ask.Dirty attitude defeats an entire establishment. I hope the owners read this review and do something to fix this.I will not support a business that lacks what it takes to make a customer feel appreciated.
3/5 stars. I got the Roasted Parma Pizza and the Plantollini. The pizza was okay, it had a very mild taste but the crust was good. The Plantollini, on the other hand, was burnt and came with such a small amount of sauce each bite was stuck in my mouth. The product itself is really good - I had it another location and it was fantastic - but here? As you can see in the picture, each nugget was burnt and the sauce was nonexistent. There was one nugget that was so burnt I just threw it out. To the cooks - please make sure you cook your food right so it doesn't get wasted.

Pizza Nova used to have the BEST crust now it s just soggy and horrible. Quality has definitely gone down.
Placed an order delivery time says 30-40 mins on skip I got a response saying it would take extra time, I cancelled the order immediately just to have someone at the store call me and begin yelling at me because I cancelled. Completely unprofessional.

Just spent $37 on a small deluxe pizza. Ordered through the mobile app and it arrived horribly soggy. I m so upset. Can t even eat it.

Ordered another bruschetta thought it was coming from another location as I favorited another place, I found out that it always come delivery from your closest Pizza Nova location no matter what. They still cannot make bruschetta pizza. Never ordering Pizza Nova delivery again, always going to another location for pickup. Train your staff.
I recently went on a panzzaroti food adventure to try them all. Pizza Nova came out on top followed closely by pizzaville. Pizza Nova has great size, crispy crust and generous filling without a runny sauce.
Very good pizza but I didn t like when I entered the store these kids where playing loud rap music on there cell phone just hanging around in the store very unprofessional .the store owner should have told them to shut off not good for business and cause of COVID there should be a limit of people in the area total of 6 people in a small area of space.

I ordered the well done pizza today from uber eats and it s too much horrible pizza i ever ate in my life. The crust was so hard it was hard to bite and the toppings was messed up literally and moreover i think the cook doesn t know how to bake well done pizza. I will not suggest anyone to have a pizza from this location.
I was scammed!! I ordered two pizzas and a box of pollini with sauce and did not receive half my order! I was accused that the driver dropped off everything but I did not receive everything! I am missing pollini and a dipping sauce yet they did not listen to the customer that should have just received the order. I did not get a refund or wings or dipping sauce! This is not okay
I like pizza nova for their different varieties. This time I tried their veg. pizza.

I walked in and saw a couple with no mask on socializing and hugging one of the girls at the front counter. The other employees did not even acknowledge that there were un-masked people in their establishment. 2 tall employees with green shirts working in the food prep area were un-masked completely and 2 others were not wearing their masks properly. I didnt end up ordering anything as the blatant disregard of PPE COVID protocols made me question this establishments abilities to adhere to other regulations... Like food safety and hygiene.

I ve been ordering delivery from here over the past couple of months and everytime I ve had a great experience! Even though they say 45 minutes it always comes about 15 minutes early. The delievery guy I also always get is extremely kind and worth the tip everytime. Will continue to order from here! Thanks Pizza Nova!
It was the first time i ordered from pizza nova. The dough seemed over cooked and didnt taste fresh.
We have ordered from here multiple times and it has been amazing every single time. This is one of the few pizza houses that keep Daiya Dairy-Free cheese, which is why its a great choice for vegans. Never had a complaint. Ordering through their online system is easy and quick. They have an upper limit of seven toppings. Definitely recommended, especially for vegans.

Just got my order and they only delivered half of it. Im allergic to dairy so I cant eat pizza and they only delivered the pizza and wedges and not the wings. I will not be recommending anybody to this location.
The service is bad and its not clean at all on there.. The food is always over cooked. The only thing that tastes okay is the single slice pizzas..

I come here fairly often and such I always when I can make sure to purchase a slice or full pizza. If your looking for a quality but somewhat quick slice of pizza, look no further than Pizza Nova, especially this location. Granted Pizza Pizza is cheaper to some regard, Pizza Nova in my opinion at least outranks Pizza Pizza in quality and overall taste.

Today, first time i ordered a medium pizza and when i received it .It looks like a small one and taste of pizza is so bad . There is no dipping sauce... so bad, tasteless.I want to say that please improve your way of cooking.
