I recently ordered from Pizza Pizza, and I have to say, it was a solid experience. The pizza itself was exactly what I was expecting — delicious and satisfying. I opted for the classic pepperoni, and the crust was perfectly cooked, soft with just the right amount of crunch around the edges. The sauce was tangy and flavorful, and there was plenty of cheese that melted beautifully. The pepperoni was well-distributed, and it didn’t feel too greasy, which I appreciated. I also tried their garlic bread on the side, and it was surprisingly good. It had a nice buttery taste and a perfect crunch on the outside while staying soft inside. The delivery was faster than expected, which was a nice bonus. One thing I noticed was that the pizza was still warm and fresh when it arrived, even though I live a little farther from the store. It's clear they take care with their delivery service. If I had one minor complaint, it would be the prices on some of their specialty pizzas. They can get a bit high, but the quality and consistency of the pizza make it worth it, especially when there are deals available. Overall, I was really pleased with the experience. Pizza Pizza consistently delivers tasty, reliable pizzas, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Me and my friend went to grab a cheese pizza and it was really great compared to other pizza pizza locations, we also had jalapeño peppers which was also good. I would recommend there cheese pizza the flop in middle is as good as Neapolitan.
"I've been a loyal customer of Pizza Pizza at this location for the past six years, always enjoying their delicious pizzas. However, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. It seems there may be new staff, but unfortunately, they are not upholding the quality I once loved. On two occasions, I ordered the Tandoori Paneer pizza, and both times it was poorly prepared—half-cooked on one side, burnt on the other, with sour paneer and excessively spicy slices. Regrettably, I will be exploring other options for my next pizza."

Took a take out order, two medium pizza. A piece of jewelry in the pizza base, isn't what we ordered for. Inspite of having seen bad reviews, of such incidents, we chose to eat from there. Where's quality or standard or food safety?
Worst food ever. Order number 3001 We ordered Pepperoni pizza and it was miserable. The meat wasn’t cooked at all and the pizza had too much cheese that also done very unprofessionally. They also messed up the drinks. We ordered 3 coke zero and 1 diet coke, but we received 4 coke zeros. I am attaching pictures. Would never recommend anybody to this store. Worst experience .

October 4, 2024 Still THE BEST location in town!! Hot, fresh and delicious pizza!! Perfectly chilled beverages!! And service with a smile!! I LOVE this location of Pizza pizza!! August 25, 2024 I had just finished enjoying one of THE BEST pizzas I have ever had from PizzaPizza tonight. The location at 1701 Martin Grove Road has done it again. I ordered a somewhat high maintenance pizza and it was literally PERFECT. Even I had made it myself, I would not likely have made it as good as this location did tonight. Hot, fresh tasting and delicious!! And the canned pop was VERY nicely chilled and clean!! As anyone who drinks canned beverages on the regular know, semi-cold canned drinks on a warm or hot day is extremely disappointing. And when the top of the can is dirty, its even worse.. because, that is where your mouth touches the can (straw drinking will never replace direct-from-can drinking). This location always has clean and COLD canned beverages!! Eventhough it would be cheaper to buy the pop from the Asian supermarket next door, I choose to buy my canned pop from this location of PizzaPizza. The supermarket, more times than not, has dirty can tops. And, more times than not, has beverages that are not properly or sufficiently chilled. This PizzaPizza location is GREAT one-stop shopping for hungry people who enjoy consistently good food with good service from GREAT people!! I am turning my biweekly PizzaPizza order in to weekly orders, starting today!! Thank you very much to the super-stars who make this location fantastic!! Looking forward to my next visit already!!

I had a pizza tonight. It was perfectly baked with an excellent taste. Hi , I went this location oh god front cashier is too slow , he don t put side orders on time , taking front slowly like untrained . Also , touching his beard even wearing gloves and puting food in fryer . Wings not cooked , didn t toss wings in container and don t have 5 wings (poutine container ) you guys call Opd again and again get change bill for poutine order ? Great , he need training please . I usually go to this place. I love their pizza where I would ask th3m for tandoori base, tandoori chick2n and well done. Its crazy..always love it. The guys are also very well mannered.

Waited over 30 minutes after placing an order in person, and none of the employees even announced/informed that my order was ready until I approached them. Also, the pizza had uneven crust - some parts were thick and I mean THICK, out of nowhere. The last few visits with this location have been nothing short of just disappointing, they are not consistent as they used to be.

There was no soap in the washroom and even after asking to refil the guys are busy using their phones. After 15 minutes still there is no one to respond and busy with phones even though having ample staff of 5 members. The food preparation time was freaking 30 minutes even after saying it will take 15 minutes.

HORRIBLE SERVICE and WORKERS! We order all the time from this location because it is the ONLY fast food place within walking distance from our house. We have been ordering here for over 6 years now, and its just getting worse. 1. They mess up our orders CONSTANTLY. 2. The workers are extremely rude and not friendly at all. 3. The food is not very good and tastes worse than other Pizza Pizza locations. 4. They dont clean the restaurant properly. 5. They dont listen to instructions. Our family house hold is filled with disabled people and we dont drive. I sent someone from the house to walk there to pick up our Pizza because they dont deliver to our location yet. They are within 10minute walking distance away from us. When the Pizza got to the house and we opened the box our order was completely wrong. We called Pizza pizza and told them the issue and they told us its not a problem and told me our order will be ready within 10minutes. I thanked the person on the phone and I went myself this time. When I got there they told me they never got a notice to remake the order. They said its no issue they will remake it and asked if I could wait there. I said sure. After waiting 5 minutes another worker came to me and told me they dont have to remake my order. So I complained and they said they cant do anything about it. So I walked back home and called Pizza pizza again. I let them know that we are disabled and we shouldnt be walking anywhere and they didnt care. They said they would not make and deliver the Pizza to us.

I wrote a good review but yesterday or the day before I waited like 5 to 10 minutes until somebody decide to come to the front and take my order after my stromboli took like 25 minutes and when Im trying to ate it it was burnt totally black from the bottom. And when I tried to talked to someone everybody was in the back.
