Its one of the nicest outlets in the neighborhood. Quick service and friendly staff and fresh food availability.

I never post a negative review as I know there can just be bad days but I got food poisoning after eating here. I threw up and had a really rough time.

This review is is not about food but the inaction of employees here who allowed a dangerous man in their restaurant and started screaming and threatening me and my 3 year old son as soon as we walked in. He was raging for no reason and the employees there moving like theyre illegal immigrants and dont want to deal with cops for whatever reason. One girl at the front cash and 2 guys at the back like wimps cowering and not doing a damn thing. I asked the girl if she was okay and why has she not called the police and there was no response. I had to call the cops and recorded this guy raging and yelling at my son and I for no reason. We walked in to get a slice and not even a minute later we walked out while on the phone with police. The employees didnt have to engage with him but call the cops from the back office to not alarm him. They encouraged this dangerous man to stay in their establishment and harass and threaten potential customers and put my son and I in a dangerous situation that could have been avoided had they taken action instead of letting him sit there and eat a whole pizza. Pizza Pizza is ghetto now and I want nothing to do with your business.

Whoever Angel is who works at the front cash is probably the rudest person I ve ever met. Went to use SPC and she refused before I even pulled out the app and said she just won t scan it and after asking her about it she got frustrated ignored us mid order and started taking the next person in line and pretended we weren t even there. Then acted surprised when we asked why she skipped over us and starting being extremely rude and refused to give her name. She should not be employed

My gluten free pizza was extra cost, not worth the neary $15, thought I was getting veggies, it came with just cheese , the slices on the large pizzas were all different sizes, the food was not piping hot. Will not be ordering again online. Walk in special or nothing. The cost was to much for subpar food. Very Dissatisfied. Pizza pizza has really gone down hill since the 90 s. Its a local pizza pizza, it isnt the best but its been there forever. A saviour during lock down too. Went in on a Friday night, 10 mins walk away dont even need delivery. Super convenient. Got there! ordered a walk in, asked the never before seen staff to unlock the washroom as it takes time to cook the pizza, staff was rude. Denied access. So I denied to pay. Staff was more interested in their phone as they informed us that closing was more important than local business. I couldnt believe it. If there are no amenities at this location change it. If there are, change the employee.

Washroom closes before closing. Was at the La Rose location 2hrs before close on Friday March 8 at 11:30pm. Was denied access to the washroom as it had just been cleaned*. Then watched the same employee serve food without changing the gloves she was wearing to clean the washroom

Pizza is average for what you get - no issue there. However the customer service here is just abysmal. Picking up my order they had the dipping sauces loose, so I asked for a separate bag for them. They first insisted on putting it into the box with warm food which would spoil the sauce. I asked for a new bag, and the girl working threw a fit. She reached under the counter finally to give me a crumpled up brown paper bag that looked very used. I asked why they just couldnt give a new one one and she had no answer. She even said the one she was giving me was used for cash which is absolutely disgusting that they would even offer that. Finally got a new bag which they had plenty of. I just dont understand the hassle of all of that when they could just give an extra brown bag. I felt like they were thinking I was trying to rip them off, when all I wanted was a separate bag for the cold items.

Unfortunately this is the closest pizza pizza from my apartment and I cannot have another location deliver food to me. Food quality (unwanted toppings) (Undercooked pizza): 0 Attitude of staff: 0 Angry staff: 10 Repeating mistakes: 10 Delivery personnel attitude: 0 Any chance of improvement? : (don t expect a lot) Vegetarian options: Just like all other locations they do have vegetarian options. Only catch they don t know how to use it.

Ordered on the app just past 12am last night. This website said open. The app also said open. I had ordered for pick up and when I went about 15 minutes later they are closed. This is the closest location to me and all the time I see that they do not follow their posted hours. The app shouldnt take my order if they are closed.

I usually like ordering take out from Pizza Pizza, but this particular location on occasion gets the order wrong at times. The customer service here is also not the best to say the least as theyre often very argumentative. The Pizza Pizza at Kipling Ave is definitely better than this one in all aspects. With that said, this location is not the worst one that Ive ever been to, but certainly not the best one either.

It is a very friendly place. It was recently renovated with a new ceiling, repainted walls and and new garage cans. They have many pizza options to choose from such as: pepperoni, vegetarian, New York style pepperoni and Canadian. It is a pretty clean place and overall has good pizza and service

This place used to be decent now I can t trust my local pizza place to make or even warm up a pizza correctly. The lady at the front literally put my pizza in the oven and it came out cold. Cheese hard as a rock. When she sliced it she even seen the dry cold cheese chipping away and still had the audacity to serve it to me. Skip this place. Workers look so depressed there

Late in the evening bathroom wasnt that clean thats a turn off for me, front could of been a little cleaner... table area, friendly staff, eat in area, fried pickles awesome with creamy dill sauce & onion rings not a fan of pizza pizza pizzas. Low star rating for cleaning.

They delivered pepperoni instead of putting ground beef, which we ordered. Also forgot all our sauces. When we complained they said we lied and they sent the proper order. We are Muslim and do not eat pork, which is why we ordered the ground beef in the first place. When I told them we could send them a picture they said to keep the picture for our own purpose. And on top of this their refund was for the one topping?!?!?!? Ridiculous!

Average pizza for a decent price. Thru sell pizza, wings, sandwiches, salads and beverages. App is fantastic especially for ordering ahead.

Was in the area on March 25th, placed an order for pickup on the app 50 minutes before closing. I m waiting outside the store, 30 minutes before closing and get a call from pizza pizza stating the store was closed as there was no cook available . At the exact same time, the two employees left and locked up the store and drove off. If you say 2AM close on google, don t let your staff leave at 1:35. Thankfully pizza pizza corporate refunded me and gave me a credit, but it won t be spent at this awful location.

Go to the Wincott Drive location up the street instead. This location is terrible. Some of the worst customer experience Ive ever had. You will ask something simple as, Does it come with two toppings or three and they will respond with yes and proceed to input the incorrect order. I ordered 1 lg pepperoni and 1 lg cheese. The staff told me to wait 15 to 20 min. A new customer came and they gave them the lg pepperoni. I think they should have given me my order first before giving the other customer. I am not sure what this guys have been doing.

Hi everyone, this place should not be open to the public. Very rude service, they look at you, like you made the mistake. I order my pepperoni pizza lightly done with light sauce. They gave me a well done pizza. They made me a new one, but with less pepperoni on it this time. Plus I had to wait 40 minutes for my pizza. So when I opened the box to check the pizza on the bottom. The cashier touch the pizza with their hands. Ive never seen anyone ever wash their hands. Also why do they still use the screens under their pizzas, are they still in training mode. I knew the owners before these people took over. They knew how to run a business well. Also if you check all the 5 star ratings you might see a trend going on like everyone of them might be a relative.

Unfortunately I come here often. Horrible and rude customer service all the time. I suggest you take your staff to other stores to learn how to treat customers. Waste of a great location

Today I was waiting for my order and I saw an older woman ordering piza and while ordering she changed her mind in the topping however the store cashier refused to change the topping for her because he just printed the receipt. The different in time was 1 second. The older woman was surprised and sad and didnt say anything. This is very bad customer service and I had to bring it to the owner.

I have not been a fan of pizza pizza for a while, but when we ordered from this location, it was one of the BEST pizzas I ve had!!!!! The dough was puffy and airy, and the ingredients tasted amazing. Not sure what s different about this location but this is how pizza should taste.

If you picking up Pizza from this location, ask for your receipt and check what did you paid! They tried to charge us 3x more that what was on the receipt!!! Shame on you La rose!!!!

Manger/owner wears no mask. One of the staffs tossing my food box around and dropped it on the floor. Picked it up and served it to me. This is a Pizza Pizza, I just started to love. Now, not coming back. Management from head office should train owner or store manager better. Then maybe the store staffs learn to respect food handling code. Dropping customer s food on the floor in plain sight and picked it up to serve it , that is unacceptable.

Tried to tell me that Id have buy any more than two dipping sauces at a time I would have to do multiple transactions. Also, a movie pass was to be included, they conveniently forgot to give us one. If it was my choice I would never go back.

The pizza here is normally good. Unfortunately, the last time i visited I witnessed the girl at the front desk do work around the pizza store cleaning up. Then, handled money from at least two customers and then without removing her blue latext gloves she reached into a bucket of frozen fries and chicken wings to put them into the frier. This was disgusting I now question their sanitation practices and therefore I will no longer go there for pizza.

I think that the health department needs to visit this place i went there to use the washroom and the condition was appalling. I think that if there is feaces and urine embedded on tbe toilet that goes to show the level of sanitary precautions that are taking place at tbis location. I will NEVER purchase pizza here again.and when i informed the young lady behind the desk about the conditions she said there is nothing she can do s to clean it right now..

This was the worst experience ever!! Would prefer to give a negative star review if I had the option. I was made to stand there for ten minutes as the guy behind the register stared at the wall. Eventually after I said excuse me he finally gave me eye contact. I went in to buy a dipping sauce for the pizza i had just bought and he gave me a hard time with it. Eventually I just left without the dipping sauce. Will never come to this pizza pizza again. Absolutely rude and extremely bad service. And the pizza wasnt even worth it. Gave me hassle over 5 cents even though they got a tip with the pizza.

Avoid this place, they can easily mess up your order, some of their stuff is rude and not professional. Despite I live at La Rose I go to other nearest store to make sure I have positive customer expirience.

Typical pizza, but I give two stars to the service, I order pizza online or over the phone and out of 10 times only eight times it s been on time. I understand if the place would be packed, but when I walked in and I am the only person standing there and they are smoking outside instead of making pizza, that s a little bit too much. Good thing that they have such a rule that if it s longer than 15 minutes then you got it for free, thanks for eight free pizzas. Big minus, this store doesn t follow the rules, are you tell them it s been 17 minutes so it s free and they do not make it for you for me, I have to call pizza pizza and prove that this pizza has to be free and then I get credit back .

Pizza dough wasnt great. Wifi didnt work on my phone or laptop. Staff unwilling to troubleshoot beyond works for me. Napkins given only after I asked

The worst pizza pizza I have ever encountered. For some reason this location can t seem to get it together. I received my pizza once again BURNT, so I called to complain and they said they would replace my order. Five minutes later they called me back to let me know they will not be replacing the pizza s but they can give me a credit. At this point I just wanted my money back, and after arguing back and forth with the customer service rep, they finally agreed to a refund. I would not recommend ordering anything from this location, it is not worth the money.

If I could rate my experience zero stars I would. I initially placed my order online. At the time of pick up I was greeted by a young girl who was more busy gazing at the driver leaving the store. but what really made my experience turn beyond repair was the actual pizza. It was oozing with brown wierd looking juices. I made a complaint to who I thought was the manager where he proceeded to tell me the driver has left and be was the one who made my pizza and I have to wait for him to return to make me a new one... What? the driver is the cook? well he should clearly stick to driving and who was the person Im talking to? at this point I was completely in disbelief on whats happening and asked for my money back. At least they did that.

Regular take out and delivery chain, a little too greasy and quite out of options at lunch time. There was only 6 people inside the store and the average waiting time was 15 minutes.

Very standard fast food location but the pizza is not very good compared to other fast food pizza chains.

Went for free pepperoni slice after Raptors game. Waited in line as was very busy. Tickets are not even able to be printed anymore so mobile is the only option. I had my phone and they just straight refused me. Why would they have a promo if you cant even physically redeem it in any possible way.

I ve been here once in a while and almost every time at greeted by a woman who has extreme attitude. Always throws out the debit portion of my receipt and looks at me funny when I ask for it. Today was the last straw - walked in, ordered, waited 20 mins for the pizza to be ready (they said it would be 15). We were handed the pizzas without the wedges we ordered. And she goes oh I forgot... forcing us to wait another 6 minutes and take home cold pizza. Honestly never coming to this pizza pizza again. There s a Pizza Nova 2 minutes up the road that has much better service and pizza.

Very disappointed as they had a motorcycle and a vehicle blocking the handicap parking spot at their door. When I told the man working the desk, he played dumb saying there is nothing he could do about it. I suggested he call parking control but he refused and said it wasnt his parking spot. At the same time I saw two males sitting in their kitchen area talking with staff and after five minutes these two walked out and ended up being the owners of the m/c and car and drove them away. When I confronted the employee about this being disgusted he laughed and said I should have called because he knew there was no licence plate on the motorcycle and therefore they couldnt nothing. As such he is encouraging unplated vehicles which are likely uninsured to drive onto their property putting everyone at risk.

I requested a cup of water, only to be told that they were out of cups. They were also unwilling to provide me a paper bowl nearby filled with water instead. The lady who served me along with her manager Jimmy were rude and unprofessional. If you value customer service, don t even bother with this location, I know I won t.

Pizza here is always good. Only complaint is the size of a medium pizza, like what is that about!? Its the same size as a small, but they cut more pieces.

Never again. Worst place ever l Worst pizza pizza. Delivery was the worst. Not only did I have to leave my house 3 times with my 8 month baby. They made me wait 15-20 minutes and didnt even show up. My order was wrong in the first place. And then they call me and ask me to come back down for a fourth time so they didnt have to give a refund. 12.36 am and I have screaming baby from being awake I am starving and 4 months pregnant. Never in my life with I ever advise anyone to get food or delivery from here.
