Worst customer service ever. Walked in right before close, after knocking on a locked door, and purchased 2 cheese slices that looked dry. I asked for extra tomato sauce on one of them but was refused. Both slices were put into one box, and not even cut in half. The Asian man said we are closed, I don’t have it, the kitchen is closed. He was very rude, and impolite. I was contemplating returning it, but decided otherwise.. chose convenience and time over else. Out of ALL the Pizza Pizza locations I’ve ever been to, this one is by FAR the worst. Never again!
This happened on 19th Nov 2024.The person who was taking the orders was very racist and unprofessional. When we were deciding the pizza to buy she behaved like we were there to buy free stuff from her. She was on the phone with her earbuds on and talking on the phone and was not listening to the order we were trying to make and when we were about to pay she took the POS machine and was pushing it forward to us as if she paid for our food. She was not even ready to give us the utensils (forks) that came along with the order. The other old good man from the back of the kitchen was kind enough to provide it to us. It's disgusting to know how a customer service like her gets employed in the first place. Totally ridiculous and a very bad experience. If possible avoid this location and look for pizza pizza 🍕 from some other location
Food was fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended. Had an enjoyable, unforgettable moment there!
I had the worst experience ever ordering from this location. I ordered online gave all information and was tracking my order I never saw the driver show up and never rec’d a call I’m so disappointed as i waited and ended up going to sleep hungry . When contacting I was told driver called when in fact I never recd any call. what is the point in given a buzzer and informing the security just in case. I’m extremely shocked that the response I got was well driver called and order was taken back like why would someone who’s waiting ignore a call. I never rec’d the call and when I asked for proof they dodged it. I would never order again and if u plan to order late don’t because they will make up things just to go home
I had such a fantastic time at this location! The large cheese pizza was absolutely amazing, and the customer service from the employees was exceptional. It was easy to find everything I needed. The tables were immaculately clean, and although the floor could have been a little tidier, it didn't detract from my enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place! 5/5 would eat here again
Order pizza, didn’t look at the price, of course International student didn’t charge me for dipping sauce, and I thought i got it, later she said i didn’t order it, I didn’t charge you, i clearly said it, they should hire someone who can understand English properly. Never will come back.
Staff here is very kind. And when I get food delivered its quick, looks and tastes great!! To date no issues. Always 👍🏼👍🏼

Pizza tastes good ji. Paji makes good food but pizza doesnt exist. Pizza was bought but Pizza sauce was not given. Must try is the Rat Deep Dish Pizza all the way from China which has a beautiful taste of dead newyork rats
