Service was pretty slow for a small burger. February 22/24- I came into this pizza pizza not expecting a lot but was pretty disappointed cause service was slower than average, note there wasn t anyone when I came in, and the burger they gave me was really mid. I came in alone today and thankfully so I didn t have to drag anyone through the mud. But lighting was alright cause it was near the afternoon. You ve redeemed yourself with your panzerotti, tasted delicious! The girl who is working right now at night didn t let us in at around 1:30am saying that the restaurant is closed and she is cleaning whereas the other pizza pizza where we went right after this incident let us in and helped us with our order. Please look into this matter because she was not just denying us to enter but was also rude to us when we confronted her it was only 1:30am whereas the restaurant was supposed to be closed by 2am. Store owner/manager please check on her when you guys are not around, she is extremely rude and needs to learn some manners. Thanks!!!

This location in particular will mess up your order. I asked for breaded wings but got regular ones ....my pizza was drenched in barbecue sauce for some reason and the chicken on it was close to invisible. Worst pizza Ive ever had cause I always order the same pizza each branch I go to but these guys managed to make not want to eat it again. Ive ordered from other locations for example keele and lawrence and the service was amazing. But this kipling branch just bad.

Went to this disgusting location and found a hair in my pizza while I was putting chili flakes on. I Asked for a another slice showed the girl serving me the hair. She then took it to the manager and they both laughed and said its not a hair, its cheese I asked for another slice. She placed the slice with the hair on it back on display for resale. I asked if they were going to sell that again and she said yes, its burnt cheese they continued to laugh saying its not hair when it clearly was hair. After she heated a second slice she then placed the pizza over the counter and said look burnt cheese not a hair very sarcastically and condescending. After, telling the manager the original slice needs to be thrown out it was done after strong hesitation as if that slice would keep her in business or have to close up shop. Maybe they should close after this sad display of hygiene, food practices and absolutely zero service. I will be reporting this to Health and Safety as well! Disgusting display of an establishment and a perfect example of zero care.

Disappointing Experience: Poor Service and Overcharging I had a disappointing experience at this pizza pizza. I ordered a combo slide but was charged for each item separately by the cashier, an Indian lady with glasses. Despite my explanation that I had requested a combo, she dismissed my concerns rudely, stating it was not her problem. Furthermore, when I raised the issue after already paying and tipping, the cashier continued to treat me disrespectfully. Although she refunded the items, she refused to refund the tip, claiming it was my fault for adding it. Overall, the service was poor, and I was overcharged for my order. This experience fell short of my expectations, and I am disappointed with the level of customer service provided.

I went out to grab some pizza just few minutes ago and there was one guy whom i asked something related to pizza instead of answering that question he ignored me, and I questioned him again but he didn t explained and was making weird faces to me . I mean why this behaviour to all your customers, you stores are running because of all your customers and if you do this behaviour then there no point of going there. I went to have pizza just a few minutes ago. There was one guy with long beard and in beard net. I asked him for the options instead of respecting his customer he talked rudely with me like he was making rude faces towards me and he don t have any manners to talk to his customers. So, my friend and I wento to this pizza pizza after work Its midnight, actually its the second time. The first visit it was okay not too good not too bad. But last night, it was an indian lady who was with her airpods and not even friendly when she take order, and a grumpy face shes a petite. Even the guy who is with her, its a bad customer service, you should not work like that if you are not good in customer service, Ive been in this pizza pizza many times already but during the day. And I havent experience this kind how they treat the customers grumpy face and always on her airpods! Very poor customer service both of them. They are both indian.

Ive been buying pizza from this location for many years, and today I ordered two pizzas from this location, waited for an hour and they cancelled my order. They said that we ordered from the French department but my family didnt. We called to complain and they said that they will not send the order. Will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Grosssssss. I went in. She was not wearing gloves she came to take the order with bare hands and went back right in to topping station and start filling up the topping such as pineapple slices with her bare hands. So gross. we all saw this and they were acting normal imagine what are they doing when customers don t c them. Don t go ever.

I went there at 1:05 A:M on 26th July Late night , because they turned off their mobile ordering or something. I always order from the app as I live across the street, but this time it was showing an error, so I went there personally. There was a guy at the counter and he took my order, he doesn t know how to use the POS or even take order, he did not listen to any topping that I wanted or asked about sauces or anythign else. When he asked me to pay, I paid and then the girl standing inside kitchen confirmed that I dont want anything on my pizza, I told her that your friend did not ask for for any topping at which he came forward and started yelling at me in his own language. He was very agressive and please if you can look at the cameras do around 1:02 to 1:08 AM, because the girl tried defending us as he was hurling insults at us. It felt hostile for no reason and I personally did not wanted to order and just leave but we were hungry so we got pizza from here anyways. I will never visit this location again and I know that no action will be taken by the pizza pizza team as they dont care about standards anymore. There are always random people working inside the store with no hygiene or uniform and only the girl that works here from long seems sensible and nice to me. Its only because of her we still like to visit the location, she is good but the other Indian guy is very disrespectful and annoying. Thanks

The worst online ordering experience. We ordered from the website. We waited more than 1,5 hours. When the delivery guy showed up with pizza I was shocked again as it was the worst pizza I ve ever eaten. I ordered 4 toppings and seems like guy only saw jalepenos as I didn t taste anything else. There is no place to get support from pizza pizza either. I m not ordering from pizza pizza ever again.

I have just being to pizza pizza on kipling avenue Etobicoke and it was an ordeal I must say. One of the girl on front was very rude and always talking on the phone. I ordered jalapeno on one side and I think I think they were out of jalapeños that s the reason I may consider why they put just one slice of jalapeno on one each slice of pizza. How is that fair when I paid full price for it?

Worst pizza pizza ever I like their pizza pizza s pizza but this location is really really poor with customer service Yesterday I ordered XL pizza I see that they use old olives and in my pizza slice I stickers for food on tomatoes. I think there are not prepared the food properly. I think they thought stickers are easy to digest. I complained these think on pizza pizza call centre but they can t have any reason and that guy has microphone problems I can t listen him. I suggest try different locations.

I live in a building and ordered delivery last night, they told me the driver would not be going to the apartment door because its after dark. I told them I have a baby sleeping ,so I have to leave the baby alone to go to the lobby so that he feels safe?? Then when he got here he called and told me hes outside and I had only 1 -2 min to come get it or he was leaving for his other deliveries while I was waiting for the elevator he called again ( a min later) I cant control how fast the elevator is at A 25 story building! Then I come down to the lobby and hes sitting g in his car, did he expect me to go to his car??? I waved him to come to the lobby . I paid cash and he couldnt even do the math to figure out what the change was ( which was a whole number) and they expect to be tipped? I paid about 5 bucks for delivery already for them not even to come to my door. I wont be ordering from pizza pizza again. There are many pizza places in the area I will be trying others out from now on..

A very nice location to order your favourite pizza and more! Great selection, customer service and very polite staff. Ive been eating here for years now and will continue to do so for many more years to come. Unlike some of the other locations where Ive been to before in the past, they never once got my order wrong here.
