22.00 after tax for a large cheese pizza and 2 pops. Paid for 4 toppings but wouldnt budge on a premium pop. Wild.

Really solid pizza and a big selection of reasonable deals. I got the 2 slices for 10 bucks and they were pretty massive and delicious. Atmosphere is nice too; Its got a very genuine small business feel.

Here to pick up too good to go orders, placed at slightly before 1am, showed up after half an hour drive and the employee was rude and said they are closed and they don t know who sold me this, we can cancel the order but can t do anything else when he s literally still standing in the kitchen, despite us saying we drove half an hour for this. Absolutely ridiculous when it s 1:30am. Take yourself off too good to go so that you don t ruin a good app.

I tried this place for the first time and it was worth it. Their crust is really good. At point I can say it s better than Pizza Hut. It s not pricey too as I got one large pizza with a pop of can and a dip for only $ 20 bucks. Also, big thanks to the person who made my pizza.

We ve come to love Donatelli s pizza and the experience that comes with stopping in to pick up your order! They are always so attentive and every time we stop in, we appreciate them always greeting their customers by their name and also personalizing their pizza box. Even when you ve arrived earlier then when your order is ready, they ll always ensure to update you on the ETA and they often have good music on to enjoy. To make things even better, their pizza is delicious.

Reminded me of classic New York style pizza with thin wide crispy crust. Tasty cheese, sauce and toppings. I will be returning.

This place makes the best pizza in the city hands down. They also have a selection of sodas that I never see at other places (remember tahiti treat?? They have some!). A basic pepperoni is my go-to but they have a hot honey pepperoni thats really just so dang delicious. Highly highly recommend. Also, I was in there today & saw theyre serving soft serve ice cream now, worth noting if youre in the area looking for a cool treat.

One of the best if not THE best pizza s in GTA, my absolute favorite. Very consistent taste, toppings, sauce, dough and service. The pizza here is 10/10 and they have Vanilla Coke! Staff is also awesome on the phone and in person. Keep it up guys don t change the thing!

Amazing pizzzas and ice-cream

Food is excellent and the price is right, staff are friendly. One star deducted because the estimates provided of when food will be ready for pickup are usually wrong. After I place my order it usually says ready in 15 minutes or 20 minutes, and that s when I show up, but on arrival they usually say it won t be ready for a while. Please tweak the ordering software to give yourselves more time. Other than that, great job and thanks!

It was a good experience with pizzeria donatellis. The pizza was light crispy crust flavourful topping combinations and the staffs are very friendly. I tried pepperoni pizza with jalapenos and it was fantastic. This place is a real gem. I recommend this pizza to all my fellow friends.

Tried for the first time. Pizza is made in a good airy dough and good cheese used and thin slices, NY style.The guys taking orders and making the pizza were amazing. The whole atmosphere felt great! Will definitely come back often.

Saw this on a video talking about the best pizza places in Etobicoke. Said bet, since I live near Kipling station. This is the best pizza Ive had in Etobicoke. Ordered the Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza online. The pepperoni caps used get nice and crispy with a subtle spiciness. The cheese bland used is nice. The tomato sauce is fresh. Like a tomato was crushed seasoned, blended at pit on the pizza when you ordered it. Star for me is the crust/dough. I like a pizza with some chew on the crust. Its thick enough that its not just a floppy slice, but thin enough that you arent chewing for days. Great experience. Would recommend. You have gained a future repeat customer. 10/10. Parking: Free multipurpose parking lot.

Just plain mediocre. Lots of things that sound great in theory (like the stromboli) but do not actually taste special or thoughtful or high quality. Food does not travel well, even for a short (<10min) car ride.

Decent pizza. The large I ordered was just a bit dried out, the meat toppings not tender enough (slightly too crunchy), the cheese was fine, flavour was okay, good portion size, the crust was good. If in the area I may order from them again but wont go out of my way for it. Friendly staff and clean interior.

Edit: tried their square slices again and they were great. Ask for the honey to be added. Also, met the owner and he seems like a great guy. Their pizzas are great. I prefer the regular slices over the square slices as I find the dough too thick on the squares. The regular slices are amazing though.

TOP NOTCH. The service, the fooood. I cannot get enough!

Happened to be around the area around lunchtime when I stumbled upon the lunch special. Its a good deal for the 2 slices. The worker was nice and accommodating, going over the menu and addressing any questions. Despite it being the start of lunch, there were only 2 slices available which was disappointing. You would expect a few more options at least. Upon eating it the pizza was a bit stale and tough to chew. The base was very hard. The flavor was there but it just seemed like an old pizza that they hoped to serve. Good pricing but standards fell a bit flat especially on a weekend at the start of lunch in a relatively high volume walk-around area.

Not sure who are leaving all these five star reviews. Makes me think those reviews are not legit. Their pizza is not good. It s your typical conveyor belt oven pizza. Undercarriage is soggy and not crispy at all. Sauce is overly sweet. Their cheese is mushy. Spent $45 for two large pizzas, and could have gotten better pizzas at Pizza Hut for much less. I will be sticking with Milano s Pizza across the street from now on.

Ive ordered from here a few times, and always enjoyed it. They use fresh produce, and make their dough in house. The dough is hand tossed, and the crust is airy, spongy but also crispy and delicious. Staff are friendly, and they are open late. My go to for late night pizza.

Tried this pizza on a whim and was blown away by how good it was. The crust really stood out as excellent. Great value, especially on the walk-in specials, too. Would love to see them add lactose or dairy free cheese so I could have it more often!

Was from out of town and had a craving for slices and wings on Xmas day at 10pm. Got them in 10min and they were amazing.

Despite a big time delay from the time my online order was supposed to be ready, and when it actually was ready (and my wife having to wait a long time which the staff was very apologetic as they were short multiple staff tonight), I am still giving this 5*!!!!!!!!!!!! Both the Pizza and wings beat anything else in the west end of the city, if not the entire city, including Woodbridge. I live nearby and this is the best pizza place ever. The crust is good and thin and the toppings are fresh. It feels like authentic pizza. They blow other pizza places out of the water. It s a bit expensive compared to places like dominos but you get what you pay for.

Went 30 minutes before close got there after 9 special. Dude was nice which is why the rating is 2 instead of 1. The pizza however was burnt. And idk how they burned it because it wasn t even cooked in a regular pizza oven. It was made in one of those conveyor belt pizza ovens which should mean it s cooked correctly. Also not a big deal but their bacon was not even bacon strips and instead was bacon crumble. Also we got half bacon half sausage but there was only 3 slices with bacon and 5 with sausage. Awful first impression.

We visit this place at least twice a month because of how well it was. I first came across them when I placed an order for my birthday party, and it was impressive - turned around and the food disappeared because of how good it was. John and I have been returning ever since then. Best authentic tasting pizza. Bonus - their creamy garlic sauce is the best, hands down. Just ordered an XL yesterday too. Will definitely be back.

We have tried pizza across Etobicoke and hands down you are not going to find a spot better than Donatellis. Youre always greeted when you walk in. They all seem really happy to be working and their attention to detail is impeccable (just check out the photos. I love how neat and tidy they pack the wings too!). The prices are great and the ingredients are fresh. Well be back again and again. Were lucky to have you in the neighbourhood.

Very confused at all these high reviews. Almost suspicious. We are not even picky, but this pizza was really bad. Their overpriced dip made us sick. The pizza is way too thin and was burned. Super cheap on cheese. They didn t have the toppings we ordered in stock. 2 dips and 3 cans of soda somehow cost $16. Options are very limited. They literally have 1 choice of dip which tastes like raw eggs, oil, mayo and garlic and sell each tiny container for $2.50. They said they make it in house but honestly the cheapest Heinz dip tastes better. Unlike Panago, they don t cater to vegans, have no gluten-free options, and zero vegan dips. Too bad Panago is gone, but I would rather go to their Lakeshore location than buy from here.

We are so happy to have this spot in the neighbourhood. We ve taken out a few times from Donatellis and have always been greeted with the friendliest service. Their pizza is some of the best takeout pizza in the area. It s perfectly thin, with a flavourful homemade sauce and a nice chewy crust. Their wings are also delicious - they re more of a smoked style wing rather than breaded and deep fried, but they re super juicy and have lots of flavour. Their homemade sauces are out of this world, especially the honey garlic wing sauce and the garlic pizza dipping sauce! To top it off, their price point is very fair given the portion sizes. 10/10 recommend this spot!

If you are looking for an excellent pizza Donatellis is the spot. The pizza crust is thin and crispy, the pepperoni perfectly cupped. The wings are well seasoned and juicy. The house garlic dipping sauce just pulls it all together. If you havent decided where to get pizza tonight, this is it!

I got the walk-in special plus 10 wings, which was a great choice. Pizza was great- crust was crispy and almost sweet with plenty of sauce and very chewy, melty cheese. Wings also went well and were not dry at all, with lots of sauce. Straightforward and simple, but got all the important things right Would definitely recommend for a casual night in!

This is the type of local place I love to visit. Friendly people working behind the counter, awesome music, food is made fresh and hot, pizza and wings tasted great, and the prices are absolutely reasonable. The Mamas deal is enough food for 2 people and is great value for all that you get. If you ever want pizza and wings, I would highly recommend ordering from Donatellis. Ill be back for sure.

Ordered a hot honey pepperoni and garlic bread. Got a plain pepperoni pizza and a dry loaf of bread. Not sure what happened here, because my past experiences have been satisfactory. However, if I knew that Id be paying $35 for an underwhelming, bland, and disappointing meal, Id have gone to pizza pizza for a third of the price. My advice, avoid the hot honey pizza here, its a pizza with no hot or honey. Do yourself a favour, and get the hot honey STINGER from pizza nova if this is something you desire, those guys know how to make a pizza. In conclusion, I do believe donatellis makes a good pizza, however this order was very disappointing.

And honestly, the only downside could be the loud music, hard to hear over the counter between each other. 100% recommend! Also open till 2:30am? Yes! Ive recently moved to the Etobicoke area, and Ive been ordering off Uber eats a lot since Im Renovating and setting my new place up, out of all the places Ive ordered from This place is number 1 on my list, the customer service is beyond anything Ive experienced ordering food, all thanks To a individual named Johnny , this man called me personally to clarify my notes that I left on my order just to make sure he gets it right, man is a God sent, that he took the time to call me. Overall: 8 / 10 A very solid pie all around. No weak points, but also no overly strong points. The crust is thin and crunchy, very firm, and holds up well to the toppings. However, I would not be back for a slice, as it was dry and not heated properly. They have good deals on whole pizzas, but $6.75 for a single slice is also way too expensive. Very friendly service. Crust: 8 / 10 Tastes like a nice sourdough blend for the dough, with cornmeal on the bottom. The edges are tasty but a bit dry. A little seasoning or butter on the edge crust might help, or a garlic dip. Very similar to Cowabunga pizza in Hamilton. Sauce: 7.5 / 10 Nice and simple with fresh flavour and a medium consistency. The spices arent too forward but they compliment the crust. A little more fresh basil would take this over an 8. Cheese: 8 / 10 Good quality. two varieties, and a good amount. The Grano Padano cheese is a low standard parmesano substitute and not recommend for this use, however. Toppings: 7.5 / 10 Good quality and fair amounts of everything. Good combinations with a nice variety of authentic and non-traditional toppings.

Donatelli s deserves 5 stars all the way. Their quality of product vs cost really sets them apart from most others. A solidly made pizza with a good undercarriage and quality toppings keeps me coming back. Their BBQ wings are fantastic and a return favorite. Even their garlic dipping sauce rises to the top with real garlic flavor. Keep up the great work!

Very nice place, the service is so good, the guys are very nice and the food is so yummy

My spouse has ordered once in the past and decided to grab a pizza from UberEats since it s my birthday and I m working from home and we can t head to a restaurant tonight. This was the worst pizza I have had in a very long time. It arrived cold and over cooked. The cheese was cold and clumpy. The dough was hard and cardboard like. I wouldn t be rushing to order here again. Very disappointing guys.

A delicious pizza made with whole foods from a fantastic recipe! You can taste (and feel) the difference. Perfect crispy/chewy thin crust, savoury sauce that shines due to quality tomatoes (not cheat of adding indigestible onion), mozzarella cheese that is naturally low in lactose and of high quality, toppings are also very high quality. Outstanding! Gourmet delivery!

Placed an order through UberEats and unfortunately received someone elses order. Called the restaurant and Johnny was so quick to fix everything and deliver the order himself...FRESH!!!! AMAZING experience

We just recently discovered this lovely place. I had such a delicious pineapple pizza here! I couldn t be full by eating the whole thing it was THAT good. Also, I typically feel heavy after pizza but this one was the exception - their dough recipe is just great. Also, beautiful packaging and great personalized customer service. Highly recommend!

This is a hole in the wall pizza place but dont let that fool you. The pizza is simply AMAZING! The crust is *chefs kiss*, Im so glad we found it!
