Really wonderful place with friendly and helpful staff, we were there for karaoke and had a great time
Food next door is allowed in, great pizza, I haven't tried much else. Great crowd, friendly regulars and the owner is present and a great guy! I enjoyed their Friday/Saturday karaoke and weekend relaxed environment.
The most amazing personalities come together; in the most unlikely to see that coming place. Karaoke is Idol worthy and so are the people.
From far you wouldn't think it was that nice, but if you look closer you'd see many interesting things here. Best bar in the Queensway area, hope to see good things come out of there including better food service. Overall 4 stars for real!
I love this bar! Great people and owner! Regulars and staff are nice and welcoming. It's a dive and the food options vary at times, but a great place to hang. Karoke on Friday and Saturday is run very well. Great prices!
Jackie's enthusiasm on the dance floor and with his patrons is second to none. Fun Karaoke with Doug Fri & Sat and Kate and Holly and Maria the bar staff are awesome. Great smiles, great crowd and best veggie spring rolls I have had in my life. Down to earth nice friendly crowd. Feels like family
Great place. The owner Jackie is a truly wonderful person who takes great care of his customers. DJ Doug does an amazing job and is always so friendly to talk to. And Angie always gives great customer service when serving drinks. I highly recommend this place because of the great people who work there.
Owner Jackie (right) really cares about the place and people. Locals from the neighborhood have really embraced this place and all are friendly. Bar staff are great and quick with a drink. Great beer prices, too. Curb appeal and location may discourage your entry, but come on and enjoy the vibe. (Older dated reviews reflect how the place was under a different owner).

Just stopped in to grab a bite and everyone was really friendly, especially the chef. The burger was one of the best I ve ever had and I d recommend the pub to everyone.

I was going to give this establishment one star as the clientele were very rude, one person even pointed out my weight problem. To my surprise though, everybody else rallied behind me and laughed when I punched that guy and poured a beer on him. Great bunch of people who accept you whoever you are, big or small. Highly recommend
Needs a major renovation, old and tired looking inside.
Its awesome the owner is great and doesnt let crackheads in da bar if he can help it and its a safe place to have a beer in peace and never any shootings ever. People have there own opinions about everything and this is mine. And the food is great.

Personally, I love this place! I am always very pleased to sing at this place, because the karaoke host is extremely in tune with the people that grace his little stage. He is exactly the kind of host that you want to run your sound, and is very fair about his order. The sound system is good, and he is not afraid to speak his mind to you. The staff? Oh yes, very cool! I found this bar shortly after I moved to the GTA, finding it while leaving the train station. I stopped in, and even though I didnt know a single person there.. welcomed me in with open arms. Literally! This is not your kind of place that you need to feel that you should dress up for, but you wont be treated differently for it. Its kind of a whole in the wall bar, if you were right downtown... but I personally like those kinds of bars. The people are real... and the names may be changed to protect the innocent... and it couldnt be much cooler! I go for karaoke on an occasional Friday or Saturday night. If you dont want to be with snobs and fakes... this is the place to go for some serious fun!

I really like this bar as the people are always friendly here and the waiter comes around frequently to make sure everyone is good. You dont wait forever for service. They have cute events here as well like Pajama Karaoke Party. They keep things pretty clean. The only complaint I have is the karaoke host may be great one day but off another time you visit so its hit and miss. One time I got in 3 songs and another time I didnt get called for 1 song after 2 hours until my friends went up and told him I never got called yet and it was my birthday.
