3056 Bloor St W, Etobicoke, ON M8X 1C4, Canada
Featuring fireplace lounges, this sprawling billiards hall offers an upscale ambiance & pub fare.
I have been here with my father on multiple occasions for work Christmas parties. Overall it has been a pleasant experience. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The building is well kept, clean, and inviting. The food and drinks are quickly in/out to ensure you are well taken care of. Always enjoy coming here since they've always been extremely consistent with everything.
Corporate events are more valuable than the people in the community who frequent the establishment. There are loads of empty tables available to play but no one can use them because of Corporate events taking place. No signage or info on website either. Shows you care more about your Corporate bucks than your regulars! Not worth my time anymore. I liked playing pool there. Need a new local!
The crooked cue is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in the city. From the food to the environment and service, it was fantastic. The hosts at the start when we walked in and they gave us a warm welcome and a sweet smile. Our server that night was so amazing and made us a giggle. The service was amazing, spectacular I might even say. They food was expensive but worth ever dime. After we ate, we played some billiards and we had the best time ever. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Its was our first time in this restaurant. It was a good experience. Ambience was nice and there is a lot of natural light which was nice. Food choices are few but tastes good. One downside is the price which a little bit pricey compared to other pubs or restaurants. Will still definitely recommended to go to this place and bring your family.
Great place for a game of pool, food, and gatherings. Stuff is friendly. Just examples but haven't had bad food yet. I've been going there since high school😃 Now they renovated the place looks great. Keep up the fantastic job!!!
The interior is pretty cozy with a cool retractable roof. Good selection of food and drinks. A good number of pool tables as well. Our server was very good. There are also many TVs all over. Great place to watch sports, just for drinks , dinner or if you want to play some pool!
Came here with a small group on a weekday evening and we had a lovely server who was quick and attentive. The food came out hot and steamy and was absolutely delicious. They have lots of billiard tables and did not rush us at all. The vibes were very chill and there was lots of stools to sit all around. The music was really good at times and very sleepy at others, could be because it was a weekday. They sadly didn’t have energy drinks, but the waiter was able to make recommendations for alcoholic beverages. Highly recommend for food and billiards! Absolutely fun experience and would highly recommend.
This was the perfect girlfriends night out! The place is gorgeous, with room between the tables. We reserved a pool table at arrival, and sat to eat a bite (wide choice, big portions, decent food). They came to tell us when our pool table was almost ready. Timing was perfect because we were done eating but otherwise, we could just have carried our food to the counters by the pool tables. We rented the table for one hour and had time to do two games. We played really poorly... and laughed all the way. So beginners can enjoy this experience. ;-)
Food was disgusting. Cold, and too greasy. Server was nice but was clearly overworked and could not pay adequate attention to us. I think I saw someone who seemed like the owner berating her for not working fast enough. No wonder they were understaffed, probably cant retain people in a toxic environment like that. Drinks were fine but definitely seemed watered down. Not good value. Avoid.
Amazing place to enjoy with friends
drinks are really watered down (more than your average bar at this price point) and the servers ignore you. its not entirely their fault, its management because theyre understaffed during busy times. but not worth it
Love the cue!
Great place to get together for a pint or two. Great atmosphere. Food is not the best
Private party for about 100. Well served by this popular Etobicoke gathering spot. Former hang out for PM Harper...long ago.
Worst dining experience of my life, would never go back and advice you to not to as well.
Our annual gathering of 15-20...been doing it for many years...never disappoints
My favorite place in york nice team specially Jada josh
Bad service and racism
Bad
Racism atmosphere
Feel not welcome. Real BAD
Service was great, food was below expectations for the price.
Significantly below average food. Poor service. The employees seem like they hate their lives there. I probably would too. Dont take anyone here that you want to even mediocrely impress
This is the second crooked cue Ive been too and I love them both. Classy place.
Expensive pool but terrific atmosphere, busy, lively, 2 good bars to be seen at.
Nothing out of ordinary..
Pub fare with a nice view into Bloor street. This tends to be a local watering hole for many. Reservations are recommended. Large capacity for dining. Update: recent meal out with friends at the Cue. Food was cold and tasteless. Service has declined significantly. Still a nice location though. This place is going in reverse. Pompous wait staff at the front desk. You need data to make decisions about your operation to turn things around.
Love the ambience.. Staff service amazing Food
Great spot, lots of space,Bar and tables, Great food and excellent service. Fantastic atmosphere. T.Vs for sports and Special events. Was there for our company Christmas party. Loved it. Beautifully decorated for the holiday spirit. Wheelchair accessibility: Second floor up a large flight of stairs. Not sure if there is an elevator?
Melody or Melodie was truly awesome she told me she was new and i couldn t even tell truly a 5Star
Very unfriendly place for anyone who rides a bike
I was there for my nephews birthday party. The food was pre-arranged and delicious. There were approximately 35 of us. We were so well served by Rick that everyone was talking about how amazing this guy was. He quickly knew and referred to each of us by name and nobody was ever left wanting. This young man was/is a perfect ambassador for his employer. Wheelchair accessibility: The bar is not wheelchair accessible. It is on the 2nd floor. There are only stairs available to get up there, so it is also difficult for anyone who would be challenged to climb approximately 12 steps. If my wife had been with me, we would not have been able to attend because of recent foot surgery.
Awesome ambience and pizzas were great. Enjoyed playing pool there
Horrible experience. Bad food and even worse service.
Overpriced for basics that dont taste very good
Blech. Not worth it
A socially regressive restaurant, complaining about social services, complaining about public transport, while continuing to rake in $$. Owner is interested in a socially regressive agenda, with very little originality to offer the city of Toronto. Shameful.
This place is good for pool only. Our experience in the dining hall was a disaster. Our server couldn t care less about our orders. Two of the entrees took 30-45 minutes longer than the other two. We were offered 50% for the affected meals but it still did not feel worth it. Bland food, bad service. Don t eat here.
I ve frequented the Crooked Cue driving over from Markland Woods for over 20 years, from first dates and now married with kids we ve had many social gatherings for St Joes, our swim team family and after music lessons at Kaos. It was a great place to grab a pint and to watch the game with the Dads. But with the shift in negativity surrounding bike lanes, safety, and dividing the community I can no longer be a patron of this establishment or others that share this car centric mindset. They are putting the accessibility of cars over the connection to the community. However it could easily shift to a more positive tone especially with the growth slated for the area. You could simply invite people to ride, drive or take the TTC over. You re 5 mins from the new Condos in which many residents don t drive, and also on the Subway and Bikeshare network. It s bad marketing for the neighborhood and not a good look for Balance anywhere. All of my kids, teenagers and now adults who started going there don t feel welcome because we have people we care about who ride along there and in the area being persecuted for how they get around. The Kingsway is going to be sandwiched in with development soon. Embrace the change now, or no hugs for you.
By far the worst restaurant in the city. Do not recommend.
The Cue is a great place. The atmosphere is lovey. It is a nice mix, where you can go for a date, night out with friends to watch sports, family dinner or to play pool/ping pong. I d highly recommend the Crooked Cue!
I met a few pals at the Crooked Cue on Sunday to catch some NFL on the Big Screen. We ordered the Nachos, Wings and some Calamari, food was awesome and service was great. There is no better place to watch the game. See you next week!
Outstanding facility. Tons of fun. Great staff. Everytime we go we get more than our moneys worth. The retractable roof is amazing and highly unique. We have gone for date night, family reunions, and private parties and we ALWAYS have the best time. I have and will continue to recommend The Crooked Cue to anyone looking for a great time. Keep up the great work.
Food was good. Service this time was very slow. It wasnt busy enough to justify the slow pace.
The heart of the Kingsway! Wonderful atmosphere to go with family and friends. Always a good time
This place is amazing. In the spring & summer they have a sliding glass roof (like SkyDome) that opens on nice days. It s like the whole restaurant is an outdoor terrace! The food is pub grub but really good. The staff is friendly and there is always a great vibe in the place. I recommend it wholeheartedly!
I enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Cue with 8 of my friends. The server was extremely attentive. The nachos and wings amazing! Every one loved their respective meal! We cant wait to go back!
Really great service, tasty food, and cozy atmosphere. This is a great place for a party or to relax. The pool tables were a nice addition and we had a blast.
I go to the Cue about once a month. It s not quite Cheers but the food and service are good and the atmosphere that of an upscale pub. The retractable roof in the summer and the fact there are top quality pool tables as a diversion make it THE pub in Etobicoke for me.
Awesome place - always a fun time! Great atmosphere and service. Lots of TVs to watch any sporting event!
Ive been going to the Crooked Cue for years. Great food and service. If youve never been there, I highly recommend it.
This place is a fantastic neighborhood spot. Been going for 20 years. Don t believe the one star reviews from the psychotic bicycle group who are leaving one star reviews because bike lanes are coming out on Bloor St.
Outstanding food and fantastic atmosphere. Service was over the top! Keep up the good work!
I live in north Toronto and look forward each year to returning to The Crooked Cue to get together with friends at lunch time just before the Christmas holiday. The food is excellent, and the service is efficient and very friendly. Our group enjoys playing friendly games of pool, which is easy with a large number of tables to play on. The venue is expansive and will accommodate both large and small groups. While located on the second floor, the roof is retractable, for an alfresco dining experience, weather permitting. This is an outstanding choice for both a large group of 50+, or an cosy table for two. Craig Marthinsen 40 Lawrence Crescent Toronto, Ontario M4n1N2
Richie was fantastic!
Rode my bike here, got kicked out for not driving a car! Cant believe what would have happened if I walked there!
Its a great place to enjoy a good game of Pool. The tables are smooth and well maintained. However, the cues were really crooked as the name goes. Overall, the place has a good vibe and youll certainly enjoy playing pool here.
Great experience spending song time with a friend
Dalaa is the best!! Shes so nice and her service is amazing!
Yummy butternut squash ravioli. Very noisy but it is a pool hall Food
I paid $ 14 and change for 1 pint of Erdinger. Thats highway robbery. Was $ 15 something as I left $ 1 tip. This is a beer you can buy by the bottle for $ 0.90 cents Euro in Germany. LCBO sells it for $ 3.80 Canadian. I understand $ 8 or $ 9 for a premium beer. But $ 14? No thanks. Do better.
Clean, good food, just kind of boring
Had the pleasure to have a greeting. I wanted to have a casual evening with my best friend. The server was rude with an attitude. We got drinks. 4 Cranberry vodkas. They ALL tasted like ice and Cranberry with no vodka. I have been a server/bartender for 2 years, for a fine dining restaurant, If that helps. I KNOW what a vodka Cranberry tastes like. My friend was too shy to replace hers, but went to the bar to replace mine. And she was faced with the servers ridicule of excuse me and the bartenders attitude of watch me while I pour the alcohol. When we FINALLY got a vodka Cranberry, our mood was too ruined to enjoy the pool that we intended to enjoy. So we wrapped it up and went home. NEVER going to this location again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
Great multi-purpose pool hall/lounge with State-of-the-Art retractable rooftops on both of the separated halls (GREAT place to book events at!!).
Calamari and see food bowl service was good.
Fun place to go with friends for a drink and some pub food. They ve got pool you can play, which is always fun! They have a lovely patio in the summer as well.
Good spot but a little pricey
Wonderful food, attentive service and a great atmosphere
Great place, but needs more bike parking.
You could NOT pay me to go here.
Fabulous food and great atmosphere.
Always fun. Met friends to watch sports and catch up.
A great community bar and restaurant. We have been going there for years with family and friends. Everyone in the neighbourhood loves it. We have also held family celebrations and work parties at The Cue. Highly recommended!
A great place to enjoy a lunch or dinner with friends. Friendly staff and a good selection of food.
Our family has been going to the Cue for well over 20 years. I also often hang out with friends to watch a game. It has been staple in our neighborhood. Our family has hosted a few fundraisers there & the owners have always been gracious in supporting. Our friends & family have raved about the warm atmosphere.
I ve been here a number of times and enjoyed the vibe and food. Recently went and Rico (I think his name is) kept it fun and made us feel like a priority. Thought it was worth the shout out! Cheers
Had dinner here last night...place was packed, great atmosphere & lots of sports on the tvs! Servers were so nice & the food was fantastic! Definitely recommend the Calamari starter to share! Will definitely be back.
Staff were all wonderful.
Great place to catch up with friends and share some great appetizers. Even more of a treat when they have the roof open on a warm summers night. Vegetarian options: Try the cauliflower bites...they are great.
$20 Cue Burger is worth $5. Dry and boring
Great little bar with great service and great food selection. Typical bar food and bar atmosphere.
My server with the bangs gave us lovely service. Great recommendations and awesome conversation. Will be back with more friends.
Staff, food and overall atmosphere was very good! Tables beside the window provide and nice experience. Large amount of pool tables available.
Great place to come and enjoy a meal and beverages. Staff is great!
Great atmosphere Open windows in summer Great food and priced well Food : 5/5
Went there for a night out with friends seating patio has an amazing view of the church in front. The place has an overall nice vibe to it, the staff were particularly nice and really friendly. Had a great time; would recommend for a fun night out!
Food was good, but limited on vegan / vegetarian options. The lights kept flickering when we were there. Requested water twice but never got it so I had to go to the bar to request it. Overall this place is entertaining for pool and game watching with lots of tvs and pool tables. Is not accessibility-friendly, stairs are very steep and hard for those with mobility issues to navigate.
With the one exception of the stairs as you enter, this is a pretty cool place to meet up with friends or work colleagues. Open sky seating, bar section, giant TVs, exceptional staff. It can be a sports bar or just a nice place to eat in the lounge area which doesnt look like a sports bar. Ill be back. Food
The Leafs players were here in their private booked room, got to see them once again and this guy from church is scared so he reneged not to play pool here again and he hates sports Im always looking forward to coming back here because I stay on the real I rate this place.
Great service, food and atmosphere! We have all of our work functions here!
This place has so much potential but it falls short every time. Atmosphere and space is amazing, food is mediocre and service is sub-par. Burger was so dry, bun was clearly stale and for this time of year tomato was pink. Hopefully they read these reviews and will try harder, this neighbourhood deserves better quality for the price!
Satchel the bartender had no respect or clue how to talk to customers, please teach him some manners. Other than that food is good.
Great food, a varied menu, and a great place to watch the game, be it hockey, baseball, football, or other kinds.
Nice place! But if you re looking for a place to ping pong, not here. Wrong place. They put the tables away. A bit disappointed
Not thrilled with tonight. Burgers and food were good, never seen a place only serve 2 tacos though. $5 for a side upgrade is unimpressive. Flatbread bruchetta looks delightful but tasted so-so, app also arrived after our dinners were finished and cutlery taken away so we didnt bother eating it, waste of $15. Bar menu, location and host/hostess/staff were polite. Drinks not refilled etc, just very meh experience.
Great evening with friends
This place is so gorgeous! Very innocuous from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised by the open roof letting in so much beautiful natural light. The food platter was so good too. We had platters, and everything was so good. Service was spot on as well, very professional. They even allowed us to do a photoshoot. Lots of pool tables as well as tv screens showing a variety of sports channels.
Crooked Cue used to be a neighbourhood go to but it s gone downhill. We were put on the waiting list on a Saturday evening and were told they would csll us when there s space. It was busy and the second dining bar area was closed. We waited an hour, no call or text. Went back and they had crossed out our name but never called. The hostess didn t say much or apologize and then told us the kitchen was closed anyway (9pm on a Saturday). Bad customer service.
Shockingly great nachos !!
This is a local favourite pool hall dinner located on Queen St West. Very large upstairs property with a glass roof and open air concept. It offers classic comfort food like burgers, fries, chicken wings, and nachos. Wonderful healthy salad & bowl choices are also available. Their busy bar has a variety of cold beers & wine options making it a casual and enjoyable meal for those enjoying a game of pool or catching your favourite sports team on their countless big screen TVs. Very clean washrooms. Paid street parking.
Overpriced and generic dishes. Owner is extremely disrespectful and only cares about profits, not the neighbourhood and its patrons. I would choose the crooked cue in Port Credit over this one every day of the week.
All that glitters is not gold! The food was just average, and the service was way below par. The server was not having a good day and was very unhappy to be there. The restaurant has a nice layout for a sports bar, food is priced well, but with just okay food and awful service, its not worth it. #SkipIt #SportsBarFail #BadService
Not work a/c inside +35
A lot of people inside, no fresh air. They do want to open the windows.
There was the final of the European Championship, it was 30 degrees Celsius outside. The administrator closed all the windows and did not turn on the air conditioner. On all requests to open a window she said that it is impossible, such rules and swore that you will open windows to your home. The whole mood was spoiled.... By the way, the beer is not tasty, I will not come again.
This is one of the best sports bars in the neighborhood! Great food and service on a spectacular inside open-air patio. The atmosphere for watching any sporting event is electric. Plus, they also have great pool tables in good condition! Burgers, fish and chips, steaks, and pasta dishes are all excellent . Ive been going here since we moved in , 15 years ago, and its better than ever !
Best wings in town!!!! Max, the bartender, was amazing, will be back soon! P.S. the french fries need to be fixed, everything else was fantastic
Cool hangout place for a group of friends.
Best! A lot people, but very good food and serving ! !
Love the atmosphere at tonights NHL final game. It was a honey summers night, this place has a roof that can open up to show the stars. The food and drink was good.
Absolutely exceeded expectations! The Crooked Cue is a spacious treasure with fantastic food and exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere. The space is well-designed, providing ample room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, truly exceeding our expectations. And the service? Impeccable. Attentive, friendly staff made our experience even more enjoyable. Cant wait to return!
Crooked Cue has basically become Chuck E. Cheese with draught beer. If your idea of fun is hanging out at a pool hall packed with 8 to 17 year old patrons then youll love it there. If you are looking to play a serious game of pool, look elsewhere. We were assigned a pool table and then were asked to vacate that table because someone booked half the room for a private party. You would figure we would have been told that earlier before we were assigned that table. The place is open concept and incredibly loud. You can actually sit at the same table with someone and not hear what they are saying to you. The menu is quite good although expensive. I would recommend this establishment if youre taking your kids and their grade 6 soccer team friends to celebrate a winning game. Kid-friendliness: Tons of kids there.
not bad but not great. the environment is beautiful and the two waitresses that I dealt with were great but the guy who sat us didnt really seem like he cared to be there. he just told us to sit wherever which is fine but it just wasnt the friendliest greeting. I ordered the vegetable curry and I have to say it was the most caucasian curry Ive ever had. I honestly dont even think there was any curry in it. Id go there and try again but the prices are steep. The lunch special was a grilled cheese on sourdough with bacon and fries on the side for $23....maybe Im cheap but that doesnt sound like a special to me, especially when the vegetable curry was cheaper than that..
I had a great time! Beers were awesome and service was good. However, I had to prevent myself from giving one star because of how terrible the shirts they make the servers wear are. Cant believe it. I gave four stars for the sake of the service, but I removed one for their outfits.
Good food, fairly priced, friendly service, very nice atmosphere
Food as ok the atmosphere was one of an upscale pool hall. But the service was horrible. The staff are unfriendly, and seem to feel they were being inconvenienced by our presence. The person who was working as a host at the door should be moved to the back of the house where she will not impact your guest experience.
never got to experience the food or atmosphere as I was turned away from dining at this established simply due to the fact I am not an Ontario Citizen. Because I presented with a VALID GOV ISSUED British Columbia ID at 21 years old. They would not honour our reservation. Discrimination at its finest.
Wanted to go try this place out, apparently you re not allowed to eat here if you re not from Ontario. Passport, Birth certificate, drivers license and provincial ID from another province not accepted here. What a joke To add to this when we asked if we could all just order food, me (26) and girlfriend (23) were told we d need to be accompanied by an adult and told figure it out soon because I have other things to do when we stood there trying to discuss a solution. Never recommended coming here.
While nothing about the Crooked Cue blew me away, I had a very solid overall experience. I ordered the butternut squash agnolotti, and it was really good. My partners philly steak wrap was solid as well. We ordered the crab dip for the table, and it was equally good. The portion sizes here are more generous than most similar restaurants, which was nice. I tend to eat more than most, and this was the first time Ive left a restaurant completely stuffed in as long as I can remember. Crooked Cue has a nice setup to socialize, play some pool, or watch the game. If youre looking for that kind of vibe, whether youre with a large or small group, this place will likely be a great fit.
This place was always a local go to, and was where my now wife and I had our first date. We made it tradition to always return each year on that date, and its been almost a decade of coming back, safe to say we may never return. We were seated by a waitress Lianna? and did not have our drink orders taken for at leasf 15 minutes. Once drinks arrived we almost finished the entire pints before she asked if we wanted food, it has probably been 45 minutes at this point and not very busy before dinner. We ate quickly as we were very hungry and wanted to order more drinks but the waitess and other waiters just kept walking by not stopping to ask if we needed anything else. All the staff had plenty of time to stand at the bar and chit chat about other customers who drink too much but never had time to ask us if we wanted anything, how our food or drinks were, or if we needed anything else. Truly disapointing. Will return in a year to see if things change but if we get the same miserable waitress will definitely be asking to sit elsewhere.
A local spot with an uninspiring food and drink menu. We were disappointed as everything was overpriced and underwhelming. Server was pleasant but inattentive until it came time to pay. He was lurking around to ensure he got a tip. I hope to avoid this place. Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accesible - there s a steep staircase in/out.
The Crooked Cue is always a favourite for a casual drink and dinner with friends. Great for all the sports and for large groups and functions. The open roof bar is so great in the summer time. Friendly staff and good service every time.
This place is very fun, a bit expensive for drinks. Paying by the minute for pool is nice so you do not have to keep playing another hour if you accidentally go over. The drinks were good, but it was very hard to get the attention of a server or to even come by, it was a slower evening and we were in an awkward area but other than that super fun, cool atmosphere
Once again a bad experience. It has been over two years since Ive been here. After twenty minutes of waiting for the waitress, got my own beer. Waitress was busy talking to people and eating. Then went to eat somewhere else. Mitch Marner PLS PLS PLS open a pool hall in Bloor West village.
As a restaurant, you serve children. Other reviews mention children. Today I booked a dinner reservation with my 17yo daughter, and we were refused entry at 5:30pm because she was underage? Disappointing. Azaria s next door was great.
Great atmosphere, great food, decent prices. Many tv screens around to watch your sports events. Big billiards area with many tables. Only negative comment would be the restrooms. They are small, unkept, and in the far back corner of the building.
I like this place. Not a fan of recent renovation/redecoration though.
Great spot for beers but the service could use an upgrade and the food is not great.
I need to state at the beginning of this review that our waitress was 5/5 for service. However, and a big however, the rest of the experience was horrible. When we walked in we waited almost 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge that we were waiting. 3 bartenders walked by and not even a someone will be right with you. When the hostess finally showed up there was no mention about how long we were waiting. There was a lot of empty seats and she insisted we needed reservations (mid week btw). We finally got a table sorted but was not a great way to start off The food is bad. Not sub par or average, but actually bad. Our waitress sympathied with us which was nice, but between 2 apps, 2 mains, and sides, the food was not at all worth the money we paid. Everything was soggy and poor quality. Iv been here in the past several times and havent experienced quality this bad before. Drinks were good at least. I dont like leaving negative reviews but my goodness I need to stress how bad the experience with the hostess was and how bad the food was.
Fries are a 2/10
Great place to have good food and eats. The service was great.
Great place, very open with lots of pool tables.
Good atmosphere, lots of seating, food is good, service was very slow and it wasnt busy.
Taya s amazing and I love the drinks. 10/10 would recommend
Excellent service and food! I had amazing time with my wife, thanks Taya
We went for a drink and a bite and our server Natalia was amazing! She was so attentive and welcoming, we really felt taken care of. The food was good and the nachos were delicious. Will absolutely be coming back again and requesting Natalia as our server!
BROOKE IS THE BEST
Mississauga hub of hangouts and stimulating atmosphere. Natalia and Karolina are always so helpful and fun to talk to. House of the best comfort food, love this place!
Great atmosphere, tasty food and amazing service! Sabrina was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Definitely would recommend this location and will be back!
We had a fantastic night - food was great, service was seamless, great venue to host a party. Would do it here again in a heartbeat!
Recommend everyone to visit this place
great wings
Sabrina was the biggest beauty we could ve asked for. We had makayla and we re moved to a different section and we re skeptical of having better service but Sabrina did not disappoint. Very appreciative tonight
Great place to hang out with friends. Great wings and drinks. Nice and big. Never feels cramped.
Everything is nice but the servers looked really tired and worn out. Maybe it was a super busy day. Service could still be better and a smile goes a long way
The staff were very friendly and greeted us as soon as we got in. The waitress was very attentative and quick to respond when we needed something. The atmosphere was very quiet and not crowded so it made it a great place to eat, and socialize. There lots of TVs that were on so you catch the highlights of games or news. Food was good, I had the steak sandwich which was delicious and would be perfect if the steak was medium rare like I had asked, instead I got a medium well done one. Besides that, everything was perfect. They also have lots of alcoholic choices on tap.
Went here this past weekend with some friends and it was such a fun time. The food and drinks were excellent. I recommend trying the steak sandwich, lamb burger with a side of asparagus and broccoli topped with cheese. We played pool after and the tables were in great condition and were able to play for a long time. Overall was an amazing time, the bar staff were super friendly, the gin and tonic I had as well as espresso martini were made exceptionally well. Will defiantly be back.
Visited this place, the food is ok, service was good and the atmosphere was ok, needed some updating and the prices were alittle bit high compared to quality of food but portions sizes were good. Overall a nice place but can use some upgrades and I do understand food costs are high these days but I still recommend these guys for a visit
Enjoyed the banquet burger and the nice atmosphere. Thanks!
Nice place to play pool, nice environment, but the food could be a lot better, no salt or flavour!
Amazing place, delicious food, but the service was not so good
Service was good but food wasnt great. It was disappointing
An excellent venue
Real party place...great hosts...good food...amazing drinks...
If you want a fun time out with friends playing pool, watching sports on large screens, eating your favourite snack, drinking your favourite drink then this place is a must place for you to go to. Was there Saturday evening for our annual clinic christmas party. Had lots of fun playing pool, watching the hockey game, the snacks were great and delicious, and the service was exceptional.
Such a fun pool hall and their food is great!! We had a family gathering there and it was the perfect place for a casual lunch!
Always a fun night out We go there for our staff Christmas party often and always have a great time Vegetarian options: Excellent Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free
Came here for a work event. Atmosphere was great, food was delicious and the service was great. Would definitely come again and recommend.
