Very tasty and good service

Paid for extra dipping sauce, uber dropped meal off, only got one instead of 2. Burger King WILL PAY DEARLY. LOL Food

They have issues with memory, going through the drive thru is tough for this BK. Theyll forget condiments like ketchup and mayonnaise even after asking for both. Getting a drink youd think theyd give you a straw, and youd be wrong on that one too. Asking for no pickles means pickles because theyre either ignorant or lazy.

I went to this place to buy my meal and I couldn t because they don t accept $100 dollar bill to pay my meal.

Today i visited burger king around 11:23pm. They almost took 20 minutes for giving our order. The staff was unprofessional . They were talking in their language loudly . Literally bad experience.

Its too expensive and nothing extraordinary here, but its good for a quick meal if youre very hungry

Been here many times now. Theres rarely a staff at the front so you are likely to wait. Why not install a few kiosks? Lots of space around.

Again, terrible service, no one attended to me. Seriously, Burger King, pay extra attention to this place. Your customer service is terrible. Do you think that customers deserve to be treated like garbage, when we are the ones who leave the money there so that they can pay their salaries for those who treat customers very badly?

My biggest pet peeve is when you pay a fair amount for a meal and they under portion the fries. The dining area and bathroom were not maintained and they ran out of condiments. Staff are more interested in talking to one another than cleaning and creating a positive experience.

This is the worst Burger King every time I go there it s a problem. Those ladies do not know how to talk to people. I just wasted my lunchtime now I m still hungry. Didn t get my food. All the time is the same thing.

Will always come here as long as Kajal is managing. She makes the food so good and shes very friendly. Never in my life have I had a better fast food experience.

Very rude staff always talking in there own language. I find it disrespectful when its a fast food restaurant and employees are only speak in there language when they shud be speaking in English. I had a Burger King survey coupon that I presented. The Filipino cashier asked me if I actually DID they survey? I said what do you mean? how other way would I get a free Whopper? Very condescending. If she does not like Burger King policies and Survey methods that were made by Executives and CEOs of Burger King, she should call them and show her dislike for the coupons instead of giving the customers a hard time about it. Secondly, Ive been to this Burger King several occasions and the staff in the back have no consideration for the guests they are loud, having private conversations and laughing about it as if they are at a house party. I heard them arguing over work issues. One time, an Indian girl who was working there was on her cell phone leaving her shift, with her coat on, she put her dirty backpack on the counter where customers are served their food trays and having a private conversation loudly back and forth with one of the other Indian girls that worked there. The staff in the back were loud and laughing. Very low class environment with no consideration for their customers. This manager needs to be fired or reminded about staff management skills.

I had the opportunity to visit this place when I was doing a conference at a local church in Toronto. We had stop at this location for lunch. The food was okay, however the person who was working cash did not have any customer service skills. They would not listen to what I(Customer) was ordering and got confused and even rude. I got a completely different order than what I intended to get in all the end. I really hope the owners of this establishment really care about peoples reviews and take them seriously on how to improve employee customer service skills and make sure they are hearing their customers on what they are saying when they ordering. If not, and they are okay with the negative reviews, then they truly care about profits, and not people at this location. I would recommend eating at Harveys or Subway which are in closer proximately and stay away from this place, unless you are okay with having a negative experience.

I ordered double whopper in the morning around 9am. However, it is not warm. Also, meat is not fresh, so it tastes terrible. Whopper quality is very bad. Worst Burger King whopper that Ive experienced. I will not go this Burger King anymore.

This Burger King was the worst I have ever been to. I went to the BK to grab breakfast before work because the Tim Hortons was closed and the drive thru Tims was packed. Feeling like I didnt want to wait a half hour for my food that I should make the decision for Burger King. I looked in. There were 2 people waiting for their food and 2 waiting to order, with a few people scattered in seats already eating. Seemed like a good choice. I ordered the 2 breakfast sandwiches for $6, I had to repeat myself 3 times for her to get the order correctly. One on a croissant one on an English muffin. Then I stood back and waited. And waited. And as I waited I watched and looked around. Realizing it was the district manager at the cash who wasnt listening to peoples orders and just saying anything back to them after they said what they wanted. Everyone after me had to say their order at least twice. I noticed the uncleanliness of the restaurant area and then in the kitchen. I was starting to feel uncomfortable with eating here but had no time to waste and was starving. Finally, after waiting 25 min my food was handed to me. I quickly dove into a sandwich. The croissant, it was dry and compact and had the texture of a bun rather than a croissant. It wasnt flaky or buttery at all but still somehow managed to be greasy. The second sandwich was greasy as well and not very tasteful. It was bland and boring. The bacon didnt even really stand out as having a flavor. So disappointed and I will never be visiting this location again. I will never eat breakfast at ANY Burger King in the future.

I placed an order for angry poutine and they gave me just normal fries and they weren t even fried properly and their were nothing on it that was supposed to be in angry poutine.And the girl their she was also so rude and they don t give good customer service.

Went in tonight for a Angry Whopper and it was probably the best one Ive ever had. It looked just like the poster no joke. The young lady with glasses who took my order was polite and friendly. The store itself and bathrooms were also very clean. The employees seemed to get along and didnt look to be unhappy working. Great job guys.

Honestly!!! I dont know how to express my feelings and my thoughts about this location experience. I feel so bad about for these chain fast food restaurants, that it took generations to build and now some of the franchise owners bringing it to its knees to fail. What a waste. Today I went to this location to get some food, and on the side I asked to give an ice cream in a cup so I can take it with me. First if of all i waited for 5 mints waiting at least some one acknowledged me, 5 people serving the pick up orders including the manager, but did not have the a minute to say excuse me we will be with you.Please check out the picture the way I was handed the ice cream. I will never go back to this fast food chain where there is no respect for their customers.

New restaurant, great staff, good experience

Worst drive through experience ever. The made me wait in the front of the store for more then 15 mins. Then when I got the order it was wrong. Worst customer service ever. I wanted one fries and one onion rings. They gave me two fries and then when I asked for the onion rings, they took the fries back and gave me the onion rings. I also ordered two jalapeño cheesy bites and they put it in one bag. When I told them I needed it in two separate bags they took it back and just separated the two. They were also questioning me about how many pieces of the bites that I PAID for that I ate. I spent over 25 mins to get my food. NEVER COMING HERE AGIAN !

Came here at midnight since it was supposed to be the only place open in the area. All drive thru locations were blocked off and the dine in area was locked.

I live next to this restaurant and without a doubt the people who work there are very kind and very patient. I am really grateful because all of them have been very kind every time, they attend to your order in the best way and you can certainly tell how excellent they are. the place looks clean, they do their best work . att. All your Mexican friends, who without speaking the language, respect us and do their best to communicate with us. Thank you

I personally love BK, but quality of the food and the service at this location is HORRIBLE, Night mare. The girl with the hijab, she doesnt know what she is doing there, she literally gives wrong items to people ( she doesnt even read the receipt which tells her what itmes are supposed to give ). Supervisor there is also very rude and unprofessional.

Please just give me an ai to talk to, at least that can understand english in an english speaking country. Or a tablet to put my order in at a drive through. I hate having to play, guess what you might end up with after specifically dictating what i want only for the person to sound muffled and be unable to convey or receive anything on the other side of the headset.

I came through drive-through on August 3, 2023 at 6:30 PM. I got to come dine and they didn t put the fries and it sounds disappointment so hopefully the management can solve the problem. I got two can dine with the fries with a whopper and I got 211 sandwich I got one when sandwich and another one for free. I had a coupon for it but they didn t add fries and the order. I m very disappointed.

Every time I go to this location I realize that nobody greets you or at least say they will be with you in a second when they see you standing at the counter. Instead they avoid eye contact and when they are finished doing what they were doing then they decide to proceed over and give you service. I have waited up to 4 to 5min before being attended to before. Fries are a hit and miss. Cold some days usually I have to ask for fresh food. Nice new location though. Its kept relatively clean.

They are customer friendly,very happy souls,they serve you with too much passion,they simply go out of their way to make you comfortable especially Navpreet and Kamal and generally the entire team. The most amazing part is Navpreet introduced me to the butter chicken. I love it.!.

Clean restaurant!

Friendly staff, but on a busy Whopper Wednesday they definitely seemed overwhelmed. Took me over 30 minutes to get my combo. Luckily I wasn t on lunch break but there were plenty of people who were and they were all complaining.

First time ever coming to this Burger King and I am sad and disappointed. I ordered cheese burgers but unfortunately the meats were almost raw and pink brown instead of dark brown. Tasted like I was eating uncooked meat They were very nice and fast to getting the orders ready, but not so good at making the food. Only ate the buns and cheese instead of the whole thing. :(

Horrible service and not the first time! The staff in the drive-thru are rude and unpleasant. Food was completely COLD and GROSS. I have to order without the bun because of a medical issue and they threw it in the container without any care at all. I serve my dog with more consideration! very clean space, ordered a small coffee with 2 cream but VERY generous on the cream (looked/tasted like 4 cream)

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes without even being spoken too, had to literally knock on the counter to even be looked at by the 4 employees! Then they all turned away and ignored. I ended up leaving without ordering. Absolutely ridiculous after a long day of flying I just wanted some food. Im all about understanding a busy restaurant but atleast communicate with your customers.

this location never gets my order right. the first time they forgot to put the hershes pie. so went back today to get it and ordered bacon and cheese whopper and a whopper jr. they never asked what type of cheese he wants for his whopper jr and he doesn t eat the regular cheese and they just assumed he wants that. the burger is smooshed just doesn t look appetizing. never got the sweet and sour sauce and never got the receipt. horrible. never coming back to this location.

Very disappointed with the quantity being served. I don t know for what they are charging extra to the customer. When I asked at front counter, the lady told that head office control the portion size. STOP CHARGING EXTRA FOR UPGRADE if you can t serve the right portion. Very sad

Crew did a great job considering its a new restaurant and busy.

So excited a Burger King opened up near us. The store was clean and had Burger King paper crowns decorating the tables inside. It was a great touch. The kids in the store seemed to enjoy them. The staff were super friendly and the service was prompt. I felt bad that I accidentally spilled pop on the counter and they quickly handled the situation re-assuring me not to worry about it. The food was delicious. Everyone loves a WHOPPER!

People are nice here and like to chat with customers. Feels good for that. They are just opened so have limit selection right now. Hope they can bring full menu very quick. My favorite spicy chicken nuggets finally not far.

Location needs better signage on Dixon Rd., as the location is tucked away from the street. Maybe its a work in progress? Too bad BK jacked up their prices...2 for $9 sandwiches now!? A nice surprised addition to this area, I frequently go around here to eat or for meetings. I love the fact Burger King is now an option. Please get signs up in the area I will spread word, you folks should too. Staff and food are really good, now when it comes to the drive through, WOW you guys are wonderful! Its very fast and accurate. The lady working on drive through, her name starts with Phr or Pra I should have wrote her name down, she was so polite, fast, accurate and a delight to have her serve me. It was 8:00pm the burgerking was empty and I was the only customer at the time , I simply wanted a whopper combo I had to repeat my order to the lady at the microphone 3 times then as I got to the window I had to repeat my order to her another 3 times after asking for a whopper combo 6 times everything was cold , it s like all the employees where having a little party, laughing and screaming plus they also forgot to add a promo that came with every combo p
