Restaurant was not busy and we we were seated and our orders were taken quickly, but after that it was all down hill. We were brought water, but not offered any beverages, be it alcohol or coffee. We did ask for more water, but it was brought after we paid. My son and I ordered the roast beef. It was smothered in the most horrible tasting thick gravey and the beef tasted like it been reheated as it was chewy and brown on outside. It was suppose to be medium rare roast beef. My grandson ordered fish and chips. They were good but not great. For an appetizer, we ordered calamari. It was overcooked and rubbery. I couldn't even chew and swallow the one piece I had. My son managed 2 pieces and my grandson about 3. Very disappointing dinner. Definitely not good quality anymore. For the price , I expect decent service and would like to interact waitress more tham twice, once to take order and second time for paying bill. Even when serving food, she did not interact with us, just put it on table. For the price, I would like edible, tasty food. Very, very disapointed. I used to go there for dinner every several months and this time I took my family there as a treat. What a n embarrassing mistake that I made. Will not go again.
Great place, came for lunch on Tuesday the special was amazing (pasta/soup/garlic bread) big portion and well priced. I had great service and cold beer can’t ask for much more.
This place is brutal in every way. First time I found hair in my food and second chance I gave then they took 45 minutes to make a club sandwich that never came. Don't waste your time or money. There's much better alternatives

This place is almost always packed with die hard regulars. Very old fashioned diner/bar vibes with friendly staff. We had the wings and a few pitchers of beer. Overall, a good dining experience.
First time eating here. We were so surprised of how good the food was! Typical pub feel, friendly service. Prices reasonable. We had the Texas Beef Ribs which portion was HUGE and the Canadiana burger. Hubby had French Onion Soup to start and it was delish! Beef ribs dinner also comes with a soup or salad to start. We will definitely be back to try something different.
Great for a quick drink and conversation but also great for food. This place will surprise you. I can't believe we haven't been to it before and we live real close. We never knew they had a full fledged restaurant inside as well!
This review is for the bar lounge. Great little neighborhood type bar! The staff make you feel so welcome; it's like a real life "Cheers" lol. It really made the visit fun and friendly. Our waiter, Peter, had a great sense of humor ;) It's a relaxed atmosphere, so I probably would come here if I were in a hurry. The food is high quality, much more than typical bar food. The Reuben sandwich was stuffed with corned beef and so delicious! If you are into sports, there are several TV's. They also have a big, more formal dining area and a huge banquet room downstairs. The bathrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible. The parking at this mall can be pretty full at peak times and the pub gets very busy so go early! ;)

Called in one night after work to order a clubhouse and fries. Food was fine but I was shocked when I heard the price when I picked it up. I think with tax it was just under 25 bucks. I certainly wont be back.

I had a very nice waitress. The Greek salad was fresh and plenty. I had a perfect dish of ice cream with special details.
Attended a luncheon here after my nephew/his wife babys christening.....the service was good, as usual and the food was good. We were in a party room section and that gave us the ability to move around and mingle. This restaurant has been around a long time and has factored in many special occasions during my lifetime. Thank you Canadiana Restaurant for being there.

We were driving around for almost an hour and a half looking for somewhere to eat on the family day. Long weekend we came along to this place and I m telling you I was a little skeptical, but after going inside and having the food with my son, 11 years old he looks over at me and said dad, this is gonna be the best Clubhouse sandwich I ve ever had. The experience was great. The food was good I never leave reviews, but I just had to leave one for this place.

Had a Prime Rib sandwich the other day at the restaurant. The sandwich was good but $21 for a sandwich. If you want fries it s an extra charge. I understand inflation but this is a bit ridiculess.

We hosted a family party here and the reason we chose this restaurant is because the food is delicious! The managers were friendly and they have affordable prices for large events such as these. If I could make a suggestion I d say to please change the sign at the entrance with the name of the restaurant! My guests were really confused as to where the entrance was and they ve also made a small complaint about the baby change room on the main floor so it would be nice to invest in a washroom upgrade!

My wife and I decided to give this restaurant a try. We were really surprised by the service and food. A quiet place to eat and talk. The food was quite good. There is a bar next door which is a part of the restaurant. It seemed to be quite lively. I would highly recommend.
I had a nice experience in this restaurant with my friend. Food, service, and ambiance are perfect. I also notice that even though there are lots of people talking and eating and with music the place is not noisy.

This restaurant has been come a staple to visit, the food is amazing and well priced. I would recommend anyone in Etobicoke to try this spot. It has a bar if your looking to enjoy sports and a beer or a dining space if your looking for a evening meal.

I went to a large gathering in their downstairs basement area. I did not find it pleasant. It is very musty mouldy smelling as soon as you walk down the stairs. Not at all what I expected in a place food would be served.
Good bar to go to with family or friends for a few drinks and food. The staff is always friendly and the food is tasty. They also have a sit down restaurant if you walk past the bar.

Food comes PIPPING HOT!! something we dont normally see. And its to be appreciated. Fresh Cut Fries are SOLID. Their famous food item is the prime rib sandwich. It was perfect, tender and with a nice horseradish serving on the side. Finally amazing to see Molson EX on tap.. clearly better than Canadian.. I know they are called Canadiana. Lol
Its a wonderful place to go back to, where youre treated like family by friendly and professional servers like Kristina. Whenever Im in Etobicoke, its a must go to.

I am from out of town and enjoyed my visit. We had the prime rib sandwich with dipping sauce. It was very good. The waitress was friendly and ensured our coffee was replenished. It was a lovely experience. Parking: It is located in a strip mall, there was lots of parking.
Food not as good as it used to be. calamari was rubbery I dont remember it being that way before.

I was just @ canadiana to do an uber eats pickup. The door was locked and the staff @ the bar ignored me. I knocked on the window, he looked at me and continued to chat on the phone. I knocked again-no response. So, I cancelled the pickup. Im glad business at canadiana is so good during pandemic and lockdown,they can ignore people.

Short walk from my home, was pleasantly surprised by the service and food. Many regulars here swear by their dumpster pepper bar hot sauce. I had the coconut shrimp, came out a little burnt and the server gladly replaced them for me. I will be back!!

Good food and great service. They have the best breakfast potatoes, wish I knew how they seasoned them. My vegetarian friend said his veggie burger was the best out of all the places we went to. Sorry Planta Burger.

Went to meet friends I havent seen in person since February 2020. Accessibility was main reason for choosing this venue. Friendly attentive service, delicious reasonably priced meals. Whats not to like?

Canadiana is a reliable restaurant. Often, it is better than average with good food at good prices, and relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately tonight it was just average. The food was up to par, but once seated and having our orders taken, we did not see our server until she brought our cheque - and that was 20 minutes after we had completely finished everything (with no drink refills). We will likely go back, but our visit this time was soured.
Unfortunately food quality has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. Staff warm and friendly, family atmosphere but kitchen is starting to let them down.

My husband and I came here during a banquet and we loved the food. Very delicious. We had a great time. Initially, when you look from the outside, youd think kids could not come in, but they have dining in the back, which is separate from the bar area.

Had Several meals at this restaurant beautiful meals hadn t intended to go here. Was looking for breakfast place & Dundas Street Grill was full. Surprised not open earlier for breakfasts since just up the street no room, no seating avail. And this restaurant has plenty of seating and really good food. Maybe people just don t know about it or figure it s part of the bar right at the front. That could be a deal breaker for this restaurant/ bar. What people also do t know it s a catering place & has lot of space. For events! That s this restaurant who knew?

My husband and I decided to order Thanksgiving dinner since it was only the two of us this year. We had a fantastic turkey dinner with all the fixins, stuffing,mashies, perfectly cooked broccoli, roasted pepper and gravy. What a treat! Supporting the local and having a wonderful meal! A great local (Eatonville/ETOBICOKE) restaurant in the Six Points Plaza offering an extensive, varied menu along with great, friendly service. Very spacious on 2 levels (ground and basement) the restaurant also has a fully stocked bar.

Hockey pool was fabulous. The restaurant lets us use their downstairs banquet room. Then they fed us very well. Great place to have an event.
