Delicious Bitez in Etobicoke

Food was okay. Ordered off Too Good to Go as it said said I would be getting $24 worth of food. However with only 3 pieces of chicken, rice, and a very small amount of macaroni, it looks like I basically paid full price as 6 pieces of chicken and sides is $13.85 according to their online menu.

If I could I would give them ZERO stars! I went to pick up my food that was ordered and pre paid on an app between the time the app said to; 730pm to 8pm, I got there at 7:35 and was told they were closed. I called the number for the store, a lady answers and says yes they are closed (not apologetic at all). She gave me no real response. Imagine my frustration especially driving 25 mins to get there. Not impressed, extremely disappointing, the lady on the phone could of been a bit more considerate with me. Reading the other reviews here, I am not the first person this has happened to and I bet you I won't be the last!!! TIP FOR THE OWNER: If you post operating hours probably best to stick to it!

Ordered on a food service app. Good portion and taste! Can't wait to try other items! It is located in a take out only food hall.

Ordered on an app which specified a particular window of time to pick up the order. Cut my family visit in hamilton a bit short to rush back to Toronto to pick it up on time and was told at the location (a shared restaurant space) the kitchen was closed and nobody from the business had showed up that day, even though they were "open" and taking orders. I planned my day around having dinner ready for pick up at that time. Terribly unprofessional - should have at least been notified that the order wasn't able to be filled ahead of time.

One of the best oxtail and rice of peas I’ve ever had this is real Jamaican cooking and it taste like down a yard ❤️❤️
