We had a fantastic dinner at Fresh Kitchen! The staff were warm, polite, and professional, making us feel right at home. Love to come to this restaurant, specially when they have their happy our. I’ve tried many things on their menu. Love their salads, the protein salad is very filling. Their juices and smoothies are also very delicious. The hummus plate is excellent for sharing. Service can be ok or great depending on your server.
We had an amazing dining experience here!!!! Merille was our server and she was absolutely wonderful!! She was knowledgeable about the menu, recommended plenty of wonderful options based on our taste preferences, and was overall very happy and cheerful to have us there!! All the food was delicious but the hot chocolate, squash tacos, and black bean nachos are definitely a must try!! Will be back! :D
This rating is based off of my experience with the food today, as I usually frequent the spot. I did have a five star review previously but removed it. It seems as though during the time of day and the day of week matters when it comes to to how well done the food is. Today I ordered cauliflower wings and ate one in my car and noticed immediately it wasn’t that hot and much more firm when biting into it. When I got home, I saw that that the batter inside majority of the cauliflower florets were not fully cooked ( thank goodness it’s vegan). I’m not sure if the picture below captures it well. At first I thought it was ranch sauce! In addition, It also seems that some staff can make more better tasting juices/ smoothies better than others. I don’t know names but There’s a nice young man that seems to consistently make great smoothies when you order for take out, but of course he isn’t always there. I will start to take note of my order depending on who is in that day, unfortunately. Overall their customer service is good. Most of the hostesses are lovely. I called in for this matter today and The manager, Justina did offer to give me a credit, so I appreciate that, however, I will be more mindful of the time and day that I choose to go now. I also noticed that I am not the only one who didn’t like their smoothie today when another family went to order for takeout. I will consider going back again but during a less busy time of day.
I tried in last 10 years Fresh in Toronto with good food quality. But this time at this location was very bad. It is really unfortunate since we loved this restaurant. Some of the ingredients in the food salad were not fresh. It seems that was prepared many hours before serving and well prepared. Bad quality and bad quantity. The service was also very bad. There server came once and told us I am training another person and can’t support. Although we provided 20% tips. French fries were done poorly and was from many hours prepared before. Please look at some added pictures.
Great spot! I love coming here because they have vegan options and gluten free options! I’m obsessed with the nachos and come back for them whenever I’m in town. I also had the swoosh smoothie! It was good just a lot thinner than I thought. Super tasty! Great service, our waitress was great. I will say I’ve had both the cheesecake and gluten free chocolate cake and prefer the chocolate cake 😍 Suggestions would be to make the brunch French toast have a gluten free option please! Highly recommended.
Hi friends! This is my favourite place in the city for all things yummy and healthy! I actually come here for my birthday too lol (That’s how much I love it!) My favourites? The Goddess bowl and the green smoothie. I also love the almond butter French toast! They also just recently lowered prices on some of their items! And…They also have happy hour specials every day! And best waiter is RYAN!!!! Love him ✨❤️ 😉😍Worth the trip!

I ordered the buffalo cauliflower and the broccoli both were in edible.. I wanted to order from Fresh because I was at the mall and I wanted to eat something healthy. The cauliflower was so so spicy that i I couldnt even eat it. The presentation was beautiful though. Same thing with the broccoli, but the bowl was full of water and so there was no sauce. I was basically eating a bowl of steamed broccoli with pickled peppers..... Honestly, this place has gone downhill and what they charge. Its ridiculous. I ordered a smoothie and that was great, but honestly, how can you screw up almond butter and banana?

I took my meat lover family to Fresh at Sherway Gardens for my birthday treat. Honestly, they didnt miss meat. They loved the beyond meat sausage pizza. The starters were great and so were the drinks. The vegan desserts procured from a local bsmall business were amazing. We ordered power bowls, cauliflower bites and fresh humus with pita. Everything smelled and tasted fresh. Our server was super sweet as well. We visited again last month, and the food was good. There are new items on the menu. The fire alarm blaring for a few minutes was annoying, but the food made up for it. As a vegetarian, this is one of my favorite places.

One of the best place for vegans/plant-based lovers. I have been enjoying FRESH food/juices from the year 2018. I am almost there bi-weekly. Super healthy and delicious, cant go wrong with any juice or bowls/wraps. My all time fav is clubhouse wrap, protein bowl, all star salad, swoosh. Dont forget to try their house sauce - spicy sauce which is out of the world. I highly recommend this place.

The food was good. It usually is, but we waited over 45 minutes to b3 served while others who came in after us were done. Samantha told us different stories ... there was a problem in the kitchen ... something got mixed up... etc. All she had to do was say she was sorry. Oops,no apology just thank you for your understanding. So the third time she said that we said no, actually we dont understand. We thought wed be in and out and could get home to unpack our groceries and take care of our aging dog. What a disappointment. Service matters a lot.
My to go to on vegan food. Ambience is always calm and inspiring. When ordering make sure the staff hears you well they seems to be in a rush and at times can take your order wrong.

Editing my Own Review after having a very bad Experience. We have been to the same place many times and went there again to enjoy the same vibe & food. Ambience is Good same as before but the Food really disappoints me this time. I was really looking forward to trying the food on the Menu, but Food this time was not same as usual and lacking flavor. The Food was not fresh at all, Undercooked and gives me hard Time with my Health after reaching Home. When we said the server about our experience about the food, She was like you have started eating it otherwise I would have changed it. I can t tell the Food Quality and Taste by just looking at it. It was disappointing, especially since Ive had good experience at this place. I hope they can improve this because the rest of the menu looks promising.

I love Fresh! This is my favourite vegan restaurant and I bring people here all the time, vegans and non-vegans! Everyone loves it here. The restaurant has a stunning aesthetic and the staff is always very diligent, kind, and knowledgeable. The food is to die for, and you always leave feeling full but not bloated or gross. Thanks Fresh! Love, a loyal fan. Dietary restrictions: I have lots of friends with allergies and the staff here are always accommodating of their needs, ensuring that there is no cross contamination.

I went to the juice bar to grab myself a drink, both Takayla and Tay made my experience so sweet. They were both patient, informative (bc I m indecisive) and suggested exactly what I was craving. Very kind ladies, service made me enjoy my experience here even more and definitely will make this my new go-to smoothie bar. I m usually very picky where I get smoothies from but everything tasted fresh, the atmosphere was relaxing and their personalities were fitting for such a place. This my second time visiting this location, but my first time meeting the cashier Tay. Her energy is very good I ll be back. And the chefs didn t do a good job making my order so I spoke with the manager and he fixed everything for me perfectly.

Food was good the atmosphere was very nice and the servers were very pleasant
Fresh but frosty Front of house was sleepy and uninterested. No welcoming or acknowledgement. The restaurant was almost empty while three groups (with kids) left to stand and wait for a frustrating length of time to be greeted and seated. Many puzzled looks shared. The group in front of us was seated, and the receptionist wandered around playing with tables and placemats. Zero urgency or energy to welcome customers. We almost walked out the door. The food was absolutely stunning. Tasty and fresh. Drinks were on point. Be aware- if you re celiac everything is cooked in the same fryer. Waiters didn t check in between service and clearing. Lots of staff. Lots of potential. Far off the mark Vegetarian options: Everything! Not gonna lie, one of my favourite places to eat. Abundant vegetarian choices and fresh juices/smoothies.
