96 Rexdale Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 1N7, Canada
Authentic Filipino Food & Snacks. Filipino original style of cooking food, like pansit, pakbet, bicol express, adobo and many more. All day filipino breakfast like tocilog, tapsilog, bangsilog and cornsilog.
Good Filipino food; love their pancit Canton; pancit Canton is incomparable with others that I have tasted. Highly recommended restaurant if you're craving to eat Filipino foods and you are in the Etobicoke area
My husband and I used Hangouts for our wedding this past September! It was a Filipino-style wedding with approximately 80 guests in The Chariot Eventspace! Ms. Faye and her team were great! Ms. Faye coordinated with us via email and text message leading up to the event, and she accommodated and executed the dishes we ordered amazingly! Her setup was great, and all her staff members were so adaptable, positive, and served our guests to their hearts' content! Thank you so much for your service, Ms. Faye and Team Hangouts! Our family and friends have done takeout orders as early as a week after our wedding! We are definitely catering with you again!
Beware - they cancel whole UberEats orders if they're missing even just one dish (out of 3), so you could be waiting for nothing. It's also twice now where they didn't remove unavailable items from their online menu, which resulted in cancellations that they don't notify you about at all. This poor customer service practice is apparently a best practice for this restaurant. I've given them so many chances, but it's always been a letdown. Just move on to another place.
The food is very delicious, every serving worth it. The service is great. Atmosphere is nice but kinda noisy but it's fine.
Good food and friendly staff. The price is decent. The place inside is not that spacious l like if you want to dine in.. but great for take outs and also, they have uber eats! 😻 ...and they also sell balikbayan boxes
Ordered through uber eats. Craving filipino food, I decided to give it a try. While waiting for my food i went on google, and I was worried that the portions were going to be small... but mine was in regular takeout containers filled nicely. They informed me they were out of cassava cake, so I was able to edit my order. Tried their ube turon, which I thought was a nice twist.
My cravings for Filipino food satisfied. Everything is delicious and the serving is a lot. Will definitely order again here! 😋 Bagnet Kare-Kare & Leche Flan 💯💯
We were excited to try out this Filipino restaurant but were let down. The pork stew was bland and the fried eggplant egg was also bland and soggy. The bbq pork wasn’t crispy but perhaps due to the delivery. The beef stew was delicious. Sadly, quantities were extremely small. Eg The beef stew was $14 for 8 small, thin strips in a shallow palm-sized container. A $60 bill for four small containers of food is a shame; sadly we will not be reordering from Hang-Outs.
Feels like home eating and speaking pinoy here. Panalo dinuguan. Thank you.
If this place used less salt in their cooking, it would be so much better
They give you 3 mini sausages and 3lbs of rice what a joke
Nice and great taste of foods, everything was newly cooked.
I asked for utensils but none came with order, how am i suppose to eat my food?
Service is so nice!! People are kind! The puto cheese is so soft and pillowy.
Ordered hotsilog on ubereats, which they advertised as tender juicy. It was not tender juicy. Disappointed.
Ordered a big catering order from here for 12:00pm. Called the restaurant at 12:15pm wondering where my delivery was at and they totally forgot about it, saying it was waiting at the restaurant and that they thought it was meant for pick-up....when I had paid a deposit and paid extra for delivery. Food arrived an hour late, and then delivery person called me asking for help.. Also, Kare-Kare went bad the very next morning..Not a good experience. Not an organized business. Would not recommend for your catering needs.
Good!
MUST TRY! Friendly staff, accommodating and fast service. Great option of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Food is good n price is reasonable

Food are delicious Vegetarian options: Pakbet Parking: Parking are ok
2024 Update after giving it another try... the restaurant is really dirty, compared to other Asian restaurants. Dry tapsilog, rubbery. Lomi is bland. Then plastic cutlery even dine in, even in disposable plastic bowls. Price is similar to other restaurants but not worth it. Why cant Filipinos raise their quality? Previous review 2022: Many items on the Menu, many are also unavailable. The arroz caldo, very salty. Since there was only a little, I took hopia ma already made. Dry dry and tasteless. Oatmeal
One day theyll marinate the tapislog properly the next day its not marinated at all. Pretty weird
The place was welcoming and the food was fresh.
Food was yummy and service was amazing, highly recommend!
Affordable food and Friendly Staff
Food taste Good!
Food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly.
Food was hot and fresh. Staff was very welcoming.
I order chicken mami soup but i was so dissapointed, I waited one hour and it was still sick to eat but when the orders came, this one didnt have any soup and the other one only had two spoons of soup.
They have delicious meal, good costumer service and friendly staff. Would recommend them to my other friends
Title: A Hang Out Restaurant That Satisfies Cravings! Rating: Review: I recently visited the Hang Out Restaurant and it was amazing! The Dinakdakan and Best Litsong Kawali were absolutely delicious and satisfied my cravings. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. I cant wait to go back for more!
Terrible all around. Ruined Christmas Eve dinner. This isnt Filipino food.
We order crispy baby lechon. The skin is like rubber and it s too salty. I had one bite. It s awful.. tasted like the whole pork were soaked in salt. When we paid the balance through interact, they charged us $10 extra. They said, if it s cash, then there s no $10 charge . It would be nice if we were given a heads up then we can bring cash. It s bad business practice .why would you charge your customers $10 when paying interact ??? It s not about the $10, it s the principle .
Food was spoilt
Charged me with the item they cancelled. Then I ordered again. The lechon kawali tasted old and not crunchy
I highly recommend the chicken inasal it was very well marinaded and seasoned, and it was perfectly cooked. It went very well with the spiced vinegar that was provided.
Nope. Please. If I could rate them below zero I would. Small servings, food isn t tasty at all. Tipid po and walang lasa. I will not order from this place again. Go somewhere like B s Kitchen, but don t ever ever go order at this place. I couldn t digest their food. I wasted $60 on this!
The food was delicious and the owners & the employee are friendly and helpful
I like all their menus and very reasonable prices.
We had lunch with my family and the food was super delicious .
Moms taste
We dine in here with my family and friends and the customer service is excellent and the food is very delicious. Feel like home of their delicious food. Sure i will be coming to this place more often.
Good food and price. Lots of authentic options
Yummy Filipino dishes! The staff were very friendly and interactive. I enjoyed the menudo and I really like the turon (they added ube inside which was delicious). Will eat here again.
Vegetarian options: Amazing food
Good food and friendly stuff
The food is wonderful and the staff are so sweet and nice and friendly!
Amazing service. This restaurant cooks some of the best quality food but what makes them stand out is that they always give you a very large portion of food and the quality of the food really makes it feel like true authentic Asian cuisine, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone whos looking for a great Asian cuisine spot!!! Management if youre reading i would like to thank you and all your current staff. Keep up good work I recommend your place to all my friends and family and anyone who is unsure. go for it! You will not be disappointed!!!
Very good restaurant i enjoy ther menu specially the pork barbecue and chicken skewers, and the noodles pancit plus the banana q , plus the staff is very friendly

I love it
The food are all tasty and yummy. The ingredients of each menu are right. Mouth watering and the taste you will always crave for. Taste like home. Staffs are very warm and welcoming .
Foods are yummy and the employees are goods
Great place to hangout with your family Parking: No problem
the desserts were dry and not at all what it s supposed to be
My girlfriend and I got the couples boodle fight platter, we loved every item on the dish!
Very nice Philippine cuisine. The girls here are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place if you need catering for work/family gatherings.
The food here tastes better than other filipino restaurants that Ive been, and it is very ilocano, which makes me smile and reminds me of home
Good service , great food , Amazing vibe
Food is delicious and serving is generous. Owner and staff are friendly and attentive. Wide selection of Filipino food and desserts. We will definitely come back to try their other foods!!
Warm service, and inviting ambiance. A must-visit for authentic dishes. Highly recommend!
Little to no selection when I went there. Unfortunately the food was also very subpar and the kitchen/serving area was a mess.
Traveled from California to Niagara, and now, traveling through Toronto all the way to Quebec. Our Filipino family of nine was craving Filipino food and Hang-Outs was very accommodating! Excellent hours and outstanding service; they really made sure our experience was wonderful. The atmosphere felt like home and the conversations with the staff were great; they offered great recommendations for when visiting the city! We ordered sinigang baboy, the party boodle fight platter, and pancit! It was all so delicious, 10/10 recommend.
Recently ordered 60 lumpia for a work event and ordered day of. They had no issue full filling the order and the lumpia were delicious and a hit with my coworkers. We will definitely be ordering from them again!
Excellent food and service. Highly recommended. Authentic Filipino flavours.
If I could place 0 star I have to, but sadly I can t. I was craving for Lechon paksiw, sisig and tapsilog so I decided to drop by and order. But I was upset upon tasting it. The serving amount looks fair but the taste is bad. Their tapsilog is too sweet that makes me wonder if they know really how to cook tapsilog. There Lechon paksiw also is surprisingly un acceptable taste that it has a taste of an oregano. What kind of Lechon Paksiw is that. Their sisig is not properly cooked it is (malansa in tagalog). They have a special palabok called yet it s not really special the toppings are just 4 pcs of shrimp, egg and green spring onions there is no even chicharon on it. The only menu I like in them is the Dinuguan and Pork Humba(it s an adobo with black beans) it s my first time eating Pork Humba but I like it s taste the pork is very Tender. But aside from those 2 dishes I don t like their other dishes. It s a waste of money to eat in their.
Super friendly staff, would come again!
Authentic filo food and everything is fresh
My son just returned from the Philippines and was craving for some chicken adobo and some turon. Hangouts was delicious! Will definitely try again Food
Great food. My favorite place to go.
One of the best Filipino restaurants in the GTA!!! The food is next level *chef s kiss*
Staffs are friendly and good service
Food is NOT Good ! Pancit palabok is just watery orange sauce with nothing in it No taste! Cheese Puto so dry taste weird , taste like nail polish
Food was absolutely delicious!! Service was the best. The portions were extremely generous and the prices were incredible!! We ll be back for sure!!
Best filipino food in town !!!
$15 for a scoop of rice and dried out pork
We love their Cochinillo! Cooked well and so delicious to the last bone.
Ruined our New Years Eve celebration by ordering Conchinillo na overcooked. Dry at mapait. Aware na may burned na conchinillo pero binenta pa din. It was my mistake that I trusted this restaurant. Paid in full as soon as we placed the order tapos parang galit pa ata sila na may nagrereklamo. Unproffessional.
it is not crunchy and very thin , not worth it, i paid $300 . maalat pa xa ... hindi xa masarap . definitely not to buy again :( so much disappointed
Terrible service. Placed an order on Uber Eats for pick up. After 45 minutes when I arrived to pick my order I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes as they were busy . Staff were unapologetic and dismissive. Will NEVER order again from here.
I ordered though Uber Eats and the food was not great. The fried rice with my Bangsilog tasted like old reused oil. Tortang Talong was too oily. The Beef Calderata was cold (almost like frozen) and had uncooked veggies added on top it (what was that?). Halo-halo is too pricy because it did not have enough ingredients. I m really disappointed. Ps: the picture of the Calderaeta was taken after I mixed it already. I wished I had captured what it looked like when the first time I opened it.
I ordered large pancit bihon yesterday and the food was spoiled! Pains po. And aside from that half of the tray was floated of oil. My goodness! We ended up throwing it in the garbage. I was so disappointed. Sayang ang pera. Beware It s not even a deep large tray! Paying $85 is not worth it. I just wasted my money. I m so sorry I m not going to recommend this place and won t be going back anymore again. Lessons learned- read Google Review before placing order. Also, I wish i took a picture before we threw the food away.
My fiancé got food from here for take out , it was chicken adobo and soup ( mami ) The adobo doesn t taste good , the mami soup was so salty , I was only able to eat 2 spoon and then had to throw it out , and it was two small container , just wasted . We will never go back to this place to buy any kind of food !
Its Excellent for me and the food so yummy
