Good ol reliable cafeteria. I love the free coffees as an IKEA family member.

They ran out of fries, poutine and mashed potatoes and had no signage or anything advising of that. So you had to stand in line for 15 minutes only to find out once you get there. Paid for the usual price and only got two sides of veggies. If they informed customers on the screens/boards beforehand it would not have been so annoying

I have come to this location for years. Customer service is poor as it is hard to find someone to get some assistance, it feels that as customers we need to know everything to buy without help. The food here is great. One perk I like is that if you are a member you get complimentary coffee. Parking: If you go below ground you can get covered parking.

What kind of breakfast starts at 10 am most people eat lunch at 12 that s so that s two hours after breakfast lol most ridicules timing ever. I do not recommend it

IKEA is my go-to place for both shopping and dining. The food is always fresh and delicious, never dry. I especially love browsing the As-Is section for unique local finds at great prices. The recent renovations have made it even easier to locate everything I need. Don t miss out on their breakfast it s a fantastic way to start your shopping trip on the weekend!

We have a great experience here and I will make my return. Try to register in advance to be ikea member to unlock member benifit. It is recommended to go on Thurday as it has a good deal there.

Even without that 50% off promo for Thursday Ikea food is reasonably priced for the portion and what you get. With that promo on Thursday it just hits different. Only thing Id recommend is if youre going to get the salmon ask for mashed potatoes or fries instead of those mixed veggies it came with. Some snow peas were burnt and it gave a bad flavour. Other than that it was flavorless anyways. Definitely recommend the meat balls and fish and chips. Dont forget the free coffee with the membership.

Maybe is just that time but they didnt have system to pay with card, but the store was able to pay with card, I totally understand that prioritize the store is something good, but rejecting customers just because of the situation is a bad strategy, other contingency plans should be pit in place

Getting food and being able to sit to eat chewy hot dogs is one thing. Shopping in store and getting attitude for politely asking about the readied order is unbelievable. There are no instructions on my receipt to interpret the order numbers and then one printed display doesnt refer to receipts. Not being there when the number is called out seems immaterial given that Im feeding my family at the store. Did I inconvenience the staff? Does it really warrant attitude?

We had Swedish Meatballs that came with mashed potatoes and peas, Macaroni salad, mushroom soup, carrot cake, poutine and cheese cake. The food was delicious and we, a family of 3, loved every bit of it. The price was nominal and the service was great. It was 4 PM but the time we got to the restaurant and it was still crowded, but there was enough space to be seated. Vegetarian options: Veg alternatives for meatballs was in the menu though we didnt try it.

Cockroach near the food, no bread amd nobody cares, the guy with the fries lift the bowls with food and leave it on the fries for the customers. This will most probably be my last time eating in canadian ikea. P.s. I didnt come here for the prices, I do it cuz I am from Europe and ikea is one of the few brands that I recognize, I come here for the lols, but there is a limit for being irresponsible on your job. You work with food, please keep it clean.

Typical IKEA. Food is decent and service is good. I just wish people would spend the time in line to decide what they want to eat instead of waiting to get to the front. Also if you are ordering for more than 3 people bring a cart or other people to help you carry the food. Stop being stupid.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to the IKEA restaurant left me dissatisfied due to a hygiene issue. I found a HAIR in between the scoop of mashed potatoes, which was quite unpleasant. The staffs response was swift- It s in the air, we can offer you something else from the store but the overall experience has left me hesitant about returning.

We dont miss eating there everytime we go to ikea. Food is just great and healthy too, there is ample and clean space to and enjoy tasty food.

Went in today to have plant based meat balls as I usually order because I dont eat pork, and having a food restriction I would consider very serious its beyond disappointing when they dont realize how important it is to make sure you dont get them mixed up. I ordered the plant based and there was a Swedish meatball mixed in it, when I took a bite and realized I felt really sick to my stomach I let the staff know and they said oh Im terribly sorry. I couldnt even believe that they didnt rush to the tray to look and say hey maybe we should remove this because this is unacceptable. What they asked me is what could I do for you, do you want a replacement? How could I have possibly ate more. They didnt even refund my whole bill, they only refunded the plant/meat balls. What a disgrace, I definitely wont be eating here again.

Look, admittedly, Im not much for cafeteria style dining, but youre not coming there for the ambiance. Its the fact that fing IKEA - I.K.E.A. - HAS GOOD FOOD thats mind-blowing, and at decent prices. Lingonberry freakin everything. Get it. The meatballs are a must, the salmon is pretty darn good, and the fsh&chps is frankly terrific. Go during off-peak - we used to take the babies on weekdays, weekends can be a bit peoply (okay, waaaaay too crowded) and make sure you grab an extra entree or two to try, as the plates can be on the medium size. May I suggest the veggie medallions? I am a caaaaarnivoooore par excellence, but I actually crave those little roundels of taste (with hollandaise! Do it). Det är god mat - Swedish for its good food.

Nice restaurant and great food. Very very cheat prices. However, the portions are small. Despite that, you could pay half youd pay at say McDonalds to get the same amount of food. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options such as the veggie balls, salads.

I went to the restaurant at 6pm, because ( End of the day) 1- The mood for the workers and their attitude was rude 2- Fish & chips most the weekend ( run out ) 3 - The white rice so cold 4- They stopped the sparkling water machine and all other machines at 6:30, and still ppl are eating and they have around 15 table and ppl around 45, i went to call the restaurant manger and complain, because they should wait the customer finish their food and then start closing, then the manager opened for me one kind of drink, and you can see in the video how the ppl coming for asking more drinks !

You can never go wrong with a classic IKEA breakfast! What more can you ask for for $3.99 - eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and toast! Kids breakfast for $1.99 and comes with a juice or milk! 2 pancakes for $0.99! Hot dogs for $1.00, ice cream for $2.00 ($1.50 for kids). This place is perfect for quick and cheap eats with the family...period. Parking: Lots of Family Friendly parking spaces close to the entrance! Kid-friendliness: Even if youve got picky kids when it comes to eating, you arent spending a ton of money so you dont feel like youre wasting money if they dont eat all of their food. Just keep in mind that they dont offer take-out. Kids wont be bored either as they have some interactive stations for kids to play with and theres plenty of seating available!

A standard Ikea store in the region. Decent size with 2 levels, a cafeteria, and a marketplace. As usual, there is a long lineup at the cafeteria in busy hours.

Ikea never disappoints.

Their food offerings and overall quality have gone significantly down in the last year. The veggie balls meal used to come with seasoned rice and a side along with a delicious Chipotle sauce. All you get now is plain rice with pumpkin sauce (yuck). Their samosas are also much worse now. No point coming in just to get a cheap meal.

IKEA serves the best cheap breakfast in the area. However the choice is limited to either bacon or sausage links. There s currently no vegetarian breakfast option, unlike their lunch/dinner selection of vegetarian or planter based options. All hot breakfast comes with a scoop of scrambled eggs, fried potato cubes and a piece of garlic toast. Pancakes are 2 for $3, decent value. Self serve hot water or coffee station after the cash register. It loses one star as the tables are only occasionally cleaned and the are always stains on the metal cutlery.

I love coming to Ikea and stopping here to eat. Food is pretty good and the main courses are very reasonably priced, even in this hyper-inflated day. Meatballs are always my go-to, but the veggie mix is pretty awful unless you just love the taste of frozen veggie mix. Salt is required to make it edible, but still not good. Maybe skip them and ask for more mash. Got a poutine last time I went and it was absolutely swimming in gravy not my thing. Theres a balance! The customer can always ask for another ladle if they want more. Service is generally good, though they are often pretty busy so I understand if they are a bit rushed-feeling.

Great quality food for a cheap price, ordered Swedish meatballs (mash potatoes were nicely seasoned), haddock and chips (haddock was light and flakey), samosa, garlic toast and cheesecake was all just 30.00, not much good fountain drinks to pick from. Seats and tables were clean and cutlery was clean.

I wish I had ordered the meatballs! In line I saw an appealing picture of New! Butter Chicken served with rice and naan. When it was my turn to order I couldnt see the dish - it was about 8 feet further down the very crowded line, but ordered it based on the photo. What a disappointment. The butter chicken was really, really poor quality. The chicken was that reconstituted compressed jelled chicken-like substance cut into slices with fake grill marks. It was NOT the chunks of fresh chicken breast shown in the photo. The rice was a gooey overcooked mush containing overcooked peas and carrots, NOT the spread of white, fluffy basmati-looking rice in the picture. The sauce was luke-warm generic jarred butter chicken sauce. Stick to the meatballs.
