First visit yesterday and it was wonderful! Will be back soon.

My favorite store, bar none! Basically I come here once or twice a week. Not only are the quality of the raw materials very good, the taste is great, and the prices are very reasonable, but more importantly, the lady boss and the boss are very enthusiastic. I especially like their stir-fried yellow throat, fresh squid with chives, stewed beef brisket, pot-roasted pork, pig trotters... If you are in a hurry, I highly recommend their beef noodles, they are very delicious!

The braised beef noodles are very salty and the soup feels like boiled meat soy sauce soup. The beef itself is quite fragrant, but also too salty. Ice powder is okay. The place is quite small, but you dont have to wait long to be seated. Good parking.

Its amazing and fresh foods

Its like walking on the streets of Japan. When you are tired, you go into a small shop to rest your feet and rest your stomach. Unexpectedly, you encounter a craftsman restaurant. Dishes and drinks all have the original taste of food, allowing our taste buds, which have been stimulated by technology and ruthless life for a long time, to return to their original state. The environment is very good, you can sit down and enjoy the temptation of delicious food. I strongly recommend the boss to open multiple chain stores for drinks such as sour plum soup and corn juice and spread them throughout the Greater Toronto Area. This kind of drink without additives is really delicious. The boss s attention is all in the details, which is great!

This restaurant is so comfortable to eat, the environment is good, the boss personally serves the food, asks the guests what they like to eat, and cooks according to the guests preferences. The ingredients are fresh and the bamboo shoots are very tender. I asked where I bought them and it turns out they were shipped by air. The pickled pepper beef is very fragrant and the XO sauce is a perfect match with the steamed buns. Can you open a branch in Mississauga?

We chanced upon this little gem on the way back from Niagara Falls. The decor is simple but clean & neat with some homely touches. The food was simply awesome, we ordered 6 dishes and all of them were great. The bamboo shoots (airshipped from China) was as good as anything we have tasted recently. The portion was generous and prices very reasonable. Our only regret was not able to try more dishes from the extensive menu. Highly recommended!

Very cute, homey and tidy restaurant with tasty food. None unnecessary seasoning is added and every dish amplifies the original flavor of the ingredients. Noodles are handmade as well.

Very homey spot that gives you a taste of authentic home cooked meals! Chef/owner is a nice lady that reminds me of a friend s mom. Very passionate about her cooking, the ingredients she uses, and getting rich flavors without using MSG. I highly recommend this place whether you re just looking for a bowl of soupy noodles or a few homey family style dishes paired with rice!

My family and I traveled to Toronto last summer, and we dined at this restaurant. It was incredibly delicious, and we frequented it whenever possible. We even brought two other families with us. Today, my 10-year-old daughter asked if I still remembered the restaurant and the appetizer made of fried lotus root with meat inside. Despite being a picky eater, she adores the cuisine there!

By far the best take out we have ever had! The place itself is super clean, great decorations, extremely friendly staff and the food was DELICIOUS! We plan on going back when we are back in town.

I ordered a Beef Noodle Soup. It tastes very good and will visit it again . Parking: A large parking outside the restaurant, easy for parking.

Ordered the signature braised beef noodle. The aroma and the big amount of beef chunks immediately caught my attention. The beef was tender and cooked to perfection, and the broth was rich and flavorful, with a hint of spice that added just the right amount of kick. The noodles were also cooked perfectly, and more chewy than I tried in any other Chinese restaurant. Its a really authentic Chinese dining experience.

Delicious Chinese food in a warm place. Best Braised beef noodle .

I recently visited master cooking house and was blown away by the taste of the food. Every dish was a feast for the senses, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Firstly, the appetizers were fantastic. The deep fried squid was crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. The dipping sauce was a great complement, adding a tangy and slightly spicy kick. For my main course, I ordered the beaf noodle and the deep fried wuhan lotus roots flip and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with each ingredient complementing the other. The beaf soup was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was spot-on. The sides that came with the dish were also exceptional. The was creamy and rich, while the fried Chinese cabbage was light and refreshing. To finish off the meal, I ordered the sichuan ice jelly and it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. The dessert was rich and indulgent, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, the taste of the food at master cooking house was excellent. Each dish was perfectly spiced , cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a delicious meal.

I recently visited this restaurant and so happy with this new place. Wonderful decor with lovely plants. I tried the beef noodle, it was absolutely amazing. The broth was rich of flavour and the beef was so tender and juicy. I also tried the fish dish, the fish was fresh and the sauce was the perfect, not too spicy. Highly recommend and definitely come again!

Amazing authentic food. A very balanced taste. I would come again anytime. I recommend the wontons. The only issue is that there aren t a proper portion size and give a warning about how big the portions are. The noodle portions were so big that I had to waste some .

I crave their house special noodles all the time and so glad to have this restaurant close to my work. The owner is very friendly and passionate about her cooking - she makes everything in house! (Chinese pickles, hot sauce, etc.) and everything tastes authentic and yummy. She also mentioned that lots of ingredients are organic which is awesome to know that I am intaking quality nutrients.

Our group was warmly received and seated in the cozy, fresh and cute restaurant. The owners took the time tom explain the different dishes and answer any questions. Every one enjoyed their meals and we were all blown away by the fresh, tasty and distinct home made beverages... Who knew Corn could be an amazing beverage! I enjoyed the S3 Chefs signature need noodle and shared a spicy calamari appetizers. The food was amazing and an amazing introduction to Northern Chinese cuisine. I am looking forward to trying the Spicy Pork Hawk, and their noodle soups. Parking: large mall with plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: very accessible washroom, have never seen a beautiful and accessible washroom in an Asian restaurant. It was modern with automated doors and safety buttons.

Coworker introduced me to this place that just opened, went with a group yesterday, and loved the experience! Food was great, cute, clean atmosphere, service was fantastic! I got the braised beef noodles, which was pretty mild but had deep flavour, which is what I really liked. Already telling others about it, and will be coming back for more!

This has easily become my favourite lunch spot near work. The noodles are delightful, the service is very fast, and the owners are very sweet and friendly. I intend to come here frequently.

I m having mixed feelings about this place after I tried it for dinner; not sure if I should leave 2 or 3 stars, maybe 2.5? Atmosphere wise, it s very clean and the plants are definitely really nice visually so I felt really comfortable! Food wise though I thought appetizers were ok but mains were really really really salty. Maybe it s just a personal preference but oh wow I don t remember the last time I had something that salty. I had high hopes after seeing the reviews so I ordered a lot and while I usually take out leftover items, this time I didn t finish a single dish and didn t pack up leftovers

Master Cooking House definitely doesnt cook your Panda Express Chinese food. The food here is authentic to China and is what really good traditional Chinese food should taste like. Tried their sweet & sour pork dish and their general tso chicken, and found them very enjoyable and delicious. The dining interior was simple, modern, clean and pleasant. The staff were attentive, and polite.

Must-order short-flavored pork belly and passion fruit lemon tea. The portions of dishes and noodles are large, and the store is clean and tidy. The plaza where it is located has a lot of parking spaces, which is very convenient.

loving the dry noodles and the lotus pocket! ordered it on fantuan, thought it was gonna be all stick together, turns out the dry noodles tastes better when its not freshly hot, perfect texture at that point. lotus pocket was definitely the highlight. super rich shrimp paste inside of lotus with golden crispy outer layer becomes the best side dish to pair with! will order again!

I visited twice this month. The food never disappointed me. The owner/chef paid attention to the details. There was no MSG in the food, which is always good. I gave four-star to the food because I think there is always room to improve.

Had lunch today at this place. The food just like home made dishes, delicious, healthy, no MSG. There are two fresh flowers beside my table, I guess those may be from the owners garden. I would like to come back again.

I had a very good dinner at Cooking House last Thursday. The restaurant is amazing: cozy and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful plants, good service ,delicious dishes. We order 4 dishes and 2 drinks. All dishes was expertly prepared, The chefs use fresh ingredients and MSG free. The portions were generous, We ate a lot and ended up taking some leftovers home too. I will definitely go back soon.

A cute cozy Chinese restaurant found within the plaza. Has nice modern decor with lots of plants. The plates and utensils are nice too. Food came out at decent times and there s a variety of dishes offered. There s even desserts here too! The noodles are good option to have for lunch and or dinner. They also have dishes that are good for sharing with friends and family.

Walking into this place it was very ascetic and welcoming. With such lovely and peaceful music with great customer service. Finally the food was on point and amazing with such taste at the top of you tongue.

Beef noodle is good, taste very homey and healthy, which I very much like. But overall portion is too small for the price, could be more generous.

The beef noodles were delicious, and the other things I tried were good too. The flavors were exactly to my tastes. I recommend their ume plum juice, it helps with digestion. Everything felt fresh and good quality, and the restaurant was comfortable and clean. I ll definitely be coming back.

DELICIOUS food and very friendly staff!

The perfect place to rest and refuel. The staff are friendly and quick with orders. The decor is quaint and cute, and the interior is extremely clean. The food is delicious and fresh, and the portions are generous. Would def return and try more dishes!

Cozy place with friendly staff. The food has quality ingredients and the flavor is good. Interesting take on ordering - you scan a QR code and the menu appears on your phone. You can make your selection and it is sent directly to the kitchen. There is also a menu behind the cash register.

The beef jerky (original taste) was bland and tasted not fresh (although pricey!). The appetizer lotus root sandwich was ok and the noodles tasted yummy, very good. We ordered one appetizer one beverage one main dish (beef jerky) and four bowls of noodles. Average $30-40 per person. Overall good experience and I would come back for the noodles.

This is my first time visiting. Honestly, there is no surprise on the menu. The food is just average and the varities are regular. The only surprise could be that the price is on the high side in terms of food quality and portion. It is a small restaurant managed by the owner. Service is warm and friendly. However, of the same price, I could have similar food cuisine with authentic feel and taste.

Like some previous postings, the food is highly priced for what it is and the portions are average to small. I ve definitely tasted better at a way lower price point. Friendly service though!

Loved the spicy chicken cartiledge. I ate half of it before I remembered to take a picture. The ginger beef with brocolli was a bit too gingery for me. Popcorn chicken tasted great. Braised beef noodle soup was super delicious. The fried rice was expensive for ham and frozen veg. The shrimp in it was big but few for the price. Overall, 5 stars for cleanliness, freshness and prompt service. Would definitely be back if we are in the neighbourhood.

Very rarely I gave such high review to a restaurant. Master cooking house exceeded all my expectations. The signature noodle is hands down the best noodle I have had in Toronto. I have been going there three times a week now. Also their washroom is cleaner than my bedroom. My only suggestion would be try not to have too many different variety of dishes but really try to perfect a few.

A friend recommended this restaurant and I ate there three times in the past two weeks. The beef noodle pot and pork buns are very addictive. The store is very clean and tidy. There is no specific cuisine. There are all kinds of cuisines from the southeast to the northwest.

Came here on a Friday night for dinner. The place was empty and we were the only customers. I like the decor and ambiance, very clean with green plants everywhere. We wanted to test out the food here because we heard they serve healthy food without MSG. You know its legit when they serve a jar of warm lemon water. From Chinese medicine perspective, cold beverages are unhealthy. As for the food, we ordered the beef soup noodles and pork belly rice dish. Starting with the soup broth, its not bad, beef was tender in general. Is it the best beef noodles Ive had? No, but thats likely because they dont add any taste enhancers which is a bonus. For the pork belly dish, its tasty and flavorful. In a nutshell, the food is decent for a home cooked style meal. Good option for folks looking for healthy menu options.

This restaurant hosts a humble but well decored interior. I ordered the S1 braised beef noodles and was satisfied at the quality: the noodles were handmade and bathed in a rich authentic broth, accompanied by tender braised beef and greens. The portion was nothing to scoff at either, I was well full by the time I finished. If you are a fan of soup noodles I would highly recommend you give this place a try.

The food is delicious, the boss is very hospitable and enthusiastic, there are many homemade delicacies, pigs trotters are my favorite, their waiters name is Didi, she is a pistachio, so cute.

Came here for lunch after seeing this place on instagram. Small place with cute decor. They offer warm water for the weather. Ordered couple signature noodle soups, a bowl of fish ball in soup, as well as a plate of fried lotus roots. First thing I notice is the soups are quite refreshing. For some, it might even be bland, but for me the flavours are good. Drank all of it and not even feeling thirsty after. The noodles arent made in-house, but they are still nice and chewy. Not over-cooked, and retains texture even after taking pictures for 5 minutes. The braised beef and sliced beef are also very tender. The fish ball soup is fantastic, and a good bowl of soup to share. Bit pricy but maybe the balls themselves are expensive. The lotus roots really stood out. From the outside, they just look like theyre battered and fried like any other tempura, but when you bite into it youll find that theres shrimp paste as well. The menu is fairly extensive so definitely lot of options to try for repeat visits. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on the same floor
