Mary Brown’s Express in Etobicoke

Worst service ever. My food sat in the shelf for 5 minutes before they finally gave it to me. Then I had to ask for the pop and sauces that I ordered. Then had to ask for napkins and a straw. They said it was in the bag and it wasn't. Then they wouldn't give me a straw. Told me to go get it myself!! And they overcharge at this location. They need to have good service to match.

I'm a newfoundlander, I've had Mary Browns everywhere. This is the most pathetic order I've ever had. Service was fine for the Mary had no chicken lol like a junior mcchicken has more. There was nothing "big" about this. If Mary saw this she would board up the windows

The food was hot and fresh, ordered the Big Mary and Tater Poutine combo, it was a little pricey, but to be expected in an express location within the Casino.

Expensive, but very good.

Food and service were ok. Prices seem to be at a bit of a premium at this location. Also they don’t serve their Famous Fried Chicken as it’s an Express location that only offers Sandwiches and Tenders.

Very disappointed with this location. Always love Mary browns, they are the best chicken in Canada... but this one is terrible. The chicken was very greasy. The potatoes were also very greasy and undercooked. Well not be returning to this location.

Indian employees don’t know how to speak and or understand English. Got something that I didn’t order and they refused to take it back and change it.

Melissa A served us as our cashier. Amazing service, what a wonderful person. Good food, great little place for a bite.
