Spicy salmon bowl is so good! I eat here alot! It s good value. You get a drink and side with your bowl. It s always fresh, healthy and always tasty.

Horrible customer service

Ordered twice from this location and both times I got the fresh salmon bowl with mixed green and brown rice. It was a hefty portion and the all the ingredients tasted very fresh. The amount of sauce on the other hand is far too much for me. The first time I got it with the unagi tare and all the rice was drenched in the sauce even till when I was done there is at least 4-5 tablespoons of sauce left which made the bowl very salty. This time I got it with no sauce and just drizzled some soy sauce that I have at home and it tasted much better.

Only girl I liked here is gone now and quit! Tonight I ordered my usual tofu bowl and now I m nauseous and have stomach pain. I feel awful after eating from here! Never again. Place has gone down in quality and sizing as well. Horrible poke bowls!

I was going to order from here but once I learned its pet friendly and dogs are allowed inside when someone orders takeout was enough to change my mind. Unhygienic and fur and dander are airborne. Pass

Ordered the steak poke and it was overly hot and spicy . Asked for rice and got salad . Still tasted good but wasn t what i was looking for - will try one more time

Just terrible

Ive ordered from here a couple of times and they are consistently bad. The Big island was around 16$ and all it had was rice. A couple of pieces of fish thats it! Its ridiculous to call this a Poke bowl!

Poor presentation and very stingy with the toppings. The taste was ok, but Im still feeling pretty hungry after finishing the meal sized portion. Service was fast at least, but wouldnt recommend or return.

Dear Establishment, please let me know when you stop giving out such measly portions. I thought the first time was a fluke, but the next two times I ordered had the same skimpy portions of salmon/tuna. Also, please make sure to cook the rice. The last time I ordered it was really mushy. I really like the other Ono Poke Bars on St. Clair and in Liberty Village. I am really disappointed with this location. Its close to me, but its definitely worthwhile to order from the farther locations or somewhere else.

I was planning to dine in but I think their AC is not working the entire store is hot and have bugs flying around, the environment definitely needs some improvements.The food taste fine but it s overpriced as the size it comes with . Plus horrible customer service, he seems very unpleasant and I heard he yelling at Uber drivers.

I usually shop at DT branch, and it s my first time shop at this branch. There is nothing can compare with DT branch, the food is not fresh at all. They also don t offer free drink but DT branch do. Please avoid this branch at you all cost.

Barcode sticker was found in my poke bowl - only noticed after I started eating and had to spit it out - disgusting!!!!

The person making food was nice and the food was so good! I enjoyed the food a lot and went back to get a bowl for my partner too. I realizd late that there was pineapple in the bowl for my partner, which she doesnt like, and the person serving me was happy to remove it and replace it still. Thanks very much!! :3

The poke bowl was really small for the price and lacked flavour. There was barely any salmon which was disappointing. Can t speak on service and atmosphere because the order was through Uber eats but I definitely would not re-order.

I love this place. Food is fresh, made to your liking, or order one of their classic bowls. The tuna and salmon are fresh. Ive had poke at other places, where the tuna and salmon has been tasteless. Service is great. Friendly staff, answered all of my queries. Its quite a trek for me, but worth the drive!

Got the salmon bowl with white rice, good value for money.

Friendly staff and fresh ingredients but why is the rice unseasoned? There was furikake but no vinegar. Also, there was barely any difference between the snack size and the regular size, portion-wise and price-wise. Would probably come back for another try.

I have visited this location twice now and both meals were disappointing. The first bowl was sloppy and presentation was unappealing and the 2nd visit, the server threw it together with little regard for presentation that she missed adding the firukake and pineapple to this signature bowl. I would recommend the Liberty Village location as you can watch them build your bowl and they do it with care.

Such a good spot for a quick bite. The service was fast and the food was fresh and delicious. Portion was exactly what youd expect and love that they work with charity. Salmon, tuna, you name it. Highlight on their sauces, I simply cannot get enough.

Tried this place several times now. Food looks nothing like the photos. The bowls are mostly filled with rice with a thin layer of the good stuff on top. Very disappointing and not worth the price in my opinion.

Pretty delicious and well priced. Rice was a bit underwhelming - for brown rice there wasnt much taste or texture difference from the white - but other ingredients were good.

Always unhappy and rude employees. Gave me bag with avocados in the handle. Food not very fresh anymore. Don t come here.

Horrible customer service. I complained about food being too salty. The grab salad was comprised of salt chips. It was literally 70 percent more than the crab meat. Crab meat looks expired. When you order from them, they dont look at requests. No utensils or no requested sauces.

Avoid this location and get it from the st.Clair location instead! Very small portion and their rice is stale.. I can pay the same amount but get way bigger portion and way fresher poke bowls from the other location.

I really enjoyed my chicken avocado poke bowl - surprised at the bad reviews. Yes the rice to toppings ratio was more than Id prefer, but overall nice taste, texture, temperature, was served quickly by two shy young ladies. For me the daily special ($12) is good value and included a drink.

got crunchy inedible rice with my poke bowl and on top of that put way too much of the spiciest sauce they had on the bowl instead of on the side like I asked :/. When I asked for compensation they refused and said I could just pay half for them to make it again. Disrespectful and definitely will not be returning.

Rice wasnt seasoned, its not sushi rice, just reg white rice. Other than that it wasnt a bad bowl.

I don t usually care to leave reviews but this was honestly one of the worst places i ve ever bought food from so here goes: Ordered the Torched Salmon and got food poisoning but not really surprised as there are flies everywhere inside including behind the counter in the kitchen/ food prep area - the table inside was also covered in dead flies that nobody bothered to clean. The bowl itself is mainly hard plain rice with only a few toppings - they are insanely stingy. In addition, they don t provide any sauces (including soy sauce) even though they have them there - you ll have to pay extra for it. The 2 girls working there were completely dismissive when we asked for anything (like forks) - it was so rude and annoying. Honestly this place was disgusting and the food was so bad we ended up throwing had of the bowl away (and that says a lot because i very rarely leave food). For what you get the prices are insane so if you re in the area do yourself a favour and go to the sushi place round the corner instead, or if you really want poke please go somewhere else. On a side note. there s a guy who lives around the area called Marco - if you sit by the water he might come up to you and speak to you and honestly he s the nicest guy. Truly hope he s having a great day.

Terrible customer service, expensive food and a rice bowl with 99% bland rice which isn t even sushi rice. It s also filthy inside - they should be shut down. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Went there on September 24, 2022 dinner time. My experience with Poke bowl is limited but comparing to Poke Co in Hamilton this Ono Poke place lacks flavor and fish portion. I am Taiwanese and have eaten lots of rice in my life. This place fails the very basic of Sushi rice. It is too wet !!! Any sushi or poke 101 is to make sure your rice is cooked well. I ordered Large. Rice portion is good but fish portion is not. They cut salmon way too small. I asked them to add Ponzu sauce and sesame oil in the bowl and felt like they could have put more. One thing I learned from a good Poke place is the amount of sauce and how they layer the sauce into the bowl instead of all at the top. It s little things like that that makes a bowl tastes good. I don t want all the sauce at the top and got overwhelmed with the first bite. I think you are supposed to layer it into the bowl or mix them up first. Another note, clean up the place a bit. Tidy up. Stuff sitting all in the kitchen area. The two ladies there seem new to me or under trained.

Honestly ask for your receipt because I paid with a 50.00 and got 26.00 back. This was after ordering the bowl of the day, normal size with no extra add ons. Maybe the worker took her own tip out. Ask for your receipt people! It may of been a one time thing, or they may be skimmer cash from cash paying customers.

This is the worst poke bar I have ever eaten at. The taro chip nachos is equally as bad as their poke bowls. Please, please improve your menu and make it taste good at least. I usually order from the Ono Poke Bar located at 100 western battery rd and their food is so good!

This was actually horrid. Stale rice, very fishy smelling salmon, soggy tamago, very stingy with the sauce. It was the worst poke bowl i have ever had.

Ono Poke Bar is ridiculously stingy! I ordered Ahi Tuna last night and when she handed the bag to me, it was super light, my bf took the bag and said the same thing. We got home and saw how PUNYYY it is and we just started laughing. When we buy from Freshii - we usually can share the bowl. But this salad from Ono Poke Bar was not even enough for me! Then to add to an insult, they gave dressing a quarter of that small container, so I pretty much ate it dry. It cost $13.56 and l had very few forkful. This store is way super stingy, its terrible! I dont recommend this place at all. Nov 30, 2022: Ordered again, got Taro Chips and its VERY VERY SALTY! They are salt happy there. Check out the photo I just uploaded. All that salt came out from just ONE CHIP! So ridiculous!!! UGH!
