Pita Land Shawarma - Rexdale in Etobicoke

Ordered two small wraps and it was really sad how little of every ingredient they put in. I was charged extra for black olives and jalapeños. They put in 3 maybe 4 pieces of each. I wouldn t pay $13 for this tiny wrap even after asking for more of every ingredient. It really felt like they were trying to put as little as possible with everything. Not worth it.

Ive been to a few pita land locations around the city and this one by far put the least amount of meat in my order. I dont appreciate this level of cheapness from a restaurant. Taste was good though but not sure Ill come back if they continue to be cheap with the amount of food :(

As a vegetarian I would say that the best part about falafel wrap is that it s loaded with flavours that are very exquisite and unique. I also tried their falafel wrap . It s next level of comfort food. I do like their garlic potatoes too they one in a kind Everyone should eat atleast once to experience the fresh herbs and spices

The chicken Sharwama was soo amazing and well spiced.i loved the presentation and the workers were soo nice and friendly .i will always recommend .its a 10/10 for me

Vegetarian options: It was my first time visiting Pita Land Rexdale location , I really liked the ambiance, the food and politeness. I ordered Tabouli, falafel wrap and some snacking which included falafel with their hummus was so good. I really liked the service offered by one of the guys whose name was Meet. He is really a hardworking person

I recently visited this pita land. I am vegetarian, I tried falafel wrap and it was really good. The staff is also friendly. The most important thing is that they really take care of the cleanliness. My experiences was awesome.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful. We got a lot of dishes as a group such as a wrap platter, garlic potato bowl, shawarma plate, and pita box. All were amazing, the pita box is perfect for take out and delicious. Shawarma plate was also loaded and came in a huge portion. I also tried the Godiva chocolate cake which was divine!!! Everything was fully customizable, fresh and warm, and they had great vegetarian options as well. Would love to come back for their poutine and their burgers next time

The Donaire meat was very dry and over cooked. The service was very good, however the location was very sketchy.

My boyfriend and I have been to this location numerous times. All of a sudden we started getting over charged for their food. I m not sure if this is the cashier s way of scamming us or trying to make their daily sales because it s always empty when we go. We used to pay $36 for two meals, and today my boyfriend went and he was being charged $58 for the same thing we usually get. NOT happy and will not be going back to this location again. The quality of the food has also significantly declined and they are usually understaffed as well. In response to restaurant owner: there is no copy of the receipt because my boyfriend did not go through with the purchase, because NO ONE in their right mind would. And it was an Indian woman who was cashing him out.

Meat was dry and hard to chew, terrible taste, will never come back and definitely won t recommend. I wish I checked rating before I enter. Restroom is very dirty also.

My girlfriend is very selective, this is one place that she enjoys. The flavours are fantastic and I haven t heard her complain. She loves the gyro poutine, the wraps and the lentil soup. I got her hooked and she does not mind goin back. A definite recommendation even for a vegetarian option

Ordered the large chicken shawarma wrap combo. It was outstanding. Huge wrap full off delicious shawarma prepared beautifully. Little crispy pieces in it. Came with a small absolutely delicious lentil soup and Diet Pepsi. All in $20. Highly recommend. Friendly staff and good music also.

Do not go here if you require gluten free. Not only did they not respond to multiple emails and phone calls requesting information regarding the gluten free options they are so proud of on their website, but when you get there they do not know what is gluten free or not. Company luncheon so I ordered a side of fries figuring that would be safe. They raised the concern about cross contamination in the oil, but totally missed the crispy coating on the fries which make them not gluten free. Now having some apple sauce I had in my desk. Thanks for nothing Pita Land.

The people that work here are very and generous if you ask them to add some more they will they also give a lot (plate deal) which is like 2 plate servings for me as I have a big appetite, try them out and support them since they could really use the support in this pandemic

Slow service via delivery app pick up. The two ladies working there are half a sleep. Also speak thier own language, which is never professional when youre on the clock. The gyro is basically GMO soy since my whole family got sick eating this trash.

I tried their shawarma on sticks and rice mix. The portion was very generous. I loved their service. There were 2 ladies named Payal and can t exactly recollect the other name. Finding a place to eat near the airport is crazy making. Found Pita Land after driving cir les looking Swiss Chalet. Popped in here and am very pleasantly surprised. Had a chicken shawarma bowl. Fresh and tasty.

One of the worst restaurants you can order from . I ordered close to lunch time 8 large sandwich combos...the bad review starts with giving a time for delivery through Uber eats which they didnt stick to. The driver arrived and they kept on postponing him. Following that, we ordered Falafel sandwich Wich no I e ended up eating after trying the other 2, beef kabob and chicken shawarma as they were super dry. The beef kabob was actually was just like dry rubber and was BLACK !! and on top of this they didnt stick to the toppings or sides. We also ordered two garlic potatoes sides which arrived oily and soggy. For a an order that exceeds a $150 , I would expect a decent sandwich to eat along with those.who ordered along This is the first and last time to order !!

I wish if someone could do an inspection at their kitchen. I was the unfortunate one who worked there for two weeks so hard and the owner lady didnt bother to pay me a single dollar. She claimed that it was training. I was new to Canada and definitely struggling. While working there, I personally witnessed how carelessly they were keeping cleaning liquid and mops near cooking area. The mop was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The total experience was such a trauma.

Pita Land. Chicken shawarma burger. Just washing out my previous not so happy experience at Pita Land, and this certainly did it . If youre bored of pita wraps, the burger in a brioche bun is a nice change. Higher calorie count though, FYI. The combo includes burger, chicken or gyro or falafel, with fries and a pop.
