Absolutely worse service.. no sense how to talk to a customer and obviously worse food quality. Hang on the Call when asked about the order which they cancelled for no reason.. I wish i could give them zero star.

I visited just a few minutes ago and had a mixed experience. There were two girls assisting customers. I was impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Shweta. I placed an order over the phone at 4 pm so that I wouldn t have to wait too long . First the girl on the phone said that order will be ready in 10 minutes. I reached there at 4.30 pm still the order wasn t ready. It was not big order it was very small order of veg pakora and bread pakora. Second thing when I was ordering I asked for samosa and the girl said we don t have samosas we only sell samosa chat. Which is very weird because if they don t sell samosas then what is the samosa chat made of. Even on their menu it says individual samosa $0.90 each. On their door they have menu that says the same.

Worst experience. Please people never go to this location. After waiting 1 nd half hours, served very cold food and sabji was microwaved with chewy paneer. Overall food was very worst.We were group of 10 people and no one was others in restaurant still ignored by staff. They were only focusing on online orders. After a little wait Shewata served very delicious food soya chap were amazing and Karahi paneer as well Mongo lassi was 10 out of 10 thick and testy.We were group of 4 people with small baby, Sheweta interact with my little daughter and stop her cry. Yesterday I ordered a veg thali with extra roti. Staff was very disrespectful as they Even don t ask about the options and they delivered 2 same curies in one thali with tandoori roti, as ordered the tva roti with butter. Food is ok but customer service is zero. I payed 35$ that didn t worth it at all.

Our server, Shweta, was fantastic. She was so helpful and made sure we were enjoying our meal (which was absolutely delicious). We had Palak Paneer, butter chicken, dhaba chicken curry, onion salad, basmati rice and naan. Everything was fresh and excellent! We ll definitely be back!

Shweta was a lovely host and the food was excellent! We are in for Sunday lunch and enjoyed butter chicken, dhaba chicken, and palak paneer - the gravies were nicely thick and flavoured really well, even with our going light on the spice. Last night I ordered Chefs Special - Amritsari Kulcha Chana and after eating that I was getting sick and now I am suffering from vomitings. Dont know what they add in their food . Really not good for health.

I ordered the mix veg Briyanii. . Whenever I dine in or take out, always the food remains fresh and mouth watery too however when I ordered veg Briyanii this time, it was sooooo oily, you could make another vegetable with it. Well, I couldnt add another review, had to edit from the previous one. A couple of days ago, I ordered veg thali online, I honestly dont know why they didnt give any option to add curries of your own choice. The one that I got wasnt of my choice and the thali that they packet seems like that was packed already. The channes curry was so faded, and the salad they added was so soggy felt like the old thali they packed. So disappointed with the food that I ordered. Riyasat is losing its fame. I generally order whenever I have to as this is near to my place however I feel like I should switch to another option.

Excellent food at reasonable price. I have been always going to Brampton but first time tried this in Etobicoke location found to be much better than many Brampton joints.

Some of their food is extremely salty just salt.. no spice or anything. Too much salt. But there other dishes are very good. Just a few that aren t recommended for heart health issues. Too much salt.

I honestly didnt like my experience with this restaurant.. I think they can improve their customer service skills and be more proficient. On top of that, more food options should be considered as they really dont have many choices for their thali range.. and quality wise, they need some improvement as well. Speaking the truth, no one would want to pay hard earned money for food that is not looking appetizing or appealing.

Was my first time there. The service was very slow! For a Thursday afternoon. The food took forever to come. We ordered drinks, it was like they forgot about the drinks. Some apps we couldn t order because it was on a take out menu only. The interior of the restaurant was nice and welcoming. Food taste wasn t up to my expectations. For Indian food I expected to be more spicier, the food was very mild. Also it didn t seem fresh as the goat curry that I ordered came half hot and half cold. Overall it was way to pricey and the food didn t meet expectations. Very good experience. 8 of us went in yesterday evening and I accidentally broke a glass and it fell inside a dish. We apologized and asked the kitchen not to bother remaking the dish. But the server was extremely kind and took it off the bill, even apologized to us. Manpreet only cared that we dont cut ourselves in glass pieces and kind and thoughtful about letting us having the best experience. Food was as usual great. Would definitely go back just for the service and hospitality.

We ordered Non veg thali, one veg thali and mango Lassi. Taste was very good and all the items served were excellent. Special mention to Rasmalai served with both Thali which was very yumm!! Ambience is also very good for dine in. I would highly recommend this place for anyone interested to eat good Indian food.

I totally loved the place. We ordered a couple of things including naan, paneer, shake, sweet, chaap and more. I wish I could add the pictures, but the food was lovely so I didnt even think of taking out my phone. I even talked to the owner and staff personally. The lady who owns this place is quite humble and nice and staff is lovely. Must give a visit!

I ordered 5! Chicken Biryani for my wifes church picnic. Luckily she didnt make it. I went in late near closing on a Saturday night for her to bring the next morning. Well, the next morning when we went to have a bite of food we noticed the food was very very spoiled. Not even close to fresh. It had been in the fridge. We live nearby so no reason for the spoilage. We had been planning to donate the extra meals. Anyhow, I went in to get a refund and the lady at the counter went into the back to get the head chef. The head chef came out and tried to get me to take the loss. I asked him to confirm the state of the food and as it was in a slimy spoiled, disgusting state, he was forced to admit it was long past its best before date. However, he then proceeded to blame my refrigerator for spoiling the food. I explained that I has only purchased the food not even 12 hours before. Even if it was left on the counter it wouldnt be in that state and anyhow, refrigerators are for extending the shelf life of food not expiring it. After an effort I finally got my money back. Totally disappointing experience. We almost brought a load of spoiled food to a church picnic and this restaurants response was just try to scam us out of our money and send us away.
