The Bloor (Etobicoke) location- WORST SERVICE !!! if I could I would give them a Zero. This is in absolute contrast to their Mississauga location. For the record, I attempted to reach the owner of the establishment privately via email 2 weeks ago, and to this date no response. The issue was a server. We had a group of 8 people who just stopped in for a drink. The server was so rude and aggressive (both active and passive) we contemplated leaving initially but thought it might be a one off interaction, but the attitude continued well past our orders. In short had I known I would have just left. This was around 3 pm on a Sunday mind you and the place was hsrdly busy. He was the only server I saw there. He wanted to seat us at this large table near him, but we requested to sit at a U shaped table so we can see eachother better. From there his attitude changed. We asked if everything is OK, he just shrugged but he was so sour about our request that he just turned and walked away without saying a word. Having been a server once-upon-a-time I can understand that he may be concerned if there would be a large food order. (But we just had lunch, and only wanted drinks!) He didn't know that at the time because he just walked off while I had the intent to tell him. Anyway, after we sat at the requested table, he tried to persuade us to move back by saying there isn't enough room for everyone and then added "you know who likes to sit here?! CHILDREN!" Firstly, what are children doing at a pub , is beyond me, and secondly, we couldn't just leave because a couple of our friends either stepped out or went to the washroom, so we couldn't just collectively leave Again I asked he was okay, he again shrugged and walked away (I guess to get the note pad) That attitude continued, finally we he returned I had handed him back the food menu, and told him we were only here for drinks. And then he's like oh, well as if it's just drinks then that's fine. And I said THAT'S what we were trying to convey from the onset. At one point another guest asked if he was the owner (because believe me the way this man was talking, it's as if he ruled the place), he rudely snapped and said "well what are you trying ask me? I have been here since before this place was opened. " There were so many other remarks like those. Frankly, I gave ZERO tip because I have never received such horrible treatment from a waiter. Never going to that location again. P.s. to the management team, if you want to know the name of that server, you can reply back to my email from 2 weeks ago (assuming that you care)
This isn’t so much a review of the place as it is a heads-up. We called on Saturday night to ask if we could watch a soccer game on Sunday morning at 11:30. They initially said they open at 12, but we were pleasantly surprised when the person on the phone said they could open early for us at 11:30. Even after I mentioned that it would just be the two of us, she assured us the place would be open. I drove in from Burlington, and we arrived the next day at 11:30. However, when we got there, there was one person inside who said no one had told him anything and that he couldn’t let us in. While miscommunications happen, what made the situation worse was that the guy seemed annoyed with us, as though we were at fault for disturbing him. I’m not giving a 1-star review because I don’t know what the place is actually like. Afterward, we went to an English pub nearby that does show sports but unfortunately didn’t have the means to play English soccer. Instead, they were airing American football on TV.
I stopped in for a pint of beer on Bloor Street this is a nice spot that has a very friendly and comfortable Vibe inside.bar is bright with Windows around and a small pool table television screens Etc at the bar. Pub Food looks great on the menu.
I had a fantastic time at The Bull Pub Bar last Friday night. The atmosphere was lively, with a great mix of music and chatter, perfect for kicking back and enjoying the evening with my childhood friends . The staff were friendly and offered some excellent recommendations. I decided to try a couple of Spanish beers they suggested, and I was pleasantly surprised—crisp, refreshing, and a nice change from the usual brews I go for. I also indulged in a couple of shots, which definitely kicked things up a notch. To finish off the night, I ordered an orange cocktail that they made, and let me tell you, it was delicious! A perfect balance of sweet and citrusy, but be careful—it packed a punch and left me feeling pretty tipsy in no time. Overall, the vibe at The Bull was great, the drinks were on point, and I left with a big smile on my face. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to!
Welll after covid this is one of our favorites restaurants the chicken wings are amazing they changed the menu with some of the flavours but if you ask them they still make some for you the 4 alarm are great , we love spicy food so this ones is one of our favorites. They offer karoeke on the weekend the drinks are really good too , the service are always friendly . They have also a pool table , we really enjoy out dinner at this place. You will love it and won’t regret it
Always have had a great experience at The Bull, a group of us friends all try to meet here at least once a month to catch up and spend some quality time together ... The staff are always friendly with huge great smiles ... The food is always fantastic and the portion sizes are great ... If you haven't been here or it's been a while, take the time to stop by for a bite to eat ... There is also a pool table, so bring a friend and play for who pays the bill !!! The bar is aesthetically pleasing and the clean/updated look is modern.
Really good portions for food, service is fast, staff are pleasant, and seating is comfortable. We ordered a poutine, Chicken tenders, and steak fajitas. The food tastes great (poutine could be better). We really enjoyed the fajitas here, it's really tasty here. Washroom are clean and the entire place is equiped with TVs for all entertainment (primarily sports). They even have a billiards table!

Everytime I go to the bull, the bartender Deja makes my day! She s fast, efficient, and friendly with the customers. The restaurant is very cosy and will make you feel at home! Drinks 10/10 Food 10/10 Definitely recommend!

Food: Above average bar food. Fish and Chips were cooked perfectly with cold accompanied sides (Tarter Sauce, Ketchup and Herbs/Lemon) Staff: Amazing & Friendly staff with great consideration (shoutout Tiana) Atmosphere: Large open concept holding a classic pub interior with a modern touch. Billiards, Darts and Multi TV Screens Extra: We came late close to last call and they catered us well!!!

stunning barperson, burning wings
So I only went because there was Karaoke on Sat Jan 13. I dropped in at 10 pm to see how the karaoke was the girl in charge had not gotten the show started yet due to some technical difficulties. So I waited around till 10:30 . So I left to come back for 11:15 at which point she had just gotten it working . I had asked to put my name on the list a second time. She said there were 4 people ahead ok I will eat something.. 7 singers later I m still not called up.. so I asked why oh I forgot your name . But I ll put you right after this person.. just wait here no.. I ll sit at my table. So she calls up Matt . No show. She calls me up and I have my cell phone propped recording.. she finally asks which song Starts the song plays it for 30 seconds & stops no Idea why she stopped . She says she hadn t called me up & there was suppose to be someone else up.. But then started it again realizing she screwed up somehow.. Thank you for the worst karaoke experience I ever had. Ok now try to make the best of it 6 clients sitting in front started singing along with me. Which should be good for the atmosphere . But 4 guys singing a unique song very popular but very had to sing on key they were so out of key that I stopped singing for the last verse & just let them finish the song. As I look back at my cell phone video it s a total embarrassment to the art of karaoke. You will never see me in that bar ever again. The video of this ordeal is sooo bad .

I have visited this restaurant on several occasions and I liked its atmosphere and food. Unfortunately, today we were served by a tall blonde waitress, who treated us in a derogatory and somewhat humiliating manner, as one of the people with whom We visited the place, he told him that he had little English, he did not want to explain the menu to us, and to the questions we asked him he answered in a hateful and mocking way. situation that surprised us since the other waitresses who have served us have been very respectful and kind, I really felt discrimination.

Outstanding Pub atmosphere for sure. Food is great, Nachos were fantastic, definitely a must order. All the staff ars engaging and very pleasant. Clean and sparkling establishment. Absolutely recommended any family or date outing at this place. Plenty of TVs for the sports fan as well. Subway near by for getting home safe. Enjoy Cheers

Not only is their diverse menu of food options delicious and unlike anything else in the city, but the staff are amazingly friendly and personable, and make us feel welcome and want to come back week after week. We have been coming to the Bull Pub and Grill weekly, for a couple of years now. We absolutely love it. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is nice as well, including the other patrons. What really makes the difference is the service. Deja has been our server since almost week one and she is why we come back week after week. Deja has a way of turning strangers into friends. She makes everyone she meets feel comfortable, welcome and special. Olivia is also wonderful. The chefs and the servers go out of their way to accomodate special requests, preferences and picky eaters like me. Keep doing what you are doing Deja . You and the team at the Bull are amazing. Thank you!! Vegetarian options: I am pescatarian. There are so many options, both vegetarian and pescatarian to choose from. The chefs and servers are very accommodating with menu modifications.

The quality as well as the quantity of the food was good. I especially liked the nachos and fish tacos. There are plenty on screens to watch the games. I felt the service was a bit rushed because we were being asked within short intervals what wed like to order next. However, considering we went on a Saturday evening on a matchday when its peak business hour, I completely understand the rush. I would visit again for the quality of food but preferably on a weekday.

Food was ok at best, and it smelled like raw sewage as soon as I walked in. Only upside is the free pool table and Jerry springer entertainment between the servers.
Great beer and wings on a very busy Wednesday lunch. Young lady (Rachel) handled a full floor, bar and phones with professionalism while incredibly busy, still, being friendly and happy with everyone. I will come back when I can.

Dinner and drinks came out quickly and our server was so friendly despite the somewhat late hour we came in for a meal. She quickly confirmed and accommodated an allergy-based change with the kitchen staff. This was my second time and I will be coming back again.

Waitress was boring and the restaurant was too tbh honestly, McDonalds is more lively than this place. The platters are way too expensive and totally lack imagination. Very unimpressed with the staff, ambience and overall experience is unsatisfactory.
Best wing deal in Etobicoke
Tonight my friend and i decided to go this restaurant for a bite, I ordered chicken wings after eating we were just chilling out of no where the chair collapsed with me and hitting my back to the ground, being black nothing much was done not even the supervisor came out to check on, the waitress came ask if I was ok as she should but her tone said different like she didnt really care. After falling of the chair I still was ask to pay my bill, if it was the other way around this wouldnt have happened. I for sure will never to back to this restaurant as a black woman.
This pub has a friendly environment. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and Chilli nachos. I was happy with the food. The server was always checking in with our table considering I came with a bunch of difficult and needy guys.

Was disappointed in this place. Dont get me wrong the servers here were super friendly but it seemed under staffed. My girlfriend and I waited over a hour to even get our food order taken which was crazy on a Tuesday night. Food was standard nothing to write home about.

Pre-pandemic, their curry chicken was one of the best Ive had. I gave it 5 stars. Ive had it again more recently and its no longer worth raving about so Ive adjusted my rating down. PLEASE put the whiskey BBQ beef melt back on your menu. It was our favorite item there.

This is a place to go for dinner and watch a game or a UFC fight!! The bartender Rachel is the best in there! She never leaves you waiting for your drink, she is always on top of everything!! The food is fantastic too!! I will be returning and bringing my friends!!
I would suggest not ordering takeout as they are not very conscious in preparing the orders. The food is passable pub grub so eating in will likely be fine.
The lamb burger was delicious. The fries were fresh and hot. Please provide more condiments next time as a tiny bit of ketchup wasnt enough with the food portion. I found the Italian wedding soup quite oily, was unable to finish it and I noticed later on my stomach was acting up. I may order from here again.

After months of lockdown it was good to get out with my wife for a date night. But I should have trusted my instincts and just stuck with wings, which is generally a sure thing at most pubs. I took a chance and did the chicken souvlaki. I dont think it was marinated long, it didnt have much flavour. The rice was bare, and the salad dressing was most definitely Kraft Italian. Recommendation: stick with the wings.

Great food selection
Made a trip back to this neighbourhood pub. After my first visit, I wrote a review on Yelp saying I was impressed with two things: my food and the cleanliness of the washrooms. In terms of the food, I ordered the whiskey BBQ beef melt and my friends ordered more pedestrian pub fare - a burger and wings. The burger and wings were neither here nor there but the beef melt was solid - the garlic panini was fresh, the beef slices were tender, the red peppers and onions were fried up nice and soft, and the whole thing was simply tasty. On my second visit, I ordered the chicken curry. It was very good - surprisingly good for a corner pub. The curry was flavourful, the chicken pieces were cooked just right and the garlic naan bread was above average. And yeah, the washrooms are spotless. Nice decor and absolutely spotless. Clean washrooms are so underrated. I do have one gripe about this place - the whole downstairs washroom area can be uncomfortably COLD. Skip the burger and the wings here. Get the whiskey BBQ beef melt or the curry chicken - I give those two items 5 stars.

Went over after working out for some wings and beer. My server Erin was on point, just popped up at my table enough without making me feel like she is hovering and I always got everything I need just before I actually needed it. I will definitely be skipping the other place in favour of this.

Average. Thats about it. A rather average bar. They have karaoke nights which can be fun, but nothing really sticks out in particular. The decor and atmosphere feel average, menu feels average, service feels average. Generally more room available than other local bars, like the nearby Squire, so thats a plus. Theres also a pool table which is more readily accesible than the Squires pool table. My girlfriend complained about a water-downed long island ice tea and the waitress didnt offer a replacement or seem to care much at all.

Had a pleasant experience here. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful, food very tasty (i had the burger), prices reasonable. We enjoyed our stay there and were able to have a conversation without having to yell over a loud sound system. And later in the night there was live music! (A dude and his guitar)
