My wife & I had the three meats tacos (beef, chicken & pork) also the quesabirria combo. The tortillas/tacos are so fresh and made with love, truly authentic familia food. Each one has its own unique spice mixes, flavour profiles and texture. You can tell straight away they start with great ingredients (Not BP pre-chewed and re-glued Sysco foods). The limes, cilantro and side dishes are all fresh and well presented. The food was piping hot and we presented on the plates. The waitress was very pleasant and really nice to talk with. We were early for Sunday lunch and the place was quiet and pleasant. They are still working on their liquor license .. so no Cerveza:-( . We really hope this Restaurant sticks around because it s well worth the drive to get to and the Parking s good.

Terrible experience ordering takeout. Their system took my payment, but they did not get the order somehow. Made excuses, and rude, unprofessional. Had to call my bank to sort the mess.

Excellent tacos, I love the fresh cakes they have, ate the taco pastor and it was so flavourful and delicious, the tres leches texture was amazing.

Their tamales are a joke. Very delicious but 2 small bites for almost $6? Not worth it. *2nd chance* We ordered through Ubereats and were VERY DISAPPOINTED. Food portions are too small for the price, taste is okay but not great - There are definitely better restaurants. I decided to give them one more chance and regretted it

The treatment I received at this restaurant during my recent visit was questionable and borderline discriminatory. Middle aged lady looked like in her 30s treated me like a suspicious person.

Best mexican food EVER. if youre looking for something authentic and full of flavour, i HIGHLY recommend Titas. They have so many options for vegans/vegetarians as well which is always a bonus. An absolute gem of a restaurant.

AMAZING food, service and atmosphere. Had a 3 course meal for 5 (including 2 vegetarians). Everyone left full and happy. Will definitely be going back (lots). Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options. Parking: Limited number of free spots in plaza. Many low cost spots on street. Kid-friendliness: No issues with kids. Table beside us had 2 kids under 5. Both were very happy.

The vegan tacos were yummy though I got the refried bean meal and it came with cheese on it when I asked for it to be vegan. There was a piece of chicken on one of my tacos too which I picked off.

The place is small but very cozy, the guy who serves is very friendly and helpful, the service is very fast and everything is or what we ordered wise delicious!

Tita s Mexican Food Restaurant is a must-visit in the GTA! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is exceptional. But the highlight is definitely the birria tacos the best in the entire Greater Toronto Area! The tender, juicy beef and rich, flavorful broth are simply unbeatable. The menu features a variety of authentic Mexican dishes, all made with fresh ingredients and care. Portions are generous, and prices are reasonable. Everything here tasted amazing and so fresh. We got the chips and salsa, chicken tacos, and veggie enchiladas. It was my first time trying mole and if you like a little chocolate in your sauce - you will enjoy it. Please try the tres leches cake - creamy, fluffy, and sooo tasty! Vegetarian options: Most of the tacos and enchiladas have veggie options!

Such amazing food! We had the guac with homemade chips, mole enchiladas with chicken, enchiladas with green sauce, quesadillas with chicken and my kids had the kids meal. We will definitely go back again. They had indoor and outdoor seating but we chose to eat inside. Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly meals, plates and colouring!

Had never tried Birria before and had always wanted to. Decided to come before work and I was not dissapointed. The tacos were filled generously and the birria was very flavourful. Was so good I came back in today for round 2. A little bit more expensive than other spots but absolutely worth it. Ill be making frequent visits to this place before work now

This is a very small hole in the wall Mexican place. Though that is not the reason I didnt like it, I made a reservation for 6:30 I arrived 5 minutes before the servers seemed overwhelmed already there was two tables of six one table of two and our table. Theres not a lot of seating its cramped inside. We get seated and we waited about 5 minutes and I had to ask to see a menu, then we ordered some drinks they had no tequila none of the mixed alcohol drinks. The server said he had to go check the back and never returned, finally we got fed up and I told the server we were leaving he didnt even seem surprised. Very disappointed because I had a preview of this place at the Toronto food and drink Expo and absolutely love their drinks and the people that were serving us there, maybe they work at a different location but the one in Etobicoke at Lakeshore and mimico is not the place to go

MUST TRY: TACO PASTOR, SAUCES. Found them after seriously offended by the rancid (coconut?) oil taste at new place down the road yesterday. Pastor here JUICY, and half slice of pineapple was fresh not canned.mouthwatering! Chips home made. I hope to invite them to Taste of Mimico this year. Will come Saturday with a friend to try the Huevos Rancheros

This is a small casual eating place with lots of different food options, including a range of vegan and vegetarian tacos. I tried three different tacos including a cactus one, guac and tortilla chips to start, and had a hibiscus drink, it was all delicious and arrived very quickly to say we were a party of 6 as well. Service was friendly, pricing was reasonable and there was parking out front as well, the only downside was the sun angle in the evening was blinding. This place has great food but I wanted to post about the atmosphere so others are aware. This is very much a takeout place and I wouldnt recommend dining in. When we went around dinner time, it smelled really strongly like cigarette smoke inside and the smell never went away. The tables were dirty, there was one waitress for the entire place, and it was freezing. Delivery drivers were in and out constantly which didnt help the temperature either. There is no effort put into maintaining the place, even the wall outlets didnt have covers. If youre going to get food, just order delivery or pickup and it will be much more enjoyable.

This is a small, casual and rustic restaurant that serves authentic Mexican food. You can easily miss the restaurant as you drive by, but it is definitely worth stopping in. The restaurant is not fancy, but most importantly, the prices are reasonable and the food is traditional Mexican food. I had the mole and it was is fabulous. We tried plain nachos with dip and they were very good and worth ordering. The service was also exceptional. They were quick and the food was hot when served. Highly recommended.

The most authentic Mexican food I ve discovered in Toronto. If you have ever travelled to Mexico and crave the authentic simplicity of wholesome ingredients, without all the bells and whistles of the Americanized Mexican dishes then this is the spot. It s a bit of a hole in the wall but it s Delicious, even more delicious than some of the street tacos I ve had in Mexico. I went with my husband, and we orders the picnic combo, and tried the meat lovers and traditional tacos and each taco didn t fail. All flavourful and not dry. We are so happy to finally have the taste of Mexico so close to home. Must visit!

One of them was the Azteca Soup, after my first spoon I called the waitress and told her that was a canned soup, which she confirmed, in top on that was not warmed evenly (microwaved). WE WERE TOLD WE STILL NEEDED TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS WE DIDNT CONSUME OTHERWISE THE WAITRESS WOULD HAVE TO, WHICH I UNDERSTAND.... _______________________________________ Edit after a year: Shamefull - A chicken soup, not a pozole. - Beef sope: no beef anywahere, but potatos. - Tres leches: cake have been sitting in the fridge for so long, it was so dry that I was able to stand a spoon upside down on a slice of cake. ___________________________________________ Is a hit or miss in the 5 times I have been to the place and not this is not authentic Mexican food... But it acomodates non Mexican/latino costumers. Pozole: Knor/Magui or whatever too obvious Not naturally seasoned. it doesnt taste like pozole Beef taco: A strange taste on the meat ( like the meat was from a cheap Chinese supermarket / starting to spoil ) Horchata and Jamaica: water down... the list goes on! Super gross food. Nothing tasted fresh. They have roasted street corn on the menu, but its just a bowl of canned corn with mayo and tajin on top - nasty!

I got the Meat Lovers with Carnitas, Pastor and Bistec, along with Esquites (Mexican street corn) and chips and salsa. Pros: Authentic flavours. Freshly made. Generous portions. My favourite was the Pastor taco - such yummy spices in there. Bistec was great too. Also love the chips, it had such a great fry! Cons: Missing the pineapples on my Pastor taco :/ Carnitas was on the bland and dry side. The corn was so soggy that it made everything kind of a steamy watery mess. (Sitting in water at the bottom) I wouldn t call that roasted, more like a boil. Limes were super dry and old. That aside I would definitely go back and try some more varieties!

My gf s and I were very excited to have found a quaint small business Mexican restaurant in the South Etobicoke/Mimico area. Service was pretty average but the food was not as good as we thought it would be, unfortunately. It looked fantastic but the only good thing we had was their tacos de pastor. We ordered tacos de carnitas, bistec, pastor, a side of guacamole and chips, and the esquites (corn). Their pork was very gamey, their beef had an acquired seasoning taste to it, and the al pastor sauce with pineapple was the only taco that was mildly good. Great portions overall but unfortunately, the taste did not measure up to our expectations and bc of that, we will not come back.

Service is great and the food is delicious. We got vegetarian tacos and quesadilla and were beyond delicious. As a Mexican I am very picky with Mexican food and I highly recommend - salsas were great as well. Totally will be back soon!

Pastor is amazing.

I visited this restaurant with my partner. We were in the area and very hungry and felt like doing Mexican. The food hands down was so good and authentic. It was much much better than la carnita (I food the food there as well) but the food here just had more flavours and tasted more authentic and didn t hurt the wallet as it would somewhere else. Partner tried 3 different meat tacos (pastor, beef and chicken) and mole sauce extra on the side and they were delicious. I am a vegetarian so I tried their veg enchiladas which came with refried black beans and rice and my food too was delicious and yummy! It has tofu inside but didn t feel dry at all. It was so good and tasty! And I loved the enchilada sauce. Definitely will visit again to try other items.

Some of the highest quality authentic Hispanic food in all of Toronto. The employees are genuinely kind, the food is phenomenal, the prices are fair and there s never much of a wait at all. Tita s Mexican food is criminally underrated and I would genuinely not be surprised if this was the kind of place with an hour long line within the next few years. If you re looking for phenomenal, incredible, amazing tasty tacos, look no further. I would die for the guacamole too.

Ordered via ubereats delivery. I got the mole enchiladas with vegan pastor and a tres leches cake. Both were delicious. The enchiladas are too potato-y, I wish there were more tofu filling. The mole sauce is really good and flavourful. The tres leches cake is the star. They have one of the BEST tres leches cakes I ve tried so far in the GTA - so spongey, creamy, milky, and lots of condensed milk flavour. So good. I go here specifically for the cake. Always friendly service and all the food is fresh and made right there.

Amazing!!! Fav Taco place in Etobicoke!Learned about them at the Parklawn-Lakeshore Farmers Market! I usually get the Picnic combo as it comes with 6mini tacos, quac and chips, and 2 quesadillas! Perfect for a couple! About 6 tables inside and in the summer they have outdoor seating as well. They also have a shelf of Mexican products in case you want to take some ingredients home!

Amazing Mexican food!

Order potato quesadillas with chorizo and a tinga tostada. The first-class quesadillas were made of flour and the gisado had no consistency, it was a puree. As for the toast, the tortilla felt a little old, it didnt have the typical crunch. I didnt like the tinga. Honestly, the food lacks a little seasoning.

I dont know what constitutes authentic Mexican, but this is damn tasty and we keep comming back.

We ordered Tita s picnic combo and we think the amount of food and flavor is not worth the price. The flavor and spice was lacking.

Disappointed so bad . For money that I gave them expected at least double portion of what I got. Dont go youll get baby portions for not that cheap meals.

Food was super fresh and delicious, and the server was so kind.

Food was decent. Portions were very small and over priced. The Difference between the Small Tacos and the Large Tacos was not much. Ended up spending over $150 for three people. The food was also not very filling. The two girls working there were quite friendly and helpful though. I dont think I would go back.

Fresh tacos and traditional Mexican food on Lakeshore! Lots of patio seating, and some indoor seating as well. There is only one small washroom inside. Food was prepared pretty quickly, and was decent. We got 3 birria tacos and one elote corn. Price was expensive for what we got, around $38. Servers were very kind, and quick to help us with questions.

Understaffed with only 1 server. Paid $82 after tax (no tip) for the 15 small corona taco plate and two cokes. Wasn t enough to fill me + my bro, wasn t authentic nor fresh. You re a small local restaurant with non existent service, your prices should reflect that, you have no business charging $40 per person for what effectively amounts to a food truck lunch experience.

Awesome tacos!

My first time at Titas on St. Clair. I ordered the meat lovers trio taco dinner. Everything was perfect, even the rice and refried beans. The Paloma was a beautiful addition too. It brought me back to Mexico from years ago. I highly recommend for those seeking an authentic Mexican restaurant experience. The staff were lovely and the music was a perfect summer chill vibe. 6/5 if I could.

We tried 3 tacos, the pastor was good and I would get that again. The guac wasn t bad but it could have been more flavourful and the portion was small for the price. The tres leches cake was pretty good. The service was great.

As a mexican, I can tell you this place took me back to México. These are not taquería style tacos, but more like authentical homemade style tacos. (The churros bites are great as well!)

I really liked the food, they are very well seasoned and the staffs attention is excellent, the waiter who served me was friendly and his recommendations were good.

I have always gone to the lake shore branch, the food is very delicious, I have no complaints about that, but today when asking for the bill, unfortunately the girl was rude when asking for the separate bill, I had never seen her, she created it, she is new, she is a short girl, Im sure I will return because the food is of good quality but today I had someone with very little willingness to serve

The food is good. It s a bit pricy for what you get, but honestly, what isn t these days? I d avoid the aztec soup. It was $15 and there wasn t much in it (mostly broth). The guac was good but really small for $9 (didn t come with chips?) so we had to order chips and salsa as well but the salsa was too spicy for my kid. The tacos were the star of the show. The service is a bit strange. You order food from the website and pay in advance, but you need to go inside to get beer (then pay separately).

My wife and I live nearby and couldnt believe that we hadnt heard of this place sooner. We had the birrias and tostadas and would recommend both! The food was incredible and we will be coming back here often.

Did you know Titas offers catering? I am sure glad I found that out, because not only was the food they provided for our small wedding ceremony delicious, but the sheer amount was impressive! Our guests loved it, and the leftovers definitely helped keep us alive the day after.

3rd time I been here and its my new favorite place, so good honestly give it a try. WORTH THE PRICE! Vegetarian options: You cant go wrong with anything

Thank you for the soul food <3 The tortilla soup and the tinga de pollo taco is divine. I live rather far away but will absolutely be returning with friend in tow. :)

We ordered the enchilada mole and quesabirria. The price was astronomical for what you get. Ill just stick to the more affordable Mexican place that serves the same for half the price in Brampton. There was no atmosphere as it was just us. Sidenote: one all-gender washroom. Very little parking space. I paid ~$65 including 15% tip.

My husband and I tried Tita s last night for dinner. They have just opened their Clarkson location in the last month. The atmosphere is very nice, we ll decorated, and has a welcoming feel for couples, friends or families. The music being played in the background was second only to the amazing food. I loved the mix of old and contemporary Mexican musicians being played. The food: very authentic, nicely presented, and absolutely my new favourite Mexican restaurant in Mississauga. Deliciously prepared, spiced perfectly, cooked in a way that respects the traditional recipes used throughout Mexico. I lived in Mexico for 6 months and I have rarely ever had food in Canada that was so close to the delicious food I had in Mexico City. We shared 6 mini tacos, each with a different and equally tasty filling. The tortillas are home made, as are the tortilla chips. The only thing missing was a drink list, as they wait for their serving license from the LCBO. In absence of a beer, the aguas are great! Can t wait to go back and try the rest of the full menu!

Perfect little neighborhood joint and a blessing if you re vegetarian/ vegan. This is the first Mexican restaurant I ve visited with authentic food and fairly healthier options without compromising flavours. Nopales and vegan pastor is my go to order. One of my three tacos had great flavour - the other two were just okay. It looks like a really legit place but I ve had better tacos elsewhere. Not enough depth of flavours for me.

Catered from Titas for a birthday party yesterday. Had pre-ordered for a 12pm pick up time and the restaurant had everything ready exactly at 12. Food was a big hit with all the guests!

Vegetarian options: They have a great vegan taco platter.

I know that the probability that you will find a taste as similar or similar to Mexico is minimal, but this food experience is simply horrible. We ordered the order of tacos and the meat was heated in the microwave oven, meaning at some point they cooked it and had it refrigerated just to heat it up and it was ready. Zero recommended. That is not Mexican food and for the 110 dollars I paid I think you can find another type of tastier food elsewhere.

Food was delicious and the price was more than reasonable. Only suggestion is to turn on the heat! Was eating with a winter jacket on

We ordered the Carnitas, Pastor and Pollo tacos, the mini quesadillas and churro bites. The Carnitas had huge chunks of fat and cartilage/bone in the meat, and, the quesadillas were flavourless/ bland (cheese had no flavour, no spices to amp them up). I asked for caramel with the churro bites and got chocolate. Churro bites and meat taco flavour were good. But, you can find that at most Mexican places and I don t feel like there s anything worth returning for.

Great food. Tacos were amazing, had the tinga pollo, all pastor and carnitas. The enchiladas were very good also. Got the Azteca soup, this i was so/so on. Overall great place. 1 thing to note is the restaurant is colder than i would like. Noticed this while waiting.
