I ordered a teriyaki chicken rice bowl and a Cobb salad. The rice bowl was exactly what I needed. There were fresh warm ingredients and a good helping of chicken. The sauce wasn’t over powering and it was tasty. The Cobb salad fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and crisp and the dressing complemented the salad well. It was so good I should have ordered the large salad. I think the chicken add on would have been a good idea, so I’ll have to get it next time. Both dishes came with a cute sesame cracker. I also received a thank you and a message from the chef thanking me for my order. I’d definitely go back and try other items on the menu. 5 ⭐️
Amazing salad and great portion size. I'm full and I was hungry. Complimentary cookie and sesame snap were yummy and a good taste of sweet after my salad. The lemon dressing was so good. The chicken was a tad unseasoned but ideal for a calorie-wise salad. I will definitely order again.
Have ordered a few times now, usually online delivery, but tonight stopped in to pick up! Super friendly, clean, and the salads are always delicious (Buddha bowl) and fresh! Also ordered Yakitori (chicken skewers) from the sushi side. Very yum!
I didn’t think it was even possible for a Caesar salad to be this bad. If this company wants to stop getting bad reviews about their Cesar salad just stop selling it and your reviews was better. The chicken on the salad tasted like they seasoned it with hopes and dreams. Cause their ain’t no way they seasoned it with spices for it to to taste this bland. The croutons tasted like stale two day old bread. Top tier ceasar salad croutons should be toasted and seasoned. This tasted like they had some old bread just sitting around in the corner of the restaurant and they were like hey let’s use this the customer won’t know the difference between what a proper crouton should taste like. The Caesar dressing was so runny it tasted like they watered the dressing down like three times . Don’t even get me started on the lettuce. The lettuce had so much water on it, they couldn’t even use a salad spinner to get rid of the excess water. There was absolutely no care put into the making of the food. Even if they reached out to me and wanted to make this right, I shudder at the thought of consuming another meal from them. I hat taken one bite of the salad and wanted to toss it in the garbage. The only reason I forced myself to eat most of it was because I paid almost $30 for this salad
So since I got there everyone was super kind and friendly! The cashier was super helpful explaining the differences with the meats. I got the poke bowl with white rice and salmon I ask for the peanut butter sauce and spicy mayo. Also I add a miso soup! Everything was super delicious!!! So because this was a to go order, they put a super cute massage in the paper bag. For sure I’m returning!
Yesterday, while I was out and about, I was craving a hearty salad. I Googled nearby options and found Salad 2 Go (inside Sushi 2 Go). It couldn't have been a better choice. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and was given time to explore the delicious menu offerings. The customer service was outstanding, with personal touches like a handwritten "Have a great day" on the container and a "Thank you" with a smiley face on the carry-out bag, which made my experience special. The salad was delicious and exceeded my expectations. It was so good that I told my sister about it, and she ended up picking up a salad and sushi for dinner that same day and raved about the food as well. I've found my new Go 2 spot!
Amazing selection, super fresh, very reasonably priced. Salad was absolutely delicious, every ingredient well portioned and I could tell it was put together with so much care. Service was great, owner was lovely and made me feel so valued as a customer. I will be going back regularly for sure.
Athena salad was so fresh and delicious! Quinoa, pickled onion and the dressing was the highlight of this meal. Owner was super sweet and friendly, will definitely be back again!

I have ordered twice here. There is consistency. Food tastes fresh and delicious with good quality ingredients. The portion size is good for value. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The restaurant is clean with a serene atmosphere. Only suggestion I have is to order directly from restaurant - the online ordering system did not work for me.
Just ordered this salad off uber eats and they wrote a sweet little note on the box! And packed it so nicely u know this salad was made with love! Ill definitely be ordering from here again!

Editing to add they have the BEST poke bowls around. So fresh and tasty. All of the base ingredients for the poke bowls are the perfect mix of fresh, crunchy, tangy and delicious. The add ons and sauces make these poke bowls absolutely top notch. AMAZING! So fresh and delicious. Beautiful dressings. I ordered the Han Chic and it was incredible! Cant wait to try everything. Highly recommend. The compostable packaging is awesome too!

My wife and I love this place! Super diverse, really fresh salad ingredients. The menu items all have unique tastes to them but the option to customize anything is also great. Healthy food doesnt get much better than this. Awesome spot.

Sorry for the lack of photo of my Cobb Salads but they were so delicious, I forgot to take pics both times. Pickled onions are a game changer. As for their home dressing, just yum! The portions are generous, the flavour amazing and every morsel was fresh. Would recommend and return for more.

Ordered poke bowl (5/5), Sushi (4/5) & Caesar salad with lemon chicken (3/5) Poke bowl was delicious! Could definitely use 2 more slices of salmon. Otherwise, I got peanut satay and spicy mayo for sauces and it tasted soooooo good! Sushi could have been good. The breadcrumbs/crunchy tasted pretty stale. Caesar salad was okay. Croutons were delicious. Lemon chicken was dry, pulled and scarce. Very welcoming staff! Will be back to try more.

Best place in town for Fresh Salads. My girlfriend and I have been coming to this place for a while now. She loves the Caesar Salad from here, always fresh and tasty. The Lady is also so sweet and friendly and always welcoming. Ever since my girlfriend tried the salad here, she hasnt eaten a salad from any other restaurant!

Ordered the ATLAS bowl from here through skip and this may be my new lunch spot. I usually dont care for salads/bowls too much but this was DELICIOUS!!! The ingredients were fresh and the flavor was amazing. I simply didnt want my food to finish because i wanted to keep eating it. It was a bit pricey once you add protein to it but it was worth it. Would definitely buy again.
This place is amazing. The portions are large and very fresh. She is super friendly and we always enjoy our experience here. She takes the time to understand all of my husbands dietary restrictions and builds a delicious salad for him. I recommend going here whenever I have the chance!
Just inhaled a Buddha bowl. Absolutely delicious and flavourful. That peanut satay sauce was delightful. The crunch was just right. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!! It was so yummy.

Dramatic review incoming but Salad 2 Go is the first place that opened my eyes up to what a salad can be. Honestly?? I could probably define my life Before the Buddha Bowl and After the Buddha Bowl. Seriously an incredible dish that I always find myself eating mindfully that leaves me feeling nourished. Since then Ive been back, several times! The owner is such a rad individual too. Spectacular eats every time.

Great place to get a delicious and healthy salad. I got the soup of the day and a lemon tahini salad bowl and it was very good. The salad was large enough to make a meal on its own and the soup is great.

Just enjoyed Salad 2 Go for lunch. We had the Chana bowl, the Cobb Salad and the Butternut Squash soup with the Irish Soda Bread. It was all so delicious and fresh. The flavours in the Chana Bowl just mixed together so well. The salad, soup and bread was awesome. The bread was so fresh. Cant wait to pick up from there again. And the staff/owner is lovely as well. Highly recommend.
Food is great! I really enjoy the Athena bowl- the dressing is AMAZING and it has a great ratio of everything, not too much feta; not too little of tomatoes. Its great! Very nice owner! Writes little notes on the Ubereats bag and makes sure to include extra :)

Second time ordering. Both salads were fantastic....and the soda bread was fantastic (and this is coming from someone from Ireland). Will definitely be a regular going forward. Service was really pleasant and friendly.

The salads taste great and ingredients are always fresh. I tried a few of the salads and Lemon Tahini is my favourite. It s a great mix of sweet with sour and savoury.

This is EXACTLY what Ive been searching for! A beautifully, handmade bowl of deliciousness, prepared from the HEART... I found this GEM on Dundas in Etobicoke, inside the SUSHI2GO (I see what you did there Salad2go!), after looking for somewhere to get a quick healthy meal. And I mean really looking, like for months now Ive been seeking an alternative to fast food style meals that can compete with timing and value... Well here it is! A small feast of well thought out selections of bowls and salads, that need nothing more than the suggested dressing. I added chicken to mine (Buddha Bowl), and it was a tasty touch to add a bit more protein if youre feeling that. Friendly and welcoming, with just an overall warm vibe. I will definitely be heading back try out a few more selections!

Absolutely love love LOVE the salads here - theyre huge portions, fresh, and super delicious! The owner is incredibly friendly and you can tell she cares about the food she serves. Would highly recommend the Buddah bowl or the Aztec bowl (if you can handle a little bit of spice)!

Just had the rustic tomato soup with the housemade Irish soda bread and aztec salad with lemon herb chicken. The soup was simply wholesome and cozy for the cold evening. The bread complimented the tomato flavour. I dunked pieces of bread in the soup and it was so delicious! It was my third time ordering the aztec salad and it was consistently fresh and tasty. Huge portion, too!!! Overall the meal was hearty and healthy. Made my belly happy :)
