Nasty customer service, employees be lying about dumb stuff and the manager is the rudest person ever how u gonna be a manager and hand up on my face in the middle of me talking. CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT

STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION. They are completely Disgusting and unprofessional. If there is any manager/Owner looking at these reviews I highly suggest you get training for all of your employees fair warning to all customers.

This taco bell has screwed up my order 6 times now in the last few months. Do not trust ur food will come the way u want it wont. And I have a few other people I know who has had the same experience and will never eat at taco bell again. Food : 1/5

Its come to a point where I have to leave a Google review for this pathetic KFC/Taco Bell location. Its annoying to have you order messed up multiple times, even when you give clear instructions! Either its Uber Eats or in person.. I get my order messed up, always. I dont understand.. do the employees that work here not pay attention to what the customer ordered or can not read instructions?? Its funny as I dont eat beef and clearly gave instructions on my order to have bean as the protein option.. but instead, I received all beef items. *Plus, your service is extremely slow!

Dirtiest restaurant to visit on weekends. I ordered one taco meal and went to fill my drink, it was all water and no pepsi! I called someone and they filled it up from a machines placed inside the counter area where only employees are allowed. Then why do you put a soda machine outside for customers if you cannot refill it with soda and clean it? I had to skip 2-3 tables to sit because all tables were dirty! Under one table there was spilled drink and no one was cleaning it. Food quality of tacos were not good, lettuce were turning black! Really disappointing.

Man they cheap out on the ingredients now. Not sure if the owners train their staff this way, but I got a crunch wrap supreme and it literally was just a tortilla and a bunch of lettuce. Will try to avoid this place unless no other option

Food was good. Not enough ready for the busy dinner time. Had to wait a while and would have had to wait longer if I didnt want to change my order to what was almost ready. Staff was nice but I think they need more help during busy times.

These people working here have no clue what the difference is between ketchup and hotsauce. Its like taco bell headquarters takes a dollar out of their paycheck for every packet of hot sauce. Ordered through Uber eats. Items were missing and made incorrectly. They made items beef when they should have been bean. Portions were smaller than they should be. Not great.

The food is not as great as it could be but it was alright customer service was excellent good place to sit down and have something to eat not overly crowded.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, good food.

Always a great experience at this newly renovated location. The staff is very friendly but they focus more on drivethru. It takes a while for them to help walk-in customers. But overall good food and good service. The space is clean and aesthetic. Vegetarian options: Multiple Vegetarian options when you choose bean protein. Taco, burrito, quesadilla, supreme fries, nachos.

I love this, Taco Bell, always clean food is fresh staff is extremely friendly. More importantly, during Covid I went there and ordered food. They were not excepting cash, and I didn t have my card on me the person working there paid for my order and accepted my cash. I will never forget that act of kindness and generosity.

This franchise is in Kitchener... not all franchises are the same... the one on Albion in Rexdale is substandard to the one on the Queensway in south ETOBICOKE... with that said some accept that there are disabled persons and I was unpleasantly surprised to find that in Kitchener with all the elderly persons who reside there this franchise has decided not to accommodate...

What s the point of making an app to order online when the order isn t even ready when you get there 15 minutes later? Had to wait another 15 minutes for the order, which means it took them 30 minutes to prepare something small from the time payment was made on the app. This happens every single time I order online, and makes me believe the staff do not to prepare any online orders until someone comes there to pick it up. Very counter-intuitive and a waste of time to use the app.

I think the lady serving us was a supervisor or manager . I didnt quite get her name but she was very rude and kept interrupting us when we were trying to order . Kept saying what else? Over and over again . And saying she is closing the line one hour before closing . And the food wasnt supreme but a regular tacos

Absolutely the worst taco bell in north America. Has been and always will until you change the owner. Disgusting food, worst service, never have the proper items given. Terrible. For too long. Taco bell Corp has to do something about this location. The owner made it the worst taco bell ever. Delivery is always wrong, service is horrible, and they dont even make the food properly. This might be the slowest fast food service in all of Ontario. Whether you order ahead, at the counter, drive-thru or by carrier pigeon your order will take however long those employed there care for it to take.

They manage their own timings. They closed at 7:50pm before their scheduled 10:00pm time

First of all, ordering at the drive through is a mess. Legitimately half of the time I have to go inside because the order would be wrong or they missed something. Secondly, the wait times can be very inconsistent, though the cashier is usually nice enough that im okay with it.

Disastrous. Ordered a combo which came with missing items. The staff wasn t helpful at all. The chips tasted bitter and inedible. Seems like they are not even changing the oil for a long time. Won t go there ever again and probably will report it to related authorities as well.

I found i had to keep repeating myself when I go to the drive thru. Either their speaker is having issues or just the staff barely know how to speak English. Once order is completed, letting them know what condiments I need, they make u repeat it again when you get to the window. When I get home with my order, condiments such as napkins, hot sauce ketchup etc, are missing. My taco bell order were sloppy. 1 tomato chunk in my taco supreme, 2 small shredded cheese. Yup pretty much...quality going down, prices going up. Shame! Theres this dude by the window, I asked for a straw, he rudely said its not my job. He asked another girl to do it. I know his face and Im gonna get his name so I can share it with all of you. It was unacceptable. Shame!

My orders got made wrong every time I stop by this location. This is absolutely shocking. Here I ordered: Crunchwrap Supreme, 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch. 1. Appearance: 1/5 Everything was so loosely wrapped and all the toppings were coming out everywhere. It was extremely messy. 2. Smell: 1/5 There was absolutely no smell to it at all, I m not sure why. It was just bland. 3. Taste: 1/5 Absolute RIP OFF. I have selected Beef as main topping for all tacos and a wrap , and I have PAID for extra beans on the side. And you guys made my crunch wrap with BEANS ONLY, No Beef, as well as two of my Cheesy Gordita Crunch tacos came with beans only. How did this happen? This is not the first time thing, this is the third time I buy food from this locations and they swap out all the meat for beans. I was so disappointed. Dear management and supervisors please re-train employees on how to read and accept online orders. Because clearly if a customer pays extra for something and selects something specific, why do they decide on their own what to add and not add as my toppings? 4. Texture: 1/5 It was just a mess, flat, lacked toppings and flavour, nothing memorable about the food at all. 5. Temperature: 1/5 Food arrived room temperature. 6. Flavour: 1/5 Truly not much I can say, I did like the Doritos Cheesy Gordita wrap itself but that s about it. The rest of ingredients lacked any flavour whatsoever. Very skimpy on the toppings in everything. 7. Price: 1/5 Where do I start 4 items came up to almost Thirty Dollars in price. Absolute waste of money for the quality and the amount of food you are receiving. And considering that I paid extra for extra ingredients, and they still managed to make it cheaper and however they wanted. Extremely disappointed with all 3 of my experiences here, I will not be visiting this location any longer. Please save your money.

Horrible Service. Went in-store and the cashier was busy chatting with the coworker instead of taking our order. We had to repeat our order multiple times because she wouldn t pay attention (which isnt even a big issue) BUT then she gives me BEEF crunchwrap when I specifically asked for BEAN. Not to mention that I REPEATED my order multiple times. What js wrong with you guys? If you don t like working customer service, quit! Stop treating your customers like that! I called in-store to mention the issue and the management didn t even care or issue a proper apology. Will never go back to this location.

Worst customer service. Server name is julia. We spend almost 80 bucks for dine and she refuse the sauce for 6 year boy. Worst experience.

I do not recommend this place they literally give leftovers on takeout orders. I threw it directly in the trash.

Cashier was untrained and had to call for help after pressing every button. Staff seemed too busy and overwhelmed to help. Had to regretfully come help him. I felt horrible as the guy clearly didnt have nearly enough training and was far from being able to do cash unattended. The food was sloppy and made me feel sick. I actually ended up throwing up my Supreme Fries 45 min after eating.

Some of the food was cold and they were heavy on the sauce. workers seemed like they hadnt slept in days. but outside of that it still tasted good and the staff were still nice, resteraunt was still clean. if you need a bite to eat and youre not picky its good.

Ive lived in Canada for 20 years and Ive never seen a restaurant make so much mistakes with my order. Went here for about 3 months and every time they always forget something or give me the wrong order. Complained to the manager. Still nothing. I just gave up. Never going to taco bell again
