Not much do I have food so good that I m moved to write a google review about it. I just ordered from this place via uber eats and OMG I never even knew I could have pasta this good in my life. I ordered meatballs and spaghetti and it was amazingg! Not sure if the spaghetti was under done or if its just my lack of experience with pasta made from scratch but texture wise I think it may have been but that didn t even take away from the overall experience and flavour of eating this pasta. Oh my goodness it was other worldly. The meatballs were so tender and light the bread was fresh and perfect and BEST OF ALL THE SAUCE WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I kept questioning how the heck they could even make it taste this good as I was eating it. My guess is the fresh ingredients. I would absolutely love to be the child of whoever is making the food here and eat this delicious food and sauce every single day because WOW! The portion size was also PERFECT. Great pasta to meatball to sauce ratio, it came hot and in my opinion is super reasonably priced for the quality of the food!! Will definitely be ordering from them again when I m craving pasta. Absolutely brilliant and delicious. If you re thinking about eating from this place definitely do it you WILL NOT be disappointed!!

This is the kind of food experience the people wanttt! I love how no frills this resto is. You just want in, order and get your takeout. You get excellent food in great portion sizes and enjoy a restaurant ran by a passionate family. The entire experience is super pleasant and I loved chatting with the owner. Super glad to have found this place. Its also located next to the neighbourhood so I could just ride my bike up to it and grab the pasta and get back in like five minutes without having to drive and find parking and blah blah blah. Pure convenience.

Incredibly kind people! Fresh pasta being prepared right as you walk in. We tried the Ragu, Potus 44 and Limone. They were all soooo delicious and I haven t had pasta this good since I was in Italy. Unbeatable prices for these portion sizes and quality of food.

Ordered on Uber eats. The flavor of the Gigi pasta sauce was really great and so was the bread but unfortunately the noodles were very glue-y maybe cuz it s takeout?

This place is my favourite new find in the area!! I stumbled upon it one day and tried the tipsy monk and the hulk - both delicious. Since then I ve ordered trays when hosting friends or fam, and Ragu hasn t disappointed! I ve now tried all of their veg options - from the Manny to the Gigi to the Limone all yummy! The staff and owners are friendly which is always a plus - great and efficient service. Thanks Ragu team! :)

Amazing pasta, fresh, hot, delicious

What can I say? The authentic Italian homemade fresh pastas with superb sources made me speechless. I feel lucky to discover this hidden gem. Hot fresh comfy food is the key. I think the owner is smart to focus only on the fresh ingredients, the taste of good food, and the warmth of the services. I can see myself driving there after a hard day of work, ordering my favorite pasta with juicy meatballs, and just sighing with satisfaction after the first bite. Id say their pastas are even better than those big fancy restaurants. Once you taste the foods made with heart, you will never be able to lower your standard. Highly recommend this little place to friends who like great pastas and Italian food. Also, if you want fresh daily made pastas, they are selling them at $1.50 per portion, which is a great deal if you want to cook them at home yourself. Parking: Meter parking in the front and free street parking on the back streets.

I take 2 hours of bus to get there, it s always worth it for good food.

This place is so damn good! We ve ordered over 6 times and each time the food was great and their service very friendly. I think at this point we ve had most of the items and all were thumbs up. Large portions. We had a big order for a family gathering and everyone raved about their food. The chocolate dessert thing? Oh damn, it s sooooo addictive!

So tonight I was feeling like I wanted fresh pasta and the usual place Ive been going to has been disappointing lately so I did a quick google search and found this place and decided to try based on some of the positive reviews. Boy am I glad that I did!!! I opted to get the parma, it was ready in less than 10 minutes. The young man behind the counter was very helpful. They also sell freshly made pasta by weight. So I will definitely be back. As an Italian, born in Italy and accustomed to fresh made pasta regularly, I HIGHLY recommend Ragu. I cant wait to try their other dishes!

Insanely good for take out pasta. Arguably better than many expensive Italian restaurants. This joined the clean plate club with my kids and that s not an easy achievement. New go to spot.

Me and the wifey just picked up the Alfredo and the trio and we couldnt be happier. The woman who took care of my wifey was amazing and even threw in a free tirimasu :) coming from someone who had a family restaurant, I must say this place is top notch and knows how to take care of a customer. Absolutely amazing!! Everything from the pasta, bread and the dessert is impeccable! The consistency of the pasta is perfection and carries the delicious sauce well. The flavors are well balanced and moreish! Luckily, the portion sizes are generous! Even the dessert was a standout! We got the Dilla, which is a chocolate cake drenched in a sea salt caramel sauce, and it was not overpoweringly sweet or too heavy. It was just perfect at the end of a meal. We absolutely recommend Ragu Scratch Pasta and will be back regularly!

OMG!! On Monday it was my wedding anniversary and we both got home late from work and were hungry. I ordered with 3 mins before closing off of UberEats. Tbh, pasta is my go to when ordering food and I usually get it from J-ck A-stors or B-ston P-zza and I m usually just satisfied with that. But taking the chance and ordering the BOGO Gigi pasta from here was worth it!!! The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was delectable!! We usually eat light if we get home late but we finished EVERY LAST BITE!! Paired with a glass of wine, it was the perfect intimate anniversary dinner for us both and I ve saved the restaurant to order from again soon in the future!!

We ordered via Uber Eats, all of the pasta was so fresh and PERFECTLY cooked al dente (which makes or breaks your pasta). They were very heavy on the sauce which was perfect for the free bread they provide and make no noodle dry, every bite had a bit of everything! I got the trio, manny, biggie, and tipsy monk pastas along with the cheesy bread and everything was delicious. Special note for the Manny, which has spice in it, I LOVE spice and normally I have to add more chili flakes but it had the perfect amount. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to support local while getting delicious food for an amazing price.

Alfredo and Parma delicious. Price is reasonable compare to all other pasta places. Staff are friendly . Would be nice to have seat yourslef tables to be able to enjoy the hot pata right away. Downtown TO location woudl be great ! Will be back many times when in the area

Found Ragu by googling fresh pasta restaurants because my son wanted some & went by there this evening and it was absolutely amazing , we got the Parma , Potus 44 and the special which was a spinach ricotta gnocchi in a truffle beef ragu everything was so delicious & to top it off the staff was 6 will definitely be coming back and trying the rest of the menu

I was craving Italian cuisine, so I decided to order from Uber Eats. The delivery was prompt, and all the dishes were delivered piping hot and fresh. The pricing is quite budget-friendly compared to other dining options, and the quality of the food is truly impressive. 10/10!

Delicious, freshly-made pasta at a very reasonable price. I got their daily special which is a gnocchi pasta with a meaty bechamel sauce for $12. It was so delicious I could not stop myself from scarfing it down so quickly. The lady who served us was very sweet and welcoming and the restaurant has great vibes. This place is a hidden gem, and hopefully it wont stay hidden for long because they deserve to be well known! They also gave some free bread which paired perfectly with the leftover sauce! I would definitely come back here again to try some other pastas they have to offer.

I love pasta and when I saw this place pop up on social media I had to try it. It did not disappoint, it was probably one of the best pastas I ve ever had. Wow, just wow. I ordered a Jumbo Spaghetti Ragu and a Trio (Spaghetti with meatballs) Im absolutely mind blown by the Trio, the meatballs were so juicy and flavourful, the sauce was perfectly absorbed by the spaghetti and the entire dish was absolute harmony. The Spaghetti Ragu was delicious, though Im not a massive fan of spaghetti Ragu, it was delicious none the less. And we were lucky to order on buy 1 get 1 free day so we got an extra one for no charge. As a side wegotan OG Broosky and it was nothing short of spectacular. Keep up the good work guys, would love to see more Pesto based Pastas in your line up or a Fettuccine A La Parmigiano.

Just recently opened their new location right by me in Etobicoke. My goodness, the pasta was exceptional. I got the Potus 44 and the Parma. Both were amazing in their own way. The pasta is cooked perfect Al dente and on top of that their customer service was wholesome and had a very welcoming vibe. I will certainly be back to try the other menu items and will be referring friends and family. Highly recommend Ragu Scratch pasta if youre a pasta lover.

I have ordered from here more times than I would like to admit, and have always been 110% satisfied. My favourite is the classic pomodoro spaghetti. Just to be clear, we are talking about thick delicious dense hearty ribbons of handcrafted spaghetti. The sauce always tastes fresh and authentic.

Ordered the Parma and it was amazing. Handmade pasta perfectly cooked and the tomato cream sauce was to die for! . The mixed green salad was the perfect compliment to the meal and the vinaigrette was delicious. Will be sure to order again!

One of a kind! Ragu Scratch Pasta is your favourite Nonna style Italian dishes. It s easy to taste that everything is made in house, from the sauces all the way to the pasta itself. Every dish was fantastic leaving you full and content. The Forno and the Lasagna were family favourites. The meal arrived piping hot! I would highly recommend trying this delicious pasta the next time you eat in!

If food needs love to make it delicious these people poured their hearts in this. Uber eats had a promo so I got two Perm and Jesus. Not only the portion of each one of them was massive but they even included slices of warm homemade bread that again - I haven t had since France.. Italy.. Greece .. like.. where were you all my Canadian life these last 12 years? To the owners of this place.. I sincerely thank you! I ve had a rough week and you truly touched my soul with food today thank you so much for making actual Italian - high quality food. These ingredients probably cost way more than what I paid and I truly value that! Thank you! Amazing food! I haven t heard from the restaurants, so I ve decided to try my luck with the takeout solely based on reviews and they are not wrong. The spaghetti ragu and the cannelloni are super fresh and good portioned. Will definitely be ordering more times.

I ordered through Uber Eats and was very happy with my order. The cannelloni are creamy but not heavy. I also got 2 orders of Forno because it was the special deal. I liked it but I wish the cannelloni is the special deal one. Id say the quality is comparable to sit down pasta restaurants, and the food was delivered still piping hot with a nice little card and a side of bread.

I use to love going to the old salumi bar/Gean Carlo, so when I heard they opened a new takeout spot called Ragu, I had to give it a try. Ragu is a more modern on spin on an already great classic, the portions are insane for the price you re paying that I now have left overs for dinner and probably lunch tomorrow I ordered the Parma, kale Caesar (personal favourite) and the cannelloni with a side of cheesy garlic bread WOW!!!! Highly recommend giving this place a try you wont regret it! Vegetarian options: They definitely have a wide range of dishes on their menu with a few vegetarian options

Hands down the best pasta Ive had since dining at Trattoria Giancarlo. Jason Barato has brought back his specialty handmade pastas and right into our homes!! We hosted a group of foodie friends and they were so excited to have his pasta again. We all loved it! Must trys...Pasta al forno, Parma and Ragu. If you like creamy go for Alfredo Mac and cheese and Limone. Do NOT miss the funghi polenta app and cioccolato dessert.Theyre to die for!

I recently ordered from Ragu Scratch Pasta because it was recommended from a friend. I ordered a few different pastas for my family and was pleasantly surprised at home much food I got. 3 adults and 2 kids were able to have dinner and save for next day s lunch. I recently found out that the RAGU pasta is full of veggies in its sauce and this makes me so happy because my kids ate all of it, and they don t eat any veggies! I will definitely be ordering again to try the other pastas as the ones we ordered were amazing! Kid-friendliness: My kids don t eat any veggies(not including cucumbers) and the Ragu pasta is definitely a great order for that, because apparently it s full of veggies!

Possibly the biggest hidden gem in Etobicoke and I cant recommend enough. The pasta is out of this world delicious, cooked to perfection, sauce is flavourful. The garlic bread is something else. I can eat them for every single meal!!

I personally know the owners and they are just as special as their food. They always cook their food with love and passion and you can taste it with every bite. I m not a fan on pasta but Ragu s knows how to do it right. Would 100% recommend for food lovers

After several frustrating years of searching for a consistent Italian Uber eats restaurant I have finally found one that provides quality homemade pasta dishes that is not comprised due to delivery time. I live across the city from this restaurant and my previous 3 orders have arrived as though i was at the restaurant. I would like to thank the owners for giving the option to provide a generous portion of extra homemade sauce for all your dishes, this is important to me since my delivery times are always 60-80 min. RAGU- 10/10 with extra sauce TRIO - 10/10 with extra sauce PARMA 10/10 with extra sauce VERDIC- I recommend!! Extra sauce if you live far

We tried Gigi, Ragu and Parma. Each pasta amazing flavors. Great portion for the cost. This will be our new go to pasta spot. Happy we decided to try this rather than going to Scaddabush or La Vecchia.
