BEST PHO IN ALL OF TORONTO

Came to the restaurant at 8.40pm. They did not allow to stay and have my food - only take out. The food was ready in 5 mins for take out. They still were open for another 15 mins, but did not allow me to stay. Better service is expected.

My parents come here so much that I ve lost count. Nice big portions, really nice staff and great food.

Great spot for lunch. I had the chicken and beef with rice. It was so good. Most people have Pho. Ive tried the Pho and its great as well. Service was also good.

I ordered fresh rolls and chicken rice noodle soup, hoping for a comforting meal on a cold evening. Unfortunately, this was the worst chicken rice noodle I ve ever had. I ve tried this dish in several places in Toronto, Singapore, and even Vietnam, but this was by far the worst. Both my daughter and I are sick, and we were looking forward to something warm and satisfying. Instead, it was so bad we had to throw it out. The chicken was stale, smelly and horrible. The fresh rolls were edible but completely bland, lacking any flavor even basic salt. Overall, this was a truly disappointing experience.

I ALWAYS order from here on Uber the PHO is just as delicious at home - especially for those days you need good energy - !!

Ordered the orange chicken for takeout and was very disappointed as it was bland. No flavour, could be considered one of the worst items I ordered. Cost $18.65. Better food elsewhere for the price.

Literally came here weekly for 15 months straight and was never once disappointed. Rare beef pho is my favourite with extra meat. When I am in the GTA I make sure to find time to come here. If you do not come here you are missing out. Best pho in Ontario no doubt in my mind.

Good food. Crap service. Been going here for years and always noticed the waitstaff are miserable/have an attitude. Family and I came in for a dinner. Tables are small for 8 people so we asked if we would move these two tables together (literally just a foot apart, were not drilled to the floor or anything). Waiter (young, male) refused just because he didnt want to move them. So we gladly went to Pho Ngoc Yen instead and were seated with no problems

Pho Houses food is delicious. When I first arrived in Canada my best friend introduced me to this place and I was delighted. Today, after several months of moving from Kipling to Lakeshore, I returned for the wanton soup which was better than ever. The waiters are very friendly, always with a smile and attentive to whatever you need. The best place to eat in Toronto

Great neighborhood place. Everything so fresh. Very fast service and very polite. They are great if you ask for changes as in not putting in an item you don t like. I eat in, take out and get delivered. Love the chicken spring rolls. Cantonese Chow Mein with tofu and veggies is one of my faves especially with crispy noodles. Also enjoy the green Thai curry. Lots of veggies in the dishes that are fresh. Great portion sizes Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options. I m an omnivore but here I get a lot of vegetarian dishes as they soo good. Great tofu and the veggies are fresh and varied. Parking: In plaza so lots of spots usually. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat to get in and I think I remember door buttons but not 100%. Tables that can accommodate a wheelchair. Haven t been to the bathrooms so can t confirm what they are like.

Having been here multiple times, I must say I do enjoy going here once in a while. The portions of pho are huge, but so are all their mains. Everything tastes nice too, and the servers are very polite. Sometimes service is slow due to the dinner or lunch rush, so bear that in mind. The decorations are okay, and the atmosphere is very modern with clean-edges and such, but not my kind of atmosphere. Dietary restrictions: Lots of vermicelli so if you are avoiding carbs then this isnt for you. Other than that, the food is healthy and there are lots of vegetables. I do believe there are some vegan food options in some of their stir-fry dishes, but all of their pho is with meat as that is a mainstay of pho. Parking: It is in Six Points Plaza in a huge parking lot, adjacent to more parking lots. Kid-friendliness: If youve got kids that arent familiar with Vietnamese food, or who arent explorative with food outside of what theyre used to yet, I wouldnt push them to come here. That said, Ive seen kids with more diverse pallates whilst visiting this establishment. Wheelchair accessibility: There are large double doors, often held open with something. The bathroom is downstairs, however.

Pho soups are really good, but its lacking that authentic Pho flavor

Here s the thing. I always come here n order. I have now put about 5 new customers on to this restaurant. I have been coming for the last two years now. Food is great that s why I always come back but today the service I had just received and the type of disrespect I had just encountered is beyond me. The man looked me dead in my eyes upset because I had told him the pad Thai was not good at all and wanted to switch the meal regardless I was still paying. Plus tip cause I never leave without a tip. Then I had my friend ask for them to pack her soup so she doesn t spill because they give it big bowls but instead went on to say we are no longer serving you guys as customers anymore even after telling them we have been coming here for quite some time and the followed along with I know . Not that serious you re a restaurant don t you have customer service skills ? I m disgusted and appalled by the customer service. I am East African and my friend is Egyptian and to be treated like this when you know we come here often is beyond me. First rule of customer service is making sure your paying customer is at their happiest especially when nobody was giving you a hard time. At all. Just cause I asked for a switch (plus was willing to still pay for the food) and to seal the deal my friend asked them to pack the soup away, on top of that my sister who had just gotten out of surgery requested soup i left it there because with that nasty behaviour you will absolutely not get a dollar out of me. DO NOT go to this establishment they do not care for their customers. I m furious writing this review as I have been coming here ordering here for the last two years and to be treated like dirt ? Disgusting. Think before coming to this restaurant. And focus on having your servers being trained then to just all stand 10 deep by the cash. You have other things to worry about other than me just simply asking for a switch off of the menu plus I was even going to pay for the pad Thai for their inconvenience. You now lost all the customers I had brought to your establishment due to your nasty behaviour today. If you were having a bad day simply don t take it out on paying customers maybe ? To be banned from a restaurant I have been coming to for two years also spreading great news about this is hilarious if you ask me. First came here with my hubby and brother a few months ago now we come here often. The food and service is excellent.

Pad Thai, broken into small pieces as if it were someones leftovers. We mentioned this to the waiter, and his response was, Thats how we cook it here. At the end, the lady who came to collect the payment told us, Yes, it is not right. It looks like it was overcooked. Well, at least someone knows.

I used to love going to this pho restaurant with my family, but the way they treated my parents recently was terrible.The servers were rude and disrespectful and made them feel unwelcome I just came to know about it and Im really upset. I won t be going back there. I regret ever dining at this establishment. I request that the owner prioritise training their staff better customer service, so this doesnt happen to anyone else. It s truly a shame.

Pho House is consistent every time! The dishes are flavourful and portions are large. My absolute favourite dish is the Coconut Tom Yum Chicken Soup. Ive also tried the Sizzling Chicken, Tiger Shrimp and Beef, and the shrimp is my fave of those three.

Usually any Vietnamese restaurants offer a warm tea but this restaurant gave me a glass of cold water in a cold day. When I asked a cup of hot tea, they gave me a glass of hot water lol. There was no tissues/napkins on the table. They gave me only a napkin... Unlike pictures other ppl uploaded, my rare beef pho was well done ): And soup was not as tasty as other restaurants I have had although I cant explain exactly how. A older female server took care of me nicely. But I will not visit here again, sorry. I prefer Mekong!!

As a vietnamese person I am very disappointed in the quality of the pho. The noodles tasted off which made the broth taste off. I felt like I was eating instant pho as there was no pho flavour. The beef was tough, thick, and tasted bad. They charge for tea which is insane as almost every pho restaurant give you tea for free. Finally they didnt even have fresh hot peppers. They are doing a disservice to Canadians as this isnt how a good pho is suppose to be. $20 for a large pho and Im not even close to full. Overpriced, please go somewhere else for a real legit pho experience. Warning: theres a ton of fake reviews and owner replying to reviews saying we should have said something. I expect every meal to be the same, if your dish is small, taste bad or too salty then thats on you. You dont tell people to complain about they way you guys make your food. You guys are the cooks. Thats not how reviews are made. Huge red flag at this place.

Eaten here many times Ordered large pho with extra , came with regular portioned meat. Was told by server Xtra meat means double the meat portion. Asked them to look into it but insisted there is extra meat in dish. Seems like a clear cut money grab/scam tricking customers into ordering extra meat. When asked how many oz in a potion was told they don t weigh the portion sizes. No check was done either. For a restaurant to advertise on the front that they are short staff in general is a sign for shenanigans going by management/owner or it s their way to cut back on labour while putting the headache of waiting on order on the customers , either way won t be coming back.

Have been coming to this restaurant for over 2 years, it is our go-to place for Vietnamese pho, place is simple but nice and the food is great at reasonable prices. My favorite dish is the vermicelli, I keep coming back for it! Would recommend.

We were in the area so decided to check out this Vietnamese restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Their dishes had fresh ingredients, The Pho here is pretty good. The service was friendly and fast. Definitely deserve their high rating. We will be back for more.

Ordered take out and the staff was not able to locate the order I called in 10-15 mins ago and appeared agitated when I told them what my order was, then decided to hand me an order that had the same items as mine but under a different name. The Pho wasnt as good as it used to be as well. I Usually dine in a couple of times a year so not sure what changed- the food and service used to be good here.

Food was alright. Singapore noodles needs more curry. We opted to pay cash to claim the 10% discount but then the waiter upon bringing the bill was just standing there next to the table watching and waiting to pounce on the cash and tips. Felt like he was pressuring us to give more tips.

Our favourite pho restaurant....adults and kids in our family love it. I suggest P5 Rare beef pho from their menu ! Service is awesome. Prices have gone up due to inflation so weve reduced our pho intake :) but that applies to most restaurants.

A friend took me here for dinner last night. My first time. I had one of the BUN dishes - V9 Stir-fried lemongrass with chicken spicy chili. My friend had the BUN V4 Grilled beef. I also brought home take-out F4D Shrimp cantonese chow mein. All the dishes were excellent!! Restaurant is bright & clean very good service & excellent quality, quantity and presentation of food. Definitely our new go-to restaurant! Parking: Located in 6 Points Plaza in Etobicoke. Large plaza parking lot.

Pho has the best spicy seafood rice noodles soup ever! Although I have not had the pleasure of dining in yet, I order take out on a regular basis and everything so far had great taste and the portions are much bigger than other restaurants in the area! Definitely a happy customer right here!

Food was good service was awful. All the servers are men who make it a sport who can be the rudest person there. They are not accommodating even as simple as requesting for an extra bowl, they said they can t do that without ordering a full sized meal even though we ve ordered so much food. My son doesn t like his food touching each other and asked for another plate and they refused. We asked to be seated by the window and the table is empty and they refused just because and they all snickered. Will never step foot in this place.

They over charged me. I had a large Pho but it didnt have enough noodles so I ask for more noodles & broth. They end up charging me 10 extra dollars! The Pho was 16 which is OK but 10 extra dollars for a bit more noodles is outrageous. 4 dollars for the broth & 6 for the noodles.

Their pork and spring roll vermicelli is SO GOOD! Fresh veggies, generous portions, and the bbq pork tastes like it s fresh off the grill! Would have taken a photo but I was too busy inhaling the food. I ve tried their pho before, and it was good too. My husband ordered their spicy basil Thai noodle, and it was pretty good. Overall, great experience! Will definitely be back.

My first time there after always looking for a new Pho restaurant because the one we always went closed down. Ordered 2 chicken and shrimp pad thai, along with vermicelli which was very good, we ordered 4 different bubble teas and they were disappointing basically full of ice, because everyone experienced the same taste full of ice and water very little flavor or tea

I would not order from here again. I ordered the rare beef pho and orange chicken through a delivery app. The pho broth was flavourless, they didn t provide chopsticks. The orange chicken was dry and half of the container was rice and unseasoned vegetables. I maybe received 5-6 pieces of breaded chicken bites. The orange sauce was like soup.

Ordered three bowls of Pho and have only one small dish of vegetable, which was really not enough. Asking one more dish of vegetable and the server asked for charging more money for the vegetable. I hope this can be improved.

First time here and I must say I was a bit disappointed considering they had fairly good reviews.. the food was ok, nothing great or different from other places. I had a Pho with rare beef, well done beef, tripe, tendon and meatballs. The broth wasnt anything special and they really cheap out on the other ingredients. I got 1 piece if tripe, 1 small piece of tendon and 1 meat ball. They shouldnt say meatballs which is plural if theres only 1. The fresh tools had more noodle then shrimp. They charge $10 and looks like they use 1 shrimp cut in pieces to stead it out on the roll. Needless to say i was very disappointed and will never come here again. I paid almost $50 for mediocre food. Way over priced for the quality and quantity. There is l better Pho places which are better in that area.

I ordered the house special. My dish wasn t served with lime/lemon and some one came in after ordering the same and was served with lime/ lemon. When I asked the waiter for sate sauce he acted like I was annoying him.

Ordered take out. I ordered the Pho well done beef soup. I wasnt happy. I will not order there again. Soup cost me almost $18. What i got was about 4-5 small slices of the well done meat. Little portion of noodles. Was not happy. Very disappointed. I advise u guys to open your order at the time of the pick up infront of them

The Rarw beef rice noodle soup was not very good and beef in my takeout order was a little off. I usually don t stray from my usual pho spot (which gives the meat partially frozen in a bag for freshness), but this was the place closest to me open. I didn t try any of their other phos, but my one experience here was not a very good one.

Showed up with couple friends at 8:15pm, they said we can no longer dine in and only take out but they close at 9pm. Ended up leaving and drove to another pho spot 10mins away (Pho Dau Bo) that also closes at 9pm and they happily seated us to dine in. It s wild when you show up 45mins before closing and they say you can t be seated, might as well update their hours and make everyone aware that their cut off is almost an hour before closing. I ve been coming here for past 2 years and only when I told him that, he said okay maybe if we rush, then we can be seated. At that point, I m not begging him to seat us and we just left.

Not many pho restaurants have good atmosphere. This is a cozy place and pho is great.

Great food and service....problem is... the prices. Used to order a pho soup and fresh rolls regularly prior to covid. Was a regular, got the same dish all the time. Was 16 dollars ...now the same combo is 26 dollars. I get prices have gone on up for ingredients but 62 percent ???? Ridiculous Wont be back again

I love this place, great customer service. Food is amazing i recommend this place to those who haven t tried it yet.
