I got the steamed rice with goat meat stew (I ve gotten this same order a number of times) and had the same experience. The plantain on the side of the rice is never well fried and seems like unripe plantain was used. I have experienced inability to swallow/digest while eating the plantain. Overall satisfactory experience but please see to the plantain, it always feels like I am choking.

I love the food. First time trying amala and it was delicious and tasty. My girl Zino, was patient and calm, I will commend her once you come in. My siblings enjoyed their jollof rice. Definitely this has fast become my parents new place. Totally check them out. I hope to come when they have a live show, but atmosphere is clean and relaxing.

Since moving to this area my boyfriend and I love the Nigerian food. Great place to dance after with an amazing sound system. If youre hungry order ahead its just a tad slow and a bit overpriced but it was delicious though. Tried Jollof and Egusi. Ask for more swallow one ball wasnt enough.

Parking: Henry from Whot Lounge referred us to 247 Lounge, and it exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was incredible definitely a vibe. Zino, my server, was amazing, offering the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time. I ordered the fried yam, plantain, and fish, and it was an easy 10/10. This has quickly become my favorite spot! Its rare to find such exceptional service at African restaurants, so this experience was a breath of fresh air and absolutely worth it.

24seven lounge has actually made me to love Canada the more because all Naija dishes are available and very cheap infact I had to eatssss and even had to order back to my room mate and he loves it too with so much gratitude. The staff are professionals, the likes of kachi, moyo, zino pardon me if i dont get the names correctly... infact I really enjoy my stay there 100 stars to 24seven lounge #respect#

The nkwobi was nice, but I was confused as to why it had so much oil. The oil for nkwobi is thickened, and if the thickener isn t available maybe consider using less oil.

So as y all know I am a pepper soup connoisseur. So tried their pepper soup the first in October and it was one of the best I ve had in Toronto. Then went again in December and unfortunately that one did not quite hit as good, it lacked the spice/flavour . But overall was decent compared to most in Toronto. Why is it so hard to find good and consistent pepper soup in Toronto? Update *** so the quality has gone down not much flavour, just you bog standard broth with no effort to add flavour. Still great portion but unfortunately lacking flavour.

I usually order egusi soup and pounded yam. The prices have increased, and the portion sizes are much, much, smaller. One meal could usually split into 2, now it can t. It actually really disappointing. I won t be ordering again.

Drove all the way from Hamilton, not expecting this 1. Ordered 4 pieces of goat meat instead I got 4 pieces of beef had I not checked wouldve been more disappointed 2. Plantain was cold 3. Ordered amala, gbegiri & ewedu soup, it was completely omitted this was my main reason driving such a distance My suggestion to the service team to pay more attention to details if possible get a pen & piece of paper to list items ordered. Especially for customers with large orders. Overall, the environment is great, friendly staff, food, top notch (fried & jollof rice with Turkey, asun, nkwobi, isi ewu, cow skin, except suya)but needs more attention to details.

We had visited the restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. The environment was nice but the receptionist, Toyin was a nightmare. She had idea of customer relations whatsoever. She gave us a menu of things that she came back to say that weren t available. We ordered a bottle of wine with a shot of remy martins and was told that the manager had to give a go ahead for it to be served, which was where our terrible experience started. She referred to my husband as guy, when he asked to speak with the manager about our order. The scariest part was that at the end of the day, she took a knife out to stab my husband, even after the supervisor kept nudging her to be calm. I have never met any rude person like this before.

The atmosphere is very lively and the customer service is a 10/10 , the food is amazing and it has the real authentic Nigerian dishes and it tastes amazing, i got the white rice and ayamase sauce and it the plating presentation was nice . If you re in the area you definitely have to try it out .

Ordered cowskin, picked it up, opened it and found out that it wasnt garnished with peppers, garbage and stuffs. In general, it doesnt taste and look good. But their customer service is great. The food actually looks and tastes good with eat in.

I called 24/7 Lounge and placed an order. I picked something that was on the menu. The item was $17.99. When I got there I was told that my order was $28.99. I asked why. They said that the price of food went up. I made her aware that I purchased the same item from them the week before and I paid $17.99+ taxes. I even showed her the menu that was sitting in front of me with the price that said $17.99 at the restaurant. I was told that they forgot to change the price. I will no longer be purchasing food from this establishment. Very dishonest and poor customer service.

Horrible experience here. Booked here 2weeks ago for a small group dinner. Getting here with my crew and I m told they have a private party so we had to leave. The lady that made the mistake apologized, but the guy jimmy was rude and unapologetic! Don t dream of having anything serious with this joke of a place.

Owner is nice, I have met him before. Food is nice as well. But the owner has unfortunately employed a very rude service person whom not only does not know the type of food in there but also does not care how she speaks to you as she does not own the place. Whether or not customer is satisfied, her paycheck is sure. Unfortunately, I wount be back to that restaurant anymore. Nigerian restaurants is very saturated with very high competition. Owner, please evaluate who works for you, and try to listen to the calls sometimes.

Food is good good but not all the time.. have a great space and atmosphere..
