Bad , pizza was soo salty as in inedible I threw it out we are rural and going back is a big deal but not going back ever

Honestly, all of these things show with the great food you serve. ~edde Vegetarian options: I like a semi-soft, chewy, nearly one inch thick, medium-sized pizza with tomato mushroom and extra mozzarella! This Crustys location delivers perfectly!!! I can shop at the nearby convenience store(same plaza building), and my pizza is ready by the time im done. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking is available in front of Crustys Pizza. Yet also convenient at the nearby convenience store, just off to the right of Crustys. It is easy to load and unload. By way of wheelchair accessibility. The door is not exactly wheelchair accessible, but it is only one door, opening outward. Theres always someone there handy to hold the door for you. A very simple way to get in and use the overhead menu. Or place your order from your car and work out your options from your service representative. (?) Instead of using the inside menue and 4 countertop. The store is well lighted. And there are no chairs and tables to get in your way. I like the fact that the sjop is smaller tgan most. Still, floor space for customers is roughly 10x16. Eventually, I will add a picture here.** Or just drop in and have a look. Its that easy.

The pizza was mediocre. It could have used more flavour, more sauce, and a better quality cheese. Also try to put the toppings closer to the edge as half the pizza was plain puffy dry dough! Consistency and more time is needed. Overall Food

Tried calling in an order for pickup, was put on hold three times at 7 10 pm. Got dressed and drove into town to place my order in person. Three people sitting in the front of the store with the lights out and the door locked. The girl opened the door and said they closed. Supposed to be open til 8 pm. I asked why she put me on hold when I called and never came back to the phone? Said she was cleaning. All she had to do was tell me they were closed, I would have taken my business somewhere else. Which I did. Thx Sunming. Wont go back there.

Family of 5, we are BIG pizza lovers. Crusty pizza is the best pizza we have had yet. We came to visit family and vowed to make it a monthly visit so we can enjoy the pizza again.

Love, love, love this place. Its my most recommended and go-to pizza spot. Call and double ch3ck hours though, many times Ive called to place an order and they are closed, or about to close even when Google says they are open for another 2 hours.

They don t answer phones to take orders. It s 5:40 and nobody wants to answer answer a phone.

I go here a lot for my lunch and today I went in and when I told the girl to add a dollar for a tip for a slice she told me she wasn t allowed something to do with they have to pay the taxes on the machine guess this is the last time I m coming to get a slice of pizza unreal, to bad because I ve always had great service

This is our favourite pizza place when up at the cottage. Been coming here for years! Perfect level of sauce, cheese is perfect, made to order toppings. Can get busy during peak hours, call ahead is best. Only been to the Fenelon Falls location, cant speak on the others.

Stopped in for some lunch on the way home from the cottage. Whole family voted this was the best pizza we have had. Definitely worth a try.

I called to order a pizza this evening and I was met by someone extremely upset every time I added to the order. I am also a senior man. When I got in to pick up my order I had mentioned that the phone service was not very friendly. I was met with such unkind words that cannot be repeated on a public platform. Extremely upsetting for a place we always support

Best pizza in Fenelon. Crispy crust and mild sauce make this basic a winner, add your favourite toppings, and youve got a champion! Not stingy with the cheese and toppings either. Crusty Pizza tastes great hot, and even better cold the next day. You wont be disappointed, sizes are good, lg is big enough for a small family, medium for two and a small is good for one. Prices are phenomenal.

The pizza from here is our favourite in Fenelon.. However I m very unimpressed that when I tried to order a pepperoni pizza and garlic strip for pick-up, the staff said that their not taking any orders even though they re supposed to be open another 20-30 minutes. This isn t the first time even though it s not the same days of the week each time..

Gross pizza, flagrant place and new owners EWW. Pizza was mostly dough with runny sauce, well for the little amount of sauce we did get.. Its either freezing in there because they have NO proper heat. Oh & dont go when there busy because the heat they do have only comes from the oven(s) with no air conditioning. Go in there if youre missing the summer heat, but I wont be!

Loved the old store but it seemed there was an owner switch, pizza was way lower quality and the way the owner or manager talked to the employees was Awful I definitely wouldn t want to work there. Not gonna visit again.

Unfortunately as the name implies, this place has gotten a little crusty as of recent. The new owners have caused the quality to take a sharp decline. It s unfortunate as I have enjoyed the pizza here for a long time - but it seems a Fenelon Falls staple has, well, fallen.

I m a student at ffss, I used to go buy pizza there all the time but since it went under new management the food quality has been on a steep decline and I ve gotten some nasty slices like the one below. I won t be coming back

Delivery was incredible. Fast, good pizza, and the guy delivering it was amazing. Hed taken the wrong drinks by mistake, but went all the way back to the restaurant to swap them out and bring them to me. Whatever that guys making, triple it. He deserves several raises.

Best pizza ever!!!!! We come from Bobcaygeon, and we only buy from here!!! Its so good, worth the drive! Only complaint I wish the garlic bread was not pizza form, would be better of it had a stronger garlic flavor and greasy . Friendly staff, fast service, highly recommended.

Motorcycle riding from Toronto and stopped at this local pizza spot. Pizza was amazing, fresh toppings, great crust. Staff was very friendly. Definitely stopping by on our next ride up there.

If there was less the one star Id choose that! My mom and I called at 8 and ordered our pizza they said it would take 45 mins to get here. So an hour passes and we called back they said it was on the way, still hasnt arrived. Called again just now AND THEY SAID WE NEVER ORDERED IT! UNBELIEVABLE!

Poor stock of products they advertise such as chicken wings the lack of staff,the lack of having your order ready after announcing the length they say it will be ready and you show up and still have to wait for that oneemployee to prepare your order. Was not impressed employee handling money and preparing your meal without hand washing not impressed. Wont be back. The product was ok. As long as your not in a rush enjoy.

I live locally and afyer trying 2 other Pizza places in the past months, I have just tried Crusty Pizza...I could not have been happier...light airy crust and dough, and cooked to perfection!!! The staff were very nice too. We will DEFINITELY order from you again Paul Taylor (Kirkfield)

The wings here are amazing! Theres a bit of a spicy coating on them though so be aware of that. Pizza was delicious! Great sauce. I asked for tomatoes on mine and instead of slices the tomatoes were cubed, much more flavour. I highly recommend.

I regularly bought pizza from here, after today I will no longer be going back due to poor hygiene practices in conjunction with an employee who doesnt see the necessity of this as a food handler. I happened to pull up to Crustys the same time an employee was entering in after being outside or at the neighboring store. He walked in with me and immediately went to the cash register and took my order. Following this, I was expecting he would head to the sink and wash his hands. I let this play out and surely enough the unclean hands are on the food moments later. This is when I said, Not to be a jerk, but you came from outside, dealt with cash and are now making my pizza. A normal person would accept defeat at this point, he decided to try and tell me several linesWell my hands are clean, its not like I was smoking, Well if you ordered delivery, you wouldnt know and what you dont know doesnt hurt you, the oven kills everything you know and lastly the sarcastic Well, do you want me to wash my hands now?. Well yes, I do. If this is how food is handled in front of people, I dont want to know anything else. Long story short, you have lost a local customer.

Cant argue it was a great pizza, however we accidently passed the place at first cause the sign was barely light up in front. Just street lights was all I seen.

I am very disappointed and have given up on Crustys. Weve had delivery to our home once in early 2019 but every time thereafter (there have been a few attempts) were told were not delivering today so we gave up on them for a while. I tried again today; ordering a pizza and wings for delivery; only to learn the delivery charge is not $4.00 as advertised, but its $10 to $13 .... even lindsay only charges $6 for delivery. Needless to say, Im not paying $60 for a large pizza and wings, so I wont be ordering from crustys again.
