Consistent quality from the Fergus location every time. Always a treat.

This has been our go to place for four years now. We usually order delivery and it is usually here under half an hour. The pizza is always cheesy and cooked to that nice golden brown. Reading the other reviews about the pizza being soggy or undercooked, fortunately we havent had that experience and the staff is usually friendly, everyones entitled to an off day I wouldnt base judgement one experience. I like that I can watch the progress on the tracker.

Better then all the other dominos I ve had by far. My gf lives in the city(Cambridge) and I tired a couple there. Not near as many topping or cheese. It s almost always on point . Thanks keep up the great work

The person who made my two pizzas tonight did a hella job. I applaud you because Domino s Pizza has been failing me the last couple of times and tonight was amazing.

The Fergus store does not accept credit cards when making purchases online. I have tried two different cards without success. Always the same error - payment gets processed, my card charged but it remains pending. I did not have this issue while making a purchase with delivery from other Dominos stores.

The food tastes good but when you substitute any type of sauce instead of pizza sauce they have no idea how much to apply, always way too much and all my toppings slide off

The sauce has a odd taste and gives a funky aftertaste, the price is fine but it makes my stomach fell funky after, its one of the only close pizza places to me and they diliver quickly but personally you could do better then this. I might go to little ceasers if you want something cheap, because there breadsticks are to die for, the dominos desserts are good though

Worst pizza Ive ever had. Pizza showed up wet. Ate the pizza anyways and proceeded to puke my guts out. By far the worst experience Ive had with any pizza place. I wouldnt even feed this pizza to a stray dog.

We placed an order on the night of the 19th (Fathers Day) around 9pm The attendant was extremely rude, without patience to explain my doubts, My husband went to pick it up, Our cheese bread came soaked in oil, and it was still missing things . When we came back to pick it up, the Indian attendant who served us was absolutely arrogant. I always bought from them without any problems, but after that never again. zero professionalism.

Fergus Dominos is always very quick and the have never messed up our pizzas. I will be going back again and again.

Worst visit yet. It is imperative to get customers orders right otherwise they will go somewhere else. If you cant train your staff properly get someone else to do it. Poor excuse for customer service waiting and wanting to dig into your food only to be given the wrong pie. May as well go to their competitors at least they get the orders right.

This place is always our go to. Lovely staff, speedy service. And my partner absolutely loves their pizza. And i liked it as well, but there was always something about the dough. Just a bit too dry. But I always just thought yea, decent pizza that my partner loves. Why not? However, recently (and maybe its just me or maybe they really did change how they make the dough) their pizza crust has been amazing! Fluffy, fresh, and crunchy. Now i love it too :)

I order a few times a year from here, usually delivery. Never had a bad experience. Food is great, order times are speedy and have never been incorrect. Highly recommend Dominos in Fergus!

Very busy which is understandable with the knockdown. Pizza could have been cooked a little more as well a little skimpy with the toppings but considering the time we are living in it was ok.

This is my favorite Dominos location. They also have an excellent gluten free pizza crust. My pizza is always ready, hot and fresh when they say it will be. This location is better then any Ive been to in the GTA. Good friendly staff.

No customer service what so ever!!!! Ask for my pizza well done was refused!!!!! Never in all my life have I been told I cant have my pizza cooked the way I want it done!!!! The person on the phone was rude told me they were too busy to cook my pizza well done!!! Never will order from here again!!! One star is also too much they should have zero!!!

We always enjoy the pizza from Dominos but I wish they would go back to having the small plastic spacers in the pizza box. The last few times weve ordered pizza the lids were squashed down onto the pizza... leaving the cheese stuck to the box top...

Pizza staff friendly, pizza ready on time, but even with extra cheese, it lacked cheese. Toppings were scarce. I have noticed a difference in the quality from a few years ago. A bit disappointed these days.

Always loved this place but the quality has gone downhill. The lack of any cheese on your pizza is quite apparent and almost insane. I get, that perhaps 1 time the pizza lacks cheese, but when there is just sprinkle of cheese every time, and you see others saying the same thing.. something is up.

Just got my free pizza from the fergus location... Its really good but its always been really good free or not there is care that goes into there pizza making.
