Don't order unless you're willing to wait 2 hours. We've been supporting Victoria's pizza ever since they opened in Fergus. Sometimes it's hit or miss on busy nights (which is to be expected) but for the most part, they are good and consistent. I've been compelled to write this review after the past two times we've ordered. The delivery times are completely unacceptable for only being a 7-minute drive away. I've even gone as far as to order earlier in hopes of missing their busy dinner times. For context, last week we ordered at 5:30 and it took 1.5 hours to arrive. I did call and was told it was "right around the corner", which it showed up 5 minutes later. This last time I ordered even earlier at 4:45, and it took longer - exactly 2 hours - arriving at 6:45! How is that ok? Pizza shouldn't take 2 hours to make and deliver. It shouldn't even take 1.5 hours. I understand establishments can get backed up, have bad nights or experience inclement weather...but twice in a row within a week tells me this is more about irresponsible management.
Been very disappointed with the quality of the food. We always ask for the crust to be well done and it hasn't been. Crust is droopy amd doughy.
THis was my go to pizza for the last 3 years. I believe it has been taken over by new owners. Food quality is not the same as it was. I would go there atleast once a week for a great slice. Not again. Something is different. Quality is not the way it used to be.
Oh my goodness!!!! This place makes me wish I lived in Fergus!!! All the toppings are fresh and generous, and you will definitely be my go-to when I'm here. Please come to Erin.....
I don't know if it's the sauce, the dough, the toppings, or all of the above, but this pizza just tastes amazing! So much better than the big chains, and the prices are super reasonable too. It's nice to support a local business, and also get a really great product. I've only ordered 3-4 times, but it has definitely become my go-to place. So good!
Really enjoy the pizza here and the slices are quite adequate. It’s a gear place to stop and get a quick bite and a drink priced to suit your pocket. I like and always order plain cheese pizza or a cheese and ground beef pizza and I find that they always have it ready and available.
I love the fact that Victoria's pizza makes their dough and sauce fresh every day, unlike others who just give frozen stuff to their customers. Their pizza is delicious and scrumptious and has a distinct and tasteful flavor, probably because of their homemade sauce recipe. Not to mention their slices are huge and only for $4 that's a steal of a deal right there. Also, they are conveniently located right besides the zehrs, so i can just order pizza and collect it on my way home after grocery shopping. Overall, i would recommend Victoria's to everyone who gets a chance because once you do, you won't need to go anywhere else.
Stopped in for a quick slice and it was good. It was just after dinner time and they have couple pizzas ready to go.. Had the pepperoni and it was ok. Guys served it pretty quickly and I was on my way. The slices were bid enough and the price was good. Just found the crust to be dry, but overall good.
Worst tasting pizza ever. Customer service is just beyond rude. Took over an hour for delivery and the order was wrong and driver was extra rude.

Local pizza joint ... Good pizza with a perfectly cooked crust, grab the breaded wings and potato wedges and its the favourite meal to order in for my family.
This place is going downhill.. Used to be my go to for pizza and wings.. Since the new management, the quality of the food is deteriorating.. I m not going back!

Victorias is always our go to pizza place when we have a bunch of people over. We love ordering the pizza and wing deals.
We have made this our go to place for pizza. Apparently this is the only way they know how to serve their garlic bread.

First time we stopped by Victorias Pizza in Fergus and it was excellent. We will be back. The pizza was hot and delicious with a thin crust, tasty sauce, great toppings and lots of good cheese, delicious. We bought slices for a quick lunch but will be ordering whole pizzas for sure! Thank you!

Yikes! And not in a good way. What happened to our favourite traditional pizza place in Fergus? I have never been so disappointed. We have been a delighted customer since they opened here in town. But tonight, something went off the rails. Our usual order is two toppings and double cheese. And its glorious. Cheese so thick, nearly a quarter inch, and plenty of toppings. But tonight, our pizza arrived luke warm, with a scattering of cheese and practically non-existent toppings (green peppers and ham). In fact, my first comment was, they forgot the extra cheese and ham. Pizza is very personal. I, for one, have never liked the factory franchises, but... if this is the new direction for Victorias, then I guess we are back to searching for a favourite place. So sad, and so disappointed. Its almost like Victorias is under new management and the old quantities and quality are out the window. Is this cost savings? I hope not. Id rather pay a few extra dollars to keep the old Victorias than eat this stuff.

My 5 star review is based on my experience today when stopping in for a slice. Pleasant service to start followed by a very fresh and tasty pizza slice. My first time here and I ll be back. Very affordable price as well.
Excellent pizza place! Pizzas are delicious. Wings baked or fried are good.. The ceasar salad was fresh and not a huge amount of sauce just the right combo. Garlic bread with cheese was crispy but soft.. Definitely coming back.. The Mega special is so worth it.. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza looked amazing. Parking: Its shared with other stores. But plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Absolutley.

Amazing! We ordered 35 pizzas as well as Wings for our wedding in advance. They delivered exactly the time we requested, and we re quick to deliver more when we ran out! Everything was hot and tasted amazing!
This is the best pizza in fergus and fairly priced also. My pizza had plenty of toppings, lots of cheese with out ordering extra delicious sauce. They have there own delivery so it shows up hot! I highly recommend Victorias pizza

The food is very good. Delivery service is excellent and the staff are friendly. Value for the dollar for sure. We often order from Victoria s skipping the others in town. Once a solid provider proves itself why change. Thanks.
Best pizza in Fergus by a huge margin, in our opinion. Wings are also absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would recommend and get our pizza there every single time!
I just want to share we had an awesome family special last night... as we have done many nights before. It was an impromptu, Hey mom can 3 of my teenage friends come over?! The 3 pizza, 9 topping combined with 15 wings, garlic bread, and fries (could have been wedges or Caesar salad), 6 pop... fed 2 adults, 4 teenagers and a 4 year old! with Pizza to spare. Arrived within 45 minutes (at a prime time), driver was amazing, and on top of that I ordered online and it was very easy to customize, and not miss anything. Paid at the door with visa, and $70 including a 20% tip. A great deal- thank you Victorias!

It s been a long time since I ve felt like I had a good value at a restaurant pizza was amazing fresh and delicious. Chicken wings aren t your typical pizza place wings delicious as well! Highly recommend checking this place out!
Long wait! After 1 hour 45 min wait, .. it was just ok. Ordered on line at 6pm and got pizza at 745. Ordered an extra large 4 topping and 2 lb of wings with honey garlic sauce on side. It was delivered warm and it was edible but not Great. Next time I would probably choose to have a Delissio Pizza in 1/4 of the time for 1/4 of the price and no excessive waiting!
Man, killer classic pizza, reminds me of growing up in Etobicoke. Outstanding price point too. Ive had many pies and slices all amazing. The garlic dip is impressive too.
Pizza is decent considering the selection out here. The staff does a lot of nothing, dont expect anything timely. I stood there for 15 mins, was acknowledged, but not serviced. They have extremely segregated duties and they stick to it. I saw my order sitting there getting cold, but only one employee could accept payment.
Absolutely horrible experience and this isnt the second time. First time ordered online and pick up was for 530.... they hadnt even put it in the oven at 530. Finally got my order at 550pm. Then again we order and I noticed the bill online that was emailed to me was 10 dollars less when the young man had charged me for debit. When inquiring he said he would have to ask someone. He goes to the back and asked another younger employee why that was an they just said thats the price when i inquited again why- he said the website must be out of date for pricing... and proceeded to charge me the 10 dollars more. Also pick up was again for 6pm and still waiting for my order ( not even in the oven at 6:05). This will be the last time we support this business. Absolutely horrible.

Pizza comes burnt regularly. Ordered twice from this place. Got the wrong pizza , called back, and was asked for the pizza back lol. Who does that? Second one came burnt which isn t abnormal it seems from this place. Their pizza Sauce is horrendous also. Like out of the worst branded can you can find. Also the wings, ordered with sauce on top .. literally half the wings had no sauce. I had to dip it in myself from the bottom of the container pooling sauce. If you want consistently bad pizza, order from here.
So disappointed in the service...waiting over 1 hour 40 min, called and the manager said shed take $8 off our $50 order.... absolutely disgusting customer service.
Pizza is generally good, they don t skimp on toppings at all!! But I DEFINITELY recommend picking up: Past 2 out of 3 for times for delivery, we ve gotten someone else s food. And unfortunately, when delivered, the food seems to be about lukewarm at best... not sure if they re short delivery drivers, need new insulated delivery bags or what, but I prefer not to have to microwave my fresh pizza...
Average pizza at best, salty taste. Had to wait 15 minutes past the time we were supposed to pickup. I will not eat here again.

My first order and Im very impressed. Pizza is excellent, exactly what I ordered. Generous toppings. Wings were good with lots of sauce. Salad is huge and garlic bread is a submarine bun with cheese. Arrived right on time. Ill definitely be ordering again.
I have ordered a pizza wings salad and pop when she came the order was all wrong then the driver calls and said we will get the next order free when we called the store for a same order they said we can t give you for free and the driver should never said that to us that goes to show us customers are wrong and the store is right well they lost my busy they are listed

Prices are great and the pizza is good, not amazing but on par or better than some of the bigger chains so its a no brainer to support this local business. They get extremely busy on Friday evenings though so wait times can get long.

My daughter wanted pizza for dinner as we were passing through Fergus, so of course I had to oblige. So glad to find this place on the map, as I always prefer to support local and small businesses instead of chains. Staff were very friendly, even though they were super busy. I just ordered slices, but the wait wasnt too long, and they were nice and hot when I got them. A tad too greasy for my liking, but very delicious nonetheless. My daughter inhaled her slice almost immediately (thats a great sign).

Really, really good pizza. Ordered all dressed, extra cheese, well done, MTL style. The place KNOWS pizza- my pie is perfect. Ive had Ontario style pizza from here too.its delicious. What got the five stars was buddy making an excellent QC pizza alongside the normal ones.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered at 4:30pm and received cold pizza at 6pm. Was told our pizza went to Rockwood and Bellwood before being dropped off in Fergus. Fergus is where the store is and our pizza was dropped off last. Owner refused to do anything but send us new pizza. I have 2 young children that need to eat before bed waiting another 30 minutes was not acceptable. When I called to speak to the person in charge was told by the 16 year old manager that the owner could not take the call. Coward to hide behind your young employees and expect them to deal with irritated customers.
Sickening amount of cheese, then when asked to go a little easy on the cheese there was hardly any. It s like handfuls of toppings just get dumped on top and barely cooked. 3 stars though as meets expectations for this town. :(
Young woman that took our order over the phone was very pleasant. Pizza was ready in twenty minutes, as promised. Entire family thought it was the best in town! Definitely would order again.

Went here to get a couple of slices for the first time. Damn those are some big slices. Two slices for $7, is awesome. Great selection of slices to get. Pizza was very fresh and tasted awesome. Nice thinner crust pizza. The sausage was a bit salty but everything else was awesome. I will be going back here in the future. :)

Just got my pizza from here and it was horrible. Soggy and under cooked. My cesar salad was basically red. Someone for sure spilt the bacon bits in the salad as it was completley covered. Go to Dominos or Pizza Pizza. Any where else !

Ordered twice now and both times have been amazing pizza and wings. I strongly recommend adding extra sauce and crushed garlic to your pizza... (free) only place in fergus that has a fresh garlic option. Have had all the major chain pizzerias many times...best option in town!
